Purpose - This study's purpose is to investigate the impact of supply chain management (SCM) factors among targeted Korean distribution firms. Antecedents are established for supply chain orientation (SCO) for the management and organization of cultural assets. The research sets up SCO corresponding to management cultural assets and to organizational factors in the results. The research model is created to examine the SCO based on a strategic perspective and the operational performance of the SC and SCM. In addition, an integrated model is constructed to analyze the moderating effect by setting partner cooperation as a relational capital factor. The main aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the supply chain structure as a source of competitive advantage for distribution service firms participating in the supply chain. In the moderating effects analysis, the role of partner cooperation as relational capital is examined in detail. Research design, data, and methodology - The study examined the existing research related to supply chains, discussing the antecedents of the performance of SCM and SCO. SCM was established with the partner's cooperation as relational capital. Including the moderating effects of the partner cooperation, the research proposed a seven hypotheses path analysis model. The samples were collected from the Korean export enterprises in the distribution service sector, with 185 samples selected for the final analysis. To try and measure the four latent variables presented in the analysis model based on existing studies, 22 measurement items were used. The empirical analysis used the appropriate PLS (partial least squares) method on the path analysis reliability and validity and for common method bias. After testing the seven hypotheses, the research tested the moderating effects to the path analysis. Using PLS as structural equation modeling, the seven hypotheses were tested including the moderating effects of the partner relational capital on the 185 samples. Results - In the results, the SCO had a positive impact on both SCM and the relational capital of partner cooperation. The SCM had a significant impact on the operational performance of the SC. Further, partner cooperation also had a significant impact on SCM and the operational performance of the SC. The moderating effect analysis of the SCM and partner cooperation found a significant impact on the operational performance of the SC. On the other hand, the moderating effect of the SCO and partner cooperation did not affect the SCM. Conclusion - The results of this research show that the existing supply chain-related research can be applied to the operational performance of the SC for a Korean distribution service firm. In view of the fact that SCO is a source of competitive advantage, it should be taken into account when a firm wants to improve the performance of the SCM of the distribution service. This is because it can be assumed that SCO plays a role in supply chain management for the distribution firm.
The most common five chlorophenols (4-chloro-3-methylphenol, 2,4,5-trichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorophenol, pentachlorophenol) were determined from the industrial wastewater by GC/MS. The samples were collected from the petrochemical company, textile company and leather making company. The developed analytical method was modified by USEPA Method 3510. The samples were extracted with dichloromethane under pH 2 and pH 5-6, and determined by the GC/MS with SIM mode. There were good linearities (above $R^2=0.9943$) on e ranges of the 0.1 ng/mL~10 ng/mL and 0.5 ng/mL~10 ng/mL, and the limit of detection were between 0.1 ng/mL and 0.5 ng/mL. The absolute recoveries were measured at the concentration of 1, 5, and 10 ng/mL, and the recovery was 71.6~98.9% except for PCP. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.2~14.3% and it gave a good reproducibility for the assay. The bias, which shows the accuracy, was a good although it was a little high values (11.3~22.1%) at the low concentration (1 ng/mL).

In this paper, a single-bit 2nd-order delta-sigma modulator with the architecture of cascaded-of-integrator feedforward (CIFF) is proposed for precision measurement of current flowing through a secondary cell battery in a battery management system (BMS). The proposed modulator implements two switched capacitor integrators and a single-bit comparator with peripheral circuits such as a non-overlapping clock generator and a bias circuit. The proposed structure is designed to be applied to low-side current sensing method with low common mode input voltage. Using the low-side current measurement method has the advantage of reducing the burden on the circuit design. In addition, the ±30mV input voltage is resolved by the ADC with 15-bit resolution, eliminating the need for an additional programmable gain amplifier (PGA). The proposed a single-bit 2nd-order delta-sigma modulator has been implemented in a 350-nm CMOS process. It achieves 95.46-dB signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio (SNDR), 96.01-dB spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), and 15.56-bit effective-number-of-bits (ENOB) with an oversampling ratio (OSR) of 400 for 5-kHz bandwidth. The area and power consumption of the delta-sigma modulator are 670×490 ㎛2 and 414 ㎼, respectively.
Purpose: Fast food franchise companies are trying a variety of innovative services to increase their competitiveness in response to changes in population composition in the fast food market and rapid changes in consumption trends due to technological development. From this point of view, franchise companies that have focused on offline store operations are providing O2O (offline to online) service as a core service for customer convenience. This new attempt is a strategy to increase loyalty by applying an interaction method based on understanding the characteristics of new generation consumers. However, existing studies are focused on the relationship between O2O service and acceptance, so very little is known about how O2O service affects customer loyalty. Therefore, this study examines the impacts of customer involvement and relative advantages of fast food O2O service on customer brand engagement (cognitive and affective engagement) and store loyalty for MZ(Millennials - Z) generations. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to achieve the purposes of this research, several hypotheses were developed. The data were collected from 247 questionnaires in their 16-30s and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 program. Measurement model analysis was carried out to assess convergent and discriminant validity. Also, common method bias was tested using the values of VIF (variance inflation factor). The hypotheses was tested using structural equation modeling. Result: First, involvement has a positive effect on cognitive and affective engagement. Second, relative advantages have has a positive effect on cognitive and affective engagement. Third, cognitive influences affective engagement. Finally, both cognitive and affective engagement affect store loyalty, but affective engagement has a stronger effect on store loyalty than cognitive engagement. Conclusions: In the process of consumer-brand interaction, it was confirmed that store loyalty was influenced by cognitive and affective engagement sequentially. However, the results show that affective engagement has a relatively stronger on store loyalty than cognitive engagement. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an O2O service strategy to maintain long-term loyal customers by inducing cognitive participation with high-involved consumer, as well as affective interaction, in order to obtain new customers and increase customer loyalty.
In science and technology diplomacy, major countries actively utilize their capabilities in science and technology for public diplomacy, especially for promoting diplomatic relations with politically sensitive regions and countries. Recently, with an increase in the influence of science and technology on national development, interest in science and technology diplomacy has increased. So far, science and technology diplomacy has relied on experts to find research topics that are of common interest to both the countries. However, this method has various problems such as the bias arising from the subjective judgment of experts, the attribution of the halo effect to famous researchers, and the use of different criteria for different experts. This paper presents an objective data-based approach to identify and recommend research topics to support science and technology diplomacy without relying on the expert-based approach. The proposed approach is based on big data analysis that uses deep-learning techniques and bibliometric methods. The Scopus database is used to find proper topics for collaborative research between two countries. This approach has been used to support science and technology diplomacy between Korea and Hungary and has raised expectations of policy makers. This paper finally discusses aspects that should be focused on to improve the system in the future.
Many developments have been steadily carried out by researchers with applying knowledge-based expert system or machine learning algorithms to the financial field. In particular, it is now common to perform knowledge based system trading in using stock prices. Recently, deep learning technologies have been applied to real fields of stock trading marketplace as GPU performance and large scaled data have been supported enough. Especially, LSTM has been tried to apply to stock price prediction because of its compatibility for time series data. In this paper, we implement stock price prediction using LSTM. In modeling of LSTM, we propose a fitness combination of model parameters and activation functions for best performance. Specifically, we propose suitable selection methods of initializers of weights and bias, regularizers to avoid over-fitting, activation functions and optimization methods. We also compare model performances according to the different selections of the above important modeling considering factors on the real-world stock price data of global major companies. Finally, our experimental work brings a fitness method of applying LSTM model to stock price prediction.
This study introduced trust dimension as a mediating variable and analyzed in order to investigate the empirical mechanism on the process of leader's emotional intelligence which is a emotional factor to produce organizational effectiveness. Based on the empirical analysis, first of all, this study found whether the team leader's emotional intelligence gives an influence on the subordinate's trust in leader. Secondly, this study examined the multidimensionality of trust by selecting subordinate's cognition-based trust and affect-based trust on the team leader as mediating variables between team leaders's emotional intelligence and subordinate's affective commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. I found the theoretical implications based on this study; first, from the view on cognition-based and emotion-based trust, the integrated verification of the process of the trust in leader as a mediating role, second, verification of the relationship between leader's emotional intelligence and trust in leader which was not studied before, third, the methodological try to prevent from the common method bias problem through the evaluation of a team leader on a subordinate's organizational citizenship behavior. This study also suggested the ways to apply those theoretical implications to human resource management.

This paper presents the design method of current-mode signal processing for high speed and low power digital audio signal processing. The digital audio processor requires a digital signal processing such as fast Fourier transform (FFT), which has a problem of large power consumption according to the settled point number and high speed operation. Therefore, a current-mode signal processing with a switched Current (SI) circuit was employed to the digital audio signal processing because a limited battery life should be considered for a low power operation. However, current memory that construct a SI circuit has a problem called clock-feedthrough. In this paper, we examine the connection of dummy MOS that is the common solution of clock-feedthrough and are willing to calculate the relation of width between dummy MOS for a proposal of the design methodology for improvement of current memory. As a result of simulation, in case of that the width of memory MOS is 20um, ratio of input current and bias current is 0.3, the relation of width between switch MOS and dummy MOS is $W_{M4}=1.95W_{M3}+1.2$ for the width of switch MOS is 2~5um, it is $W_{M4}=0.92W_{M3}+6.3$ for the width of switch MOS is 5~10um. Then the defined relation of MOS transistors can be a useful design guidance for a high speed low power digital audio processor.

One of the theoretically and empirically grounded black boxes in HRD and firm performance link is employee' attitudes such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction. However, most studies were conducted with the regression analysis at the organizational level. This study used HLM(hierarchical linear modeling) analysis, which made it possible to estimate more accurate relationship between variables that were measured from two different levels. In addition, this study attempted to open an the black box(learning culture) in the relationship between HRD and employee attitudes. The result showed that the HRD have a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. Also the HRD showed full mediation effect of organization commitment and the job satisfaction on the Learning culture. And the result showed that the HRD in 2007 have a positive effect on employee' attitudes in 2009. These findings concluded that systematic HRD like employee's education and training must be built and also the positive culture for employee's learning like support of management's learning organization must be improved in order to promote the organizational performance(organizational commitment, job satisfaction) in company.
According to the development of new Information Technologies, firms consistently invest a significant amount of money in IT activities, such as establishing internal and external information systems. However, several anti-Information activities-such as hacking, leakage of information and system destruction-are also rapidly increasing, thus many firms are exposed to direct and indirect threats. Therefore, firms try to establish information security systems and manage these systems more effectively via an enterprise perspective. However, stakeholders or some managers have negative opinions about information security systems. Therefore, in this research, we study the relationship between multibusiness firms' performance and information security systems. Information security indicates physical and logical correspondence of information system department against threats and disaster. Studies on information security systems suggested frameworks such as IT Governance Cube and COBIT Framework to identify information security systems. Thus, this study define that information security systems is a controlled system on enterprise IT process and resource on IT Governance perspective rather than independent domain of IT. Thus, Information Security Systems should be understood as a subordinate concept of IT and business processes. In addition, this study incorporates information capability to information security system literature to show the positive relationship between Information Security Systems and Corporate Performance. The concept of information capability suggested that an interaction of human, information, technical and an effect on corporate performance using three types of capability (IT Practice, Information Management Practice, Information Behaviors and Values). Information capability is about firms' capability to manage IT infrastructure and information as well as individual employees who use IT infrastructure and information. Thus, this study uses information capability as a mediating variable for the relationship between information security systems and firms' performance. To investigate the relationship between Information Security Systems and multibusiness firms' performance, this study extends the IT relatedness concept into Information Security Systems. IT relatedness provides understanding of how corporations cope with conflicts between headquarters and business units to create a synergy effect and achieve high performance using IT resources. Based on the previous literature, this study develops the IT Security Relatedness model. IT Security Relatedness is our main independent variable, while Information Capability and Information Security Performance are mediating variables. To control for the common method bias, we collect each multibusiness firm's financial performance and use it as our dependent variable. We find that Information Security Systems influence Information Capability and Information Security Performance positively, and these two variables consequently influence Corporate Performance positively. In addition, this result indirectly shows that corporations under a multibusiness environment can obtain synergy effects using the integrated Information Security Systems. This positive impact of Information Security Systems on multibusiness firms' performance has an important implication to various stakeholders. Therefore, multibusiness firms need to establish Information Security Systems to achieve better financial performance.
