Effect of Chemical Mechanical Cleaning(CMC) on Particle Removal in Post-Cu CMP Cleaning (구리 CMP 후 연마입자 제거에 화학 기계적 세정의 효과)

  • Cleaning is required following CMP (chemical mechanical planarization) to remove particles. The minimization of particle residue is required with each successive technology generation, and the cleaning of wafers becomes more complicated. In copper damascene process for interconnection structure, it utilizes 2-step CMP consists of Cu and barrier CMP. Such a 2-steps CMP process leaves a lot of abrasive particles on the wafer surface, cleaning is required to remove abrasive particles. In this study, the chemical mechanical cleaning(CMC) is performed various conditions as a cleaning process. The CMC process combined mechanical cleaning by friction between a wafer and a pad and chemical cleaning by CMC solution consists of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (TMAH) / benzotriazole (BTA). This paper studies the removal of abrasive on the Cu wafer and the cleaning efficiency of CMC process.

Comparisons Between Computer-mediated and Face-to-face Communications in Decision Making and Personality Judgment (가상공간과 면대면 조건간 의사결정과 성격평가의 비교)

  • 본 연구는 의사결정과 성격평가에 있어서 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 의사소통(CMC) 조건과 면대면 조건간에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보았다. 4∼5명으로 구성된 17개 집단 각각은 CMC 조건에서 기여입학제, 면대면 조건에서 학부제에 대해 30분씩 찬반토론을 하였다. 참가자들은 토론 전 및 진행동안 매 8분씩 총4회에 걸쳐 개인 의사결정을 평가하였고, 토론 마지막 부분에서 집단의사결정을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 두 조건 모두에서 집단의사결정의 극단화 현상이 나타났다. 면대면 조건에서는 집단토론이 이미 초기단계에서 개인들의 의사결정에 영향을 미쳐 더 극단적으로 변화시켰지만, CMC 조건에서는 집단토론이 개인의사결정에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않았다. 또한, 각 조건에서 토론 후 자신과 타인에 대한 성격을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 두 조건 모두에서 자신에 대한 평가는 유사했으나, 다른 사람에 대한 평가는 면대면 조건보다 CMC 조건에서 더 부정적이었다. 또한, CMC 조건보다는 면대면 조건에서 나에 대한 자기평가와 타인에 의한 평가간의 일치도가 외향성과 지적인 측면의 교양 차원에서 더 컸다.

  • Conductive Ceramic Matrix Composite(CMC) of TIC/Al2O3 and Metal Matrix Composite (MMC) of SiC/Al were experienced by the die sinking Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM) for different current and duty factor according to negative polarity. Inthis experimental study Material Removal Rate(MRR) maximum surface roughness four point bending stress distribution and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) Photographs were analysed. the higher MRR was obtained for CMC than MMC but slowly decreased around duty factor of 0.67 for MMC and better surface morphology was found CMC than MMC. The SEM photographs of discharge traces for CMC showe uniform shape about 100 to 200${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in diameter but MMC showed irregular shape.

Effects of Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose and Dextran 70 on Prevention of Adhesion in Rats (쥐에서 Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 및 Dextran 70의 유착방지 효과)

  • The 2% Sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) and 10% Dextran 70 solutions were evaluated for the prevention of postoperative adhesion formation in rats. The artificial injuries(2cm longitudinal incision and suture) were performed on the colon and uterine horns in the rats. 2% CMC and 10% dextran solutions were applied to the injured surfaces and peritoneal cavity in the rats. Ten days later, there were significant difference(p<0.01) in the prevention of adhesion formation between control and treated groups(2% CMC and 10% dextran 70), but the,$\boxUl$ was no significant difference between 2% CMC and 10% dextran 70 treated groups. The increment rate of body weight in the 10% dextran 70 treated group was lower than 2% CMC and control groups(p<0.05.). A positive correlation was found between the severity of adhesion formation and the plasma fibrinogen concentration in blood.

  • 본 연구에서 면대면과 CMC상황에서 기저율과 개별정보를 통합해야하는 과제를 집단으로 결정하는 과제를 수행한 후, 집단 구성원들은 자신의 의견과 집단의 의견에 관해 다른 확신 수준을 보임을 발견하였다. 면대면 집단의 구성원이었던 사람들은 자신은 기저율과 개별정보를 둘 다 적게 사용하였지만 자신의 집단은 이 두 가지 정보를 모두 많이 사용하였다고, 지각하였으며, CMC집단의 구성원이었던 사람들은 자신과 자신의 집단이 유사한 정도로 기저율과 개별정보를 사용하였다고 지각하였다. 본 연구에서는 면대면 집단 조건에서는 집단 극화가 발생하였지만, CMC집단의 경우에는 오히려 억제되는 결과를 보였다. 이는 기존의 연구에 비추어 볼 때, 토론 시간의 부족에 기인한 것으로 고려되어지며, 추가 연구를 통해 더 많은 시간이 주어질 때 이 두 집단간에 어떠한 차이가 발생하는지 알아보고자 한다.

  • Computer-mediated communication(CMC) media has various forms through the technical improvements of computer and network, and CMCs communication methods are also comparative free rather than any other existing media without the limitation of time and space. Various CMC media were adopted by a lot of organizations for their communication tool. Thus, it is important to understand relationships of affecting factors to user's communication satisfaction for choosing the effective CMC media in their organizations. In this paper, we identify factors that may affect the communication satisfaction of users that has utilized the CMC media, and validate empirically the relationships between the identified factors in KOPTI. In the research model developed and described herein, perceived media richness was significantly associated with communication satisfaction and perceived usefulness was significantly associated with perceived media richness. Furthermore, perceived ease of use was significantly associated with perceived usefulness.

  • The first-order conditional moment closure (CMC) model is applied to $CH_4$/Air turbulent jet diffusion flames(Sandia Flame D, E and F). The flow and mixing fields are calculated by fast chemistry assumption and a beta function pdf for mixture fraction. Reacting scalar fields are calculated by elliptic CMC formulation. The results for Flame D show reasonable agreement with the measured conditional mean temperature and mass fractions of major species, although with discrepancy on the fuel rich side. The discrepancy tends to increase as the level of local extinction increases. Second-order CMC may be needed for better prediction of these near-extinction flames.

  • The fully coupled conditional moment closure(CMC) model has been developed to realistically simulate the structure of complex turbulent nonpremixed syngas flame, in which the flame structure could be considerablyl influenced by the turbulence, transport history, and heat transfer as well. In order to correctly account for the transport effect, the CMC transport equations fully coupled with the flow and mixing fields are numerically solved. The present CMC approach has successfully demonstrated the capability to realistically predict the detailed structure and the overall combustion characteristics. The numerical results obtained in this study clearly reveal the importance of the convective and radiative heat transfer in the precise structure and NOx emission of the present confined combustor with a cooling wall.

  • 삼성 스마트폰 계정 기반 서비스인 다른 기기에서 전화/문자하기(CMC) 기능이 보이스피싱의 새로운 기술로 동원되고 있다. 기존의 심박스와 같은 불법 중계기보다 발신 번호 변작에 쉽게 활용할 수 있어 CMC 기능을 악용한 보이스피싱 범죄가 증가하고 있으나, 이에 대한 연구가 미비한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 삼성 기기에서의 CMC 활성화 및 기능 사용 여부에 따른 안드로이드 시스템 로그에서의 차이를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 보이스피싱 수사에 활용할 수 있는 포렌식 아티팩트 분석 방법을 제안한다.

Effect of Carboxymethyl Chitosan on Quality of Fermented Pan Bread (발효빵에 첨가한 Carboxymethyl Chitosan이 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • Carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) was added to pan bread, prepared by the straight-dough method, and its effects on shelf-life, retrogradation, antimicrobial activity, water activity, and sensory quality of pan bread were evaluated. The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermoconstanter analysis for retrogradation indicated that shelf-life of pan bread was significantly extended by addition of CMC. Growth of microorganisms, including bakery molds (Aspergillus, Penicillium, etc.) was significantly inhibited by adding CMC to pan bread. Sensory color, off-flavor and overall acceptability of pan bread were stable during storage. However, sensory texture of control was significantly different from that of sample with added CMC.
