중요도-수행도 분석을 이용한 대학 기숙사 급식소의 서비스 품질 속성에 대한 고객 인식분석 (Customer Perception Levels towards Service Quality Attributes of University Residence Hall Foodservice by Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze university students' perception of service quality attributes in residence hall foodservice. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 1,210 university students residing in a residence hall. A total of 1,011 was usable, resulting in an 83.6% response rate. The survey was conducted between October, 1998 and May, 1999. A statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for Descriptive Analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman Correlation, and Common factor Analysis, and Importance- Performance Analysis(IPA) was completed. Significant negative correlations between importance and performance were found with 'abundance of foods'(p < 0.001), 'discontent handling'(p < 0.001), and 'availability of new menus'(p < 0.01). factors including food, menu, sanitation, atmosphere, facilities, employee's attitude, and convenience were rearranged and a new dimension was created with the service. Employee's attitude and service factors received the highest scores in customer perception of importance and performance. Food, menu, and convenience factors were included in Quadrant A. female students had significantly higher importance mean scores than males, while males had significantly higher Performance mean scores. 방문건강관리사업을 통한 재가 관절통증환자 집중관리 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Intensive Management Program of Home Visiting Health Service for community dwelling Clients with Arthralgia)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Intensive management program of home visiting health service for community dwelling Clients with Arthralgia. Method : A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used for this study. Elderly people who agreed to participated in the study were assigned to an experimental group (n=30) or a control group (n=30). For an experimental group, The Intensive Management program was given as a home visiting health service once a week for 8 weeks. Study outcomes were measured by structured questionnaires from August, 2013 to october. For data analysis, Chi-square test, Fisher's exact probability test, independent t-test, and paired t-test were performed using SPSS version 17.0. Results : Changes in pain, fatigue, medical service utilization and self management compliance were significantly different between the two groups in pretest and posttest(t=-4.828, p < .001), (t=-4.944, p =.001), (t=2.176, p =.039), (t=3.141, p =.003). And there were significant difference between the two groups in left extension and flexion of knee(t=-2.241, p < .031), (t=2.166, p < .037). Conclusion : The intensive management program was effective on decreasing pain, fatigue, medical service utilization, and increasing flexibility of knee joint and self-management compliance of community dwelling clients with arthralgia.

예비치매 부양자의 재가서비스 이용에 관한 연구 -치매특별등급(5등급) 중심으로 (A Study on the Intention to Use Community Care Service by Pre-Caregivers Based on Dementia Under the Long-Term Care Insurance System for the Aged -Special dementia rating (5 rates) in the focus)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data regarding the intention to use community care service based on special grading for dementia in the South Korean Society. Methods. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire adapted on the basis of literature review regarding the first to fourth grade under the long-term care insurance system for the aged from May 1 to 30, 2015 and a total of 272 questionnaires were statistically processed using SPSS 21.0. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and cross-tabulation analysis were performed. The non-parametric type of test, ${\chi}^2$ test, was used for statistical testing. Results. This study obtained the following results: First, caregivers had greater intention to ask recipients to use daytime and nighttime care service. Second, there were statistically significant differences in caregivers' education, occupation, monthly average income, co-residence status, intimacy, and care-giving burden (emotional, financial, and social) and recipients' activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, mental health status, dementia status, and intention to use community care service based on special grading for dementia. Conclusions. There are very few statistical data and academic materials regarding special grading for dementia, which has recently been established. The results of this study are therefore expected to help make a systematic analysis of the intention to use community care service by caregivers based on special grading for dementia.

고급 지역사회 차고 저장 서비스 혁신 연구 - 광저우 썅수만에 초점을 맞추어 (Research on the Innovation Service of Garage Storage in High-end Community - focused Fuzhou Oak Bay)

  • 중국 중산계급이 궐기하는 배경 하에 차고 저장 서비스가 고급 지역사회에서 사용자 체험을 제고시키는 중요한 구성 부분으로 되었다. 본 연구는 중국 썅수만을 예시로 들며, 보관 서비스의 지속적인 발전을 위한 새로운 보관 서비스 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 연구 목적에 달성하기 위해 모델하우스 방문, 사용자 심층 인터뷰 조사와 사용자 여정도로 고객의 핵심 니즈를 파악하여 맞춤형 서비스 프로세스를 구축하였다. 최종 분석 결과를 보자면 해당 보관 서비스 시스템은 공간을 늘렸을 뿐만 아니라 고객 만족도도 높였다. 따라서 본고는 기타 건설회사에 이론적 서포트와 개리지 서비스의 실제 사례를 제공하며 커뮤니티의 서비스 시스템 성능을 대폭 개선할 수 있다.

일본의 노인건강관리체계 검토를 통한 한국 지역사회노인 예방 건강관리 방안모색 연구 (Development of a Community-based Preventive Health Care Model for the Elderly in Korea through the Evaluation of a Japanese Counterpart)

  • Purpose: Through a thorough examination of the CCSC (Community Comprehensive Support Center) system in Japan, this study suggests a scheme to provide community-based preventive health care services for the elderly in Korea. Methods: The study inquired into the applicability of the Japanese model by reviewing the data related to the CCSC project, aided by both in-depth interviews with staff in the field and consultations with specialists. Results: Rearrangement of the Visiting Health Management Project system is needed to manage the collective or individual visiting care management for frailty prevention of the elderly in communities. The delegated service system for preventive care in the community, including direct management by one of the public health centers, also needs to be reviewed and the application of stricter standards for the selection of the agency or corporation to run the delegated service is necessary. Long-Term Care Insurance, along with national and local grants, is to be considered as a financial resource for the community-based preventive health care model for the elderly. By making active use of education rooms at district offices, senior citizen centers in neighborhoods for the elderly with easy access can be created. The project needs to raise active supports from communities, develop programs which can be absorbed into particular local cultures, and promote the understanding of the preventive project in local communities. The preventive program should focus on first solving the problems of depression, seclusion, and lack of mobility of the elderly. Second, the program should instruct physical self-management for exercise-nutrition-dental maintenance, and third, the program should strengthen the cognitive abilities of the elderly. In addition, it is necessary to systematize and implement counter-plans of the family and community to protect the elderly who has mental and cognitive problems. Finally, by establishing a network of public health welfare resources based upon research on a community level, assessment and planning for the health of the elderly should be one with their family, and comprehensive consultation and recommendations should be provided to the family. Conclusion: Taking into consideration the experience Japan has had with respect to a similar project, it is appropriate to develop and implement a service system which would combine the Visiting Health Management Project system which has already been established and a preventive health care model for the elderly on a community level.

온라인 패션 커뮤니티 행동 유형에 따른 시장 세분화 (Market Segmentation Based on Online Fashion Communities' Behavioral Types)

  • Along with the development of overall internet service, online fashion communities appeared and have started to thrive. The growth of mobile service has led to an even bigger expansion of these communities, and will wield a strong influence for the foreseeable future. The purpose of our study is to investigate the relationship between the behavior of these fashion communities and personality characteristics of the community features. For our data analysis, our study used 302 men and women, aged from their 20's and their 40's. The study results are as follows: First, some features, such as interaction, entertainment, promotion, information, and system technique, were drawn as the factors of the online fashion communities. Second, we could divide the community behavioral types into three different groups: buyer, maven, and onlooker groups. Third, all three groups showed different community characteristics. The primary concern for the buyer group was promotion while the mavens and the on-lookers were most interested in information. Fourth, they also showed different demographic characteristics in terms of gender, age, duration of membership, on-line time per visit and number of visits per week. These results show that a new strategy is necessary for online fashion communities to differentiate themselves and their marketing to consumers and their community behavioral types.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 공동체의식이 조직사회화에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Self-Leadership and Sense of Community on Organizational Socialization in Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the self-leadership, sense of community, and organizational socialization in nursing students. Methods: The subjects were 215 four-year nursing students in one province. Data were collected from May 4 to 25, 2018 through a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, analysis of variance, Scheffe's Test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Organizational socialization was positively connected to self-leadership and sense of community the higher the self-leadership and sense of community, the higher the organizational socialization. In the independent variables, communal consciousness produced greater ramifications on organizational associations. Conclusions: Nurse educators can use our findings to consider the individual needs of the nursing student in order to increase their self-leadership and sense of community by developing and implementing suitable and appropriate academic curriculum where proper research can be conducted in order to acquire successful, organizational socialization within the nursing community. Further research in this area is warranted.

지역사회 통합돌봄의 실현을 위한 물리적 인프라 및 지표개발 연구 (A Study on Physical Infrastructure and Indicator Development for the Realization of Community Care)

  • Purpose: The first thing to be done in promoting community care is local diagnosis. Therefore, this study attempted to derive the physical infrastructure to be diagnosed, and to develop diagnostic items and diagnostic indicators applicable to this. Methods:: First, the physical infrastructure related to the community care is derived. And the diagnosis items are derived using the checklist of 'community support and health services' in the WHO Guide for Global age-friendly cities. Next, by analyzing previous studies, we develop diagnostic indicators for each diagnostic item and explore their applicability. Results: As a result of deriving the physical infrastructure for each area of housing, health service, and nursing care for community care, 22 facilities were derived for 9 types. Diagnosis items for the facilities are 1)regional equity, 2)proximity between facilities, 3)transportation access, 4)regional use, 5)barrier-free design, 6)diversity of facilities, and a total of 14 diagnostic indicators was derived. We reviewed and suggested the applicability of diagnostic items and indicators by each physical infrastructure. Implications: For the realization of community care, local diagnosis should not be limited to sim- ply grasping the presence or absence of facilities and the total amount. Instead it should strengthen capabilities by conducting diagnosis to understand the performance of facilities.

보건기관 이용 현황 및 만족도와 관련 요인 -'2010지역사회건강조사' 자료를 이용하여- (Related Factors on Health Service Utilization and Satisfaction of Health Center Clients -Using '2010 Community Health Survey'-)

  • The objective of this study is to assess the utilization and satisfactions about public health centers in Korea. For the analysis, the study utilize the nationwide data of 229,229 person on '2010 Community Health Survey' of Ministry of Health & Welfare. The statistical methodology used in the study is ${\chi}^2$, ANOVA, logistic regression model and multiple regression model. This study have four major findings. First, the significant affecting socio-demographic factors in utilizing public health center were gender, age, region, national basic living secured, married, income, education, job, state of health, chronic disease, unmet medical needs and utilization reason. Second, the most serviced category of health center user was vaccination both city and rural area and the next was certificate, primary care, health screening, other use, the mother and child in city area, primary care, health screening, certificate, home visiting health in rural area. Third, the significant affecting socio-demographic factors in satisfaction degree on health center service were age, region, national basic living secured, income, education, job, state of health, utilization degree and reason. Fourth, the most satisfied service of health service center was home visiting health in city area and mental health service in rural area and the next was nutritive control and the lowest satisfied service was user of certificate. The utilization and satisfaction on health center service were identified as different with residental area and user's characteristics. The politic effort are needed to support socially disadvantaged class and to narrow regional gap.

대학 교직원의 라이프스타일에 따른 세분시장별 대학 교직원 급식소 서비스 품질 인식 분석 (Measuring Service Quality Perception of University Faculty Members & Staffs Towards Faculty Foodservice Based on Lifestyle Segmentation)

  • Market segmentation helps providers to find better marketing opportunities and allows foodservice managers to develop the right product for each target market. Therefore, this study, taking university faculty and staff as subject, is intended to diagnose the relative value of service quality attribute, on the basis service quality scenario of faculty foodservice; to suggest price for improving customer loyalty in market segments. A questionnaire was developed ar d mailed to 600 Yonsei university faculty and staffs. A total of 385 questionnaires were usable; resulting in a 58.7% of faculty and a 69.7% of staff response rate, respectively. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for descriptive Analysis, ANOVA, principal factor analysis, cluster analysis, reliability test and discriminant analysis. The results of the study are as below. Eighteen questions were selected for measuring respondents' lifestyle by AIO method and the seven lifestyle factors derived from factor analysis and aggregated distinct 4 clusters. Service quality attributes of the scenario were determined with 'food quality', 'menu variety', 'atmosphere', 'fast service', and 'clean and sanitation'. 'Food quality', 'menu variety', 'atmosphere', 'fast service', and 'clean and sanitation', in decreasing order, were identified as improving customer loyalty. However, most faculty and staffs were satisfied with the present meal price. The result of this study indicates that the relative value of service quality was differed significantly among the various market segments. 'Food quality', 'menu variety', and 'atmosphere' were determined as major service quality attributes. Thus, customer loyalty could be increased by improving food taste and quality, atmosphere, and service delivery. (Korean J Community Nutrition 8(4) : 556 ∼565, 2003)
