유형고정자산 가치평가 현황: 우리나라 사례를 중심으로 (Present Status and Prospect of Valuation for Tangible Fixed Asset in South Korea)

  • The records system is believed to have started in Italy in the 14th century in line with trade developments in Europe. In 1491, Luca Pacioli, a mathematician, and an Italian Franciscan monk wrote the first book that described double-entry accounting processes. In many countries, including Korea, the government accounting standards used single-entry bookkeeping rather than double-entry bookkeeping that can be aggregated by account subject. The cash-based and single-entry bookkeeping used by the government in the past had limitations in providing clear information on financial status and establishing a performance-oriented financial management system. Accordingly, the National Accounting Act (promulgated in October 2007) stipulated the introduction of double-entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting systems in the government sector from January 1, 2009. Furthermore, the Korean government has also introduced International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the System of National Accounts (SNA). Since 2014, Korea owned five national accounts. In Korea, valuation began with the 1968 National Wealth Statistics Survey. The academic origins of the valuation of national wealth statistics which had been investigated by due diligence every 10 years since 1968 are based on the 'Engineering Valuation' of professor Marston in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University in the 1930s. This field has spread to economics, etc. In economics, it became the basis of capital stock estimation for positive economics such as econometrics. The valuation by the National Wealth Statistics Survey contributed greatly to converting the book value of accounting data into vintage data. And in 2000 National Statistical Office collected actual disposal data for the 1-digit asset class and obtained the ASL(average service life) by Iowa curve. Then, with the data on fixed capital formation centered on the National B/S Team of the Bank of Korea, the national wealth statistics were prepared by the Permanent Inventory Method(PIM). The asset classification was also classified into 59 types, including 2 types of residential buildings, 4 types of non-residential buildings, 14 types of structures, 9 types of transportation equipment, 28 types of machinery, and 2 types of intangible fixed assets. Tables of useful lives of tangible fixed assets published by the Korea Appraisal Board in 1999 and 2013 were made by the Iowa curve method. In Korea, the Iowa curve method has been adopted as a method of ASL estimation. There are three types of the Iowa curve method. The retirement rate method of the three types is the best because it is based on the collection and compilation of the data of all properties in service during a period of recent years, both properties retired and that are still in service. We hope the retirement rate method instead of the individual unit method is used in the estimation of ASL. Recently Korean government's accounting system has been developed. When revenue expenditure and capital expenditure were mixed in the past single-entry bookkeeping we would like to suggest that BOK and National Statistical Office have accumulated knowledge of a rational difference between revenue expenditure and capital expenditure. In particular, it is important when it is estimated capital stock by PIM. Korea also needs an empirical study on economic depreciation like Hulten & Wykoff Catalog A of the US BEA.

특수개질 및 일반 아스팔트 포장체 도로변의 미세먼지 발생에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Fine Dust Emissions near Special Modified Asphalt Pavement and Conventional Asphalt Pavement)

  • 본 연구에서는 신규 건설된 특수개질 아스팔트 포장체와 기존 도로로써 일반 아스팔트 포장체의 도로변 미세먼지의 발생량을 분석하였다. 충청남도 지자체로써 차량 통행이 높은 C 도시의 고속버스터미널과 상업 시설 지역에 위치한 도로변에서 2022년과 2023년 하절기 동안 3일 간격으로 1,000 g(100 g/day)의 먼지 샘플을 채집하였다. 채집된 먼지 샘플은 크기와 밀도 분리를 통해 75-150 ㎛ 범위의 미세먼지 및 타이어와 도로 마모입자로 전처리하여 분리하였다. 기존 도로로써 일반 아스팔트 포장체 구간인 No.1-3 구역의 미세먼지 및 타이어와 도로 마모입자의 평균은 각각 24.27 g과 24.36 g 및 0.53 g과 0.53 g으로, 2022년과 2023년의 미세먼지 발생량 데이터를 비교할 때 정량적 결과가 유사하게 분석되었다. 신규 건설된 특수개질 아스팔 트 포장체 구간인 No.4-6 구역은 2022년 분석 결과와 비교할 때 2023년 미세먼지는 14.8 %, 타이어와 도로 마모입자는 29.6 % 감소되었다. 또한, 열중량분석 결과에 의하면, No.1-3 구역의 타이어와 도로 마모입자는 타이어와 도로 성분이 각각 30 %와 70 %로 분석되었다. 그러나, No.4-6 구역의 2023년에는 타이어와 도로 성분이 각각 35 %와 65 % 분석되었다. 이러한 결과로부터 신규 건설된 특수개질 아스팔트 포장체에서 도로변 미세먼지 및 타이어와 도로 마모입자 발생을 낮출 수 있는 미세먼지 저감 효과를 확인 할 수 있었다. 그러나, 다양한 환경 및 기후적 변수를 고려한 공간적 제약 및 샘플 수집 기간의 한계로부터 추후 지속적인 연계성을 확보한 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 따라서, 향후에는 미세먼지를 저감할 수 있는 아스팔트 포장체의 기술적 접근과 도심지 도로변에서 발생되는 미세먼지 및 타이어와 도로 마모입자의 정량적 분석에 대한 다양한 사례 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

신(新)무역물류환경의 특성을 적용한 수출대금 결제유형 선택연구 (A Study on the Choice of Export Payment Types by Applying the Characteristics of the New Trade & Logistics Environment)

  • 최근 수출입기업은 무역대금 결제과정과 방식을 선택하면서 신용장보다 T/T 송금과 Surrender B/L을 더 유용하게 이용하고 있으며 신(新)무역물류환경의 특성이 4IR 시대에 들어 강력하게 작용하고 있어 서류에 기반한 무역거래가 선하증권의 전자화나 스마트 계약의 발전으로 인해 새로운 국면을 맞이하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 수출기업이 협상 요인에 따라 수출대금 결제유형 선택이 달라지는지를 검증하고 신(新)무역물류환경의 특성을 적용하여 논하는 것이다. 분석을 위한 데이터는 설문을 통해 수집하였으며, 업체 직접방문, e-mail, fax, 온라인 설문, 등기우편회수 등으로 회수하였다. 설문배포기간은 2023년 2월 1일~2023년 4월 30일까지이며 2,000부가 배포되어 447부가 회수되고(회수율 22.4%), 본 연구의 목적에 부적합한 111부를 제외한 최종 336부의 데이터가 사용되었다. 아래는 연구의 결과를 나타낸다. 첫째, 협상 요인 중 수출기업이 가지는 제품 차별성은 수출대금 결제유형 선택에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 협상 요인 중 수출기업이 인식하는 수입기업 구매우위가 높아질수록 사후송금방식이 더 큰 가능성으로 선택되었다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 분석 결과에 더하여 향후 수출기업이 수출대금 결제유형을 선택하면서 신(新)무역물류환경의 특성이 적용된 블록체인기술기반 선하증권, 무역금융플랫폼 등과 같은 새로운 방식의 결제를 고려해야 할 필요성을 제언하였다. 따라서 수출기업은 예컨대 선하증권 위기현상에 대응하는 무역서류의 디지털화 시도 등에 지속적인 관심을 보여야 할 것이고, 후속 연구에서는 국내의 부족한 사회적 인식을 해외선진연구를 통해 제고할 필요가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

국내 엔젤투자 연구의 특징과 향후 방향은 무엇인가? (What are the Characteristics and Future Directions of Domestic Angel Investment Research?)

  • 본 연구는 1997년 이후부터 2022년까지 한국연구재단에 등재된 학술문헌을 '엔젤투자' 와 '엔젤투자자' 그리고 '엔젤투자유치' 의 키워드로 검색하여 조사된 문헌들을 연도, 연구주제, 연구방식, 연구대상, 연구방법의 분류를 통해 국내 엔젤투자에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 국내에서 엔젤투자를 주제로 한 연구현황을 분석하여 해외연구대비 상대적으로 부족한 분야의 주제를 제시하였다. 또한, 엔젤투자 연구의 체계적 확장을 위한 연구방향과 관련한 사회과학적 이론을 제시하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 엔젤투자 분야의 연구 활성화를 위해 어떤 부분들이 필요할지 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구로 수집된 문헌들을 분석한 결과 국내의 엔젤투자 관련 연구주제는 엔젤투자자의 특성, 벤처창업기업, 제도 및 정책, 엔젤투자의사, 엔젤투자 유형 등에 초점을 두고 있었으며, 향후 연구에서는 엔젤투자 성과분석, 엔젤투자의 사례연구, 그리고 국내 엔젤투자 규모의 성장과 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있도록 연구의 확장이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한, 벤처창업기업, 엔젤투자 유형, 엑설러레이터, 벤처캐피탈, 제도 및 정책 등 특정 변수에 초점을 둔 연구에서 벗어나 크라우드펀딩, 투자수익률 등 엔젤투자에 관련된 다양한 변수관계를 연구 할 필요가 있다. 특히, 앞으로 엔젤투자 성과를 예측하고 해석하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 다양한 독립변수들과의 관계를 더 자세히 탐구하는 연구가 더욱 필요하다. 또한, 엔젤투자와 투자 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수들에 대한 이론적 구조를 분석하여 이러한 구조에 대한 질적 및 양적연구가 다방면으로 활성화 될 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 엔젤투자 분야에서 보다 다양한 연구가 진행되길 기대하며, 이러한 연구결과들은 국내 엔젤투자의 활성화에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

지리산 자생식물 5종의 성분 분석 및 DPPH, ABTS 활성 실험을 통한 화장품 원료개발-II (Analysis of Ingredients Using 5 Species of Native Plants from Mt. Jiri. for the Development of Cosmetic Raw Materials, DPPH and ABTS Activity-II)

  • 지리산에서 자생하는 5종(참나물, 꿩의비름, 함박꽃나무, 산오이풀, 배초향)의 식물을 선정하여 5월부터 9월까지 자생지에서 꽃이 활짝 개화한 상태에서 채집하였다. 채집한 식물은 전초는 추출하여 17종의 폴리페놀 성분을 분석하고 다음으로 꽃, 잎, 줄기, 뿌리를 분리하여 각 부위의 추출물로 DPPH, ABTS, 폴리페놀, 플라보노이드에 관한 실험을 진행하였던바 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 지리산에 자생하는 5종의 식물에 함유된 폴리페놀 성분은 총 13가지였으며 그중 가장 많은 검출된 물질의 총 함량은 산오이풀로 126.2ppm이었으며 주 물질은 ellagic acid(=ELA) 122.4ppm이었다. 2. DPPH radical 소거활성을 살펴본 결과 산오이풀의 꽃, 줄기, 뿌리에서 가장 좋았으며 다른 식물에서는 꽃 추출물에서 좋은 소거활성도를 나타냈다. 3. ABTS radical 소거활성도가 가장 높은 것은 산오이풀 꽃 추출물에서 가장 높은 13.5㎍/㎖에서였고, 뿌리 16.8㎍/㎖, 잎 22.6㎍/㎖ 순이었다. 그 외 다른 식물에서는 그렇게 큰 ABTS radical 소거활성능을 확인할 수 없었지만 전체적으로 꽃 추출물이 다른 부위인 잎과 뿌리 추출물보다 좋았다. 4. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 가장 많은 것은 함박꽃나무는 잎에서는 161.4mg GAE/g으로 가장 많았고, 다음으로 함박꽃나무의 뿌리와 배초향 뿌리에서 가장 많은 130.0mg GAE/g이었다. 또한 가장 낮은 것은 산오이풀로 나타났다. 5. 총 플라보노이드 함량은 배초향의 뿌리로 186.2mg CAE/g, 꽃에서 166.9mg CAE/g, 잎에서 가장 낮은 116.1mg CAE/g이었다. 이상의 결과에서 나타나듯 산오이풀은 항산화 효능도 우수하며 폴리페놀 성분의 함량도 많아 앞으로 화장품 산업에 충분히 이용 가능할 것이라 생각된다.

Perceptional Change of a New Product, DMB Phone

  • Digital Convergence means integration between industry, technology, and contents, and in marketing, it usually comes with creation of new types of product and service under the base of digital technology as digitalization progress in electro-communication industries including telecommunication, home appliance, and computer industries. One can see digital convergence not only in instruments such as PC, AV appliances, cellular phone, but also in contents, network, service that are required in production, modification, distribution, re-production of information. Convergence in contents started around 1990. Convergence in network and service begins as broadcasting and telecommunication integrates and DMB(digital multimedia broadcasting), born in May, 2005 is the symbolic icon in this trend. There are some positive and negative expectations about DMB. The reason why two opposite expectations exist is that DMB does not come out from customer's need but from technology development. Therefore, customers might have hard time to interpret the real meaning of DMB. Time is quite critical to a high tech product, like DMB because another product with same function from different technology can replace the existing product within short period of time. If DMB does not positioning well to customer's mind quickly, another products like Wibro, IPTV, or HSPDA could replace it before it even spreads out. Therefore, positioning strategy is critical for success of DMB product. To make correct positioning strategy, one needs to understand how consumer interprets DMB and how consumer's interpretation can be changed via communication strategy. In this study, we try to investigate how consumer perceives a new product, like DMB and how AD strategy change consumer's perception. More specifically, the paper segment consumers into sub-groups based on their DMB perceptions and compare their characteristics in order to understand how they perceive DMB. And, expose them different printed ADs that have messages guiding consumer think DMB in specific ways, either cellular phone or personal TV. Research Question 1: Segment consumers according to perceptions about DMB and compare characteristics of segmentations. Research Question 2: Compare perceptions about DMB after AD that induces categorization of DMB in direction for each segment. If one understand and predict a direction in which consumer perceive a new product, firm can select target customers easily. We segment consumers according to their perception and analyze characteristics in order to find some variables that can influence perceptions, like prior experience, usage, or habit. And then, marketing people can use this variables to identify target customers and predict their perceptions. If one knows how customer's perception is changed via AD message, communication strategy could be constructed properly. Specially, information from segmented customers helps to develop efficient AD strategy for segment who has prior perception. Research framework consists of two measurements and one treatment, O1 X O2. First observation is for collecting information about consumer's perception and their characteristics. Based on first observation, the paper segment consumers into two groups, one group perceives DMB similar to Cellular phone and the other group perceives DMB similar to TV. And compare characteristics of two segments in order to find reason why they perceive DMB differently. Next, we expose two kinds of AD to subjects. One AD describes DMB as Cellular phone and the other Ad describes DMB as personal TV. When two ADs are exposed to subjects, consumers don't know their prior perception of DMB, in other words, which subject belongs 'similar-to-Cellular phone' segment or 'similar-to-TV' segment? However, we analyze the AD's effect differently for each segment. In research design, final observation is for investigating AD effect. Perception before AD is compared with perception after AD. Comparisons are made for each segment and for each AD. For the segment who perceives DMB similar to TV, AD that describes DMB as cellular phone could change the prior perception. And AD that describes DMB as personal TV, could enforce the prior perception. For data collection, subjects are selected from undergraduate students because they have basic knowledge about most digital equipments and have open attitude about a new product and media. Total number of subjects is 240. In order to measure perception about DMB, we use indirect measurement, comparison with other similar digital products. To select similar digital products, we pre-survey students and then finally select PDA, Car-TV, Cellular Phone, MP3 player, TV, and PSP. Quasi experiment is done at several classes under instructor's allowance. After brief introduction, prior knowledge, awareness, and usage about DMB as well as other digital instruments is asked and their similarities and perceived characteristics are measured. And then, two kinds of manipulated color-printed AD are distributed and similarities and perceived characteristics for DMB are re-measured. Finally purchase intension, AD attitude, manipulation check, and demographic variables are asked. Subjects are given small gift for participation. Stimuli are color-printed advertising. Their actual size is A4 and made after several pre-test from AD professionals and students. As results, consumers are segmented into two subgroups based on their perceptions of DMB. Similarity measure between DMB and cellular phone and similarity measure between DMB and TV are used to classify consumers. If subject whose first measure is less than the second measure, she is classified into segment A and segment A is characterized as they perceive DMB like TV. Otherwise, they are classified as segment B, who perceives DMB like cellular phone. Discriminant analysis on these groups with their characteristics of usage and attitude shows that Segment A knows much about DMB and uses a lot of digital instrument. Segment B, who thinks DMB as cellular phone doesn't know well about DMB and not familiar with other digital instruments. So, consumers with higher knowledge perceive DMB similar to TV because launching DMB advertising lead consumer think DMB as TV. Consumers with less interest on digital products don't know well about DMB AD and then think DMB as cellular phone. In order to investigate perceptions of DMB as well as other digital instruments, we apply Proxscal analysis, Multidimensional Scaling technique at SPSS statistical package. At first step, subjects are presented 21 pairs of 7 digital instruments and evaluate similarity judgments on 7 point scale. And for each segment, their similarity judgments are averaged and similarity matrix is made. Secondly, Proxscal analysis of segment A and B are done. At third stage, get similarity judgment between DMB and other digital instruments after AD exposure. Lastly, similarity judgments of group A-1, A-2, B-1, and B-2 are named as 'after DMB' and put them into matrix made at the first stage. Then apply Proxscal analysis on these matrixes and check the positional difference of DMB and after DMB. The results show that map of segment A, who perceives DMB similar as TV, shows that DMB position closer to TV than to Cellular phone as expected. Map of segment B, who perceive DMB similar as cellular phone shows that DMB position closer to Cellular phone than to TV as expected. Stress value and R-square is acceptable. And, change results after stimuli, manipulated Advertising show that AD makes DMB perception bent toward Cellular phone when Cellular phone-like AD is exposed, and that DMB positioning move towards Car-TV which is more personalized one when TV-like AD is exposed. It is true for both segment, A and B, consistently. Furthermore, the paper apply correspondence analysis to the same data and find almost the same results. The paper answers two main research questions. The first one is that perception about a new product is made mainly from prior experience. And the second one is that AD is effective in changing and enforcing perception. In addition to above, we extend perception change to purchase intention. Purchase intention is high when AD enforces original perception. AD that shows DMB like TV makes worst intention. This paper has limitations and issues to be pursed in near future. Methodologically, current methodology can't provide statistical test on the perceptual change, since classical MDS models, like Proxscal and correspondence analysis are not probability models. So, a new probability MDS model for testing hypothesis about configuration needs to be developed. Next, advertising message needs to be developed more rigorously from theoretical and managerial perspective. Also experimental procedure could be improved for more realistic data collection. For example, web-based experiment and real product stimuli and multimedia presentation could be employed. Or, one can display products together in simulated shop. In addition, demand and social desirability threats of internal validity could influence on the results. In order to handle the threats, results of the model-intended advertising and other "pseudo" advertising could be compared. Furthermore, one can try various level of innovativeness in order to check whether it make any different results (cf. Moon 2006). In addition, if one can create hypothetical product that is really innovative and new for research, it helps to make a vacant impression status and then to study how to form impression in more rigorous way.

강제동원 구술자료의 관리와 활용 -일제강점하강제동원피해진상규명위원회 소장 구술자료를 중심으로- (Management and Use of Oral History Archives on Forced Mobilization -Centering on oral history archives collected by the Truth Commission on Forced Mobilization under the Japanese Imperialism Republic of Korea-)

  • '일제강점하 강제동원 피해'라 함은 만주사변 이후 태평양전쟁에 이르는 시기에 일제에 의하여 강제동원 되어 군인 군속 노무자 위안부 등의 생활을 강요당한 자가 입은 생명 신체 재산 등의 피해를 말한다. 강제동원 피해 역사를 복원하기 위한 노력이 피해당사자, 유족, 시민단체, 학계 등에서 이루어져왔고, 그 결과 2004년 3일 5일 ${\ll}$일제강점하 강제동원피해 진상규명등에 관한 특별법${\gg}$ (2007년 5월 17일 일부 개정)이 제정 공포되었다. 이를 근거로 2004년 11월 10일 국무총리 소속으로 일제강점하 강제동원피해진상규명위원회(이하 강제동원위원회)가 발족하였고, 2005년 2월 1일부터 일제강점하 강제동원 피해의 진상을 규명하여 역사적 진실을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 업무를 수행하고 있다. 주요 업무는 강제동원 피해신고접수 및 피해신고조사(피해자 및 유족 심사 결정), 진상조사신청접수 및 진상조사, 진상조사 및 피해판정 불능에 관한 사항, 피해판정에 따른 호적정정, 강제동원 관련 국내외 자료수집 분석 및 보고서 작성, 유해발굴 및 수습 봉환, 사료관 및 추도공간 조성사업 등이다. 강제동원위원회는 피해조사 및 진상조사 업무를 위해 다양한 기록을 발굴 수집해 오고 있다. 여타 피해의 역사가 그러하듯이 이미 공개되었거나 새롭게 발굴되는 기록은 강제동원의 다양한 역사상을 확인하기 어려울 만큼 그 양이나 질에 면에서 부족하다. 피해의 역사에서 피해당사자의 이야기는 기록의 부재를 메우기도 하고, 기록 이상의 근거적 가치를 갖기도 한다. 강제동원위원회는 피해생존자와의 구술면담을 통해 다수의 구술자료를 생산하였고 조사업무에 활용하며 체계적인 관리방법을 토대로 관리하고 대중적인 활용까지 꾀하고 있다. 강제동원위원회의 구술자료는 생산 당시부터 철저한 기획에 의해 이루어졌고, 생산단계부터 관리와 활용의 편의성을 염두에 두고 디지털매체의 생산을 유도했다. 또한 조사업무 과정에서 생산되는 구술자료의 한계를 극복하기 위해 수차례 면담자 교육을 실시하고, 면담자로 하여금 구술당시의 상황을 면담일지로 남기도록 했다. 강제동원위원회는 소장 기록을 관리하는 별도의 기록관리시스템을 갖고 있지 않다. 디지털 아카이브는 피해 진상 관리시스템과 전자결재시스템을 통해 생산되어 관리되지 않는 생산 수집 기증 기록을 등록 검색하는 역할을 한다. 구술자료는 디지털 아카이브에 등록이 되어, 실물과 중복 보존되고 있다. 구술자료는 등록과 동시에 분류, 기술행위가 이루어지고 구술자료의 관리 아이디인 등록번호, 분류번호, 비치번호 등을 부여받게 된다. 강제동원위원회는 구술자료의 적극적인 활용을 위하여 구술기록집의 발간을 지속적으로 해오고 있고, 영상물 등의 제작을 계획하고 있다. 강제동원위원회의 구술자료는 정부차원의 조사 업무 과정에서 생산된 것이라는 한계, 예산부족이나 기록관리시스템 등의 부재 등을 넘어서 한시조직으로서 가능한 적극적인 방법으로 생산 관리 활용되고 있다. 축적된 구술자료는 향후 특별법에 규정되어 있는 대로 사료관 등이 건립된다면 대중 이용자들을 위해 더 체계적으로 관리 활용될 것이다.

경직형 뇌성마비 유아의 초보운동단계 발달을 위한 음악치료활동 프로그램 개발 - 신경학적 음악치료의 기법을 활용하여 (A Study for Developing Music Therapy Activity Program for Development of Rudimentary Movement Phase of Spastic Cerebral Palsied Infant : Applying the techniques of Neurological Music Therapy)

  • 뇌성마비는 중추신경계의 손상으로 인하여 운동장애 뿐 아니라 지능장애, 언어장애, 경련, 감각장애, 지각장애, 그리고 정서장애와 같은 중복적인 장애를 수반하는 장애이다. 최근 의학의 발달로 인하여 미숙아들의 생존율이 높아지면서 경직형 뇌성마비의 출현율도 높아지고 있음이 보고되고 있다. 뇌성마비 유아들에게는 생후 1년 사이의 치료적 중재가 특별히 중요하며, 7세 이후의 치료효과는 거의 나타나지 않는다. 그러므로 뇌성마비를 대상으로 하는 조기 중재의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신체 운동 영역에 장애를 가진 사람들의 신체재활을 목적으로 접근하는 음악치료 영역인 신경학적 음악치료(NMT)의 기법들을 활용하여 경직형 뇌성마비 유아들의 운동발달을 위한 음악치료활동 프로그램을 구성하여 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 일반 유아들이 0~2세에 가장 기본적인 운동 기능들을 습득하는 단계인 초보운동단계의 주요 발달과제들을 바탕으로 하고, 여기에 경직형 뇌성마비 유아의 발달적 특성을 적용하여 프로그램을 구성하였다. 본 음악치료활동 프로그램은 크게 안정성, 이동성, 그리고 조작기능의 세 가지 하위 범주로 나누어 구성되었다. 이렇게 구성된 음악치료활동 프로그램은 임상 현장에서 경직형 뇌성마비 유아를 대상으로 치료를 진행하고 있는 음악치료사들을 통하여 시행된 후 활동에 대한 타당성과 적용의 효율성을 평가받았다. 경직형 뇌성마비 유아의 운동 발달을 위한 음악치료활동 프로그램의 개발은 치료활동의 개발, 전문가의 검증, 치료활동의 수정 및 보완 세 단계로 진행되었다. 치료활동의 개발을 위하여 문헌조사와 인터뷰를 시행하였고, 전문가의 검증은 실제 임상 현장에서 경직형 뇌성마비 유아 혹은 아동을 대상으로 음악치료를 시행하고 있는 음악치료사 6명을 통하여 이루어졌다. 전문가들을 통한 음악치료활동 프로그램 검증에서는 활동의 내용상 타당도 및 실제 현장에서의 활용도를 살펴보았고, 이를 위하여 설문지를 사용하였다. 전문가들의 평가를 바탕으로 치료활동의 수정 및 보완작업이 진행되었으며 수정 및 보완의 결과에 대해서는 검증집단을 통하여 재확인과정을 거쳤다. 음악치료활동 프로그램의 평가 결과는 각 평가 항목별로 평가 값의 평균과 표준편차로 제시하였고, 활동별로 전문가들의 조언과 함께 수정 보완한 내용을 함께 제시하였다. 전문가들의 조언을 바탕으로 수정 및 보완된 음악치료활동 프로그램은 부록으로 첨부하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 초보운동단계에서의 발달과제인 안정성, 이동성, 조작기능을 바탕으로 경직형 뇌성마비 유아의 운동 발달 특성을 적용한 음악치료활동 프로그램은 총 38개의 활동으로 구성되었다. 안정성 발달을 위한 음악치료활동이 14개, 이동성 발달을 위한 음악치료활동이 10개, 그리고 조작기능 발달을 위한 음악치료활동이 14개이다. 전체 음악치료활동 프로그램은 운동발달단계 적합성, 목표-내용 일치도, 적용 대상 적합성, 음악의 적절성, 악기사용의 적절성, 그리고 실제 활용의 유용성이라는 여섯 가지 평가에서 긍정적인 평가를 받았다. 이것은 본 연구의 결과가 경직형 뇌성마비 유아의 조기 중재 필요성이 증가하고 있으나 발달 단계별 음악치료활동 프로그램이 부족한 국내의 현실적 요구에 맞게 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

계획된 간호 중재가 미숙아 어머니의 스트레스, 모성 역할 긴장과 역할 수행에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Planned Nursing Intervention on the Stress, the Maternal Role Strain, and the Maternal Role Performance of Mothers of Premature Infants)

  • The birth of a premature infant is distressing for its parents. The parents of a premature infant experience stress according to the infant's physical appearance and behavior, the environment of the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) , and the alteration in the parental role. Especially, a mother of a premature infant feels distressed even after the discharge of the infant : therefore, she has difficulties in maternal role performance. The main purpose of this study is to identify the effects of the planned infant care information program in order to lower the stress level for mothers of premature infants caused by the birth and hospitalization in NICU of premature infants, to reduce the maternal role strain, and to promote the maternal role performance after the infants' discharge. This study employed two methods of research at the same time : quasi -experimental non-equivalent pre and post test to compare : non-equivalent post test to compare. The total number of subjects was 19 who were assigned to the research program : 12 mothers of premature infants at the NICU at the Ch university hospital and 7 at the NICU at the Y general hospital located in Chounju city. The data were collected for 79 days from August 18 to November 5, 1998. The questionnaire method was applied for the data collection, and the measures used in this study were Parental Stressor Scale : NICU(Miles, 1993), the Maternal Role Strain Measures ( Hobbs, 1968 ; Steffensmeier, 1982) , and Self Confidence Scale (Pharis, 1978). Research procedure is as follows : after preliminary examination, the experimental subjects, the mothers of premature infants at the Nl CU at Ch university hospital were provided with slide films and information developed by the researcher based on existing documents and data. It took two 60-minute sessions a week for two weeks, and the mothers' stress level was measured using the same instrument twice one week and two week after the infants' hospitalization. The stress level of the contrast subjects, the mothers at Y general hospital was measured during the same period. The experimental subjects were provided with booklets on matters that require attention after the infants' discharge and on developmental project, and they were educated to play the maternal role in person for 2-3 hours a week : breast-feeding, burping a baby, and changing diapers. One week after the infants' discharge, the maternal role strain and the maternal role performance were examined in two groups of the subjects. The analysis of collected data was done using descriptive statistics including real numbers, percentages, averages, and standard deviations. Mann-Whitney test ; x² test ; Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance ; ANCOVA Spearman's rho correlation coefficients. The results on this study were as follows. (1) The examination of the same quality showed that there were no differences in the general and obstetrical characters between the two groups. However, in terms of the characters of premature infants. just right after their birth, the infants at the contrast group weighed more than those at the experimental group(U=16.5, p=.02), and the former was in mother's womb longer than the latter(U=15.5, p=.02). (2) The stress level of the mothers provided with the plannned nursing intervention program became lower as time passed compared to the others'(F=16.61, p=.00) Even when the influence of weight at birth and the length of gestation was removed among the premature infants' characters, the mothers' stress levels made a statistical difference 2 weeks after the infants' hospitalization depending on treatment (F=8.00, p=.01) (3) The maternal role strain of the mothers provided with the planned nursing intervention program was lower than the others'(U=2.0, p=.00). Even when the influence of weight at birth and the length of gestation was removed among the premature infants' characters, the maternal role strain levels made a statistical difference 2 weeks after the infants' hospitalization, depending on treatment(F=14.72, p=.00). (4) The maternal role performance level of the mothers provided with the planned nursing program was higher than the others'(U=.0, p=.00). Even when the influence of weight at birth and the length of gestation was removed among the premature infants' characters, the mothers' stress levels made a statistical difference 2 weeks after the infants' hospitalization, depending on treatment(F=8.00, p=.01). (5) The correlation between a mother's stress level 2 weeks after her infant's hospitalization, the maternal role strain and the maternal role performance were compared : the stress and the maternal role strain were statistically irrelevant to each other(r=.33, p=.12) : the stress was found to be in inverse proportion to the maternal role performance(r=-.53, p=.02). The maternal role strain was in inverse proportion to the maternal role performance as well(r=-.50, p=.00). In conclusion, for the mothers provided with the planned nursing intervention program, their stress level was getting lower as time passed during the infants' hospitalization, their maternal role strain reduced when they took care of their infants after their discharge, and their maternal role performance level was high compared to the other mothers. Besides, the lower the stress level of mothers of premature infants was during the infants' hospitalization, the higher the maternal role performance after their discharge was. The lower maternal role strain was, the higher the maternal role performance was as well. These results of the study suggested that the nursing intervention program for the mothers of premature infants developed by the researcher would be effectively applied to nursing practice, and it would be a foundation for the development of this kind of program.

한미간(韓美間) 정보통신분야(情報通信分野) 통상마찰예방(通商摩擦豫防)과 해소방안(解消方案)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study on The U.S.-Korean Trade Friction Prevention and Settlement in the Fields of Information and Telecommunication Industries)

  • The US supports the Information and Communication (IC) industry as a strategic one to wield a complete power over the World Market. However, several other countries are also eager to have the support for the IC industry because the industry produces a high added value and has a significant effect on other industries. Korea is not an exception. Korea recently succeeded in the commercialization of CDMA for the first time in the world, after the successful development of TDX. Hence, it is highly likely to get tracked by the US. Although the IC industry is a specific sector of IT, there is a concern that there might be a trade friction between the US and Korea due to a possible competition. It will be very important to prepare a solution in advance so that Korea could prevent the friction and at the same time increase its share domestically and globally. It will be our important task to solve the problem with the minimum cost if the conflict arises unfortunately in the IT area. The parties that have a strong influence on the US trade policy are the think tank group and the IT-related interest group. Therefore, it would be important to have a close relationship with them. We found some implications by analyzing the case of Japan, which has experienced trade frictions with the US over the long period of time in the high tech industry. In order to get rid of those conflicts with the US, the Japanese did the following things : (1) The Japanese government developed supporting theories and also resorted to international support so that the world could support the Japanese theories. (2) Through continual dialogue with the US business people, the Japanese business people sought after solutions to share profits among the Japanese and the US both in the domestic and in the worldwide markets. They focused on lobbying activities to influence the US public opinion to support the Japanese. The specific implementation plan was first to open culture lobby toward opinion leaders who were leaders about the US opinion. The institution, Japan Society, were formed to deliver a high quality lobbying activities. The second plan is economic lobby. They have established Japanese Economic Institute at Washington. They provide information about Japan regularly or irregularly to the US government, research institution, universities, etc., that are interested in Japan. The main objective behind these activities though is to advertise the validity of Japanese policy. Japanese top executives, practical interest groups on international trade, are trying to justify their position by direct contact with the US policy makers. The third one is political lobby. Japan is very careful about this political lobby. It is doing its best not to give impression that Japan is trying to shape the US policy making. It is collecting a vast amount of information to make a correct judgment on situation. It is not tilted toward one political party or the other, and is rather developing a long-term network of people who understand and support the Japanese policy. The following implications were drawn from the experience of Japan. First, the Korean government should develop a long-term plan and execute it to improve the Korean image perceived by American people. Second, the Korean government should begin public relation activities toward the US elite group. It is inevitable to make an effort to advertise Korea to this elite group because this group leads public opinion in the USA. Third, the Korean government needs the development of a relevant policy to elevate the positive atmosphere for advertising toward the US. For example, we need information about to whom and how to about lobbying activities, personnel network who immediately respond to wrong articles about Korea in the US press, and lastly the most recent data bank of Korean support group inside the USA. Fourth, the Korean government should create an atmosphere to facilitate the advertising toward the US. Examples include provision of incentives in tax on the expenses for the advertising toward the US and provision of rewards to those who significantly contribute to the advertising activities. Fifth, the Korean government should perform the role of a bridge between Korean and the US business people. Sixth, the government should promptly analyze the policy of IT industry, a strategic area, and timely distribute information to industries in Korea. Since the Korean government is the only institution that has formal contact with the US government, it is highly likely to provide information of a high quality. The followings are some implications for business institutions. First, Korean business organization should carefully analyze and observe the business policy and managerial conditions of US companies. It is very important to do so because all the trade frictions arise at the business level. Second, it is also very important that the top management of Korean firms contact the opinion leaders of the US. Third, it is critically needed that Korean business people sent to the USA do their part for PR activities. Fourth, it is very important to advertise to American employees in Korean companies. If we cannot convince our American employees, it would be a lot harder to convince regular American. Therefore, it is very important to make the American employees the support group for Korean ways. Fifth, it should try to get much information as early as possible about the US firms policy in the IT area. It should give an enormous effort on early collection of information because by doing so it has more time to respond. Sixth, it should research on the PR cases of foreign enterprise or non-American companies inside the USA. The research needs to identify the success factors and the failure factors. Finally, the business firm will get more valuable information if it analyzes and responds to, according to each medium.
