금강 수계 서식지 유형분류 및 수서곤충 섭식기능군 분포특성 (Habitat Classification and Distribution Characteristic of Aquatic Insect Functional Feeding Groups in the Geum River, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 금강 수계의 환경요인을 이용한 서식지 유형분류와 그에 따른 수서곤충 섭식기능군의 분포특성을 규명하기 위한 것으로 2007년부터 2008년까지 금강 수계에서 총 38개 지점에 대하여 봄과 가을에 걸쳐 년 2회씩 총 4회 조사를 실시하였다. 38개 조사지점별로 15개의 환경요인들을 현장 측정한 후 서식지 유사도 분석을 실시한 결과, 거리 척도값 4를 전후하여 상류구간(HD)은 C1과 C3그룹, 중류구간(MS)은 C2와 C4 그리고 C5그룹, 하류구간(LR)은 C6과 C7그룹으로 서식지 유형이 분류되었다. 서식지 유형분류에 있어 영향을 끼치는 주요한 환경요인은, 물리적 환경요인의 경우 하폭과 고도, 화학적 환경요인의 경우 수온과 전기전도도 그리고 DO, 하상재료의 경우 모래와 실트 그리고 잔자갈의 함량으로 분석되었다. 조사시기 동안 출현한 수서곤충은 총 9목 46과 142종으로 조사되었고, 서식지 유형별 종수 및 개체수 현존량 증감과 높은 상관성을 보인 주요 환경요인은 유속과 모래의 함량으로 나타났다. 또한 섭식기능군과 환경요인 사이의 상관성 분석결과, (1) 걸러먹는 무리(FC)는 유속, 수폭, 실트 (2) 주어먹는 무리(GC)는 유속 (3) 잡아먹는 무리(P)는 고도, 유속, 큰돌, 전기전도도, 모래 (4) 뚫어먹는 무리(PP)는 수폭, 실트 (5) 긁어먹는 무리(SC)는 유속, 전기전도도 (6) 썰어먹는 무리(SH)는 고도, 큰돌, DO, pH, 전기전도도, 수온과 각각 상관성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과, 단계적 다중회귀분석(SMRA)에 의해 도출된 금강 수계의 환경요인 중 고도, 하폭, 유속, 전기전도도, 수온 그리고 모래 등 6개의 요인은 생물군집의 서식과 상관성($r{\geqq}0.600$, P<0.01)이 있는 것으로 나타나 금강 수계 섭식기능군 분포에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인으로 제시되었다.

  • This article reviews the papers published in the Korean Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering during 2011. It is intended to understand the status of current research in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation, and indoor environments of buildings and plant facilities. Conclusions are as follows. (1) Research trends of thermal and fluid engineering have been surveyed as groups of fluid machinery and fluid flow, thermodynamic cycle, and new and renewable energy. Various topics were presented in the field of fluid machinery and fluid flow. Research issues mainly focused on the rankine cycle in the field of thermodynamic cycle. In the new and renewable energy area, researches were presented on geothermal energy, fuel cell, biogas, reformer, solar water heating system, and metane hydration. (2) Research works on heat transfer area have been reviewed in the categories of heat transfer characteristics, pool boiling and condensing heat transfer, nanofluids and industrial heat exchangers. Researches on heat transfer characteristics included heat transfer above liquid helium surface in a cryostat, methane hydrate formation, heat and mass transfer in a liquid desiccant dehumidifier, thermoelectric air-cooling system, heat transfer in multiple slot impinging jet, and heat transfer enhancement by protrusion-in-dimples. In the area of pool boiling and condensing heat transfer, researches on pool boiling of water in low-fin and turbo-B surfaces, pool boiling of R245a, convective boiling two-phase flow in trapezoidal microchannels, condensing of FC-72 on pin-finned surfaces, and natural circulation vertical evaporator were actively performed. In the area of nanofluids, thermal characteristics of heat pipes using water-based MWCNT nanofluids and the thermal conductivity and viscosity were measured. In the area of industrial heat exchangers, researches on fin-tube heat exchangers for waste gas heat recovery and Chevron type plate heat exchanger were implemented. (3) Refrigeration systems with alternative refrigerants such as $CO_2$, hydrocarbons, and mixed refrigerants were studied. Heating performance improvement of heat pump systems were tried applying supplementary components such as a refrigerant heater or a solar collector. The effects of frost growth were studied on the operation characteristic of refrigeration systems and the energy performance of various defrost methods were evaluated. The current situation of the domestic cold storage facilities was analyzed and the future demand was predicted. (4) In building mechanical system fields, a variety of studies were conducted to achieve effective consumption of heat and maximize efficiency of heat in buildings. Various researches were performed to maximize performance of mechanical devices and optimize the operation of HVAC systems. (5) In the fields of architectural environment and energy, diverse purposes of studies were conducted such as indoor environment, building energy, and renewable energy. In particular, renewable energy and building energy-related researches have mainly been studied as reflecting the global interests. In addition, various researches have been performed for reducing cooling load in a building using spot exhaust air, natural ventilation and energy efficiency systems.

고종연간 집경당(緝敬當)의 운용과 궁중(宮中) 서화수장(書畵收藏) (The Collection of Paintiongs and Calligraphy at Jipgyeong-dang Hall during King Gojong's Reign(1897~1907))

  • 본 논문은 경복궁 집경당의 운용과 수장품의 내역을 통해 고종연간 궁중 서화수장의 추이를 살펴본 것이다. 그동안 집경당에 대해서는 구체적인 연구가 이루어지지 못한 채 건립시기는 경복궁 중건공사가 이루어진 1867년 이후이며 주로 내외신 접견처로 활용된 것으로 알려졌었다. 그러나 이글에서는 집경당과 한 건물로 배치된 함화당의 상향문과 기타 관찬사료의 기록을 통해 집경당이 1890년경에 건립되었으며, 그 운용에 있어서도 국왕의 접견처보다는 주로 고종의 강학(講學) 공간이자 풍부한 서책과 서화를 보관한 궁중 도서관, 서화수장처로서 기능을 하였음을 조명하였다. 서책을 보관한 장서각이 궁궐의 특정 영역과 관계없이 분포했던 반면, 서화작품을 수장한 수장처는 조선후기 이후 연침(燕寢) 영역에 위치하기 시작했다. 고종과 비빈들의 침전 영역에 속한 집경당이 서화수장처로 이용된 것은 이러한 배경에서 찾아 볼 수 있으며, 특히 고종연간에는 건청궁과 집옥재를 중심으로 국가의 문화적 기틀을 마련하고자 한 정책으로 인해 경복궁 연침영역에 궁중 도서관이 밀집해 있었다. 당시에는 헌종에 의해 발전한 19세기 전반의 궁중 서화수장에 힘입어 각 궁궐마다 선왕선후의 초상, 그들의 어필, 조선왕실 서책, 그밖에 국내외 서화가들의 작품이 다량으로 소장되어 있었다. 한편, 고종의 적극적인 외국서적 수입정책과 개항기라는 시대상황과 맞물려 궁중으로 유입된 서화자료의 내역은 크게 달라져 있었다. 가장 두드러진 특징은 1800연대를 전후로 간행된 중국 청대 서화, 화보(畵譜), 총서류 및 일본화보, 서양지도가 상당량 유입된 정황이 파악됨에 따라 조선 고유의 작품을 위주로 했던 전통적인 수장 성격에서 벗어났다는 점이다. 이러한 집경당 소장 서화의 외래적인 성격은 19세기 서화단에 있어 김정희 일파를 중심으로 한 청대 첩학(帖學) 비학파(碑學派) 서풍(書風)의 수용, 그리고 장승업 조석진 안중식 등이 청대 산수 인물화풍을 적극 수용하여 중국화풍의 대대적인 유행을 가져온 경향과도 상통한 맥락이었다고 하겠다.

하천 규모와 서식지에 따른 저서성 대형무척추동물의 생태특성 - 생태·경관보전 지역을 중심으로 - (Ecological Characteristics of Benthic Macroinvertebrates according to Stream Order and Habitat - Focused on the Ecological Landscape Conservation Area -)

  • 본 연구는 생태·경관보전지역을 중심으로 하천의 규모와 서식지에 따른 생태특성을 확인하기 위하여 2014년부터 2020년까지 봄과 가을에 걸쳐 조사를 수행하였다. 전체 조사지역을 통하여 출현한 저서성 대형무척추동물은 총 5문 8강 25목 105과 256종이 출현하였다. 출현한 분류군 중에서 유수역으로 이루어진 지역에서는 하루살이목과 날도래목의 출현율이 높게 나타났고, 정수역으로 이루어진 지역에서는 딱정벌레목과 잠자리목의 출현율이 높게 나타났다. 지역별로 EPT(하루살이목, 강도래목, 날도래목)그룹의 개체수를 비교하였을 때, 상류지역, 본류지역, 정수지역으로 분류되었고, 상류에서 하류로 이동할수록 EPT의 개체수비율이 달라지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 생태·경관보전지역 내의 하천은 하천 차수가 증가할수록 출현하는 종수와 개체수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 썰어먹는 무리(SH)는 하천 차수가 증가하여 하천의 규모가 커지면 감소하는 경향을 보였고(r=0.9925), 걸러먹는 무리(CF)는 하천 차수가 증가하여 하천의 규모가 커지면 증가하는 경향을 보였다(r=0.9319). 긁어먹는 무리(SC)는 상류에서 하류로 내려갈수록 유사한 생태학적 지위를 갖는 종들로 대체되어 하천 차수에 따른 변화를 찾기 어려웠다. 생태·경관보전지역의 지정 및 관리에 있어서 건강한 생태계를 유지하기 위하여 생물 간의 경쟁 등 생태학적 요인과 수질 및 하상상태 등 이화학적인 요인 등을 고려할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 다양한 규모의 하천과 물리적 서식지를 포함하는 완충지역을 확보하고, 인위적 교란 요인을 제거하는 등 관리를 강화하는 것은 생태·경관보전지역의 건강성 및 생물자원의 확보에 유리할 것으로 판단된다.

청국장(淸國醬) 메주 발효과정중(醱酵過程中)의 질소화합물(窒素化合物)의 소장(消長)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(I)-대두단백질(大豆蛋白質)의 소장(消長)에 관(關)하여- (Studies on the N-compounds during Chung-Kook-Jang Meju Fermentation (1) -Changes of Soybean Protein during Chung-Kook-Jang Meju Fermentation-)

  • 우리나라 고유식품(固有食品)의 일종(一種)인 청국장(淸國醬)의 질소화합물의 변화를 연구하기 위하여 필자(筆者)가 분리동정한 2가지 청국장(淸國醬)메주발효균(醱酵菌)(K-27, S-16)과 보존 납두균(納頭菌)으로 청국장(淸國醬)메주를 발효(醱酵)시키면서 경시적(經時的)으로 채취(採取)한 시료(試料)에 대(對)하여 총질소(總窒素), pH, 단백질(蛋白質) 분리효소역가(分解酵素力價), 불용성단백태질소(不溶性蛋白態窒素), 수용성단백태질소(水溶性蛋白態窒素), 펩타이드태질소(態窒素), 아미노태질소(態窒素), 암모니아태질소(態窒素), 및 각종유리(各種遊離)아미노산(酸) 등을 조사분석(調査分析)하는 동시에 cross linkage가 각각 다른 Dowex-50을 사용하여 분자식별(分子篩別)한 각(各) fraction에 대하여 total-N, amino-N을 측정하고 average peptide length를 계산하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 총질소(總窒素): 발효가 진행함에 따라 세가지의 시험구의 총질소가 다같이 약간(若干) 증가(增加)되었다. 2. 불용성단백태질소(不溶性蛋白態窒素): 불용성단백태질소(不溶性蛋白態窒素)는 증숙공정(蒸熟工程)에서 일단현저(一旦顯著)하게 증가(增加)되었다가 3종시료(三種試料)가 다 같이 경시적(經時的)으로 감소(減少)되는 경향(傾向)이였으나 보존균주구에 비(比)하여 분리균주구(分離菌株區)의 감소(減少)가 더욱 심(甚)하며, 그중에서도 K-27 균주접종구(菌株接種區)가 특(特)히 현저(顯著)한 감소경향(減少傾向)을 보였다. 3. 가용성단백태질소(可溶性蛋白態窒素): 가용성단백태질소(可溶性蛋白態窒素)는 증숙공정(蒸熟工程)에서 일단(一但) 대폭(大幅) 감소(減少)되었다가 기후(其後)부터는 세가지 청국장(淸國醬)메주가 다 같이 약간(若干)씩 감소(減少)되는 경향(傾向)이었으나 그 중에시 K-27 균주구(菌株區讀)의 감소율(減少率)이 컸다. 4. Peptide 태(態), 아미노태(態) 및 암모니아태질소(態窒素)는 증가(增加)되고 아미노태질소(態窒素)는 약간(若干)씩 감소(減少)되었다가 발효과정(醱酵過程)에서 세가지구(區)가 모두 계속(繼續)하여 현저하게 증가하였다. 기중(其中) 펩타이드태질소(態窒素)만은 각구(各區)에 따라 각각 다른 일정시간(一定時間)에 최고치(最高値)를 이루었다가 그후 점차 감소되었다. 그리고 세가지 시험구중 특히 K-27 균주접종구의 질소화합물변화가 다른 것에 비하여 현저하게 컸다. 5. pH와 Protease activity: 세가지 시험구(試驗區)의 PH 변화(變化)는 증숙대두(蒸熟大豆)의 6.65에서 계속상승(繼續上昇)하여 73시간(時間) 발효시(醱酵時)에는 $7.5{\sim}7.85$까지 이르렸으며 Protease activity는 발효(醱酵)가 진행(進行)됨에 따라 현저(顯著)하게 높아졌다가 pH가 7.3 내외(內外)가 되는 $48{\sim}60$ 시간발효(時間醱酵)를 한계점(限界點)으로 하여 점차감소(漸次減少)되었다. 6. 유리(遊離)아미노산(酸): 유리(遊離)아미노산(酸)은 발효(醱酵)가 진행(進行)됨에 따라 세가지 시험구(試驗區)가 다같이 수십배(數拾倍) 내지 수백배(數百倍)로 현저(顯著)하게 증가(增加)되었으며 그후 K-27균주구(菌株區)의 유리(遊離)아미노산(酸)의 증가(增加)가 훨씬 높았다. 7. 분자사별(分子篩別) fraction의 총질소(總窒素), 아미노태질소(態窒素) 및 APL: K-27 균주구(菌株區)의 시료(試料)를 분자사별(分子篩別)하여 얻은 각(各) fraction의 총질소(總窒素)와 아미노태질소(態窒素)는 발효(醱酵)가 진행(進行)함에 따라 X-16, X-12 및 X-8 fraction은 대체적(大體的)으로 증가(增加)되었으나 X-4, X-2 및 effluent fraction은 일정(一定)한 발효시간(醱騎時間)까지 증가(增加)되었다가 그후(後) 감소(減少)되었다. effluent를 제외(除外)한 전(全) fraction의 APL은 증숙대두(蒸熟大豆)에서 가장 크고 발효시간(醱騎時間)이 경과(經過)함에 따라 점차감소(漸次減少)되었다.

한정된 O-D조사자료를 이용한 주 전체의 트럭교통예측방법 개발 (DEVELOPMENT OF STATEWIDE TRUCK TRAFFIC FORECASTING METHOD BY USING LIMITED O-D SURVEY DATA)

  • The objective of this research is to test the feasibility of developing a statewide truck traffic forecasting methodology for Wisconsin by using Origin-Destination surveys, traffic counts, classification counts, and other data that are routinely collected by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). Development of a feasible model will permit estimation of future truck traffic for every major link in the network. This will provide the basis for improved estimation of future pavement deterioration. Pavement damage rises exponentially as axle weight increases, and trucks are responsible for most of the traffic-induced damage to pavement. Consequently, forecasts of truck traffic are critical to pavement management systems. The pavement Management Decision Supporting System (PMDSS) prepared by WisDOT in May 1990 combines pavement inventory and performance data with a knowledge base consisting of rules for evaluation, problem identification and rehabilitation recommendation. Without a r.easonable truck traffic forecasting methodology, PMDSS is not able to project pavement performance trends in order to make assessment and recommendations in the future years. However, none of WisDOT's existing forecasting methodologies has been designed specifically for predicting truck movements on a statewide highway network. For this research, the Origin-Destination survey data avaiiable from WisDOT, including two stateline areas, one county, and five cities, are analyzed and the zone-to'||'&'||'not;zone truck trip tables are developed. The resulting Origin-Destination Trip Length Frequency (00 TLF) distributions by trip type are applied to the Gravity Model (GM) for comparison with comparable TLFs from the GM. The gravity model is calibrated to obtain friction factor curves for the three trip types, Internal-Internal (I-I), Internal-External (I-E), and External-External (E-E). ~oth "macro-scale" calibration and "micro-scale" calibration are performed. The comparison of the statewide GM TLF with the 00 TLF for the macro-scale calibration does not provide suitable results because the available 00 survey data do not represent an unbiased sample of statewide truck trips. For the "micro-scale" calibration, "partial" GM trip tables that correspond to the 00 survey trip tables are extracted from the full statewide GM trip table. These "partial" GM trip tables are then merged and a partial GM TLF is created. The GM friction factor curves are adjusted until the partial GM TLF matches the 00 TLF. Three friction factor curves, one for each trip type, resulting from the micro-scale calibration produce a reasonable GM truck trip model. A key methodological issue for GM. calibration involves the use of multiple friction factor curves versus a single friction factor curve for each trip type in order to estimate truck trips with reasonable accuracy. A single friction factor curve for each of the three trip types was found to reproduce the 00 TLFs from the calibration data base. Given the very limited trip generation data available for this research, additional refinement of the gravity model using multiple mction factor curves for each trip type was not warranted. In the traditional urban transportation planning studies, the zonal trip productions and attractions and region-wide OD TLFs are available. However, for this research, the information available for the development .of the GM model is limited to Ground Counts (GC) and a limited set ofOD TLFs. The GM is calibrated using the limited OD data, but the OD data are not adequate to obtain good estimates of truck trip productions and attractions .. Consequently, zonal productions and attractions are estimated using zonal population as a first approximation. Then, Selected Link based (SELINK) analyses are used to adjust the productions and attractions and possibly recalibrate the GM. The SELINK adjustment process involves identifying the origins and destinations of all truck trips that are assigned to a specified "selected link" as the result of a standard traffic assignment. A link adjustment factor is computed as the ratio of the actual volume for the link (ground count) to the total assigned volume. This link adjustment factor is then applied to all of the origin and destination zones of the trips using that "selected link". Selected link based analyses are conducted by using both 16 selected links and 32 selected links. The result of SELINK analysis by u~ing 32 selected links provides the least %RMSE in the screenline volume analysis. In addition, the stability of the GM truck estimating model is preserved by using 32 selected links with three SELINK adjustments, that is, the GM remains calibrated despite substantial changes in the input productions and attractions. The coverage of zones provided by 32 selected links is satisfactory. Increasing the number of repetitions beyond four is not reasonable because the stability of GM model in reproducing the OD TLF reaches its limits. The total volume of truck traffic captured by 32 selected links is 107% of total trip productions. But more importantly, ~ELINK adjustment factors for all of the zones can be computed. Evaluation of the travel demand model resulting from the SELINK adjustments is conducted by using screenline volume analysis, functional class and route specific volume analysis, area specific volume analysis, production and attraction analysis, and Vehicle Miles of Travel (VMT) analysis. Screenline volume analysis by using four screenlines with 28 check points are used for evaluation of the adequacy of the overall model. The total trucks crossing the screenlines are compared to the ground count totals. L V/GC ratios of 0.958 by using 32 selected links and 1.001 by using 16 selected links are obtained. The %RM:SE for the four screenlines is inversely proportional to the average ground count totals by screenline .. The magnitude of %RM:SE for the four screenlines resulting from the fourth and last GM run by using 32 and 16 selected links is 22% and 31 % respectively. These results are similar to the overall %RMSE achieved for the 32 and 16 selected links themselves of 19% and 33% respectively. This implies that the SELINICanalysis results are reasonable for all sections of the state.Functional class and route specific volume analysis is possible by using the available 154 classification count check points. The truck traffic crossing the Interstate highways (ISH) with 37 check points, the US highways (USH) with 50 check points, and the State highways (STH) with 67 check points is compared to the actual ground count totals. The magnitude of the overall link volume to ground count ratio by route does not provide any specific pattern of over or underestimate. However, the %R11SE for the ISH shows the least value while that for the STH shows the largest value. This pattern is consistent with the screenline analysis and the overall relationship between %RMSE and ground count volume groups. Area specific volume analysis provides another broad statewide measure of the performance of the overall model. The truck traffic in the North area with 26 check points, the West area with 36 check points, the East area with 29 check points, and the South area with 64 check points are compared to the actual ground count totals. The four areas show similar results. No specific patterns in the L V/GC ratio by area are found. In addition, the %RMSE is computed for each of the four areas. The %RMSEs for the North, West, East, and South areas are 92%, 49%, 27%, and 35% respectively, whereas, the average ground counts are 481, 1383, 1532, and 3154 respectively. As for the screenline and volume range analyses, the %RMSE is inversely related to average link volume. 'The SELINK adjustments of productions and attractions resulted in a very substantial reduction in the total in-state zonal productions and attractions. The initial in-state zonal trip generation model can now be revised with a new trip production's trip rate (total adjusted productions/total population) and a new trip attraction's trip rate. Revised zonal production and attraction adjustment factors can then be developed that only reflect the impact of the SELINK adjustments that cause mcreases or , decreases from the revised zonal estimate of productions and attractions. Analysis of the revised production adjustment factors is conducted by plotting the factors on the state map. The east area of the state including the counties of Brown, Outagamie, Shawano, Wmnebago, Fond du Lac, Marathon shows comparatively large values of the revised adjustment factors. Overall, both small and large values of the revised adjustment factors are scattered around Wisconsin. This suggests that more independent variables beyond just 226; population are needed for the development of the heavy truck trip generation model. More independent variables including zonal employment data (office employees and manufacturing employees) by industry type, zonal private trucks 226; owned and zonal income data which are not available currently should be considered. A plot of frequency distribution of the in-state zones as a function of the revised production and attraction adjustment factors shows the overall " adjustment resulting from the SELINK analysis process. Overall, the revised SELINK adjustments show that the productions for many zones are reduced by, a factor of 0.5 to 0.8 while the productions for ~ relatively few zones are increased by factors from 1.1 to 4 with most of the factors in the 3.0 range. No obvious explanation for the frequency distribution could be found. The revised SELINK adjustments overall appear to be reasonable. The heavy truck VMT analysis is conducted by comparing the 1990 heavy truck VMT that is forecasted by the GM truck forecasting model, 2.975 billions, with the WisDOT computed data. This gives an estimate that is 18.3% less than the WisDOT computation of 3.642 billions of VMT. The WisDOT estimates are based on the sampling the link volumes for USH, 8TH, and CTH. This implies potential error in sampling the average link volume. The WisDOT estimate of heavy truck VMT cannot be tabulated by the three trip types, I-I, I-E ('||'&'||'pound;-I), and E-E. In contrast, the GM forecasting model shows that the proportion ofE-E VMT out of total VMT is 21.24%. In addition, tabulation of heavy truck VMT by route functional class shows that the proportion of truck traffic traversing the freeways and expressways is 76.5%. Only 14.1% of total freeway truck traffic is I-I trips, while 80% of total collector truck traffic is I-I trips. This implies that freeways are traversed mainly by I-E and E-E truck traffic while collectors are used mainly by I-I truck traffic. Other tabulations such as average heavy truck speed by trip type, average travel distance by trip type and the VMT distribution by trip type, route functional class and travel speed are useful information for highway planners to understand the characteristics of statewide heavy truck trip patternS. Heavy truck volumes for the target year 2010 are forecasted by using the GM truck forecasting model. Four scenarios are used. Fo~ better forecasting, ground count- based segment adjustment factors are developed and applied. ISH 90 '||'&'||' 94 and USH 41 are used as example routes. The forecasting results by using the ground count-based segment adjustment factors are satisfactory for long range planning purposes, but additional ground counts would be useful for USH 41. Sensitivity analysis provides estimates of the impacts of the alternative growth rates including information about changes in the trip types using key routes.
