According to national regulations and its commentary, such as Rivers Design Criteria & Commentary (KWRA, 2009), Foundation Structure Guideline and its Commentary(MLTM, 2014 and KGS, 2009), the integrity evaluation of river levee includes slope stability evaluation of both riverside/protected low-land and piping stability evaluation with respect to foundation and levee body along with water level conditions. In this case the design hydro-graph can be the most important input factor for the integrity evaluation, however it is fact that the national regulations do not provide any proper determination methods regarding hydro-graph. The authors thus executed an integrity evaluation of sluice gate in levee by changing each hydro-graph factor, including rising ordinary water level, lasting flood water level, falling water level, and flood frequency, in order to suggest a determination method of reasonable hydro-graph. As a result, the authors suggested that at least over 57 hours of rising ordinary water level and over 53 hours of lasting flood water level should be considered for the design hydro-graph of sluice gate in levee at Mun-san-jae.

This study is aimed to research on the characteristics of domestic fashion magazines, and the problems and reforms of licensed magazines focused on the function of fashion magazines. As the result of study, the characteristics of domestic fashion magazines were as follows. 1) The inproportionte phenomenon of readership only concentrated on unmarried female readers in their 10' sand 20' s. 2) The lack of discrimination in magazine compilation. 3) The dual phenomenon of fashion magazines to distinguish the condition of magazines by the types of publication. 4) The role of magazines concentrated on information transmission and entertainment function. 5) The inproportionate phenomenon of publishers concentrated on domestic well-known magazine and paper companies. The problems of licensed fashion magazines found through practical grasp of the present condition are as follows. 1) Planning and compilation not to disclose the identity of each magazine. 2) Insufficiency of commentary articles. 3) Indiscreet planning and compilation of graphics. 4) Use of improper fashion terms and lack of explanation of specialized fashion terms. 5) Shortage and repetition of article materials. And the reform plans to the problems of licensed fashion magazines are as follows. 1) Subdivision and diversification of target market (readers' class). 2) Production of Korean view reflecting the world trend. 3) Expansion of commentary articles and commentary reports with objectivity and specialized character. However, these reform plans are not limited to licensed magazines, but may a basic methodology for improving the quality of domestic magazines.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to devise a way of the dental hygienist to explore the articles of dental hygienist that were presented in the newspaper during the recent 3 years of Korea. Methods : This study is to examine dental hygienist articles with content analysis in the KINDS(Korean Integrated News Database System) of the Korean Press Foundation. Data were gathered from the printed newspaper of Korea over a period of 3 years - 1 March, 2005 to 30 March 2008. News reports, comments and letters to the editor were analysed, which revealed an image of dental hygienist that we would like to explore and debate. The obtained data from the frequency, percentage, chi-squared test between categories after inter-coder reliability test (reliability 0.96). Results : The articles of dental hygienist according to type of newspaper, 'local newspaper' showed higher frequency than 'metropolitan newspaper'. It mix '치과위생사'(42.3%), '치위생사'(49.4%), and '위생사'(3.9%) in use of name. The article pattern, 'news' 40.0%, 'information commentary' 18.3%, 'interview man' 15.8%, 'special news' 14.2% in metropolitan newspaper, then, 'news' 72.6%, 'information commentary' 23.2% in local newspaper (p<0.05). Most plenty of subject is 'administration system', and then 'celebration', 'publicity'. It showed 'seoul' was 'information commentary', 'country' was 'administration system', 'whole' was 'legal duty', 'unrelated area' was 'social living' in the topic of article according to newsbeat(p<0.05). Conclusions : These results suggest that it is necessary to publicity name, duty of dental hygienist in metropolitan newspaper officially.

The ISP 98 is developed by the American Institute of International Banking Law & Practice in 1998. The ISP98 are also published as ICC Publication No. 590. A detailed commentary on the rules("The Official Commentary on the International Standby Practice") has been written by Professor James E. Byrnes. Presently there is no compelling reason to revise the rules themselves even if ten years is passed since the issuance of ISP98. Insteadthe American Institute of International Banking Law & Practice will provide Model Forms in the early 2009. Special features of the ISP 98 are as the following. Firstly, the ISP 98 is copyrighted by the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice, Inc., and published by the International Chamber of Commerce. Secondly, the ISP 98 differs from UCP in style and approach because it must receive acceptance not only from bankers and merchants, but also from a broader range of those actively involved in standby law and practice corporate treasurees and credit manager, rating agencies, government agencies and regulators, and indenture trustees as well as their counsel. Because standbys are often intended to be available in the event of disputes or applicant insovency, their texts are subject to a degree of scrutiny not encountered in the commercial letter of credit context. Thirdly, the ISP 98 supplement the UCP if the UCP dose not have the relative rule. Lastly, the ISP 98 has the official commentary. In addition, several provision of the ISP 98 would surprise the commercial parties and/or are rather peculiar, while some of them display a certain bias in favor of the banks.

This article's aim is to contrast Dasan's commentary with Chu-tzu' and old commentary on The Meaning of learning(學) and ming(命) in Confucius Analects analects. Confucius Analects analects began with Confucius said, " Is it not pleasant to learn with a constant perseverance and application?"(1:1), and closed with Confucius said, "Without recognizing the ordinances of Heaven, it is impossible to be a superior man. We can consider Confucian analects as theory of science. I've tried to define the meaning of learning(學) in Confucius Analects, at first. The Meaning of learning in Confucian analects have 1) Technology, 2) the way of human relation, 3) liberal ar, and 4) 'learning to become a sage. Chu-tzu defines learning(學) in Confucius Analects as 'learning to become a sage'. Dasan's considered learning(學) as science in general. Chu-tzu' and old commentary defined zhiming(知命) in Confucius Analects is 'to know the fact that there is destiny in man's life(ex, life and death). Dasan reinterpreted ming(命) in Confucius Analects as human mind-nature.
