  • The aroma components of commercial green teas picked inAugust were collected and identified. The extract of aroma compounds in green tea were accoimplished by a modified rotary evaporation. The concentrated wxtracts were analyzed and identified by GC and GC-MS. In GC analysis, T$_{R}$ value of GC represented bt KI value which standardized. The most abundant components of green teas picked in August were 1-Penten-3-ol, trans, trans-2, 4-heptadienal, linalool, $\beta$-ionone and nerolidol.

서울시의 인구, 산업별 종사자 및 최고지가의 분포와 상관관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Distribution and Correlation of Population, Industrial Employees and Highest Land Value of Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울시의 인구, 산업별 종사자 및 최고지가의 분포와 상관관계에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시의 인구는 1996년 대비 2012년 0.3% 감소하였고, 강북은 감소, 강남은 증가하였다. 둘째, 산업별 종사자의 분포는 인구보다 더 큰 차이를 보이고 있고, 생산자 서비스업에서 더 큰 지역적 차이를 보이고 있다. 셋째, 서울시 상업지역의 최고지가 지점은 강북의 중구이지만, 강남의 서초구와 강남구와의 차이가 크지 않다. 넷째, 서울시 주택지역의 최고지가 평균은 강남이 강북보다 더 비싸며, 이는 강북과 강남의 주변 시설 및 생활 여건의 차이 때문이다. 다섯째, 서울시의 최고가와 최저가 지역의 격차는 주택지역보다 상업지역이 더 크다. 마지막으로, 서울시의 인구와 최고지가 분포, 인구 증가와 최고지가 상승 간의 상관관계가 매우 낮거나 없지만, 서울시의 산업별 종사자 분포와 서울시의 주택지역 및 상업지역의 최고지가 분포 사이에는 양의 상관관계가 있다.

공공임대주택의 근린생활시설 활성화 방안 연구 (Study on the Direction to Revitalize Commercial Facilities in the Public Rental Housing Complexes)

  • This study investigates and analyzes (1) the status of neighborhood commercial facilities, (2) the location of neighborhood commercial facilities and (3) the users' viewpoint of them for the purpose of establishing the revitalizing factors of neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. This study attempts to determine the factors that revitalize neighborhood commercial facilities through quantitative factor analysis based on the analysis of the basic status and purpose of neighborhood commercial facilities using the basic status of permanent rental housing complexes and the quantitative data on neighborhood commercial facilities within these complexes. A survey investigating the residents' perception of neighborhood commercial facilities was conducted to analyze the qualitative aspects neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. The factors affecting the revitalization of neighborhood commercial facilities were analyzed by quantifying the actual problems perceived by the users and the elements of their use patterns. From these analysis results, it was found that the factors are not independent from one another, but organically affect one another. It is expected that more meaningful data will be obtained if future studies conduct correlation analysis and weighted value analysis on each factor based on the findings of the present study.

도시 토사중 중금속 함량 (Heavy Metals in Soils of the Urban Area)

  • In order to evaluate the degree of air pollution, soils from 125 and 60points of main streets of Seoul and Daejeon, respectively, were sampled and analyzed for the contents of lead, copper, iron and zinc by nitric acid($HNO_3$) extraction followed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry during June and September, 1990. The Pb contents of Seoul and Daejeon were 350.2$\mu$g/g and 175.9$\mu$g/g, respectively, which were 14.5times and 7.3times respectively higher than the control(24.0). In Seoul, the commercial area gave the highest value followed by resdential and industrial areas in the decreasing order, while the order in Daejeon was Industrial, commercial and residential areas. The Cu contents in Seoul and Daejeon were very similar(236.6 and 234.6, respectively) each other, and about 11times higher than the control(20.9). The concentration was highest in industrial, followed by commercial and the lowest in residential areas in Seoul, while the order in Daejeon was industrial, residential and commercial areas. The Fe contents were 25716.5 in Seoul and 22838.6 in Daejeon, both being similar to the control value(22537.0). The value was highest in industrial and next in commercial areas and the lowest in residential area both in Seoul and Daejeon. The Zn contents in Seoul and Daejeon were 728.2 and 404.0, respectively, wihch were 6.3 and 3.6times higher than the control(113.3). The value was highest in commercial and next in industrial areas and the lowest in residental area in Seoul, while the order was industrial, residential and commercial areas in Daejeon. The heavy metal content was higher in the soil of main streets than that of minor streets in Seoul. The content of lead in Seoul was higher in the streets of Chongro-ku(525.9) and Chung-ku(684.8), the central area of the city which had a heavy traffic, than those in Nowon-ku(320.3) and Kwanak-ku(312.6) which had relatively less traffic crowd. The similar pattern was observed in the content of zinc; it was higher in Chongro-ku(1305.0) and Chung-ku(1335.4) than in Nowon-ku(489.1) and Kwanak-ku(569.8). In Daejeon, the contents of lead and zinc were decreasing as the distance from Daejeon Railroad Station increased : they were respectively 157.8 and 447.7 within 2km from the station, 157.6 and 235.7 with in 2-4km, and 63.5 and 156.2 within 4-6km and 58.7 and 142.2 within 6-8km. In summary, the contents of lead, copper and zinc were generally higher in the central area of the city, areas of heavy traffic and areas of industry and commerce.

향어(Cyprinus carpio)의 크기별, 부위별 및 상품성별 영양 및 소화 특성 비교 (Nutritional and Digestive Properties of Israeli Carp Cyprinus carpio as Affected by Size, Part and Commercial Value)

  • This study was conducted to compare sensory and nutritional and digestive properties of the Israeli carp Cyprinus carpio muscle (ICM) by size [normal large (NLF) and small (NSF) fish], part [ventral (VM) and dorsal (DM) muscle], and commercial value [NLF, recessive (RF) or deformed (DF) fish]. In NLF, the major amino acids were lysine, aspartic acid, and glutamic acid, whereas aspartic acid and glutamic acid were predominant in NSF, DM, VM, DF, and RF. Taurine content increased with fish size, and was higher in DM than in VM, and higher in NLF than in DF but lower than that in RF. Regardless of ICM size, part, and commercial value, potassium and iron were expected in the health function, but calcium and zinc were not expected. The major fatty acids present in ICM were 16:0, 18:1n-9, and 18:2n-6, regardless of size, part, and commercial value. The digestion rate of ICM by digestive organ was lower in NLF than in NSF, and lower in VM with a high lipid content than in DM, and lower in DF than in RF.

Commercial fishery assessment of Malaysian water offshore structure

  • To have a better understanding of the impact of the PETRONAS oil and gas platform on commercial fisheries activities, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) examined two approaches which are data collection from satellite and data collection from fishermen and anglers. By profiling the anglers who utilize reefed oil and gas structures for fishing, it can determine if the design and location of the reef platforms will benefit or negatively impacts those anglers and fisherman. Furthermore, this assessment will be contributing to the knowledge regarding the value of offshore oil and gas platforms as fisheries resources. Collectively, the apparent fishing activity data included, combined with the findings in the reefing viability index will help to inform PETRONAS's future decommissioning decisions and may help determine if the design and proposed locations for future rigs-to-reefs candidates would benefit commercial fishing groups, further qualifying them as appropriate artificial reef candidates. The method applied in this study is approaching by using a data satellite known as Google's Global Fishing Watch technology, which is one of the applications to measure commercial fishing efforts around the globe. The apparent commercial fishing effort around the selected twelve PETRONAS platforms was analyzed from January 2012 to December 2018. Using the data collection from fishermen which is the total estimation of commercial fish value cost (in Malaysia ringgit, MYR [RM]) in Peninsular Malaysia Asset, Sabah Asset, and Sarawak Operation region. The data were extracted every month from 2016 to 2018 from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration database. Most of the selected platforms that show a high frequency of vessels around the year are platform KP-A, platform BG-A and platform PL-B. The estimated values of commercial fishes varied between platforms, with ranged from RM 10,209.92 to RM 89,023.78. Thus, platforms with high commercial fish value are selected for reefing in-situ and will serve multi-purposes and benefit the locals as well as the country. The current study has successfully assessed the potential reefing area of the Malaysian offshore environment with greater representativeness and this paper focused on its potential as a new fishing ground.

제주초지의 사회.문화적 기능 가치평가 및 보전방안 (Estimation of Socio-Cultural Value and Preservation Program of Grassland in Jeju)

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate economic value of multi-functionality roles including landscape and so on, which grassland in Jeju possesses, using Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation Method (DC-CVM). Grassland is life cultural heritance of regional residents in Jeju. It has functions like development of favorable landscapes, maintenance of cultural heritage, and recreation/relaxation. Expectation from regional visitors shows that the existence and inheritance value of grassland is higher than we expected. According to the research that we had done from the people that had agreed to contribute grassland. moreover the public commercial value of grassland was not only $397{\sim}419$ billion won but also it will increase an economic gain in every year in Jeju. Therefore, preserving grassland that has multi-functional roles and values can lead to huge economic value in the future in Jeju. Moreover, farm households which are located in the grassland conservation area would be supported $15{\sim}31$ billion won in every year for grassland conservation but it is only $4{\sim}8%$ of the economic value of grassland i.e. $3,971{\sim}4190$ billion won. Thus, grassland preservation policy and plan can raise green-tour commercial value of Jeju area as a long-term inside measurement. Those will have to be propelled continuously.

Culture, Leadership Practices and Organizational Commitment at Commercial Banks in Vietnam

  • This study attempted to investigate the effects of collectivism as an individual cultural value and leadership practices on employees' organizational commitment of six commercial banks in Vietnam. The study used collectivism and the implementation of five leadership practices as the independent variables, the three components of organizational commitment as the dependent variables and employees' personal factors served as controlling variables. The study utilized a quantitative method of research with questionnaires as the main data collection instrument. The findings of the study have revealed that the individual cultural value of collectivism positively, but to a marginal degree, affected the level of employees' organizational commitment. Among five leadership practices, only the implementation of encourage the heart, positively, but to a marginal degree, influenced employees' affective and normative commitment. The leadership practice of challenge the process had a negative impact on the employees' affective commitment. The personal factors of employees did not have an impact on organizational commitment. The findings and conclusions of this study may be used by the leaders to create the favorable working environment, improve the relationship between leaders and followers and to increase organizational commitment.

시판 쌀가루를 이용한 설기떡의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Sulgiddeok with Different Commercial Rice Flours)

  • The study assessed the quality characteristics of Sulgiddeok with self-made and commercially-available rice flours during a 1-day storage at ambient temperature($20\sim22^{\circ}C$). The nutritional components, color value, physical tests, internal structure as revealed by scanning electron microscopy SEM, and sensory evaluation of Sulgiddeok were determined. Sulgiddeok prepared with self-made rice flour and two commercial rice flour were designated as sample A, B, and C, respectively. Moisture content, crude protein, crude lipid, and pH did not differ significantly among the preparations. Sweetness was highest in sample B(p<0.01) and crude ash was highest in sample A(p<0.001). L color, a value, and b value was highest in sample B, C, and C, respectively. Texture property analysis showed that hardness, gumminess, and chewiness tended to decrease during the 1-day storage, while adhesiveness, springiness, and cohesiveness tended to increase. Sensory characteristics of color, flavor, chewiness, gumminess, externals, and overall quality of sample A were superior to samples B and C. However, softness was highest in sample B. The internal structure of Sulgiddeok was preserved in sample A. It is concluded that rice flour B can make Sulgiddeok comparable to that prepared using self-made rice flour.
