학제별 간호학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인 비교 (Comparison of Factors affecting Clinical Competence between Associate and Bachelor Nursing Students Completed Nursing Courses)

  • Purpose: This study was to compare the influencing factors of clinical competence between associate and bachelor nursing students completing nursing courses. Method: The subjects were 429 students completing the nursing courses (172 bachelor course students, and 257 associate course students). The study design was cross sectional. Results: Bachelor students showed a significant higher score in clinical competence than associate students. There were significant influencing factors on clinical competence including critical thinking disposition, professional conduct, communication skill, theoretical education satisfaction, and practice education satisfaction. The strongest factor influencing clinical competence was critical thinking disposition. All the factors mentioned above explained 49% of clinical competence in associate courses, and 40.0% in bachelor courses excluding the factor of practice education satisfaction. The level of theoretical and practice education satisfaction of bachelor courses was significantly lower than associate. Conclusion: It is recommended that associate course nursing students should be encouraged in critical thinking disposition, professional conduct, and communication skill. Bachelor course nursing students should be encouraged in practical education including practical environments, instruction methods, and content for improving clinical competence.

간호학생의 비판적 사고성향 및 핵심기본간호술 성취도가 간호수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence Factors of Critical Thinking Disposition and Core Basic Nursing Skills Achievement on Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 간호수행능력 관련요인을 파악하여 간호수행능력 증진을 위한 학부과정의 교육 방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일 대학 간호학과의 4학년 학생 227명이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성, 비판적 사고성향, 핵심기본간호술 성취도에 따른 간호수행능력은 independent t-test, pearson's correlation coefficient를 실시하였고, 간호수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 Linear regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 간호학생의 간호수행능력에는 비판적 사고성향의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 난이도 중 및 하의 성취도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 모두 점수가 높을수록 간호수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호학생의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 성취도를 높이는 한편 난이도 상의 성취도를 높이는 교육프로그램의 마련이 필요하다.

위탁급식업체 고객들이 인식하는 브랜드 개성 요인 연구 (A Study on Brand Personality Factors as Recognized by the Customers of Contract Foodservice Management Companies)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the attributes and factors of brand personality for contract foodservice management companies. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to five students at universities operating under the top five companies in contract foodservice management. The following statistical analyses were conducted for the data assessment: descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, and factor analysis, using the SPSS Win(12.0) package program. From these analyses we divided a company's brand personality into the following five functional and emotional elements: sensibility, sincerity, confidence, competence, and excitement. Based on these five elements a total of 26 scales were developed to measure brand attributes of the companies. The variance was explained by 19.29% of sensibility, 17.65% of sincerity, 15.71% of confidence, 14.06% of competence, and 13.62% of excitement. The calculated Cronbach's alpha was more than .90 for all the scales measuring the five attributes, indicating good internal consistency. There were significant differences in sensibility(p<.01), sincerity(p<.001), creditability(p<.01), competence (p<.001), and excitement(p<.001) among the companies. In regards to overall brand personality, company a had a higher mean score for sincerity, while the other companies had higher mean scores for competence. Among the brand personalities, 'confidence' had the highest mean score with 3.36, followed by 'cooperation' (3.17), 'successful'(3.12), 'leadership'(3.11), and 'down-to-earth'(3.02).

최초반응자의 특성에 따른 "구조 및 응급처치 교육"에 대한 분석 (Analysis on the effects of first aid and emergency rescue in-service program for the first respondents(drivers))

  • This study is implemented in the Department of Emergency Medical Technology of the Cheju Halla College in to evaluate behavioral changes in the recognition of the importance of the first aid, coping ability in the field, and competence of the first aid skills after taking the in-service program. The in-service program was hold from December 14 to December 22, 1998 under the title of "1998 First Aid and Emergency Rescue Training" for 176 drivers. The Questionnaire was distributed to 176 drivers, among them, 88 drivers took in-service program and 88 ones did not. After the data analysis, following conclusions we re made. 1. There are no significant statistical differences among demographic factors such as the level of education, age, career, and marital state of the subjects in the recognition of the importance of the first aid and competence of the first aid skills. 2. The drivers, who were the in-service program, significantly higher score in educated in represented all the area of recognition of the importance of first aid than non-educated drivers. 3. The drivers, who were educated in the in-service program, showed also significantly high score in competence of the first aid skills. According to the conclusions, there were significant change made In the recognition of the importance of the first aid and competence of the first aid skills after the in-service program. Therefore, nationwide emergency training program should be considered to improve emergency care ability of the nation. To make the program more effective for drivers, the in-service program should be required to newly licensed drivers during orientations or licence issuing.

농식품소비자역량 정도에 따른 친환경식품, HMR 구매 및 외식행태 분석 - 2022 식품소비행태조사 자료를 바탕으로 - (Analysis of Eco-Friendly Food, HMR Purchases, and Eating-Out Behavior by the Level of Agri-Food Consumer Competency - Based on Food Consumption Behavior Survey for Food 2022 Data -)

  • This study was conducted to investigate whether there were differences in eco-friendly food, home meal replacement (HMR) purchases, and eating-out behavior according to the level of agri-food consumer competence. The data for the study were extracted from main food consumers (n=3,321) in the 2022 Food Consumption Behavior Survey. The competence index was divided into awareness-attitude-practice items, and three groups were classified by competence level. The results showed an agri-food consumer competency score of 70.62, with the highest score for awareness (73.96), followed by practice (69.28) and attitude (66.18). The frequency of purchasing eco-friendly food was higher in the excellent group compared to other groups, and quality and price satisfaction was higher with higher competency (p<0.001). Regarding HMR, the results showed that the shortage group had the lowest HMR consumption rate, and satisfaction decreased as competence decreased (p<0.001). The main reason for eating-out was to enjoy food in all groups (59.0%), followed by a lack of cooking time in the excellent group (15.7%) and hassle with food preparation in the moderate and shortage groups (17.3%, 16.6%) (p<0.001). In short, agri-food consumption competency showed differences by contents and components, and differences in food purchases and eating-out behavior by competency level were found.

치과위생사의 의사소통능력이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of communication competence on the organizational effectiveness in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The study aimed to investigate the effect of communication competence on the organizational effectiveness in dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 248 dental hygienists in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggido from November 1 to 30, 2014. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(4 items), job characteristics(10 items), communication competence(49 items), organizational commitment(15 items), job satisfaction(16 items), and turnover intention(5 items). The instrument for communication competence and organizational commitment was done by Likert 5 points scale. Data were analyzed by t test, one way ANOVA, stepwise multiple regression test, and post-hoc Scheffe test using SPSS 18.0 program Results: The average of communication competence was 3.49(${\pm}0.28$). Of the sub-factors of communication competence, interpretational competence had the highest score of 3.65(${\pm}0.33$) followed by self-presentation 3.50(${\pm}0.49$), message conversion 3.50(${\pm}0.47$), role performance 3.44(${\pm}0.37$), and goal setting competence 3.28(${\pm}0.60$). There were significant effects in the organizational commitment including workplace(dental clinic=1, ${\beta}$=-0.254), weekly average working hours($${\leq_-}40$$ hours=1, ${\beta}$=0.182), role performance(${\beta}$=0.163), self-presentation(${\beta}$=0.144), goal setting competence(${\beta}$=0.130), and position(head=1, ${\beta}$=0.137). There were significants effects in the job satisfaction including position(head=1, ${\beta}$=0.217), weekly average working hours($${\leq_-}40$$ hours=1, ${\beta}$=0.204), education level(graduate school=1, ${\beta}$=0.184), job career(3~6 years=1, ${\beta}$=-0.181), goal setting competence(${\beta}$=0.194), and interpretational competence(${\beta}$=0.124). Conclusions: The communication competence of the dental hygienists showed a partial effect on the organizational effectiveness. In order to improve the organizational commitment and job satisfaction and the turnover intention, a variety of efforts must be taken and focused on goal setting competence, role performance, self-presentation, and interpretational competence.

유아기질이 유아자아존중감과 또래유능성에 미치는 영향 (The effect that infant temperament has on the infant's sense of self-respect and peer competence)

  • 본 연구는 유아기질이 유아의 자아존중감, 또래유능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴봄으로써 유아의 자아존중감과 또래유능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석을 통해 나타난 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아기질의 적응성, 활동성, 자아존중감의 인지적능력, 동료수용의 경우 어린이집의 평점이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 유아기질의 반응성, 자아존중감의 어머니수용, 동료관계, 또래유능성의 사교성은 유치원의 평점이 더 높은 것으로 조사되었고, 남아의 '생리적규칙성'이 여아에 비해 더 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 유아의 연령에 따른 유아기질, 자아존중감, 또래유능성의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 유아기질의 '반응성'의 경우 만 5세가 a그룹으로 만 3세, 만4세가 b그룹으로 나뉘어 차이를 보였으며 '생리적규칙성'의 경우 만3세의 규칙성이 가장 컸으며 만5세의 규칙성이 상대적으로 적어 차이를 보였다. 자아존중감과 또래유능감에서는 만4, 5세가 만3세보다 높은 것으로 확인되어졌다.

중년기 여성의 실존적 영적안녕과 희망, 자아힘돋우기(self-empowerment) (Hope, Self-Empowerment and Existential Spiritual Well-Being of Middle aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between existential spiritual well-being, hope and self-empowerment in middle aged women. The subjects were 190 women who lived in Taegu, Korea and ranged in age from 35 to 59. The data was collected during the period from October 2nd to October 18th, 2002. The instruments were the revised existential spiritual well-being scale developed by Paloutzian and Ellison (1982), hope scale developed hope scale developed Nowotny(1989) and empowerment scale by Spreitzer(1995). The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Mean score of existential spiritual well-being was 4.18. Mean score of hope was 2.80. Mean score of empowerment was 3.73. 2. The score of existential spiritual well-being showed significantly positive correlation with the score of hope(r=.508, P=.000), self-empowerment(r=.458, P=.000). 3. There were significant differences in existential spiritual well-being according to age, presence of religion, leisure time activity. 4. There were significant differences in hope according to leisure time activity. 5. The most powerful predictor of existential spiritual well-being was hope and the variance explained was 25.8%. A combination of competence, leisure time activity, meaning, impact for 37.2% of the variance in existential spiritual well-being of middle aged women. Further studies need to be done to identify the effect of competence through the repeated studies and to develop a hope promoting program which can cause positive effects on a existential spiritual well-being.

퍼지이론을 이용한 요양보호사의 역량수준평가 (Evaluation of Competence Level of Caregivers Using Fuzzy Theory)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 역량수준을 평가하고 경력과 고용형태에 따라 역량수준 평가점수를 실증적으로 검정하여 요양서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 수집된 자료는 요양보호사의 역량수준을 보다 정확하게 평가하기 위하여 업무수준 평가요인 및 서비스 질의 평가요인에 대한 가중치를 설정한 후, 관계의 정도를 파악하는 퍼지관계를 사용하여 분석하였다. 이러한 접근은 요양보호사 개인별 평가요인과 개인의 역량수준을 보다 적확하게 파악할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 요양보호사의 경력에 따라서는 요양기술, 신뢰성, 보증성, 유형성이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 또한 요양보호사의 고용형태에 따라서는 직업의식, 대응성, 감정이입, 유형성이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 요양보호사의 역량수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 경력, 고용형태를 고려하여 직업의식을 향상시키고, 요양기술을 습득할 수 있는 환경을 조성해주어야 할 것이며, 서비스의 질을 높이기 위해서는 경력보다는 고용형태의 안정성을 부여하는 것이 의미 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향 요인 (Affecting Factors on Clinical Competence of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 정도를 확인하고 임상수행 능력의 예측 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 D광역시에 소재하는 2개 대학 간호학과 학생 197명이었다. 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 2011년 3월 2일부터 21일까지 실시되었고 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 임상수행능력은 평균 3.96점이었고, 임상수행능력과 비판적사고 성향, 문제해결능력, 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 영향요인은 비판적 사고성향이 18.2%의 설명력으로 가장 높은 영향요인으로 나타났고 논리학 이수 문제해결능력을 포함한 변수가 임상수행능력의 27.2%를 설명하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인을 고려한 효율적인 교육프로그램 개발이 요구된다.
