Across the world, 'housing' comprises a significant portion of wealth and assets. For this reason, fluctuations in real estate prices are highly sensitive issues to individual households. In Korea, housing prices have steadily increased over the years, and thus many Koreans view the real estate market as an effective channel for their investments. However, if one purchases a real estate property for the purpose of investing, then there are several risks involved when prices begin to fluctuate. The purpose of this study is to design a real estate price 'return rate' prediction model to help mitigate the risks involved with real estate investments and promote reasonable real estate purchases. Various approaches are explored to develop a model capable of predicting real estate prices based on an understanding of the immovability of the real estate market. This study employs the LSTM method, which is based on artificial intelligence and deep learning, to predict real estate prices and validate the model. LSTM networks are based on recurrent neural networks (RNN) but add cell states (which act as a type of conveyer belt) to the hidden states. LSTM networks are able to obtain cell states and hidden states in a recursive manner. Data on the actual trading prices of apartments in autonomous districts between January 2006 and December 2019 are collected from the Actual Trading Price Disclosure System of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT). Additionally, basic data on apartments and commercial buildings are collected from the Public Data Portal and Seoul Metropolitan Government's data portal. The collected actual trading price data are scaled to monthly average trading amounts, and each data entry is pre-processed according to address to produce 168 data entries. An LSTM model for return rate prediction is prepared based on a time series dataset where the training period is set as April 2015~August 2017 (29 months), the validation period is set as September 2017~September 2018 (13 months), and the test period is set as December 2018~December 2019 (13 months). The results of the return rate prediction study are as follows. First, the model achieved a prediction similarity level of almost 76%. After collecting time series data and preparing the final prediction model, it was confirmed that 76% of models could be achieved. All in all, the results demonstrate the reliability of the LSTM-based model for return rate prediction.
The sensor nodes that form a wireless sensor network must perform both routing and sensing roles, since each sensor node always has a regular energy drain. The majority of sensors being used in wireless sensor networks are either unmanned or operated in environments that make them difficult for humans to approach. Furthermore, since many wireless sensor networks contain large numbers of sensors, thus requiring the sensor nodes to be small in size and cheap in price, the amount of power that can be supplied to the nodes and their data processing capacity are both limited. In this paper, we proposes the WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) algorithm which is applied sensor node that has low power consumption and efficiency measurement. Moreover, the efficiency routing protocol is proposed in this paper. The proposed algorithm reduces power consumption of sensor node data communication. It has not researched in LEACH(Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) routing protocol. As controlling the active/sleep mode based on the measured data by sensor node, the energy consumption is able to be managed. In the event, the data is transferred to the local cluster head already set. The other side, this algorithm send the data as dependent on the information such as initial and present energy, and the number of rounds that are transformed into cluster header and then transferred. In this situation, the assignment of each node to cluster head evenly is very important. We selected cluster head efficiently and uniformly distributed the energy to each cluster node through the proposed algorithm. Consequently, this caused the extension of the WSN life time.
Wireless sensor network are widely all over different fields. Because of its distinguished characteristics, we must take account of the factor of energy consumed when designing routing protocol. Wireless sensor networks consist of small battery powered devices with limited energy resources. Once deployed, the small sensor nodes are usually inaccessible to the user, and thus replacement of the energy source is not feasible. Hence, energy efficiency is a key design issue that needs to be enhanced in order to improve the life span of the network. In BCDCP, all sensors sends data from the CH (Cluster Head) and then to the BS (Base Station). BCDCP works well in a smallscale network however is not preferred in a large scale network since it uses much energy for long distance wireless communication. TBRP can be used for large scale network, but it weakness lies on the fact that the nodedry out of energy easily since it uses multi-hops transmission data to the Base Station. Here, we proposed a routing protocol. A Cluster Based Energy Efficient Tree Routing Protocol (CETRP) in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) to prolong network life time through the balanced energy consumption. CETRP selects Cluster Head of cluster tree shape and uses maximum two hops data transmission to the Cluster Head in every level. We show CETRP outperforms BCDCP and TBRP with several experiments.
This study was intended to discuss the economic exclusion of the elderly, which may be experienced in a super-aged society, and to propose a method to improve the interpersonal satisfaction of the elderly through the expansion of social networks in order to overcome this. As a result of this study, first, it suggests that the method of overcoming economic exclusion and improving human satisfaction requires a high interest in women in the subject, and the elderly, low-educated, It was found that it is urgent to overcome the economic exclusion of the low-income class. Second, as a result of examining the effect of social network on human relationship satisfaction, it was found that the more women, the higher the age, the more shopping, and the smoother communication with children, the higher the human relationship satisfaction. Third, as a result of examining the effect of economic exclusion on human relationship satisfaction, it was found that the more leisure activities visited relatives and relatives, and the more paid facilities used social networks, the lower the relationship satisfaction. Therefore, it can be seen that improvement measures for leisure activities and social networks are required. Fourth, as a result of examining the mediating effect of the social network, the social exclusion in the causal relationship in which the independent variable economic exclusion affects the dependent variable, human relationship satisfaction, The relational network was found to have a complete mediating effect. In conclusion, economic exclusion and social network affect human relationship satisfaction, and it was found that human relationship satisfaction improved only when economic exclusion was overcome and social network was improved.
We can find easily about researches or technical development that deal with grasping the location of an object with GPS(Global Positioning System) in order to use them as a useful information. Most researches or technical development on application of tracing have been developed for the purpose of tracing objects in broad area as physical distribution or transportation, but recently, there are many researches on tracing materials in premise area as a fork lift, carts, or the equipment of work. In general, a system that utilizes location information of objects needs data communication network to transmit location data and it ensures data communication network by using common networks(SK, LG, KFT) or wireless LAN. However these two methods need monthly payment for the rental fee or require considerable amount of investment for the early stage so it is difficult to use them merely for tracing premise subjects. This study was conducted to build a tracing system for premise area by local area RF relay algorithm with low cost applying RF relay algorithm to local area wireless communication(ZIGBEE, 424MHz, Bluetooth, 900MHz) system in order to supplement these demerits and included relay algorithm, RF locating information terminal, local area RF gab-fillers, a plan for collection server of locating information, and the way of realization as they are needed in this system. I consider that this study would be applicable with flexibility in the industry area that needs tracing solution within a specific area or needs ensuring data communication network, to transmit data in ubiquitous environment, by easier and more rapid way with lower cost.
A river water level monitoring system which prevents salt water damages and effectively excludes floods has been developed to contribute efficient operation of Nakdong river estuary barrage. The system can be used for monitoring upstream conditions more quickly and do appropriate responses over changes. Telemetry and telecontrols using PLCs have been built at the three sites that directly influence on the operation of barrage gates, and are linked to Nakdong river estuary barrage's IOS (Integrated Operation System) through public communication networks. By using PLC, the system can achieve even higher reliability and versatility than before as well as easy management. By power control devices, we can remotely control the power of PLCs to treat the minor troubles instantly without going on-sites. The power control devices also save data in preparation for the cases of communication failures. The system uses ADSL (FTTH) as a main network between SCADA server and PLCs, and CDMA (M2M) as a secondary network. In order to compensate security vulnerabilities of public communication network, we have installed the VPNs for secure communication between center and the observation stations, just like a dedicated network. Generally, river water level observations have been used custom-manufactured remote terminals to suit their special goals. However, in this case, we have established a system with open architecture considering the interface between different systems, the ease of use and maintenance, security, price, etc.

This paper will describe lunar lava tubes' five analyzed fields, such as geology, geomorphology, internal configuration, stability, communication and habitats requirements. This research gets through qualitative and qualitative data analysis as following results. A huge size and configuration differences between lunar lava tubes and earth one on geology and landform environments. Exo-genetics activities, such as meteorites, radiation, and sudden temperature bigger affect than Endo-genetic activities, such as effusion and earthquake of the lunar lava tubes. Landform and internal configuration of the lunar lava tubes due to the huge cave perilous landform that gravity difference have a technical limitation from internal approach and data obtain of the huge skylights and sinuous rilles. Stability of the lunar lava tubes deals with geology and landform. It was obvious geo-structural stability elements results generated on low rate of collapsed halls(skylights), low gravity, and relatively thick covers. In terms of the communication capability on the external and internal lunar lava tubes cordless communication techniques will overcome limitations of the sun-power generates supporting communication systems. Through this research it realized obvious differs between potential habitats possibility by accumulative theories by scholars and techniques of the lunar lava tubes. Especially, it is a favorable expectation throughout overcoming attempt on zero gravity, cosmo radiation, lunar dust of the exo-genetic limitations to the steep escarpment of skylights to approach and achieve techniques by the civil engineering, networking and GIS techniques as the endo-genetic environment treatment.

Consumer Portal is defined as "a combination of hardware and software that enables two-way communication between energy service provider(ESP, like KEPCO) and equipment within the consumer's premises". The portal provides both a physical link(between wires, radio waves, and other media) and a logical link(translating among language-like codes and etiquette-like protocols) between in-building and wide-area access networks. Thus, the consumer portal is an important, open public shared infrastructure in the future vision of energy services. In this paper, we describe a new methodology for local communication and computer network capacity design of consumer portal, and also presents capacity calculation method using a network system limitation factors. By the approach, we can check into the limitations of existing methods, and propose an improved data processing algorithm that can expand the maximum number of the networked end-use devices up to $30{\sim}40$ times. For validation, we applies the proposed methode to our real system design. Our contribution will help electrical power information network design.

In this paper, firstly we describe the structure and the performance of our ICPS(Information Communicaion Processing System) which currently provides information retrieval services, and then make a proposal for the construction of the open-networking information communication infra-structure which enables us to fully pre-pare for the emerging information society. In detail, the structure and the methodology needed for the implementation of the billing function on behalf of all information providers by using the user access network number as a user identification number while guaranteeing the equivalent access to the multiple value-added networks, are suggested. Based on the above ideas, the AICPS(Advanced Information Communication Processing System) has been designed and implemented. Final system performance evaluation with the assumption of a poling system as a system model, shows that our system can handle 10,000 user simultaneously who are using V.34 28.8 kbps modems and the processing capacity is 288,000 packet/sec. This result is so far superior to our target performance established during the desingning procedure. Namely, our system was originally designed to accommodate only 960 users at the same time. By taking advantage of this excessive high performance of our system, many other users can easily access the new services which are accessible only throught the ISDN or the Internet.

Currently, The autonomous vehicle market is researching and developing four-level autonomous vehicles beyond the commercialization of three-level autonomous vehicles. Because unlike the level 3, the level 4 autonomous vehicle has to deal with an emergency directly, the most important aspect of a four-level autonomous vehicle is its stability. In this paper, we propose an Optimized Vehicle Routing System (OVRS) that determines the route with the lowest probability of an accident at the destination of the vehicle rather than an immediate response in an emergency. The OVRS analyzes road and surrounding vehicle information collected by The RSU communication to predict road hazards, and sets the route for the safer and faster road. The OVRS can improve the stability of the vehicle by executing the route guidance according to the road situation through the RSU on the road like the network routing method. As a result, the RPNN of the ASICM, one of the OVRS modules, was about 17% better than the CNN and 40% better than the LSTM. However, because the study was conducted in a virtual environment using a PC, the possibility of accident of the VPDM was not actually verified. Therefore, in the future, experiments with high accuracy on VPDM due to the collection of accident data and actual roads should be conducted in real vehicles and RSUs.
