Industrial clusters are geographical concentrations of interconnected companies, specialised suppliers, service providers, firms in related industries, and associated institutions (for example, universities, standard agencies, and trade associations) that combine to create new products and/or services in specific lines of business. At present, the concept of industrial cluster becomes very popular worldwide, policy makers at national, regional and local levels and business people in both forerunner and latecomer countries are keen to implement the cluster concept as an economic development model. Though understanding of clusters and related promoting policies varies from one place to another, the underlying benefits of clusters from collective learning and knowledge spillovers between participating actors strongly attract the attention of these people. In Thailand, a latecomer country in terms of technological catching up, the cluster concept has been used as a means to rectify weakness and fragmentation of its innovation systems. The present Thai government aspires to apply the concept to promote both high-tech manufacturing clusters, services clusters and community-based clusters at the grass-root level. This paper analyses three very different clusters in terms of technological sophistication and business objectives, i.e., hard disk drive, software and chili paste. It portrays their significant actors, the extent of interaction among them and the evolution of the clusters. Though are very dissimilar, common characteristics attributed to qualified success are found. Main driving forces of the three clusters are cluster intermediaries. Forms of these organizations are different from a government research and technology organization (RTO), an industrial association, to a self-organised community-based organization. However, they perform similar functions of stimulating information and knowledge sharing, and building trust among participating firms/individuals in the clusters. Literature in the cluster studies argues that government policies need to be cluster specific. In this case, the best way to design and implement cluster-specific policies is through working closely with intermediaries and strengthening their institutional especially in linking member firms/individuals to other actors in clusters such as universities, government R&D institutes, and financial institutions.
A community-centered smart village process model was developed through the theoretical review of the rural field forum. By analyzing the difference in technology demand according to the digital capabilities of leaders by community type, village types were classified and detailed technologies were defined. The smart village process was proposed to enable residents to operate autonomously by inducing continuous interest and participation of local residents through the conception stage, planning stage, implementation and self-reliance stage, and allowing them to cooperate together. The business model canvas was reconstructed to be used in the workshop. It was applied to the village of Yesan-gun. As a result of running a resident workshop using the business model Cambus, the lack of resident awareness and illegal garbage dumping were presented as the first problems to be solved. The value of the village was set as 'a village that is clean and clean with a sense of residents, and a good place to live', and users were expressed as 'family' and 'outsiders'. It was suggested that we meet frequently to convey the value of the village by using broadcasting and announcements as a channel to convey the value. Core activities were to cultivate residents' consciousness, such as implementing a campaign against illegal garbage dumping, and to establish and guide separate collection sites. When a garbage collection center is installed, it was estimated that around 2 million won per month for management costs, and it was investigated that it was possible to spend an hour or so twice a month to solve the problem of illegal dumping. If a method to derive village projects based on the derived business model canvas is developed in the future, it will be more practical.
In this study, those previous research works are reviewed and summarized in various contexts, and this paper also describes the results of an empirical study done for the sample business workers in Korea, analyzing SQC and consumer's value. The surveyed data are statistically analysed to examine the relationship between SQC acquisition and consumer's value in the lodging industry, considering additional factors of business types of companies as well as the consumer's using purpose of service facilities. The important findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, the business types of companies is an insignificant factor on the consumer's value by the quality certificated services, while the using purpose of service facilities(Hotel and Pension) is an significant factor. Second, the descriptive result is shown that consumers are willing to pay 21.47~31.24 % more than the un-certificated services for quality-certificated services. On the basis of these findings, some practical implications can be drawn for the effective management of the lodging industry. When a firm decides to establish a business plan, it should be considered the using purpose of service facilities.

In the past four decades, corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues have grown substantially due to the increasing demand for transparency and growing expectations that corporations should manage and improve their social, environmental, and economic performance. As a result, most organizations, companies, and governments provide CSR reports, while a large number of companies are still engaged in defining and integrating CSR into several aspects of their business. CSR is an obligation to society (Lee, 2020). The linkage between CSR and consumer-company identification (CCI) is important under company stakeholders. Consumers who care about those issues often change their shopping habits to bring greater value to the community. They will avoid buying environmentally or socially harmful products, and actively seek the products and services of the companies that carry out social responsibility. Companies conducting CSR activities such as charity works or environmental activities will be easy to associate as a responsible organization for always meeting the necessity of society. Therefore, companies must consider CSR a long-term strategy. The strategic approach to CSR plays an increasingly significant part in the business competitiveness - which helps create companies' values while gains trust and respect from the consumers, partners in particular, and the social community in general. This study is conducted to show evidence from project-based organizations about the CSR factors that influence consumer loyalty and the impact level of those factors on customer loyalty.

For each country, the growth of the country is significantly associated with the growth of the manufacturing industry. Especially in the early stages of development, the manufacturing industry has greatly played a great role in creating great added value for society and economic development in that country. Starting from a country with a weak manufacturing background, Vietnam is gradually opening up and integrating into the global economy, which has brought many opportunities for manufacturing enterprises in particular and the enterprise community in general, making Vietnam one of the countries with large production activities in Southeast Asia and Asia. The study evaluates the factors affecting the financial performance of manufacturing enterprises through a case study in Hanoi, Vietnam. Using a survey sample of 235 enterprises operating in production and using quantitative analysis methods, the research results show that: Enterprises with high governance quality are enterprises with high economic efficiency or enterprises with low management capacity have low business efficiency. Moreover, large-scale enterprises often have many advantages in seeking profits and improving business efficiency. Finally, the study has some recommendations to improve corporate governance and growth, create a stronger business community and contribute more to Vietnam's economic development.
In this study, the effect of orchard expansion, structural improvement, and potential demand of the orchard scale-up project implemented since 2004 to strengthen the competitiveness of orchard farmers was examined. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, looking at the effect of scale-up by checking the standard income data of the Rural Development Administration, it was possible to confirm the effect of scale-up in that the income per unit area increases as the scale increases. Second, through the scale-up project, the effect of structural improvement in transferring the orchards of the aged farm households to the younger farm households was confirmed to be 13 years old on average in the case of a sale business and 16 years old in the case of a lease business. Third, it was found that income increased at a statistically significant level after participating in the orchard scale-up project for major fruit crops such as apples, pears, and peaches. Fourth, it was found that age and cultivated area had a statistical effect on the probability of participating in the orchard scale-up project for farmers who did not participate in the project. The potential business demand using the estimated results was found to be between 25,203 and 37,089.
The interests and impacts on the phenomena online are increasing, due to the development of the Internet. Above all, the importance of the online community, which is similar to the community in reality and has a feature being easily committed is on the rise. Firms are transformed into a relationship for successful e-business in line with the online community utilization, as the digitalization society develops. Hereby, this study was intended to empirically analyze the impacts of individual participatory motives (perceived usefulness, perceived. ease of use and perceived playfulness) in the online community and social influences (subjective norm, visibility and image) on the user's attitudinal and behavioral commitment. In the empirical study of this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting individuals who participated in the online community, and the related data was collected through on/offline. Finally, 280 samples were used in the analysis. The results of the major hypotheses test using the covariate structural model analysis are as follows: First, there are differences in the impacts of individual participatory motives in the online community and social influence factors on the commitment. The individual participatory motives in the online community influence the behavioral commitment positively, but the social influence factors are not significant. Second, the attitudinal commitment in the online community shows a mediate effect on the behavioral commitment in the subjective norms and image variables excluding visibility. Third, the relationship between the attitudinal commitment and behavioral commitment is significant.
The elderly rate in South Korea in 2013 is over 12%. Especially, the elderly rate in rural area is 36%, i.e., in rural area, one of three is people aged 65 and over. Senior community project in rural that is being promoted by the government. This project is to improve the quality of life health and welfare services for the elderly in rural Area. This paper investigates cases used as living space by interview and remodeling senior centers (village community center) for the elders living alone in rural areas. In Gimje two the nation's first senior centers were remodeled in 2006 (for both the village community center) and were begun to use these as group homes. Evaluation was a success. Since then, these were increased by approximately 20 centers per year by year and are currently 108 centers at the end of 2011. In Chungcheongnam-do, a pilot project has been begun for communal living by remodeling the senior center (for both the village community center) and elderly housing. Municipalities are similar in their business (is mostly). Senior community center projects can proceed smoothly in the direction of some of the following tips and suggestions to promote. Senior community center should be expanded for 'private room type'. Government must support the operating costs. It will increase employment in rural areas. Senior community center should be 'Home Atmosphere'.
After 2004, as the community mixed-support facility in Japan was admitted as a private business of public facilities based on the Special Law for Urban Regeneration, the community mixed-support facilities in Japan are developed into various types with the view of the urban regeneration and urban renewal, more different point of view, and a tendency of establishment of the community facility has been considerably changed for the past twenty years. The reasons of the change are the social demand for the reformation of facility and the modification of subsidy constitution according to the establishment of equal facility. Some examples of that are the construction of lifelong education community and the change into a equivalent society between male and female and the adjusting to the aging and the welfare society and the social situation of more consumption recently, and in order to emerge from former building system, new facilities related to the contents are being expanded. The complex of the community mixed-support facility has an advantage in that it supplies the services for the complex of the community mixed-support facility, constitutes the communal character and the sense of solidarity among residents and can lead the development of region through the exchange of regional information. Through the Japanese community mixed-support facility which has many cases of it, this study would recognize the suggestion, the feature of it and examine the complex types.
Purpose - This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and aims to explore the decision-making mechanisms of consumers participating in value co-creation activities within virtual brand communities. Methodology - The research involved a comprehensive survey of 405 participants from various virtual brand communities. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis, applying SPSS and AMOS to test the hypotheses. The study focused on community rules and regulations, community experience and community trust. Results - The research found that community rules and regulations significantly impact subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, but not directly influence consumer attitudes. Community experience positively affected consumer attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Community trust was found to positively influence these aspects of consumer decision-making. However, a gap was identified in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior. Implications - The findings of this study contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of factors affecting consumer behavior in virtual brand communities. It underscores the necessity for community managers to develop strategies that consider these internal decision-making mechanisms, facilitating more effective community engagement. The study also identifies a potential area for future research in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior.
