Recently, following the development of FinTech technology that combines finance and information and communication technology, the need and social demands for a block chain technology-based trading system have increased significantly. In this study, a research model was developed and hypothesized through literature research on the concept of block chain technology, the technology acceptance model, and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The research theories were tested by collecting data through surveys and analyzing the collected data. This study conducted empirical research to identify the factors influencing the user acceptance intention and utilization behavior of the block chain technology in introducing the block chain technology. First, factors affecting the acceptance intention of the blockchain user were performance expectation, effort expectation, social impact, and blockchain transparency variables. Second, the facilitation conditions and stakeholder confidence variables were analyzed as factors that did not affect the acceptability of the blockchain users. Third, variables such as blockchain transparency, stakeholder trust and intention of acceptance are factors that affect the usage behavior of the blockchain. Fourth, it was confirmed that the acceptance intention had a very high explanatory power on usage behavior of Blockchain technology.

This study attempts to suggest effective structures and contents of health-related information websites for migrant marriage women in Korea. Emphasis was put on the strategy to provide them with quality health information service through the internet websites. Specifically, this study surveys major issues, problems, and solutions related to collecting, organizing and serving health related information on internet websites. It is based on the analysis to the needs of and the barriers to access health information on such internet websites. For this, the study collected data from 6 websites and analyzed the menu structure, contents, and the presentation of information. It is expected that the results of the study will provide multicultural agencies with primary data to construct a web-based health information service programs for migrant marriage women.

This study shows the status quo of domestic information resources and future information demand in nanotechnology area. For this a wide range of survey through questionnaire was conducted on the present status of information resources, information collecting activities and information demand according the specific fields of nanotechnology and kinds of contents. In addition the information usage behavior and satisfaction of information users was also studied. This study gives some useful suggestions on the strategy of information use and the direction of building contents as well as the policy making of nanotechnology information.

Since construction work is an indispensable part of daily lives, complaints of noise are unavoidable. Noise control in construction sites is normally known as a regulation by a government and self-motivated noise controls rarely occur. In this paper, a marketing strategy is proposed to provide a potential value of noise control for real estate developer. First, people's perception to construction noise was examined in means of collecting and analyzing media reports between 2005 to 2011. Then decibel test was done in order to test noise generated by different devices in a construction site in various distances. According to the theory of core competency, a conceptual model was raised to illustrate profit and loss situation of the real estate developers in the case they invest more in noise control. The construction noise is discussed that it will ruin people's perception to the company's brand image and reputation. Also, the investment in the creation of silent site is discussed that it will not only bring benefit to the brand image work but also have value of profit in the market.

Using dispersants is known to be an effective solution to accelerate the natural dispersion and being an appropriate oil spill response strategy. By breaking up large oil chunks into small droplets, dispersants are generally intended to help reducing further oil exposures and slicks. Collecting property data of circulating crude oil in South Korea and understanding the interaction between crude oils and dispersions need to be preceded for the effective dispersant use. This paper provides an property analysis of three selected oils which have the same composition of spilt oils from the Herbei Spirit Incident and conducts an emulsification and toxicity experiment with selected domestic and foreign dispersants. Results will present a direction of future domestic dispersants' development which aimed at eco-friendly and safety.

This research explores strategy for game developers to select platforms in the game industry where are traditional two-sided market focusing on mobile game platforms. We conducted content qualitative analysis by collecting data through contents on online and offline and interviewed four CEO of game developers to secure validity and reliability as well. The results of the research are the following: First, platforms selection factors of game developers are game implementation ability and technical stability, marketing competence of platforms, and profitability creation. Second. the initiative of mobile game platforms has handed over from first generation of mobile games to second mobile games according to their value creation and value capture.

The Purpose of this study is to Identify and analyze the factors that determine the survival or success of internet-based companies in the start-up phase. The reason why we focus on companies which are in the early stage of development is because internet business is still at its early stage, and statistics indicate that many internet businesses have failed during the start-up phase. Using the model of new product outcomes proposed by Cooper(1979), we have formulated a conceptual model for more successful internet business ventures. On the basis of this model, the relationship between the financial and non-financial performance and various variables in the model is analyzed. For collecting empirical data, a web-based survey questionnaire was designed. A total of 97 usable questionnaires were gathered from internet companies nationwide. The results showed that controllable variables such as the commercial entity and information acquired during the new business process are related to the non-financial performance, while environment variables such as the compatibility of the resource base of the firm with the business, including a few controllable variables, are related to the financial performance. Future research needs to explore more precisely how the success factors are different according to the types of internet businesses and/or the stages of growth of the business.

As weapons systems are fused with advanced technologies, many of the expenses for research and development are favorites, and that group demands high reliability of weapons systems before the lifecycle. However, empirical studies on the reliability of defense weapons systems are restricted to lack of attention and limitation of data. In this research, we proposed the process of collecting field operation specifications based on the experience gathered by visiting directly to the weapons system operator's trap, strategy and maintenance support force (COMROKFLT, Naval Logistics Command, Naval Shipyard, production company). We used this to derive the operation MTBF of the solubility inducing bullet shooting system and compared it with the target value at the time of development.

The goal of this paper is to develop a regional environmental education program using a regional environment of dam, and to set up a regional education for sustainable development with applying that program to the students. This environmental education program is based on Hungerford's project, which consists of 4 subjects. They are good and bad influences of dam environment which students can experience easily in daily life. Through the volunteering activities such as discussion, search and observation, pre- and post-test, study of value, presentation and game, students can decide which is a favorable strategy for preserving dam facilities well. And they are encouraged to take part in environmental preservation and practice what they learn everyday in the community. The following are the outcomes of this environmental education program: First, students are much more interested in regional and general environmental problems than before and participate in conservation activities voluntarily. Second, students express their willingness for the prevention of water pollution in Hapcheon Dam by collecting garbages and reducing synthetic detergent. Third, students demand some measures which connect the school program to citizen groups for the prevention of water pollution in Hapcheon Dam.

Unlike paper records, accessing electronic records needs to be supported by specific combination of hardware and software. The electronic records have longer life span than the storage media, hardware, software and the formats that were used for the production of such records. Because the quality of electronic record can become deteriorated as time goes on, we need to have appropriate mechanisms to secure the long-term preservation and access to the digital information at a certain point in the future. Based on this reality, this study proposes the functions and the development method of the format registry, which efficiently supports the preservation strategy such as migration and emulation, collecting and managing technical information elements. These elements consist of the foundation of the long-term preservation of the electronic records.
