임상간호사와 보건간호사가 지각한 가정간호 교육내용의 중요도 및 업무수행능력 (Importance of Education Contents and Competencies on Home Care Nursing of the Hospital and Public Health Nurses in Korea)

  • This study was conducted during the time period of September 1997 to February 1999. in order to provide data concerning important facets of horne care nursing and the degree to which practicing hospital and public health nurses believe themselves to be competent in each area. The study subjects consisted of 610 hospital nurses, 158 public health nurses and 21 other nurses from Seoul and the province of Kyunggi. Korea. Data was collected through self-reporting questionnaires which was used by Kim et al.(1999) to evaluate the status of home health nursing and the varying ideas of self-competence that practicing nurses have. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The mean scores of perceived important components and competencies on home health nursing measured on the Likert 4 point scale were $3.15{\pm}0.36$ for importance. and $2.56{\pm}0.36$ for competency. Of the four categories regarding nursing services, the 'Nursing skill' factor had the highest importance and competency. 2) There were significantly higher scores for hospital nurses' importance components and competencies of home care nursing as compared to those scores for public health nurses. 3) The significant factors of the importance component of home care nursing listed in order of priority were 'general infection control', 'bed sore care skill', 'rehabilitation care', 'keeping maintenance of the client's confidentiality', 'malpractice', 'diabetes patient care', 'ability for problem solving' respectively. In contrast, of low priority in the importance components of home care nursing were 'referring nursing as a job to others'. 'record keeping', 'family dynamics', 'medical equipment', 'economic problems', 'environmental assessment', 'suture removal', 'multidisciplinary coordination' respectively. 4) The high priority of the degree to which practicing nurses believe themselves to be competent in home health nursing were the 'blood sugar test', 'enema skill', 'injection skill', 'skin care', 'bed sore care skill', etc. In contrast, lower competence for home care nursing as perceived by nurses were 'AIDS care', 'family violence care', 'substance abuse care', 'mental health care' respectively.

  • 인터넷 기술의 발전과 함께 급진전한 디지털경제는 그 적용분야에 따라 B2B, B2C, A2B등의 많은 부류를 형성하였다. 또한, 고객의 요구사항에 맞추어 전자상거래 시스템 구축기술도 객체지향기반에서 컴포넌트기반의 개발방법으로 도입되고 있으며, 개발환경은 기존의 C/S(Client/Server)환경에서 3-Tier, 웹 기반 아키텍처등으로 변화, 도입되고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 본 논문은 전자상거래에 사용될 수 있는 좌석 예약 및 확인 시스템을 다중서버환경에서 구현하였다. 이는, 분산환경에서 효율성을 높이기 위해 해당 중요 로직은 서버 컴포넌트 모델인 EJB를 활용하였고, Main Server를 위해 Resin Server환경의 Servlet을 이용한JSP와Java를 통하여 구현하였다. 따라서, EJB를 이용한 독립 컴포넌트를 통하여 전자상거래 시스템 로직사이의 독려성을 높였으며, 분산된 EJB서버를 통하여 해당 메소드를 호출함으로써 서버의 부하를 줄이고, 각 로직자원들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하였다.

상담 챗봇의 다차원 감정 인식 모델 (Multi-Dimensional Emotion Recognition Model of Counseling Chatbot)

  • 최근 COVID-19로 인한 코로나 블루로 상담의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 또한 비대면 서비스의 증가로 상담 매체에 변화를 준 챗봇에 관한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 챗봇을 통한 비대면 상담에서는 내담자의 감정을 정확하게 파악하는 것이 가장 중요하다. 하지만 내담자가 작성한 문장만으로 감정을 인식하는 데는 한계가 있으므로 더 정확한 감정 인식을 위해서는 문장에 내제되어있는 차원 감정을 인식하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상담 챗봇의 감정 인식 개선을 위해 원본 데이터를 데이터의 특성에 맞게 보정한 후 Word2Vec 모델을 학습하여 생성된 벡터와 문장 VAD(Valence, Arousal, Dominance)를 딥러닝 알고리즘으로 학습한 다차원 감정 인식 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델의 유용성 검증 방법으로 3가지 딥러닝 모델을 비교 실험한 결과로 Attention 모델을 사용했을 때 R-squared가 0.8484로 가장 좋은 성능을 보인다.

텍스트와 음성의 앙상블을 통한 다중 감정인식 모델 (Multi-Emotion Recognition Model with Text and Speech Ensemble)

  • COVID-19로 인해 대면으로 이루어지던 상담 방식이 비대면으로 진행되면서 비대면 상담의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 비대면 상담은 온라인으로 언제 어디서든 상담할 수 있고, COVID-19에 안전하다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 비언어적 표현의 소통이 어려워 내담자의 마음을 이해하기 어렵다. 이에 비대면 상담 시 내담자의 마음을 잘 알기 위해서는 텍스트와 음성을 정확하게 분석하여 감정을 인식하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 텍스트 데이터는 자음을 분리한 후 FastText를 사용하여 벡터화하고, 음성 데이터는 Log Mel Spectrogram과 MFCC를 사용하여 각각 특징을 추출하여 벡터화한다. 벡터화된 데이터를 LSTM 모델을 활용하여 5가지 감정을 인식하는 다중 감정인식 모델을 제안한다. 다중 감정인식은 RMSE을 활용하여 계산한다. 실험 결과 텍스트와 음성 데이터를 각각 사용한 모델보다 제안한 모델의 RMSE가 0.2174로 가장 낮은 오차를 확인하였다.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE PROJECT MANAGER ON THE SUCCESS OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

  • The success and failure of any project depends upon many factors, the Project Manager is considered to be the key contributor to the success of any project, as well as a guide to the team members to achieve the client satisfaction (Cost, Time and Quality). Therefore the main aim of this paper is to provide a practical approach for understanding the importance of the Project Manager and his effectiveness to the success of the construction projects. In addition, the Project Manager's roles, responsibilities and duties have direct impact to the success of the construction projects. In order to identify the thoughts and opinion of the construction industry on this particular assertion, a quantitative study was carried out within the UK construction industry. The result of the study shows that there is an extremely strong correlation between the Project Manager and the success of the construction projects. In construction projects the Project Manager is considered to be one of the most important people who can lead and drive the projects in the right direction and conclude construction projects successfully. Moreover, these can play the most important role regarding the improvement of the organization's performance, the organization's profitability and the client's satisfaction. The research confirmed that the Project Manager is a very essential element to the success of the construction project and have an impact at every stage of the construction project. So it concluded that selection of a Project Manager should be carefully done with regard to experience, knowledge, power/authority and good understanding to the kind of the project.

RELATIONAL CONTRACTING: THE WAY FORWARD OR JUST A BRAND NAME?

  • Accounts of the development of a successful construction project often stress the importance of team relationship, project environment and senior management commitment. Numbers of studies carried out in the past decades indicate there needs to be a change of culture and attitude in the construction industry. In order for a turn around in the industry, relational contracting approaches have become more popular in recent years. However, not all relational contracting projects were successful. This paper details the fundamental principles of relational contracting. It further reports findings of a research currently taking place in Australia, how effective is relational contracting in practice. The problem addressed in this research is the implementation of relational contracting: • Throughout a range of projects • With a focus on client body staff The context within which the research was undertaken is: • Empowerment, regional development and promotion of a sustainable industry • The participating organisations have experience of partnering and alliancing • Success has been proven on large projects but performance is variable • Need has been identified to examine skill sets needed for successful partnering/alliancing The practical rationale behind this research is that: • Partnering and alliancing require a change of mind set - a culture change • The Client side must change along with contracting side • A fit is required between organisation structure and organisation culture Research Rationale: The rationale behind this project has been to conduct research within participating organisations, analyse, rationalise and generalise results and then move on to produce generic deliverables and "participating organisation specific" deliverables. This paper sets out the work so far, the links between the various elements and a plan for turning the research output into industry deliverables.

철학상담과 여성주의상담 (Philosophical Counseling and Feminist Counseling)

  • 최근 철학의 새로운 분야로 부상하고 있는 철학상담은 1981년 아헨바흐(Achenbach)에 의해 '철학실천'이라는 용어로 창안되었다. 철학상담은 상담가인 철학자로 하여금 학계라는 울타리를 벗어나 애초에 실제 삶의 맥락으로부터 시작되었던 '철학함'을 회복시키고자 노력한다. 또한 철학상담은 삶의 위기에 처한 내담자들로 하여금 자신의 삶을 근본적으로 재검토하고 새롭게 직면할 수 있는 기회를 제공함으로써, 그 스스로의 모습을 되찾고, 자신이 원하는 삶을 실현시키기 위해 다시 용기를 내어 걸어갈 수 있도록 독려한다. 이 논문의 목적은 철학상담과 여성주의상담을 비교검토함으로써 한국 여성들을 위한 철학상담의 새로운 모델을 창출하는 데에 필요한 첫 윤곽을 잡아보려는 데에 있다. 우선적으로 2장에서 철학상담의 역사와 특성을 소개한 뒤에, 3장에서 '여성의전화'의 상담활동을 중심으로 한국에서의 여성주의상담이 지나온 역사와 그 특성을 고찰한다. 나아가 4장에서 양자의 내용적인 공통점들을 찾아내어 비교검토하면서 양자를 더욱 심도있게 이해하고 그 관계성을 더욱 촉진시키고자 시도한다. 그리하여 비록 철학상담과 한국 여성주의상담이 서로 다른 역사적, 사회적, 문화적 맥락과 배경에서 시작되었고, 각기 다른 활동영역에서 전개되어왔지만, 다음의 네 가지 공통적인 신념, 즉 '실천이라는 토대에서의 상담', '상담가와 내담자의 평등한 관계의 확립', '상담가의 경청과 자기개방의 중요성', '깊은 존중과 이해에 기반한 내담자의 자기됨과 자기양육'에 근거하고 있음을 밝혀본다. 이와 같이 볼 때, 두 상담 모두가 진정으로 '인간다운 삶'의 실현을 목표로 하고 있음을 알 수 있으며, 특히 철학상담이 앞으로 한국 여성들의 '잘 삶'을 증진시킬 수 있는 구체적인 대화의 기회를 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

만성질환노인 및 가족의 사회복지적 욕구에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Social Welfare Needs of the Aged Chronic Patients and Their Family)

  • Considering the characteristics of the Korean family which maintain a close connection with their patients from the moment of their falling sick to hospitalization to discharge, the family is the most important environmental factor of the social supporting system, and is the important object of the client as well as activity system. The medical social work intends to meet the practical needs of aged chronic patients, providing them and their family with a professional human service. The end of this study is to find out the hardships of both the aged chronic patients and their family as well as their needs for the social welfare service, and to search out the way of comprehensive social work service. The summary of the analysis of the survey is as follows: 1. The needs of aged chronic patients are divided into those of the solution of the problems of falling ill, social welfare program and discharge. Those needs arc affected by the various factors of the types of hospitals, the patients' age, the kinds of insurance, and the supporting systems, etc. Accordingly, the assessment of the needs of the patients are asked to be done comprehensively in accordance with the kinds of diseases and social environments. 2. The importance of the family to the aged chronic patients is evident. The family plays a decisive role in the patients' hospitalization and discharge, the family being an important supporting system and making it necessary to take an approach to client system. The family has difficulty in getting connection of community resources, in adapting to social life after the patient's discharge, and in paying the treatment. The family suffers the secondary hardships more than the burden of the treatment expenses. 3. For this reason various interventions are needed to reduce the stress caused by supporting and nursing patients. Thus the social welfare service for the aged chronic patients and their family needs the following prepositions: 1. It is the characteristics of the aged chronic patients that they need continuous care and that the strengths of the patients and their family cannot be too much emphasized, and that comprehensive assessment based on the connection 'with the community and the mutual interchange 'with the environment, is much emphasized. 2. The family of the aged chronic patient is a resources system as well as a client one. 3. Another characteristic of the aged chronic patients is that with the resources connection in mind, it needs an active intervention of social workers in the community. With these prepositions considered, the development of practical social work service for the aged chronic patients is thought urgently needed.

QFD를 이용한 기업 법무 서비스 품질 측정 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Measurement and Improvement of Service Quality using QFD in the Law Firm Industry)

  • As entry barriers at the legal service market in Korea have been recently lifted, the legal service market has dramatically changed from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Externally, the Korean legal service market has been open to foreign law firms and internally, lawyers graduating from law schools have been increasing. In addition, as even the general public can easily access, through the official sites of government organizations, to the basic legal information such as laws and judicial precedents, the degree of information asymmetry has also decreased. These phenomena require the legal service industry to be a more client-oriented and more quality-oriented one. Having said that, legal service providers also need to continue to make strenuous efforts to measure and improve the service quality from the customers' perspective. Under these circumstances, this study introduced a certain type of model which may be of help of measuring and improving the quality of legal service of law firms, in particular, with a focus on those firms providing corporate legal service. This study used a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in order to measure and thereby improve the quality of corporate legal service in the law firm industry. Above all, this study showed, by using SERVQUAL, each and every service attributes of quality measurement of the corporate legal service and also calculated the degree of importance of service quality at each process of providing corporate legal service. Next, this study introduced all supporting factors necessary for the provision of corporate legal service and calculated the degree of importance of each and every supporting factors in the service process. This study may be of help to provide the substantial and systematic approaches to the corporate legal service providers who would like to set up a certain methods of measuring and further improving the quality of corporate legal service from the customers' perspective.

  • This study was conducted to contribute to the expansion of activity areas of nurses in the fiel of health promotion services whose importance are increasing day by day. To achieve such goals the writer analized the social values of health promotion services through the method of literature reveiw and held workshops five times with the research team to develop a new program model applicable in health centers and industry. As a conclusion, we recommended the following roles of nurses to be reevaluted an reinforced: 1. Roles as advertizers of the importance of keeping positive health, its social diffussion, an making social environments supporting it. 2. Roles of intervention to change life-styles into positive, active, and client-centered ones 3. Roles of communicators, planners, and managers for the contribution to the maximization of team efficiency with a view to reducing health risk and preventing health threat.
