TRNOPT를 이용한 수직 지중열교환기 길이 산정 방법에 관한 연구 (Sizing of Vertical Borehole Heat Exchangers using TRNOPT)

  • Ground-coupled heat pump systems have been widely used, as they are regarded as a renewable energy source and ensure a high annual efficiency. Among the system components, borehole heat exchangers (BHE) play an important role in decreasing the entering water temperature (EWT) to heat pumps in the cooling season, and consequently improve the COP. The optimal sizing of the BHEs is crucial for a successful project. Other than the existing sizing methods, a simulation-based design tool is more applicable for modern complex geothermal systems, and it may also be useful since design and engineering works operate on the same platform. A simulation-based sizing method is proposed in this study using the well-known Duct STorage (DST) model in Trnsys. TRNOPT, the Trnsys optimization tool, is used to search for an optimal value of the length of BHEs under given ground loads and ground properties. The result shows that a maximum EWT of BHEs during a design period (10 years) successfully approaches the design EWT while providing an optimal BHE length. Compared to the existing design tool, very similar lengths are calculated by both methods with a small error of 1.07%.

고층고밀 아파트단지의 노후도 평가지표 개발 (A Study on the Evaluating Indicators of the Level of Deterioration in High-rise and high-density Apartments)

  • High-rise and high-density apartment complexes have been built and supplied on a large scale in the 1st period of the New Town project in metropolitan areas since the late 1980s. Now It has become necessary to improve those apartment complexes, which have serious deterioration problems for aging more than about 20 years accompanying simultaneity and a large scale. The purpose of this research is to develop the evaluating indicators to measure the level of deterioration of apartments inclusively and practically in order to regenerate apartments as sustainable residential environments. This study is composed of the following four parts; (a) establishing the conceptual model of evaluation of apartment deterioration, (b) selecting evaluation items, (c) constituting evaluation measurement, and(d)weighting evaluation indicators. First, deterioration of apartments was conceptualized by physical. social, and economical aspects in terms of sustainable development and proposed the conceptual model of hierarchy structure of evaluation of apartment deterioration by literature reviews. Second, evaluating items were selected based on literature reviews of existing indicators and preceding studies about apartments of Korea and foreign countries. The evaluating indicators were identified as a total of 77 evaluating items which were composed of three dimensions and 9 attributes on the basis of the conceptual model. They cover comprehensive scope of the apartment such as unit, building, complex, and site. Third, as the measurement, the 5 point ordinal scale measure was suggested. The evaluating measurement including measure standards, measure methods, and measure contents were developed by each evaluating items. Lastly, the weighting of evaluating indicators was analyzed by AHP method conducted by survey on the expert group. Items were identified as high contributors or low contributors. The weighting of these items could suggest several evaluations according to the situation. The evaluation of the level of deterioration can be done by both total evaluation and a specific field of evaluation. In addition, it is easy to grasp deteriorated attributes or dimensions by providing a radar and bar chart showing evaluation results. These evaluating indicators could be a useful tool to grasp actual methods for the regeneration of apartments.

Dynamically Induced Anomalies of the Japan/East Sea Surface Temperature

  • Variability of sea surface temperature (SST) in the Japan/East Sea (JES) was studied using complex empirical orthogonal function (CEOF) analysis. Two daily data sets were analyzed: (1) New Generation 0.05o-gridded SST from Tohoku University, Japan (July 2002-July 2006), and (2) 0.25o-gridded SST from the Japan Meteorological Agency (October 1993-November 2006). Linkages with wind stress curl were revealed using 6-h 1o-gridded surface zonal and meridional winds from ancillary data of the Sea- WiFS Project, a special National Centers for Environmental Prediction/National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCEP/NCAR) product (1998-2005). SST anomalies (SSTA) were obtained by removing the seasonal signal, estimated as the leading mode of the CEOF decomposition of the original SST. Leading CEOF modes of residual SSTA obtained from both data sets were consistent with each other and were characterized by annual, semiannual, and quasi-biennial time scales estimated with 95% statistical significance. The Semiannual Mode lagged 2 months behind the increased occurrence of the anticyclonic (AC) wind stress curl over the JES. Links to dynamic processes were investigated by numerical simulations using an oceanic model. The suggested dynamic forcings of SSTA are the inflow of subtropical water into the JES through the Korea Strait, divergence in the surface layer induced by Ekman suction, meridional shifts of the Subarctic Front in the western JES, AC eddy formation, and wind-driven strengthening/weakening of large-scale currents. Events of west-east SSTA movement were identified in July-September. The SSTA moved from the northeastern JES towards the continental coast along the path of the westward branch of the Tsushima Current at a speed consistent with the advective scale.

도로 주변의 PM10, NOx 및 O3의 시공간적 농도 분포 연구 (Temporal and Spatial Distributions of PM10, NOx and O3 around the Road)

  • PM10, NOx, and $O_3$ were measured at six locations, of which each three is horizontally and vertically distributed respectively, in an apartment complex around the heavily traffic road. Those were measured seven times a day with two hours interval starting from 8 o'clock in the morning for 15 days during May 2005 $\sim$ September 2005. PM10 and NOx showed high concentrations in rush hours while low concentrations in midday due to the direct emissions from automobiles in operation. Temporal variations of 01 showed very much similar trend appeared in normal urban atmospheres. The spatial distributions of PM10, NOx and $O_3$ showed that almost all of concentrations were higher in a row of Roadside > Surface at 130 m apart from the road > Surface at 230 m apart from the road > 3rd floor of apartment building > 15th floor of apartment building > 27th floor of apartment building. Model equations, which can project spatial concentration distributions, were constructed by combining the horizontal and the vertical linear regression equations derived from six mean values corresponding to six measuring locations. According to inter-comparison of PM10, NOx, and $O_3$ with the constructed model equations, concentration gradients were higher in a row of Vertical direction of NOx > Vertical direction of PM10 > Horizontal direction of NOx > Horizontal direction of PMIO > Vertical direction of $O_3$ > Horizontal direction of $O_3$. Why concentration gradient of particulate PM10 is lower than that of gaseous NOx is in question, and should be studied.

간호중재분류(NIC)에 근거한 간호중재수행분석 II -한방병동과 일반병동 간호사를 중심으로- (Nursing Interventions Classification(NIC) Use in Korea : Oriental Medicine Hospitals and General Hospitals)

  • The purposes of this research were to identify nursing interventions performed by Korean nurses and to compare the interventions performed by nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals and with those performed by nurses working in the general hospitals. The samples consisted of 144 Korean nurses working in three hospitals, 70 nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals and 74 nurses working in the general hospitals. The Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) Use Questionnaire developed by the Iowa Intervention Project team was translated to Korean and verified using the method of back-translation. The questionnaire consists of 433 intervention labels and definition. Thirteen interventions were used at least daily by nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals, while twenty-one interventions were used at least daily by nurses working in the general hospitals. The most frequently used interventions by nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals were Documentation, Shift Report Vital Signs Monitoring, Pressure Ulcer Prevention, Positioning, Fall Prevention, Exercise Promotion, Intravenous (IV) Therapy, Pressure Ulcer care, and Bed Rest Care in that crder. For nurses working in the general hospitals the most frequent intervention was Analgesic Administration, followed by the interventions of Medication Administration : Parenteral and Intravenous Therapy (IV) Therapy, Documentation, Intravenous(IV) Insertion, Shift Report, Fall Prevention, Vital Signs Monitoring, Medication Adnninistraction : and, Fluid Monitoring, and Medication Maragement in that order. The interventions performed least often by nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals were Hemodialysis Therapy and Bleeding Reduction : Antepartum Uterus, while the interventions performed least often by nurses working in the general hospitals were Rape Trauma Treatment and Contact Lens Care. The nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals performed the interventions in the Physiological : Complex domain significantly more often than the nurses working in the general hospitals, while the nurses working in the general hospitals performed the intervention in the Behavior domain significantly more often than the nurses working in the oriental medicine hospitals. This study suggests that further study will be needed to developed and validate more interventions sensitive to Korean culture.

에너지 소모를 고려한 역삼투 해수담수화 플랜트 주요 성능인자 영향 분석 (Comprehensive Analysis of Major Factors Associated with the Performance of Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plant for Energy-saving)

  • 기후변화로 인해 가속화되고 있는 충남 지역 가뭄현상에 대응하고 대산 임해산업단지의 증가하는 용수 수요를 만족하기 위해서, K-water에서는 100,000 ㎥/일 규모 역삼투 해수담수플랜트 건설 사업을 추진하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해수담수플랜트 운영비용의 70% 이상을 담당하는 역삼투 공정 성능에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자에 대한 성능 분석을 수행하였다. 대산 지역 해수 염분농도 및 수온 변화 조건에서 RO 공정의 전력소모는 2.39 ± 0.13 kWh/㎥로 나타났으며, 막여과유속과 회수율이 낮을수록 전력소모가 절감되어 연간 운영비용이 감소하였다. 주요 막 제조사별 고유량 막의 성능 비교 결과, 전량 2단 여과공정(full two pass) 기준 생산수 TDS는 평균 3.84 mg/L로 양호하였고, 전력소모는 2.22 ± 0.13 kWh/㎥ 수준으로 확인되었다. 역삼투 공정 구성을 전량 2단 여과방식에서 partial 또는 split partial 방식으로 변경함에 따라 전력소모는 최대 0.29 kWh/㎥, 막모듈 설치비용은 최대 15.6% 절감 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

부산지역 건설산업 활성화를 위한 정책 및 제도 개선방안 (Suggestions of Policy for Revitalizing the Construction Industry in Busan)

  • 지역 경제가 침체됨에 따라 각종 정책은 거대한 건축산업을 활성화를 위해 제시되고 있지만, 건설산업은 여러 요인들이 복합 작용하므로 목적에 모두 부합하는 것은 어렵다. 본 연구는 부산지역 전문인들을 대상으로 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 실시하여 현지 건설 시장의 경기침체의 원인을 찾을 수 있었다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원가절감 및 현실적인 마스터 플랜은 재개발 주택계획을 위한 해결책으로 필요하다. 둘째, 지역 건설산업을 고려하지 않은 수도권 중심의 정책 문제는 규제 완화가 필요하다. 마지막으로, 건설사업타당성 분석에 대한 낮은 인식과 전문인력 부족 문제는 교육을 통한 인력양성이 필요하다. 본 연구결과는 지역건설의 활성화 개선에 도움이 될 것이며, 전문인들의 인식 차이를 고려할 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다.

  • 플랜트건설 산업은 엔지니어링과 기계설비의 조달, 시공이 융합된 복합산업(EPC)으로 건설업체의 수주에 따라 기계 ${\cdot}$ 설비 등 타 분야의 성장을 함께 도모할 수 있는 높은 고부가가치 산업이다. 따라서 플랜트건설 수주의 증대는 향후 건설업체뿐만 아니라 국가경제 전반의 성장에 지대한 영향을 끼치는 중요한 이슈이다. 특히, 근래에 중동지역의 경우 고유가에 자극 받은 국가들의 가스와 석유화학 등의 시설에 대한 지속적인 투자로 플랜트 분야의 수요가 급증하는 등 해외 건설시장에서의 플랜트 분야의 시장이 매우 성장하고 있다. 하지만 국내의 해외플랜트 건설업체들이 미국, 유럽 및 일본의 선진기업들과의 경쟁에서 우의를 점하여, 매출과 이윤을 늘리고 꾸준히 사업을 영위하기 위해서는 플랜트 건설산업의 국제 경쟁력을 조속히 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외 건설시장에서 국내 플랜트 관련 업체들의 프로젝트 수행기술 전반을 향상시켜 지속적인 경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 플랜트 건설사업의 각종 표준과 프로젝트 관리 및 정보관리체계 등 플랜트 프로젝트 관리의 선진화된 기술을 개발하고자 한다.

집단지성을 활용한 건설 전자매뉴얼의 정보 관리 모델 구축 (Development of Information Management Model for Construction Electronic Manual using Collective Intelligence)

  • 건설 산업이 대형화 복잡화 되어감에 따라 사업 전체의 업무 절차를 파악하고, 요구되는 다양한 정보들을 제공하는 데 어려움이 많아지고 있다. 이에 따라 기존에 정비 제조 분야에서 업무 정보를 제공하기 위하여 사용되고 있는 IETM(대화형 전자매뉴얼; Interactive Electornic Technical Manual)을 건설 산업에 도입한 건설 전자매뉴얼을 통해 사업정보 관리를 지원하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 건설 사업의 경우 사업 환경의 변화에 따른 관련 정보의 변경이 빈번하게 발생하므로, 관리자가 매번 변경된 정보를 수집하고 조직화하는 작업을 수행하기에는 작업 빈도가 높고 정보의 수집이 어렵다는 문제점이 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 전자매뉴얼의 정보 관리 주체를 관리자에서 사용자 전체로 확대하여 정보를 실시간으로 재구성하는 집단지성 개념을 활용한 정보 관리 모델을 제안하고, 이를 도시환경정비사업의 전자매뉴얼에 적용하여 활용 가능성을 검증하고자 한다.

복합행정타운 내 보건소의 공간구성요소와 면적구성에 관한 건축계획적 연구 - 서울특별시 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Architectural Planning of Spatial Organization Elements & Aerial Composition of Public Health Center within Governments Complexes Town - Focused on case studies in Seoul Metropolis -)

  • As urban function has become diversified and complicated, multifunctional complex facilities to satisfy new functional desires are necessary. Since local autonomy started, many facilities previously run and managed by central administrative agencies are now under management of localities, and functionally, the necessity for governments complexes town to satisfy diverse taste of populace such as creating local community becomes imminent. Analyzing characteristics by space composition factor of the public health center, newly built as part of such governments complexes town and understanding required area of each part, this project is to be used as basic material for construction plan of public health center that is equipped with local characters while devising construction of the public health center in the governments complexes town. Research method is to analyze four public health center facilities located in governments complexes town sites built after 2007, among twenty five public health centers in Seoul, by spatial functions. Also, based on statistical documents of usage of public health center facilities, research over spatial compositional factors and area composition has been conducted. As a result, connectivity between local government building located inside the governments complexes town and public health center and that of spatial composition factor by part, area ratio by part and floor type of public health center are comprehended. Connectivity type of public health centers are divided into horizontal and vertical connectivity and it is found that spatial composition of public health center is compartmentalized into low level, mid level and high level, to make access by users easier. Level type is decided as radial, rotational and combined by hallway connecting facilities.
