가스소화약제 압력누기감시장치의 안전성 분석을 위한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study to Analyze Safety of Pressure Leakage Monitoring System of Gas Extinguishing Agent)

  • 가스계소화설비의 수요는 매해 증가하고 있으나, 늘어나는 수요에 대비한 시스템의 안전성 및 신뢰성등 소화성능에 필요한 안전대책이 미흡하여 사회적인 문제가 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 가스 소화시스템의 사고발생 원인 중에서 가장 심각한 문제인 소화약제 저장용기에서 발생하는 압력누기는 화재진압의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 요소로 시급한 대책이 요구되는 문제점로 판단하여 연구를 하였다. 새로 개발한 압력누기감시장치는 화재진압에 중요한 요소인 소화농도와 관련이 있는 저장용기의 약제확보상태와 압력 및 누기, 방출상태 등을 감시하는 장치로 $CO_2$와 HFC-23 시스템에 적용할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 즉, 압력누기감시장치를 가스소화설비에 적용하였을 때 발생할 수 있는 구조적 안전성 분석을 위하여 유체-구조연계해석을 통하여 안전성능을 검증하였다. 해석에 사용한 프로그램으로 전산유체해석은 Mentor Graphics사의 FloEFD 프로그램을 사용하였고, 구조해석 프로그램은 Dassault systems사의 ABAQUS를 사용하였다. 수치해석결과 $CO_2$용의 구조에서는 소성변형이 발생하지 않아 안전성을 확인하였으나 HFC-23용 감시장치에는 소성변형 및 이탈문제가 발생하여 설계수정과 3차례의 수치해석 조건을 수정하여 얻은 데이터를 기본으로 압력누기감시장치의 구조적인 안전성을 확인하였다.

  • Small molecule conjugated peptides were prepared by solid-phase synthesis as potential novel whitening agents, and their melanogenesis inhibitory activities were investigated. The conjugated small molecules were well-known materials as tyrosinase inhibitors, and peptides were selected from the sequences that are known to antagonize melanocortin receptor 1 (MC1R). Most of small molecules-peptide conjugates showed superior melanin inhibition activity to kojic acid and arbutin. Among these, almost all compounds have -AR- sequence. From this study, we concluded that the small molecule conjugated peptides containing -AR- sequence have melanogenesis inhibitory activities and have potential to be used as novel whitening agents.

  • Mn doped hexagonal phase of ZnS has been studied as a yellow-orange phosphor for the application to fluorescent displays operated at low voltages. It was found that luminescence from $Mn^{2+}$ was increased as the Mn concentration was increased up to1.2 mol% of host lattice. This study has been attempted by adding trivalent ions such as $Al^{3+}$ or $Bi^{3+}$ to ZnS:Mn as an agent to do the efficient incorporation of Mn ions into ZnS:Mn lattice, resulting in a significant improvement in the phosphor performance, especially at low voltages.

  • In this work Zn$_4$GeSe$_{6}$ :CO$^{2+}$ single crystals were grown by the chemical transport reaction method in which the iodine was used as the transporting agent. The Zn$_4$GeSe$_{6}$ :CO$^{2+}$ single crystal was found to have a monoclinic structure. The optical absorption spectra of grown crystals were investigated using a temperature-controlled UV-VIS -NIR spectrophotometer. The temperature dependence of band-edge absorption was in a good agreement with the Varshni equation. The observed impurity absorption peaks could be explained as arising from the electron transition between energy levels of Co$^{2+}$ ion sited at the T$_{d}$ symmetry point.

  • DA-8159 is a new PDEV inhibitor, synthesized by Dong-A Pharm, as an oral agent to treat male erectile dysfunction. DA-8159 and sildenafil are mainly metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP 3A4. In this study. we compared the metabolism of DA-8159 with sildenafil in vitro and in vivo. First, we quantified the remaining gatio of original compound, DA-8159 and sidenafil., after we incubated drugs for 30 minutes with human liver microsome cytochrome P 450 3A4. (omitted)

  • Recently, the importance of intelligent personalized services is increasing in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In this paper, we proposes design and implementation of the agent recruitment service system for the intelligent headhunting service. The proposed service system has designed and implemented an intelligent service system to efficiently recruit and manage applicants(job seekers). In addition, we develops the modules that can analyze the profile information of the applicant(job seeker), and implement the algorithm to predict the talent verification and analyze the talent type. The proposed service system is expected to contribute to designing the innovative and new service models for the intelligent agent recruitment service system.

  • There are various studies on the fire suppression process but the study on second pollution from fire products is not enough yet. Therefor, in this study verify that environmentally-friendly properties($LC_{50}$) of foam extinguishing agent with increases its amount used through with Fish-Acute Toxicity Test using a fish named Misgurnus anguillicaudatus that is appointed by OECD Test Guideline. In conclusion, proven that environmentally friendly properties of the agent of hoseo university through 16 times of LC50 than that of market.

  • Recently environment-friendly construction method is major trend in both domestic and world constrction fields. In this paper High Functional Performance Agent(Hi-FA) which has various improved engineering characteristics different with conventional Portland cement grouting, such as high viscosity, liquidity, void filling ability, early hardening, and separation resistance, was analyzed by field and laboratory test. Also soil improvement and existing deep foundation protection works were performed and analyzed using Hi-FA.

  • Bast fibers of paper mulberry ( Broussonetia Kazinoki Sieb) were cooked with a weak alkaline salt, potassium carbonate which has been known as a major inorganic component of the traditional lye, and its cooking characteristics were investigated . The bast fiber was easily cooked by potassium carbonate. The pulp yield was rapidly decreased up to 20-30 mol of potassium carbonate, but the Kappa number was slowly decreased with increasing of potassium carbonate. The potassium carbonate pulps were easily defibered at low cooking chemical charge of 25mm on and high pulp yield of about 80%. These results were confirmed that pectin was easily removed during the potassium carbonate cooking. In contrast, when sodium carbonate was used as a cooling agent, the bast fiber was only partially defibered. Thus, sodium carbonate was a less effective cooling chemical of the bast fiber. The results of this experiment indicated that potassium carbonate could not only be used as a good cooling agent of bast fiber, but also as an alternative agent of sodium hydroxide.
