Business process in e-government mostly embody as the flow of documents. Constructing a web-based document flow system becomes an critical task for today s digital government. But few of them use an off-the-shelf workflow product. Why? One of the reasons is that most of the workflow system are heavyweight, monolithic, and package a comprehensive set of features in an all-or-nothing manner. Another reason is that workflow technology lacks the constructs and modeling capability as programming language. It is incumbent on government IT organizations to transform their solution development to component-based computing model. Component technology isolates the computation and communication parts, but how to compose different software components is still a hard nut. An integrated development environment is necessary for CBSD. In this paper we propose a XML and component-based document flow-oriented integrated development environment (DFoIDE) for software developers. By writing some xml configure file, and operate on DFoIDE, developer can construct a workflow application quickly. This method divides system to several components and the activities in process are implemented as business component. Different components are discribed detailedly in this paper, especially one of the core component. Component Integrating Tool. Different perspectives in workflow application are seperated and depicted as different XML files. Correspondly, A component composition method for developing workflow application instead of workflow itself is proposed.

이 연구에서는, 과학적 논의에서 학생들의 참여를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로 논의 기반 탐구 과학수업에 동료평가 활동을 적용하였으며, 글쓰기에서 나타나는 학생들의 논의를 분석하여 프로그램의 효과를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 광역시의 과학중점고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 1학년 두 학급(58명)을 실험집단으로, 다른 두 학급(58명)을 비교집단으로 선정하여 총 5개의 주제를 적용하였다. 논의 기반 탐구 과학수업의 전략을 바탕으로 동료평가를 적용한 수업 프로그램을 개발하고, 학생들에게 프로그램을 적용한 후, 학생들의 글쓰기에서 나타나는 'Big idea', '과학 개념', '논의', '수사적 구조' 항목을 비교하였다. 실험집단 학생들은 동료평가 활동을 적용한 논의 기반 탐구 과학수업을 처치하였으며, 비교집단 학생들은 동료평가 활동을 적용하지 않은 논의 기반 탐구 과학수업을 처치하였다. 사전과 사후 요약 글쓰기 검사(Summary Writing Test)에서 나타난 'Big idea', '과학 개념', '논의', '수사적 구조'의 평균을 공변량 분석으로 비교한 결과, 논의 항목의 평균이 비교집단에 비해 실험집단이 통계적으로 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. '논의' 항목의 세부 요소에 대한 평균에서 증거와 보장/보강요소가 비교집단에 비해 실험집단에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 높았다. 이러한 결과로부터 동료평가 활동을 적용한 논의 기반 탐구 과학수업은 논의 능력의 발달에 있어서 기존의 논의 기반 탐구 과학수업 비해 더 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 동료평가 활동을 통해 지속적인 피드백을 받는 것이 논의와 글쓰기를 수행하는 학생들의 논의능력향상에 도움이 될 것으로 보이며, 동료평가 활동이 학생 논의의 스캐폴딩 도구로써 활용 가능성이 있다고 볼 수 있다.

Recently, interest in the precast concrete (PC) construction method has been increasing. The PC construction process consists of i) design, ii) production, iii) transportation, and iv) installation. A PC field manager at the site submits a shipment request form to the factory one to three days before the installation of the PC component. Numerous matters should be considered in writing a shipment request form. Incorrect shipment request forms may cause standby resources, waste of resources, premature work conclusion, or excessive work. These issues can lead to an increase in construction costs, replanning of PC component installation, or rework. In order to prevent such problems, PC component installation should be simulated based on the shipment request form. Accordingly, this study aims to identify factors influencing the operability of shipment request forms for PC construction. To this end, this study derived factors influencing i) initiation of the activity, ii) addition or deletion of activities, and iii) an increase or decrease in the activity execution time. As a result, this study identified flow, the features of PC components, condition of PC components, unloading location, installation location, input equipment and labor, number of anchors, number of supports, weather, strike, and accident. Further studies should verify the factors derived in this study based on focus group interviews.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of CMC-based English learning. In this study, CMC components were found to provide circumstances of facilitating interactions between student-student and student-student-teacher, which enabled students to accomplish language learning tasks. Findings of this study are as follows: First, CMC based language learning experience helps students have positive attitudes toward their English language learning. Second, student-student-instructor interaction group outperformed other groups in academic achievement and class activity participation. Third, cooperative learning groups more actively participated in the class activity than the individual learning group resulting in better academic performances. These findings supported the fact that cooperative learning with CMC components are useful in bringing more class participation and positive attitude that were believed to foster language learning than other groups in traditional language learning environments. This study suggests that the instructor needs to use instructional design strategies helpful to facilitate active interactions between instructors and students in order to achieve better effectiveness of English learning in a CMC based learning environment.

최근에는 인쇄된 매체인 책과 함께 컴퓨터나 인터넷을 이용한 문학작품인 전자문학에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 이의 활용에 대해서는 다양한 측면에서 활발한 탐구가 있어왔다. 전자도서관을 이용한 효과적인 자료의 탐색, 전자문학 중심의 온라인 독서교육의 전개, 웹 문학의 교육적 활용 탐색 등의 연구가 있어왔고, 그것의 효과에 대해서 매우 긍정적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 아동이 흥미를 갖고 있는 매체인 정을 기반으로 문학교육을 전개하는 방법을 탐색하고, 이를 구체화하여 모형으로 제시하였다.

The culture and society environment plays major role in the development of Fashion and now in the 21st century, interest in Fashion is getting increased along with the rapid progress of advanced media development and information surge. Now it s the time to extend visual efficiency not only transmitting fashion image but also develop a creative product that satisfy the demander s needs. Currently it is very hard to express our subjective Korean "nationalism" in the Fashion since the various expression skill using western fashion illustration are dominant in our society. I have classified two components, fashion illustration and Korean painting in the theoretical circumstance. In fashion illustration circumstance, I examined the concept, usage, expression skill and history referring to historical documents. In Korean painting section, I considered coloring portrait concept, pattern, history, concept, and feature of the four gentlemanly plants. including the basic material of Korean-paper, Writing- Brush, Ink-Stone, Traditional-ink and also the history of itself. I have designed 8 products applying the concept of plum blossoms, orchids, chrysanthemums and bamboos that represent the most important part of the four gentlemanly plants, and also the expression skill of Korean coloring portrait.rait.

The purpose of the present study was to develop a new English language model of an integrated syllabus for kindergarteners, in order to teach and learn English. An English syllabus is a tool for realizing the goals of a curriculum, in the planning of language teaching that is primarily concerned with content and method components. Thus appropriate syllabus design can play an important role on the whole effectiveness of early English education, because it presents selection and grading of content and method for English textbooks. The basic principle of the present syllabus is based on the national curriculum of kindergartens. Developing an English syllabus model for kindergarteners could suggest standards and directions for teaching and writing adequate English textbooks for kindergarteners. The syllabus model integrates competence in communication using a proportional approach and focussing on the characteristics of kindergarteners. This study presented an integrated English syllabus for kindergarteners at the ages of five, six, and seven.

하이퍼텍스트시스템은 비직선적이며 비연속적인 형태로 문헌을 조직하고 이용할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 정보시스템이다. 하이퍼텍스트는 정보뭉치를 소장하는 노드와 상호 관련된 노드들을 연결하는 링크로 구성되며 노드에는 텍스트, 그래프, 그림, 비디오화면, 소리 등의 정보가 소장될 수 있다. 이용자는 링크를 선택함으로써 원하는 정보에 자유롭게 접근할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 하이퍼텍스트의 개념, 구성요소, 특성 둥을 구체적으로 살펴보고 PC용 상용시스템인 Guide에 관해 간단한 응용 예를 들어 기술하였다.

For years, businesses have realized that story can persuade customers, familiarize people with the brand or the product, inspire team members and also mean big economic value. Storytelling, however, is regarded as such area depending only on the story director or writer's creativity and thus minimum efforts have been given to information technology development for supporting business storytelling process. This study aims to review existing information technologies for both traditional and relatively new storytelling genres, and regards their implications when applied to business storytelling. As the result of the qualitative study, three kinds of business storytelling supporting system architectures-brainstorming, writing manin story, participatory storytelling-are suggested and discussions on further works are briefly mentioned.

Investigation of M. peregrina aerial parts revealed the isolation and identification of 4-flavonoidal compounds, quercetin, quercetin-3-0-rutinoside (rutin), chrysoeriol-7-0-rhamnoside 6,8,3',5'-tetramethoxy apigenin. The compounds were identified by TLC, PC, MS, and $H^1-NMR$. The fatty acids and unsaponifiable matter were studied. The $LD_{50}$ for M. peregrina was 113.4 mg/100g b.wt. Repeated intraperitoneal injection of 1/20 and 1/10 $LD_{50}$ (5.67 mg and 11.34 mg/100g b.wt.) of defatted alcoholic of M. peregrina for 30 days induced significant decrease in serum glucose, liver enzymes and lipid components. M. peregrina administered i.p., 30min prior to carrageenan at the above doses significantly inhibited the rat paw oedema response, In acute pain models, namely, the acetic acid-induced writing and hot-plate assay, M. peregrina exhibited marked analgesic properties. In addition, M. peregrina administered at time of indomethacin injection inhibited the development of gastric lesions in rats.
