Objectives: This study performed to verify Korea National Health and Examination Survey(KNHAES) to monitor recommended physical activity(PA) and to propose an monitoring tools for evidence-based PA projects. Methods: The characteristics of the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire(GPAQ) and its reliability and validity were overviewed based on the current scientific evidence in the field of PA. Relevant articles were identified through multiple sources including PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, CINAHL, ASP, RISS4U, and KISS. Results: The GPAQ has strong points over the Short Form of International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ-SF) as a monitoring tool to meet recommended PA levels for three domains separately and reflecting a better understanding about walking. Its reliability and validity also were reported as acceptable in existing studies overall. Some limitations of this questionnaire, however, need to be addressed to improve its quality. Conclusions: For monitoring of evidenced-based physical activity projects, we considered that it is able to be provided an opportunity for in-depth discussion among academic experts and policy-makers about the necessity of complements for KNHAES and applying new tools, and it could be the basis for development of physical activity monitoring tool in the future.

Since ultrasound has different reflections depending on components of organization, analysis of ultrasound images of skeletal muscle can offer both quantitative and qualitative reports as concerns skeletal muscle structure. This study is focused on the ultrasound method for evaluating the structural characteristics of skeletal muscle and also conducted to examine its practicality. After obtaining images of the elbow flexors from an ultrasound image device with 88 normal subjects whose ages were between twenty and seventy years old (44 men and 44 women), muscular density and white area index (WAI) which indicated structural characteristics of skeletal muscle were analyzed with gray scale analysis. The study examined correlations between subject's age and items which obtained from measuring ultrasound images and the differences in relations to sex and age. Muscular density and WAI had a high correlation with age and were significantly increased in men and women with greater age. The quantitative evaluation method of skeletal muscle structure which analyzed the ultrasound images has high practicality because it is a non-invasive method which complements physical therapy diagnosis and research methods and promotes functionality evaluation.

People live in an environment which affects the human b by way of ‘Affordance’ .. And the interaction between h human and the surrounding environment arises ‘the sense of place' through adoptation. Considering the human emo¬t tional and psychological needs, besides the functionalones, for the design of environment gives ‘the place’ the h humanized atmosphere. Then the viewing-window, re¬f fleeting the dweller’s sensibility and aesthetic aspect, be¬c comes an important design element for the human interi¬o or atmosphere. G Generally, the view has the character of the Panorama a and sometimes of the Picture. And the viewing - window t transfigures the visual effects by ways of ‘Framing’, at t taching the ’Screen’ and ‘Successive development' of the views through openings on the wall. Hence this study w was developed from the aesthethic view-points of archi t tecture, cinema, picture and photography etc., and the c conclusions are as follows. T The ‘Frame’ limits the boundary of the view into a p particular area, while the ‘Screen’ changes the clear view t to an obscure one. And the wall-openings located with i intervals show the fragments of the outer view in a suc¬c cessive way. And these techniques applied to the viewing window make the viewer have the associated meanings d derived from the ‘Guided Projection'. So, the associative p psychology of the viewer complements the partiality, ob¬s scurity and brokenness of the view into a complete one, a and finally the view comes to be an aesthetic one to the v vIewer.

Smart card system is being used in many countries to improve access to their transportation systems. Especially for subway system that typically see high volumes of passengers at specific times of the days, it's critical to find a ray to collect fares without unnecessarily delaying passengers. The card consists of antenna, modulation and demodulation block, power supply module and memory. The antenna receives the power and data signal from reader. The FRAM is used as the inner memory. And it is a non-volatile memory and complements the problems, that is high consumption and low data processing speed, of using conventional EEPROM in the passive smart cart. In this paper, we analyze and design the RF passive smart card to apply to the fare collection for the subway gate system.

국내 접지시스템 설계시 가장 널리 사용되는 것은 ANSI/IEEE Std. 80-2000이나 국내 접지설계 환경의 적정성 여부는 검토되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 접지설계 환경을 고려한 새로운 접지도체의 굵기 산정방법과 접지도체의 위험전압 산정방법, 접지도체의 Grid간격 산정방법을 적용하여 ANSI/IEEE Std.80-2000을 보완한 새로운 접지시스템 설계 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 ANSI/IEEE Std. 80-2000 Annex B의 사례연구를 통해 IEEE Std. 80에 의한 방식과 비교 검토하여 신뢰성과 경제성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 프로로밍 에이전트의 데이터의 안전한 수행을 위해 악의적인 요인들에 의해 발생될 수 있는 절단공격으로부터 안전한 실행을 보장한다. 또한 기존의 체인관계보다 확장성을 개선한 쿼리 트리체인 관계(QCRT:query chain relationship tree)구조를 형성함으로써 악의적인 요소를 효과적으로 검출 할 수 있다. 또한 체인 관계 구조를 에이전트의 여정에 따라 형성되는 구조로 체크함으로써 에이전트의 체인관계를 확장하였다. 단면적인 체인관계의 확장으로 기존의 취약한 요소들을 보완하여 이동 에이전트의 절단공격으로부터 실행 보장을 하였다.

성염색체의 조성이 다른 수영 (Rumex acetosa L.) 암·수 개체의 잎 절편 배양을 통하여 얻은 체세포클론을 대상으로 염색체 분석을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 암 개체의 경우 조사된 25개체 중 21개체 (84%)가 야생형과 같은 염색체 조성 (2n=14)을 보였으며, 야생형에서는 관찰되지 않는 4배체 식물이 4개체 (16%)가 관찰되었다. 그에 비하여 수 개체에서는 20개체 중 4개체 (20%)만이 정상의 염색체 조성을 보여 성에 따른 체세포클론 변이에서의 차이를 보였다. 수 개체에서는 2n=14, 28 등의 이수체가 관찰되었으며, 4배체 (2n=30)로 나타난 체세포클론에서도 성염색체의 뚜렷한 배가현상이 관찰되지 않았다.

In this paper, we design the GA-fuzzy precompensator of a Power System Stabilizer for Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor(TCSC-PSS) for enhancement of power system stability. Here a fuzzy precompensator is designed as a fuzzy logic-based precompensation approach for TCSC-PSS. This scheme is easily implemented simply by adding a fuzzy precompensator to an existing TCSC-PSS. And we optimize the fuzzy precompensator with a genetic algorithm for complements the demerit such as the difficulty of the component selection of fuzzy controller, namely, scaling factor, membership Auction and control rules. Simulation results show that the proposed control technique is superior to a conventional PSS in dynamic responses over the wide range of operating conditions and is convinced robustness and reliableness in view of structure.

EPON의 상향전송방식에서는 다수의 ONU가 공유된 광 채널에 대한 권한을 공평하고 효율적으로 할당받기 위해서 동적대역할당 알고리즘을 사용한다. RC-DBA 알고리즘은 MPCP를 기반으로 QoS를 지원하면서 동일한 우선 순위일 경우 모든 ONU에게 공평한 대역할당을 지원하기 위해서 제안된 DBA알고리즘이다. 본 논문에서는 RC-DBA알고리즘을 적용한 OLT의 MAC 모듈과 MAC 제어 패킷을 송 수신하는 ONU 모듈을 하드웨어 기술 언어(Hardware Description Language)로 설계하였다. 또한 두 모듈을 UTP 케이블로 연결한 ONU/OLT 테스트베드 시스템을 구축하여 RC-DBA알고리즘을 통해 상향전송을 위한 타임슬롯의 할당이 어떻게 이루어지는지 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 Corebell사의 IDS2000 FPGA Expansion 보드를 통하여 ONU/OLT 하드웨어 모듈과 임베디드 리눅스 기반의 검증 프로그램의 개발이 이루어졌다.

Phosphoribosylanthranilate transferase (PAT) catalyzes the second step of the tryptophan biosynthetic pathway and is encoded by a single-copy gene that complements all the visible phenotypes of the tryptophan mutant (trp1-100) of Arabidopsis. The trp1-100 is blue fluorescent under UV light becuase it accumulates anthranilate. To obtain a plant with reduced PAT activity, PAT1 genes with several internal deletions in different promoter regions (pHS 101, pHS102, pHS104, pHS105, and pHS107) were induced into trp1-100 via Agrobacterium. Then, homozygous T3 plants were isolated and examined for blue fluorescence. Introduction of the PAT1 gene fusants results in the reversion of fluorescence phenotype except in the case of pHS105. These results prompted us to perform a parallel analysis of anthranilate synthase and PAT interms of the genetic complementation. A plant line carrying pHS105 gene fusant does not completely complement the blue fluorescence but it accumulates less anthranilate than trp1-100. The activity of PAT was reduced in the transgenic mutant as well. The plant carrying these constructs will add to the growing collection of molecular tools for the study of the indolic secondary metabolism.
