TIMSS is a representative international comparative study that analyzes changes in mathematics and science achievement, and it collects information on the educational system, curriculum, teaching and learning situation of participating countries as well as research and check, and provides implications for each country's mathematics and science education. Although domestic TIMSS studies focused on the results of achievement related to the evaluation of mathematics, not many have taken a closer look at the content and characteristics of the assessment framework. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the TIMSS 2019 mathematics assessment framework, and to derive implications for the mathematics curriculum and mathematics learning by examining the students' study time in light of the Korean mathematics curriculum. The implications derived from the results of this study are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to check the connection between content elements in the mathematics and education process. Second, it is necessary to check the appropriateness and connectivity of the learning timing of the content elements in the mathematics and education courses. Finally, it is necessary to verify that the hierarchy of content areas and the structure of content systems in mathematics and education courses are consistent with the direction of mathematics education at the international level. This study can be used as a basis for mathematics and curriculum revisions, and can be used to set directions for the development of large-scale evaluation frameworks.

Now, most of programs developed were presented as form of item pool by dividing problems by section and level for the level differentiated course, so the utilization is decreasing at the field caused by unconsidered school underachievement elements by achievement. Especially, the study on teaching materials and effective measures map for mid-low level students with low utilization is more urgent. Therefore, in this study we will promote teaching method for improving learning achievement at high school. The development teaching materials(the performance evaluation and diagnostic assessment, reconstruction of textbooks) will be applied to classes for the underachieving students directly, and the achievement in the experimental class was significantly improved compared to the comparative class and the meaningful conclusions could be drawn as results of conducting same assessment based on the experimental class and the comparative class.

It is known that energy consumption in bottom floor of typical Korean-style apartment is the highest. Previous studies for energy consumption in accordance with floor level appear to be very limited due to the dependence on single energy variable such as electric power or LNG separately, based on past flat type of apartment. Acknowledging these constraints, an empirical study for a tower type emerged recently as new style of apartment in South Korea was conducted to demonstrate how a comprehensive evaluation for both electric power and LNG consumption can be used to assist in monitoring the total energy consumption in terms of floor specific settings. It was possible to identify that energy consumption in bottom floor is lesser than that of top floor, to the contrary, fact known from previous study. Also electric power consumption in top floor was identified as 15% higher than that of floor in the least. It is anticipated that this integrated utilization of electric power and LNG data would present more scientific and objective evidence for the energy load among floor level of tower type apartment by overcoming serious constraints suffered from the past single variable investigation. Ultimately, the result in this paper could be used as a valuable reference to providing priority for energy saving activities in top floor such as cool roof or green roof.

Korea has introduced Korea Emissions In 2015, the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP21) was held in Paris. The Paris Agreement indicates that all nations are in charge of mitigating climate change. Prior to COP21, 197 Parties submitted the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), which are greenhouse gas reduction targets. On June 30, 2015, Korea also submitted an NDC target of 37% reduction compared to BAU in 2030. However, Korea's NDC was evaluated as "Inadequate" by the Climate Action Tracker (CAT). In addition, the domestic environmental group expressed a negative opinion as well. In view of this situation, it is necessary to conduct an objective assessment of quantitative analysis of NDC goals in Korea. The goal of this study is to evaluate NDC of Korea by comparing with those of OECD member countries. For comparative analysis, data such as population, GDP, primary energy supply affecting GHG emissions were obtained from the OECD homepage. The results indicate that emission reduction goal of 37% of Korea was
$4^{th}$ highest goal among OECD member countries. If Korea achieves the emission reduction goal, the greenhouse gas emissions per capita in 2030 are$10^{th}$ among OECD member countries. The greenhouse gas emissions per GDP are$13^{th}$ , and emissions per TOE are$9^{th}$ among OECD member countries. The results show that greenhouse gas intensity of Korea is relatively high among OECD member countries. Therefore, it is needed to continuously endeavor to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to mitigate the global climate change. This study can be further used as a fundamental document to establish the future greenhouse reduction policy in Korea.

It can be seen that the infringement of copyright cases is increasing as the society becomes more complex and advanced. During the software copyright dispute, there may be a dispute over whether the software is duplicated and made into upgraded software. In this paper, we intend to propose an analysis method for determining whether to upgrade software. For the software upgrade analysis, a software similarity analysis technique was used. The analysis program covers servers, management programs, and Raspberry PC programs. The first analysis confirms the correspondence between program creation information and content. In addition, it analyzes the similarity of functions and screen composition between the submitted program and the program installed in the field. The second comparative analysis compares and analyzes similarities by operating two programs in the same environment. As a result of comparative analysis, it was confirmed that the operation and configuration screens of the two programs were identical. Thus, minor differences were found in a few files, but it was confirmed that the two programs were mostly made using the same or almost similar source code. Therefore, this program can be judged as an upgrade program.

The purposes of this study are to apply species distribution modeling in urban management planning for habitat conservation in non-urban area and to provide a detailed classification method for management zone. To achieve these objectives, Species Distribution Model was used to generate species richness and then to compare with the results from land suitability assessment. 59 species distribution models were developed by Maxent. This study used 15 model variables (5 topographical variables, 4 vegetation variables, and 6 distance variables) for Maxent models. Then species richness was created by sum of predicted species distributions. Land suitability assessment was conducted with criteria from type I of "Guidelines for land suitability assessment". After acquiring evaluation values from species richness and land suitability assessment, the results from these two models were compared according to the five grades of classification. The areas with the identical grade in Species richness and land suitability assessment are categorized and then compared each other. The comparison results are Grade1 10.92%, Grade2 37.10%, Grade3 34.56%, Grade4 20.89% and Grade5 1.73%. Grade1 and Grade5 showed the lowest agreement rate. Namely, development or conservation grade showed high disagreement between two assessment system. Therefore, the areas located between urban, agriculture, forest, and reserve have a tendency to change easily by development plans. Even though management areas are not the core area of reserve, it is important to provide a venue for species habitat and eco-corridor to protect and improve biodiversity in terms of landscape ecology. Consequently, adoption of species richness in three levels of management area classification such as conservation, production, planning should be considered in urban management plan.

This study is aimed at establishing the categories and items for ecological assessment and evaluation of the environmental friendliness of golf courses in the capital region of Korea. The categories and items for the assessment have been derived based on the existing literature and interviews with golf experts. This study covers 32 golf courses in the capital region of Korea that are available in terms of data and on-site surveys. In order to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the environmental friendliness of the golf courses, the assessment area was divided into 4 categories that include a total of 14 sub-categories. The 4 categories encompass 1) location, 2) topography, 3) vegetation, and 4) construction. As its sub-categories, the location category includes current land use and zoning in the National Land Use Management Law. Topography has 2 sub-categories in the damage ratio of existing topography, gradient, cut area, and slope height. The assessment of vegetation is largely based on site surveys in the categories of preservation of the existing vegetation, the use of natural resources and existing trees, the component ratio of native tree species, the multi-layered structure of vegetation, and the utilization of water purification plants. In the aspect of construction, afforestation on tile slopes and the utilization of existing surface soil were evaluated. The examination of comparative analysis among the 10 items as a ratio measure showed that the scores were low in the sub-categories of current land we, the use of existing trees, and the multi-layered structure of vegetation. However, the rating results were satisfactory in the 2 sub-categories including cut area, and the utilization of native tree species. Those proved to be contributing factors in the ecological health of the golf courses. According to correlation analysis of the 10 items to the overall ecological rating of each golf course, the sizes of the 32 golf courses were mainly affected by the damage ratio of existing topography, gradient, preservation of vegetation and slope height. This study has the initiative to conduct an ecological assessment of golf courses in the country based on site surveys. The study results revealed that location factors such as current land use, damage ratio of topography and gradient and topographical factors were the main factors affecting the environmental friendliness of golf courses. This indicates indicating the significance of these factors in the future construction practices of golf courses. Furthermore, this study raises the need for follow-up studies to establish more detailed assessment criteria and to develop assessment techniques for areas such as slope afforestation and water purification plants that need a qualitative approach.

Humans are exposed by a range of pollutants in soil via exposure routes such as ingestion, inhalation, and dermal contact. Risk assessment is a process of evaluating the adverse health effects of chemicals as a result of exposure to stressors, and it is a very useful tool to establish the cleanup goals in contaminated lands. In the exposure assessment that is one of main process in risk assessment, exposure factor plays a significant role to quantify the intake of soil pollutants. However there is a very limited study about the exposure factor applicable to Korea. In this study, we compared the exposure factors applied by the developed countries including the United States and representative European countries, and suggested the exposure factor that might be suitable in our situation. The exposure factors considered in this study include average lifetime, body weight, (exposed) skin surface area, life time, skin absorption, soil-skin adherence factor, and soil ingestion rate. This information is needed to quantitatively estimate the intake of soil pollutants in contaminated lands.
