Letters of Credit are the most common method of payment for goods in the export trade, and banking practice relating to letters of credit is standardised by the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, which are a set of rules issued by the International Chamber of Commerce. The current version is UCP 600, which took effect on July 1, 2007. To assist the practitioners of Documentary Credits, the KCCI(Koea Chamber of Commerce and Industry) authorised a new publication-Official Commentary on UCP 600. This new publication added the word "official" in the title. In order to being an official commentary, the terms and expression should be correct and unified. But there is some problems in official commentary and legal phraseology. The problem was appeared that ICC UCP 600's were translated into Korean UCP 600 version. For example, "Issuing Bank", "Applicant", "Port of discharge", "A date of pick-up", "Shipper's load and count", "Courier Receipt", "Charter Party", "Bill of Lading", "Cover Note", "Exclusion Clause", "Insurance Certificate", "Declaration, Underwriter". If can be used 'Official Commentary on UCP 600', the above statements should be a compliment though take a wide professional opinions or held a public hearings. The Purpose of this paper is to point out the problems and substitute the term used and unify the expression in official commentary.

This study would suggest a measure for the improvement of the commentary program on the building concentration area of Changdeokgung Palace. In the process of the survey, the researcher attended the commentary site and tape-recorded commentaries two times. The researcher conducted an analysis of the times and contents of the tape-recorded commentaries and evaluated their appropriateness, including historicity and connectivity to the site. In addition, the researcher figured out the commentaries and the visitors' movements through drawings and field surveys and analyzed the locations and conditions of the main facilities. Through a field survey and analysis, it was found out that the commentaries included the facts and anecdotes about the buildings, the related figures and history. However, it was found out that there were very insufficient commentaries on the buildings arranged according to the commentary movements, the outside space, in particular, the traditional landscape facilities. In addition, it was found out that there are areas that would need commentaries and opening for viewing. A proposal for the improvement of the commentary program was drawn up based on the analysis. New commentary points were added, and the commentaries of the outside space of the area and the traditional landscape facilities could improve through modifying the existing commentaries. With the proposal for improvement, the time required was calculated through reading aloud at a speed the same as the existing commentary speed. Through this, it was found out that the proposal for improvement could be implemented within one hour, the same as the present commentary program. This study has a significance that it provided a measure for practical improvement that could provide the visitors with quality commentary information and more interesting experience.

As Chinese philosophy has developed by commentary for the original texts, the Nine Chapters has been greatly improved by the commentary given by Liu Hui and it was transformed from an arithmetic text to Mathematics. Comparing his commentary and Chinese philosophical development up to his date, we conclude that Liu Hui was able to make such a great leap by his thorough understanding of philosophical development.

Confucius said, "I do not murmur against Heaven. I do not grumble against men. My studies lie low, and my penetration rises high. But there is Heaven;-- that knows me!" and said, "Does Heaven speak? The four seasons pursue their courses, and all things are continually being produced, but does Heaven say anything?" The only key Jen仁-concept of confucianism is based on Tien(天). This articles intend to articulate Dasan's commentary of Tien(天)-concept in Confucian analects("論語"). Dasan was to contrast Chu-Hsi's a commentary in assembled commentary of Confucian analects("論語集註") with 2) old commentary of Confucian analects("論語注疏"), and reestablished Tien(天))-concept on old & contemporary commentary of Confucian analects("論語古今註"). He analyzed, deconstructed, and re-interpretations Tien(天)-paragraph of in Confucian analects. Dasan collected, complied, and re-interpretation dispersed original meaning of Tien(天)-paragraph of Confucian analects. Cheong Yagyong tried to recover the original meaning of Tien(天)-concept in Confucian analects.

The purpose of the present study is to explore the significance of the Commentaries on Pavilions (樓亭記) from the Sancheong-gun area. To achieve this purpose, the study analyzes the works handed down in Sancheong-eup, Chahwang-myeon, Obu-myeon, and Geumseo-myeon, focusing on the two characteristic themes: the discipline and enlightenment of heart and mind (in Chapter 2) and the succession of integrity and the tradition of ancestor worship (in Chapter 3). The first characteristic theme "the discipline and enlightenment of heart and mind" is explicated in Chapter 2 by reviewing the Commentary on Hwanajeong Pavilion (Hwanajeonggi) written for the namesake building located in Sancheong-ri, Sancheong-eup, and the Commentary on Gyeongjeonjae Pavilion (Gyeongjeonjaegi) in Maechon-ri, Geumseo-myeon. The second theme "the succession of integrity and the tradition of ancestor worship" is examined in Chapter 3 based on the Commentary on Sulgojeongsa Pavilion (Sulgojeongsagi) from Jangwi-ri, Chahwang-myeon, and the Commentary on Maeranjeong Pavilion (Maeranjeonggi) from Yangchon-ri, Obu-myeon.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plan for a commentary on figure skating in Korea from comparing to NBCSN and MBC's coverage of the 2018 Pyungchang Olympic Games employing both of quantitative and text analysis. Results indicate that NBCSN and MBC's commentary on figure skating have definitely different characteristics in terms of expertise and dramatizing ability. The commentator of MBC frequently used monotonous and repetitive emotional expression and provided incoherent information in very automatic way. Whereas, NBCSN's comments expressed very diverse way on introduction of players, explanation of technique and evaluation, especially on dramatizing ability to contextualize combining players' performance and background information.

This study critically reviews the justifications for the restriction of cable local channel's news commentary function in terms of the fundamental principle of journalism. By doing so, it tries to find some problems and ways to solve them. Broadcasting Law and Korea Communications Commission's Rule inhibiting the news commentary of cable local channel on specific issues conflict with the basis of journalism which is particularly represented in Broadcasting Law. The law and rule tend to solidify public opinion for vested rights of local worthies. In addition, they are likely to degenerate cable local channel to the tools for promoting local government. Therefore, this article proposes the revision of the law and rule towards permitting the news commentary of cable local channel. At the same time, it suggests a new broadcasting policy for inducing cable local channel to increase manpower resources and production investment.
