As attention to the Internet from both companies and individuals is rapidly on the increase, hundreds of new websites are opening in a single day. Along with such a high attention to the Internet, to set up an effective website needs efficient evaluation and reliable evaluation criterions for the website. The existing homepage contests and evaluation models are limited to certain websites in a special field or to the systemic side and to the contents, which in fact weakened the development of detailed evaluation sections and items possibly measured. This study is designed to integrate and seek out methods and success factors that should be considered when a website is built up, discovering evaluation criterions and making evaluation models objectively possible to be measured. The study focused on investigation into a new measurement standard and model by considering the previous studies, in order to suggest the followings: Centering the 7 top evaluation sections by type of each website such as (1) Service, (2) Mechanism, (3) Structure & Navigation, (4) Usability, (5) Contents (6) Community, (7) Communication, the study suggests an objective and reasonable website evaluation model on a basis of common factors considered in an integral and optimum view.

A variety of change in modern society has affected a family structure. In addition birth rate is getting lower and nuclear family type is getting common, influence of children has highly increased. According to this phenomenon, needs and concern about education and culture for children increase sharply. Children cultural complex can be learning field, which helps children not only to rediscover the world by themselves but also to have various and abundant experience. The purpose of this study is going to extract a planning factor of the children cultural complex through case studies of korean and oversea project for adaptable children cultural complex. In addition, this study tries to analyze the features of the children cultural complex in korean and oversea. Consequently, The analysis result is to be introduced party room to children cultural complex, used the PVC tile and carpet tile for safety of children and variety, and executed program relevant to nature.

The aim is to get comprehensive view point for the price of apartment. Apartment construction cost is the sun of land cost and building cost. Land price reflects the value of location where building stands. When the gap between price and affordability is narrow enough, effective demand promote apartment construction. The today's trends of rising price, which began in apartment housing, spreads to real estates market and finally overall consumer price. Problem is that price is decided only by supplier's interest. Equilibrium-pricing is common process in housing market. However it is important to review hedonic price and the factor of housing services and focused on the affordability of demanders. AHP analysis was used to study real needs and preference of demanders and dealt with 200 interviewees with brief checklists. We found that social factor is more important than building cost or site development. Especially location of apartment is most important to affect environment quality and accessibility to facilities.

There was not the evident analysis about the cutting process of CNC machining, and wouldn't be difficult to estimate the result of machining for the various cutting conditions. Therefore they were not founded the systemic technology about the optimum cutting conditions and selection of cutting tools. So this study have investigated the common facts for needs through the end-mill cutting machining by Machining-Centers or High-speed cutting machines, and developed the user-centered intelligent decision system to selection of the methodology about cutting conditions to improve the machining efficiency of end-mill cutting process.

Soil plays a huge role in climate change, because even a tiny loss of 0.1% of carbon emitted into the atmosphere from European soils is the equivalent to the carbon emission of 100million extra cars on Europe's roads - an increase of about half of the existing car fleet. Soils contain around twice the amount of carbon in the atmosphere and three times the amount to be found in vegetation. Europe's soils are an enormous carbon reservoir, containing around 75billion tonnes, and poor management can have serious consequences. Soil degradation is accelerating across the EU, with negative effects on human health, ecosystems and climate change - and on economic prosperity and quality of life. Climate change is identified as a common element in many soil threats. Europe's soils urgently need better protection. The current trend of soil degradation needs to be reversed, and soil management practices must be improved if a high rate of soil carbon sequestration is to be achieved.

HLA is a general-purpose software architecture for distributed simulation designed to support a wide range of simulation approaches and application. The US DoD's HLA for modeling and simulation can certainly be regarded as the state of the art in distributed simulation. It is a mandatory standard for military simulation. The purpose of this paper is to describe applications of HLA/RTI in multiple domains across the manufacturing systems society. In many and large scale industrial systems, enormous data is generated, and is to be managed in an effective way. It needs a high performance common network library. Furthermore, it must satisfy the real function of system facilities as much as possible. The RTI is an implementation of the interface specification, provided as a set of services. Some applications focusing on the area of a small manufacturing system were demonstrated. The integration could be achieved using the HLA, together with interface modules for each of the subsystems. We have found that HLA/RTI are cable of meeting the functional requirements for a given system environment.

This paper describes stereo image compression algorithm using disparity and JPEG. because similar images are images with common features, similiar pixel distributions, and similar edge distributions. Fields such as medical imaging or satellite imaging often need to store large collections of similar images. that is, a conventional stereo system with a single left-right pair needs twice data as a monoscopic imaging system. as a result we need compression method compatible stereo image, in this paper after we use JPEG in basic compression method and stereo matching using adaptiv window, we get disparity information, we restored right image using by restored left image and disparity.

The purpose of this study was provide basic data for homemakers' housing notion according to unit size in apartment. This study was conducted by questionnaires that concerning about middle class homemakers whom they lived in Bundang. The results of this study were as follows; 1) In research on the homemakers' general quality, 20pyung unit size was alike 30pyung unit size and 40pyung unit size was similar to 50pyung unit size. 2) Homemakers' perception according to unit size in apartment was various; (a) 20pyungㆍ30pyung unit size-effective household space for husbands' participation, more sports facilities, parking lot space etc. (b) 40pyungㆍ50pyung unit size-homemakers' individual room, ordering and variable unit plan etc. 3) In research on the homemakers' needs, each of unit size was analogous to storage, common facility, new design and new housing form etc.

The purpose of this design plan is a method for opening the church to regional society to contribute to make up the community within regional society and to achieve the desirable common society of christianity like following. 1)For opening churchs to regional society, the church has to make up exterior spaces sufficiently. 2)The main chapel has to planned with mutipurpose for fiexibility and various functions of contemporary church. 3)The whole facilities have to be organized with a kind of the complex or multifunctional building which can accommodate activities of education, recreation and culture, therefore, content with the community's requirements. 4)The architectural form of the church has to planned with human scale, considering harmonization with regional environment. Modern church architecture needs a centralized plan, a variety of shapes such as square, round oval and polygon rather then a rectangular which is able to bring about a closer reationship between the priest and the congregation in the church.

Motivated by needs such as those in the aerospace industry, this paper demonstrates ability to significantly increase buckling loads of perforated composite laminated plates by synergizing FEM and a genetic optimization algorithm (GA). Plate geometry is discretized into specially-developed 3D degenerated eight-node shell isoparametric layered composite elements. General shell theory, involving incremental nonlinear finite element equilibrium equation, is employed. Fiber orientation within individual plies of each element is controlled independently by the genetic algorithm. Eigen buckling analysis is performed using the subspace iteration method. Available results demonstrate the approach is superior to more conventional methodologies such as modifying ply thickness or the stacking sequence of individual rectilinear plies having common fiber orientation through the plate.
