대학 운동부 학생들의 스트레스와 여가만족과의 관계 (The Relationship between Stress and Leisure Satisfaction of College Student Athletes)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between stress and leisure satisfaction of college student athletes. The participants comprised 140 of the college student athletes. The measures were composed of stress inventory and leisure satisfaction scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 Version frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The level of significance was set up .05. The results were as follows: First, according to college, there was significant difference in economic burden, environmental condition, and course factor. Second, in regard with multiple regression analysis on relationships between the stress and leisure satisfaction of the college student athletes, discriminative evaluation, environmental condition, and course factor had positive effect on leisure satisfaction.

Exploring the Meaning of College Students' Leisure Activity: Means-end Chain Analysis of Social Network Game Playing

  • Social network games (SNGs), a rapidly growing online game genre, are built and played on social network sites. SNGs provide an online world for enjoying leisure time and interpersonal communication, and an increasing numbers of college students are involved in such game-playing as a leisure time activity. Despite the popularity, relatively few studies have been conducted to investigate the nature of game players, especially the meaning of such leisure time behavior by college students. This paper's aim was to explore a subjective meaning structure of online social network game play. The means-end chain model was used to link attributes of SNGs to the underlying values of game playing as a leisure activity. The results revealed two emerging end-values: the need for bridging and a sense of belonging. This study sheds light on the meaning of college students' leisure activities when playing social network games.

대학생 스키리조트 이용객의 여가몰입, 여가이득, 생활만족과 재방문의도의 관계 (Relationships Between Leisure Flow, Leisure Benefits, Life Satisfaction and Revisit Intention of College Student Customers in Ski Resort)

  • 본 연구는 대학생 스키리조트 이용고객의 여가몰입, 여가이득, 생활만족과 재방문의도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 자료의 수집은 스키리조트를 이용한 대학생 229명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 자료의 처리는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석 실시하였고, LISREL 8.72를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가몰입은 여가이득에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가몰입은 생활만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가몰입은 재방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여가이득은 생활만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 여가이득은 재방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 생활만족은 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on Measures to Increase Student Enrollment in Community Colleges : Based on the Case of G College

  • In this study, for students who gave up their studies midway through college, we investigate the reasons for dropping out of college, analyze the factors that caused students to drop out, and suggest improvement measures to effectively increase the recruitment rate of enrolled students. This study explores measures to increase student enrollment in community colleges. For this purpose, it conducted a survey of students who dropped out of G College between 2018 and 2020 from June 28 to July 9, 2021. Its analysis is based on the results of 53 students who participated in the survey. First, our results suggest that programs to develop interpersonal relationships between students, faculty, and staff are necessary. Such programs will cultivate a culture of solidarity and collective identity among students, which in turn will reinforce positive experiences in college. Moreover, by developing systems to form relationships between faculty and students, colleges can have a feedback mechanism, such as an open-study program, through which they learn what the students want and need. Through this effort, colleges can help their students adjust to campuses and enhance student satisfaction in college. Second, it is necessary to develop various extracurricular programs not only for freshmen but existing students and to run hobby and leisure activity programs. To have continuous, standing extracurricular programs instead of one-time events, colleges should set up specific goals, delivery methods and strategies. Third, colleges should renovate old and outdated buildings and facilities on campus to enhance the quality of campus life. Moreover, more comprehensive improvement of facilities and a campus environment by having various convenient and leisure facilities that meet the needs and demands of students. Fourth, it is suggested to develop programs or systems that help students to more fully engage in campus lives and activities, which in turn increases confidence and self-efficacy among students. Through such programs, students can better adjust to their majors and, therefore, will be less likely to drop out of college.

초등학생의 여가참여유형이 여가만족도와 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Different Types of Leisure Activities' on the Satisfaction and Psychological Well-being of Primary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different types of leisure activities' on the satisfaction and psychological well-being of primary school students. The subjects of this study consisted of 467(boys=191, girls=276) primary school students. The data was analyzed by one way ANOVA, factor analysis, Chi-square analysis, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis. The main findings of this were as follows: first, there were statistically significant differences in the kinds of activities participated in according to gender. Second, among of the subscale of leisure satisfaction, boys showed higher scores in more education and physical satisfaction than girls, and in the subscale of psychological well-being, boys indicated a higher score in flow and happiness than girls. Third, there were significant differences in leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being in the types of leisure activity. Fourth, the participation motivation of leisure activity statistically influenced psychological well-being. Fifth, leisure satisfaction partially influenced on psychological well-being. Social and environmental satisfaction significantly influenced flow. Education and social satisfaction significantly influenced happiness and psychological well-being.

여가참가 대학생의 건강생활습관이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Healthy Lifestyle Habits of College Students Participating in Leisure on the Quality of Sleep)

  • 본 연구는 여가활동 참가 대학생들의 건강생활습관이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 편의표집방법(convenience sampling method)을 사용하였다. 연구대상은 여가참가 대학생 153명으로 구글 URL설문지를 통해 조사하였으며 연구문제를 위해 IBM SPSS 통계 프로그램을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 대학생의 특성에 따른 전공에서는 예체능계열이 자연계열보다 운동생활습관이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 여가참가에서는 스포츠부문에 참가하는 대학생이 운동생활습관, 건강인지습관, 식습관, 주관수면에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여가활동기간에서는 3년이상 여가활동에 참가한 학생이 운동생활습관, 건강인지습관, 주간수면에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여가활동시간에서는 1-2시간 참가하는 학생이 운동생활습관, 건강인지습관, 식습관에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수면의 어려움에서 나쁜생활습관이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 주간수면에서는 운동생활습관, 나쁜생활습관, 식습관에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The impact of Wushu Image on Self-Congruity and Loyalty of Chinese College Students

  • The subjects of this study were college students who participate in Wushu in China. A total of 300 people, 189 male and 111 female, were sampled as research subjects through convenience sampling by sharing the questionnaire link online and sending emails. The research tool used in this study was a questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire that had secured reliability and validity in previous research, it was modified and supplemented to suit this study. The statistical analysis used for data analysis was frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 20.0 Version. First, Wushu image was found to have a partial effect on self-congruity. Second, Wushu image was found to have a partial effect on loyalty. Third, the self-congruity of Wushu participants was found to partially affect loyalty.

COVID-19시대 대학생들의 스트레스 대처방법과 여가제약협상의 관계 (The relationship between stress coping methods and leisure constraint negotiations among college students in COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 포스트 코로나 시대에 있는 대학생들의 스트레스 대처방법이 여가제약협상에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 2021년 1월 25일부터 2월 19일까지 전북, 전남, 부산에 소재한 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 247명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS18.0 을 사용하여 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석, ANOVA와 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 COVID-19 이전과 이후의 여가유형에 변화에 따라 여가제약협상에 차이가 나타났다. 대학생들의 스트레스 대처방법에 따라 여가제약협상에 대한 부분에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 대처방안에 대한 세부적 접근에 대해 고민해야 할 것이다. 특히 스트레스 대처방법 중 적극적인 스트레스 대처방법(문제중심 대처, 사회적지지추구)이 여가제약협상에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 COVID-19와 연계하여 스트레스 대처와 연계한 여가제약이나 여가만족 등 다각도의 접근이 필요 할 것으로 판단된다.

간호대학생의 건강행위에 대한 태도 조사연구 (Attitude toward Health behaviors in Student Nurses)

  • Health perception is a very important issue for student nurses to be future health professionals. The concept of health has changed with the emphasis of 'health promotion', and thus nurses now have a demanded role as a health promoter. According to health promotion theories, health-promoting behaviors are affected by cognitive variables, and human behaviors are related to thoughts and perception. This study was conducted to recognize the relationships of attitude toward health behaviors to other health related variables. The data was collected using a self administered survey. The instrument used in this study was attitude of health behavior scales that were developed by Okayama medical school. The subjects were 512 student nurses recruited from 1 college and 3 universities. The data was analyzed using SPSS pc program with mean, correlation. and multiple regression technique. The results were as follows: 1. The mean score of attitude of health behaviors of the student nurses was 8.11, showing a relatively high level. A high score of health belief was reported in 'self-responsible type' with the score of 4.80, and a high score of 'think for health or disease' was reported in passive type with the score of 3.12. 2. Specifically, there were significant positive correlations between the level of 'attitude of health behaviors' and other health related variables such as health perception, think for health or disease, and age. 3. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that active thought, leisure, self-responsible perception and depression accounted for 13%of variance of attitude toward health behaviors. In conclusion, although student nurses certainly perceived the performance of health behavior, they need to learn in more systematical way in order to be a better health promoter, one of the role of nurses. The results of the study suggest that further studies need to be done on attitude toward health behaviors and performance of health behavior by student nurses.

쇼핑성향에 따른 여대생의 충동구매와 심리적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Impulse Buying and Psychological Characteristics of College Women by Their Clothing Shopping Orientation)

  • The college students selected by random sampling were classified into several groups by their impulse buying pattern and the psychological characteristics that cause them. Their life styles, fashion leadership, self-confidence and self-image in clothing were the subjects of comparative analysis. The results of this research can be summarized as follows. 1. The college women students could be classified into several groups by their impulse buying orientations. 2. The student life styles were different by their shopping orientations. The high shopping involved shopping type and the leisure pursuit shopping type attached great importance to material life and modern life style. The economic shopping type took the intellectual self-image seriously, and the low shopping involved type thought much of the traditional life style. 3. The high shopping involved type and the leisure pursuit shopping type were more impulse buying oriented. They showed the tendencies to the fashion innovativeness and fashion opinion leadership. But the economic shopping involved shopping type and low shopping involved shopping type showed quite different tendencies. The high shopping involved shopping type and low shopping involved shopping type were contrast in their self-confidence in shopping. The former showed the highest self-confidence and the latter showed the lowest self-confidence. 4. The high shopping involved shopping type were more extroversive, dominant, sensitive and pioneering. These psychological characteristics were supposed to contribute to their impulse buying. 5. The high shopping involved shopping type and the leisure pursuit shopping type perceived themselves as more sophisticated, modern, creative and sociable. They thought they had diverse life styles. These two groups were more impulse buying oriented, and their self-images were different from economic shopping type and low shopping involved shopping type.
