This study was explored the relationship of fit-related factors and, clothing evaluation criteria to clothing satisfaction. A total of 247 completed responses were obtained from a convenient sample of female students in their twenties. The statistical analysis methods included factor analysis, an ANOVA, and a multiple regression analysis. First, clothing evaluation criteria included practicality, product trait, and symbolism. Second, a comparison of clothing evaluation criteria and clothing satisfaction in groups divided by fit-related factors showed significant differences. In particular, the fat body type group showed higher level of the product trait and the thin body type group showed lower level of clothing satisfaction. The high activity group showed higher levels of clothing evaluation criteria and lower level of clothing satisfaction. Third, body type perception (-) and activity importance (-), fit-related factors, and practicality (+), clothing evaluation criterion had significant effects on clothing satisfaction. Therefore, These results suggest that fashion firms should make efficient use of fit-related factors and clothing evaluation criteria to enhance consumers' clothing satisfaction and to stimulate their purchase intention toward fashion goods.
The fundamental purpose of this study is whether Show Window Display actually affect on purchase and if it does, how much Show Window Display have influence on the buyer's satisfaction. Show windows are most important at clothing stores. The show open types of domestic clothing stores are usually open-type and semi open-type. Show Window Display types of low and middle prices stores are generally opened, horizontal and storied type and the shape, height, opening type and use of ground floor are different by regional distinct features. Generally Show Window Display are consisted by lights, mannequins and directed props. In buying patterns, an impulse buying has more stronger effect than a scheduled buying, a substituted buying and non-buying. An impulse buying are strongly affected by Design and others are prices. The reason why Show Window Display affecting on purchase is the satisfaction of Design and the strong stimulus to purchase(impulse buying), and then Show window Display used by all components strongly has an effect on it. Factors of purchase desires were Design, price and quality in order and factors of purchase motivations were the motivation of clothing design and the motivation of impulse buying. Thus the effects of Show Window Display and factors of purchase motivations are same. As a result of this study, differentiated Show Window Display methods of clothing stores affect the value of goods, the stimulus of purchase and fostering sales effectiveness. Therefore the instruction of Show Window Display methods are indicated by this study.

This study suggests a suitable logo design application of a three colors LED light source and flexible plastic optical fiber (POF). In this study, characteristic relevant brightness of (according to the embodiment conditions of the flexible POF for logo design) for smart clothing were analyzed through two experiments. The suitable conditions of the logo design for three colors of light source were observed in 'Experiment 1'. The angle of $80^{\circ}$ to $100^{\circ}$ and the length of 8cm to 16cm appeared a more suitable condition for green-colored and red-colored light sources. The angle of $80^{\circ}$ to $100^{\circ}$ at a length of 8cm to 12cm appeared a more suitable condition for a blue-colored light source. In 'Experiment 2', a 'Klavika' in small letter was selected as suitable logo design for the application POF. The alphabet was separated by a morpheme, which is the minimal linguistic unit. All alphabets were classified into sixteen morphemes. The luminance of fourteen morphemes (realized by the embroidery method) were measured and analyzed. Subsequently, eight morphemes appeared to show a relatively equal luminance of $3-4cd/m^2$ in a green-colored light source, $2-3cd/m^2$ in red-colored light source, and $2cd/m^2$ in a blue-colored light source. Four of the fourteen morphemes, showed a 20% brighter level of luminance compared to the eight morphemes above, the cast of combination of green or red light source. This result indicates that a flexible POF with 20% less luminance are believed more suitable for four morphemes combined with a green or red light source. The results of this study provide fundamental data for further approaches to clothing logo design for the application of a flexible POF.
The purpose of this study is to develop up-cycling fashion design methods centered on discarded denim material for the study of original up-cycling design methods. Up-cycling fashion design work was developed using digital clothing technology. This is a recent hot topic among sustainable fashion design methods. Up-cycling fashion design expression methods (categorized as dismantlement, collages, dépaysement, grafting, weaving, and tearing) were centered on design methods. These methods create various three-dimensional modeling effects in planar forms, whereby five pieces can be applied to the fabric and digitally produced. The results are as follows: First, the use of discarded denim fabric for the development of up-cycling fashion design pieces enabled the recycling of existing resources, provided solutions to environmental pollution problems, and provided expansion opportunities for design processes for sustainable fashion products that expand the design value of denim products and their utility. Second, new eco-friendly fashion designs that attempt to achieve diversity in modern fashion trends could be presented through formative contemporary fashion produced by up-cycling work products. Third, up-cycling fashion design work is expected to provide opportunities for eco-friendly fashion design methods. This will expand the value of sustainable fashion design by recycling simple waste materials through the use of three-dimensional digital clothing technology and further through the presentation of expanded life cycles that extend product planning, production, and life cycles.

Since personality lead to relatively consistent responses to one's own environment, consumers' distinct personality influences their buying behavior. In order to understand the relationship between consumer's personal characteristics and purchase behavior, the study investigated the effect of consumers' personality trait on the clothing selection criteria and preferred clothing image. Survey was utilized to collect the data and subjects were 333 high school students. Measures consisted of three main constructs: Consumer's extroversion and openness based on the Big-Five personality trait, clothing selection criteria, and preferred clothing image. The data were analyzed using PRELIS 2, LISREL 8.8, and SAS 9.2. The subjects was classified into three groups; Group 1 was a group of intermediate-level in openness and extroversion while Group 2 was a group of high-level in both personality traits. Group 3 was a group of high-level in openness but of low-level in extroversion. Clothing selection criteria were confirmed to have five constructs: other-directed, aesthetic, fashion & conformity-oriented, brand-oriented, and practical. In the buying situation, Group 1 prioritized fashion & conformity-oriented and brand-oriented criteria but regarded other-directed and aesthetic as less important than other groups did. Group 2 considered that all of the clothing selection criteria were important except practical. "The were six factors in the clothing image: elegance, simple, ethnic, masculine, active, and modem. The result showed a significant difference between groups in preferred clothing images. Group 2 liked most of the clothing images but group 3 did not. Group 3 preferred simple clothing image more than masculine or ethnic ones. Overall, the study concluded that the openness and extroversion of Big-Five personality traits could serve as a predictor of clothing selection criteria and preferred clothing image.

The purpose of this study was to apply the Q methodology to type subjective perceptions of virtual clothing and to examine the characteristics of each type. Perceptions of virtual clothing were analyzed into four types. The first type was the "virtual clothing trusting fit grasping type," who preferred to use virtual clothing and believed that virtual clothing would help them grasp the fit. The second type was the shopping mall adoption-positive design understanding type, which believes that virtual clothing is useful for design understanding and that all shopping malls should have a virtual clothing system. The third type was the environmental pollution reduction virtual clothing purchase type, where the virtual clothing reduces environmental pollution and the user wants to purchase virtual clothing that cannot actually be worn. The fourth type was the actual clothing-like fun-seeking type, in which the virtual clothing resembles actual clothing and the shopper believes that the virtual clothing will make shopping more enjoyable. Depending on the type, the avatar was required to adjust the dimensions of the avatar, enhance the design expression of the garment, equip the avatar with decorative items, and produce virtual clothing for sale.

From theses research results, it has known that the field of uniform business is suitable for industry-university project because an enterprise with an order can get advice about clothing, a manufacturing company is able to complement a weaknessin the design, and university can have a chance applied the theory to the business. After this, the study will make a contribution to setting the direction of business to industry-university project.
The rapid development of digital technology is diversifying the fashion industry by influencing both the manufacturing processes and the characteristics of fashion products. Although various smart clothing technologies are being developed as part of the government's technology development policy, the number of smart clothing products available to consumers in stores remains very limited. To address this issue, this study analyzes the key attributes of smart clothing as expressed in consumer language. The CIT (Critical Incident Technique) research method was used, and data were collected through an online survey. The study focuses on identifying potential factors that may influence the development direction or strategy of smart clothing. By classifying past experiences and attitudes towards smart clothing into positive and negative categories, it was found that positive responses to smart clothing were heavily influenced by expectations from technology and convenience. Participants' experience with smart technology has had a positive impact on their evaluation of smart clothing. Consumers with negative attitudes towards smart clothing expressed expectations for new benefits resulting from technological development, and indicated that they would consider purchasing such clothing in the future when design and technology improve. Ultimately, this study provides a valuable reference for the development of smart clothing products in Korea by analyzing consumer experiences and acceptance conditions towards smart clothing.
