Objective: This study examined the code of ethics, which offers guidelines for early childhood teachers' ethical decisions and practices. Results and Conclusion: In the second section of this paper, the meaning of the code of ethics is reviewed. The issues of the code of ethics are also investigated to resolve moral and ethical dilemmas and to maintain high standards of professional conduct in early childhood care and education. In the third section of this paper, a comparison of the ethical codes in South Korea, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States is conducted. Based on the results raised in relation to the code of ethics principles and the results of comparing domestic and international ethics codes, the fourth section of this paper focuses on three topics in the current and future direction of the Korean code of ethics: (a) concreteness and clarity, (b) switching from the viewpoint of least harm to the viewpoint of maximum benefit, and (c) the range of benefits of the code of ethics. Then, including the existence of the last two codes of ethics, we discuss the direction of future difficulties currently associated with the situation in Korea.

본 연구에서는 가장 최근에 NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)에서 LES(large eddy simulation)기법을 사용하여 개발한 3D 화재유동 해석용 FDS5의 중요한 기능 중 Werner-Wengle wall law의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 평행 평판에서의 유동을 조사하였다. 격자 형성을 위하여 $y^+$ 값은 11 이상으로 유지하도록 하였으며, 총 사용격자는 $32{\times}32{\times}32$를 사용하였다. 입구와 출구에서는 반복(periodic) 경계조건이 주어졌고, 양측면에서는 대칭(symmetry) 경계조건이 주어졌다. 충분히 발달된 난류에서의 유동조건을 조사하기 위하여 Re=10,700을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션으로 구하여진 결과는 DNS(Direct Numerical Simulation) 결과 및 이론값과 비교하여 분석하였다. 또한 FDS 결과를 RANS의 난류 유동 해석 결과와도 비교하였다.

This article provides an overview of the developmental history and rationale of medical ethics to establish the code of ethics and professional conduct of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (KACAP). Most medical professional organizations have their own codes of ethics and conduct because they have continuous responsibility to regulate professional activities and conducts for their members. The Ethics and Award Committee of the KACAP appointed a Task-Force to establish the code of ethics and conduct in 2012. Because bioethics has become global, the Ethics Task Force examined global standards. Global standards in medical ethics and professional conduct adopted by the World Medical Association and the World Psychiatric Association have provided the basic framework for our KACAP's code of ethics and professional conduct. The Code of Ethics of the Americal Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry has provided us additional specific clarifications required for child and adolescent patients. The code of ethics and professional conduct of the KACAP will be helpful to us in ethical clinical practice and will ensure our competence in recognizing ethical violations.

This paper briefly summarizes the basic concepts and main characteristics of seismic design of New Zealand Standards(NZS) with regard to reinforced concrete(RC) structures. NZS used the concept of the capacity design and the limit state design to satisfy the requirements of serviceability and safety. Plastic mechanisms and details with respect to the limit state of safety are briefly presented in this paper. The understanding of this advanced seismic design concept will enable us to implement the basic theory of capacity design and contribute to the development of Korean seismic code in new generation,

The Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) studied the sodium-water reaction (SWR) minimized steam generator for the safety of the sodium-cooled fast reactor (SFR), and selected the copper bonded steam generator (CBSG) as the optimal concept. This paper introduces the conceptual design of the CBSG and the development of the CBSG sizing analyzer (CBSGSA). The CBSG consists of multiple heat transfer modules with a crossflow heat transfer configuration where sodium flows horizontally and water flows vertically. The heat transfer modules are stacked along a vertical direction to achieve the targeted large heat transfer capacity. The CBSGSA code was developed for the thermal-hydraulic analysis of the CBSG in a multi-pass crossflow heat transfer configuration. Finally, we conducted a preliminary sizing and rating analysis of the CBSG for the trans-uranium (TRU) core system using the CBSGSA code proposed by KAERI.

잠수 시스템의 표준 및 안전 기준에는 잠수 장비, 잠수 자격, 잠수 의학, 잠수 절차의 4개 분야가 포함되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 잠수 시스템의 국제 규격, 국외 정부 기준, 검사단체의 규칙, 해외 잠수조직의 관련 규정을 고찰하여 국내 기준의 필요성을 제안하였다. 또한 해외 잠수기관들의 현황을 고찰하여 국제 협력방안 등 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

Experiences in wind farm operation are very limited in Korea, and the foundation for setting standards in power system connection is weak. Therefore, connection and operation standards for wind farms in other countries must be reviewed and power system operation criteria need to be established in order to set up connection standards and optimal operation plans according to the Jeju power system. In this study, reactive power control characteristics of a wind farm were analyzed using a wind farm model of the Jeju power system to propose power system connection operation standards for wind generation within the Jeju power system. Also, change in characteristics of the power system for the application of each reactive power control standard was confirmed, and the results were verified through trial tests arm was analyzed.

EPCglobal TDT은 RFID 태그 데이타의 레벨(포맷)과 이들 간의 상호 변환에 대한 표준을 제시하고 있다. 이것은 태그 데이타 변환이라고 하며 이백 가지가 넘는 조합이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 태그 데이타 변환 프로그램을 개발함에 있어 TDT XML 명세로부터 소스 코드를 자동으로 생성하기 위한 코드 생성기를 제안한다. 코드 생성기를 이용하면 변환 코드를 간단하게 작성할 수 있으며 추후 TDT 명세가 변경되더라도 유지 보수를 신속하게 할 수 있다.

정밀 시각비교를 위한 L1 대역(1575.42MHz), C/A 코드 GPS 수신기를 개발하여 성능평가를 하였다. 이 수신기를 이용하여 KSRI의 주 시계와 GPS 위성의 세슘 시계와의 GPS 측정을 100ns 이내의 정확도로 수행하였다.
