  • Cut Slope Management System(CSMS) is a systematic maintenance and management system designed to prevent the collapse of cut slopes located along national roads and to minimize damages caused by slope collapse related accidents. In order to implement a maintenance and management system that will ensure safe road operation, the Korean government has started the inventory of cut slopes and developed a cut slope database since 2006. The study on the application of cut slope database is on-going and part of this study is the development of cut slope database management system (Slope-navi) using GIS technology and navigation system for the effective and efficient cut slope management using Information Technology. Using the Navigation Cut Slope Data Management System the previously developed database was checked and verified. The converted cut slope inventory data and field investigation reports of about 20,000 cut slopes were loaded in the navigation map. Through the development of the navigation's cut slope data search system, a systematic and efficient cut slope database management and operation in the prevention of slope collapse and remedial measure selection was established.

  • From the result of precise field investigation and stability analysis for the cut slope, following results were acquired. 1. The cause of the collapse of cut slope came from circle sliding collapse by fault zone which remained inner weathering zone. 2. The existing destructed soil and rock can be removed by reinforcement. And to prevent the additional destruction, it is judged that applying the method after relaxing the slope would be reasonable. 3. To make cut slope stable, soft rock layer should be done cutting 1:1.5 and 1:2.0 ~ 1:2.5 for weathered rock and soil layer. 4. Heavy water leakage section should be applied horizontal drain method so that water pressure should not act to the cut slope.

  • Cut slope and facility of management investigation is the protection of humans and properties. it is very important the prevention of disaster facility and the damage of the slope protection facility. It is very difficult to forecast slope stability, disaster possibility and collapse. It will be able to minimize the damage which it prepare against slope facility and cut slope of deformable investigation and collapse and the disaster. therefore those deformable investigation is important. Investigations execute upheaval, crack, sliding for slope and cut slope reinforcement. Investigation executes forecast in place where the construction problem, the effect which the damage in road traffic or the contiguity facility.

  • The collapse of cut slope near national roads in Korea mostly occurs in every summer when typhoon or localized heavy rain comes. Such collapse brings about a loss of many lives and property and recently the damage is on rapidly increasing trend. Therefore, we may reduce the loss of many lives and property in great deals if we can predict and prepare for the collapse of cut slope. However, it is not easy to predict collapse because there are many factors causing collapse in combination and all they have different levels of contribution. Therefore, this study completed prediction formula by using a statistic technique for quantitative analysis on the interaction of those factors so as to predict the stability of slopes. Consequently, it is judged that effective slope management will be possible by selecting dangerous slopes quantitatively among cut slopes near national roads and by preparing for the collapse in advance.

  • 최근 국내에서는 산림지역 뿐만 아니라 대도시지역에서도 자연재해가 많이 발생하고 있으며, 이에 대한 국가적인 요구사항은 증가하고 있다. 특히 국도 비탈면 붕괴에 대하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 사전 재해정보 시스템은 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 CSMS(Cut Slope Management System)에서 관리하는 강원도와 경상도 지역의 국도 비탈면 붕괴 정밀조사 보고서와 비탈면 기초조사를 토대로 비탈면 붕괴 유발 인자에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 붕괴 비탈면 위치와 기상정보를 반영하여 분류 기반 머신러닝 모형인 Adaboost를 통한 비탈면 붕괴 위험도 예측모형을 구축하였다. 또한 시각화 프로그램인 비탈면 붕괴 위험도 시각화 지도를 개발하여 기상여건 변화에 따른 비탈면 위험도 파악을 통한 선제적 재해재난 예방대책에 활용할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

  • Cut slopes are collapsed in Korea every year. Cut slope collapses cause a loss of lives and assets. Many researchers make clear collapse factor of cut lope. Fresh rock weathered through reaction undergroundwater and groundwater. During weathering process, weathered minerals are created. Weathered minerals are analysed by X-ray diffraction meter. X-ray diffraction meter make possible quantity assessment of degree of weathering and indicator of potential collapse possibilities. This paper discuss possibilities of cut slope dangerous with analysis of weathered minerals of cut slope.

  • 기초조사란 위험비탈면에 실시하는 정밀조사와는 달리 비탈면의 현황을 파악하고자 실시한다. 과거 기초조사자료를 토대로 하여 전국 국도변에 분포하고 있는 비탈면의 일반현황을 분석하였다. 또한 비탈면 일반 현황과 붕괴가 발생한 비탈면에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 유지관리 시 중요한 사항에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 10년 전 붕괴가 발생된 자료와 현재 붕괴된 자료를 통하여 비탈면 파괴 유형 및 대책공법의 적용에 대한 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 추후 원인별 붕괴형태 분석 및 대책공법과의 연관성을 연구하려 한다.

  • In order to evaluate the stability of railway cut-slope under rainfall, explanatory variables and subordinate variables were selected for multivariate analysis. Furthermore the site which had occurred failure due to rainfall was investigated, and by executing multivariate analysis for 121 cases, critical rainfall was defined by the case that had high value of correlation factor. The 0.3 square value of maximum hourly rainfall during 24 hours before failure caused the collapse of railway cut-slope and could be used to estimate the stability of railway cut-slope. From the result of application to a collapse example, the evaluaton method by critical rainfall curve is satisfactory.

  • The road construction with horizontal expansion of country using and augmentation of traffic demand is advanced actively and it accompanies hereupon, the above of 70% of the country is formed at the mountain in our country where the hazard cut slope has been created. In this study, It is prepared a effective management countermeasure of cut slope introduced priority investigation decision method against hazard cut slope which is influenced by abnormally rainfall by an unusual change in the weather such as a guerilla rainfall character. In meaning link, It was executed collapse cause by failure character analysis in the cut slope which has failed for the last five years and it is prepared the hazard grade criterion from E to A grade according to collapse cause. It is decided that a maintenance management grade by the hazard grade classification criterion of cut slope. So It is possible to hazard cut slope. It is established failure protection counter countermeasure by effective maintenance management through the hazard grade c1assification criterion and it will be able to dispose to advanced nation level like Hong Kong and Japanese.

  • 지구 환경 변화에 따른 폭우로 절토 사면 붕괴가 해마다 발생하고 인명과 경제적 손실이 증가하고 있다. 이는 절토 사면의 붕괴의 평가를 요구한다. 경사면이 절토 시행 전에 시뮬레이션 된다면, 절토 사면의 붕괴를 예측 할 수 있고, 붕괴 사고 시 복구 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 절토 사면에서 중요한 경사도의 시뮬레이션 방법을 나타낸다. 이것은 패트리넷을 이용하여 모델링되며 디자인되고, ArcGIS를 이용하여 윈도우 XP 환경에서 구현하고자 한다. 그래서 본 논문은 GIS를 이용한 절토와 간척을 시뮬레이션 함으로써 시간과 돈을 절약하는데 기여할 것이다.
