Although knowledge transfer between two different parties occurs in IS development projects, the majority of prior studies focused on knowledge transfer from IT consultants to clients. Considering two parts of knowledge transfer in IS development projects, we must consider both 'where knowledge is transferred from' and 'where it is transferred to'. Therefore, in this study, we attempt to describe two different routes of knowledge transfer, such as knowledge transfer from an IT consultant to a client and knowledge transfer from a client to an IT consultant. In this regard, we have examined the effect of two different routes of knowledge transfer on system implementation success in IS development project. Specifically, we adopted the knowledge stock-flow theory to examine the causal relationship between IT consulting firms and clients in terms of knowledge transfer and eventual system implementation success. Survey data collected from 213 pairs of individuals (both clients and IT consultants) were used to test the model using three different analytic approaches such as PLS (partial least squares) and two types of mediated regression techniques. We found that knowledge transfers partially mediated both the relationships between IT consultants' IT skills (project members' business knowledge) and system implementation success. Furthermore, the effects of each knowledge transfer were distinguished by depending on the types of system, such as ERP or groupware. Our attempts have significant implications for both research and practice given the importance of effective knowledge transfer to IT consulting.

Various stakeholders within and outside of the organization are involved and participate in the outsourced IS development. As their interests and goals are different conflict arises in the process of their interaction, and it is an important factor affecting outsourcing success. The study focuses on the conflict between client users and vendor, i.e. main conflict in the outsourcing project, and examines the relationship of conflict with project success, the antecedents of conflict, and investigates the effectiveness of conflict resolution facilitation. An integrated conceptual model is developed grounded on is outsourcing, IS development, project management, and organizational behavior literature. Nine specific hypotheses on the conflict in outsourcing projects are proposed, and data collection and analysis are performed with 214 ISD outsourcing projects. Results indicated that the conflict between client users and vendor in outsourcing projects was found to have negative effects on project success. Main causes affecting conflict were examined, and relative influences of these causes were clarified. Recently internal IT personnel have been faced their role change with the increase of outsourcing, and the importance of their conflict resolution facilitation was highlighted.

TCP/IP소켓 통신을 활용하여 데이터를 송수신하는 송수신 모델에서 데이터의 크기가 작고 데이터 전송 요청이 빈번하지 않을 경우 서버와 클라이언트 간 통신 속도의 중요성은 부각되지 않지만 오늘날 대용량 데이터에 대한 전송 요청과 빈번한 데이터 전송 요청에서 송수신 모델의 통신 속도에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 대용량의 데이터를 전송하는 서버의 전송 구조와 데이터를 수신하는 클라이언트의 수신 구조를 변경하여 멀티 코어(이하 CMP : ChipMulti Processor) 환경에서 데이터 전송 속도에 대한 성능향상을 기대할 수 있는 보다 효율적인 TCP/IP 송수신 모델을 제안한다.

Web technologies are gaining increased importance in automation and control systems. However, the choice of Web technologies depends on the use cases in the application environment. In industrial systems, the data can be got not only from many different field systems and devices but also from different OPC (OLE for Process Control) Servers. Current OPC Client might be able to read simple data from OPC Server, but there are some problems to get structured data and to exchange structured information between collaborating applications. Therefore, OPC Foundation has defined interfaces to OPC XML-DA (OPC XML Data Access) and OPC Complex Data that aim to solve those problems. The OPC XML-DA can facilitate the exchange of plant data across the internet, and upwards into the enterprise domain. In addition, the OPC Complex Data will extend the OPC DA specification to allow the OPC Client to read and decode any type of data from measurement and control systems on the plant floor. This paper will describe the concept of OPC XML-DA and OPC Complex Data. And then it proposes a mechanism to implement the OPC Complex Data into OPC XML-DA Server. Additionally, the paper also discusses the security aspects.

The construction industry's importance to nation building, economic empowerment, and contributions to global commerce cannot be over emphasised. However, poor productivity, accidents, rework, time and cost overruns, and client dissatisfaction have characterised the industry performance in a multi-dimensional way. The central issue in this particular research is the seemingly inadequate achievement of optimum performance in the construction process, either with respect to value for money for the client and the entire construction supply chain or value in terms of the utility derived from built assets in spite of efforts by government and governmental bodies such as the Construction Industry Development Board (cidb) to increase industry performance. Therefore, based upon an extensive review of related literature, the paper reports on effects and causes of non-value adding activities in the construction industry in general, and South African construction in particular. The research findings indicate that activities that can be referred to as non-value activities are not only prevalent, but they can also be held responsible for performance related issues in terms of cost, time, quality and health and safety (H&S) in construction; and the exploration of pluralism in the research methodology may result in a robust model based upon the system dynamics approach. Therefore, the study suggests that there is major scope for value optimisation in the construction process especially in terms of availability and implementation of interventions, which have not only proven successful in other industries, but are also adaptable in the construction industry context.

IT 산업이 발달하면서 활발히 연구되어 지고 있는 스마트폰의 기술과 기능들은 생활 전반에 걸쳐 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 스마트폰을 이용하여 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 무선랜에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있지만, 무선 전파의 특성으로 인해 개인적이면서 중요한 정보들이 악의적인 공격자의 스푸핑, 서비스 거부 공격, 중간자 공격에 쉽게 노출되어 보안성 요구가 더욱 증가 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 환경에서 사용자가 이동 통신사 AP 접속을 통하여 무선 인터넷을 이용할 때 USIM에 있는 사용자 고유정보와 AP 정보, 통신사 정보를 사용하여 사용자 인증, AP 인증, 통신사 인증을 함으로써 스푸핑, 세션 하이재킹 및 중간자 공격에 대한 취약성을 보완하여 안전한 무선 네트워크 서비스 환경을 제공한다.

치료사와 내담자의 관계에서 신뢰 형성과 이해는 효과적인 치료를 위한 기본적인 요소이다. 치료활동에 있어서 효과적인 동반자 관계는 치료 전 과정의 기초가 되기 때문이다. 이러한 점은 비단 음악치료 뿐만이 아니라 정신심리학적 치료나 상담치료 등에서도 같은 맥락을 가지고 중요시 하고 있다. 이러한 중요성 때문에 치료사와 내담자의 관계에 대한 연구는 상당히 폭넓게 이루어져 왔다. 여기에 최근의 연구는 치료사나 내담자 한 쪽의 일방적인 영향만을 고려하거나, 각자의 내적 변인들에 초점을 두어 연구하는 전통적인 견해를 탈피하여, 치료사와 내담자의 상호영향을 동시에 고려하는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 최근의 연구동향에 주목하여 음악치료 환경에서 나타나는 치료사와 내담자의 관계에서, 음악이 어떠한 역할을 하였는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 알코올 중독 판정을 받은 성인 여성을 대상으로 총 11회의 음악치료를 실시하였다. 처음 3회 세션은 연구 대상 여성을 포함한 그룹으로 진행되었으며, 4회부터 11회까지는 개인 세션으로 진행되었다. 이 중 개인 사례를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였고, 비디오 오디오 자료를 토대로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 방법은 Amir(1990)가 음악 연구를 위해 사용한 Ferrara(1984)의 현상학적 연구 7단계를 변용한 것을 참조하였으며, 활동 중 나타나는 내담자의 언어적 비언어적 행동에서 나타나는 음악적 요소를 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구 분석에 있어서, 세션에서 얻어진 비디오 오디오 자료를 문서화하는 작업은 음악치료에서 qualitive research 연구를 위한 guide인 Henk Smeijsters,의 저서 "Multiple Perspective"에서 Researchers as Instruments 부분을 참조하였다. 즉흥연주 활동에서 나타난 내담자의 음악 분석은 Bruscia의 저서 "Improvisational Models of Music Therapy"에서 Bruscia의 모델인 Improvisation Assessment Profile과 Alvin모델인 Free Improvisation Therapy를 참조하였다. 연구 결과 음악과 악기는 치료사와 내담자의 관계를 중재하여 치료과정을 용이하게 해준다는 점을 보여 주었다. 음악과 악기가 감정전이의 주 역할을 맡음으로써, 치료사와 내담자 관계에 있어서 나타날 수 있는 부정적 감정전이로부터 치료사를 보호함과 동시에, 치료사-내담자 사이의 긍정적인 관계형성을 유지하게 해주었다. 이때 음악과 악기가 감정전이의 주 역할을 담당한다는 점은 내담자의 갈등이 대인 관계적 상황이 아닌 음악적 상황에서 나타났음을 증거 한다. 이는 세션 중 치료사와 내담자의 관계 형성에 있어서 음악이 그 중심이 되며, 치료에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 사실을 암시 한다.

To find the experience about clients with hypertension and to help them to care for themselves in the community. Method: All data was collected from August 1999 to October 1999, through in-depth interviews, observation, and telephone interview with 7 participants who have been diagnosed with hypertension for 1 to 10 years. According to Strauss and Corbin's Methodology, the data was continuously coded into concepts and categories, and then new data was analyzed simultaneously by a constant comparative method. Results: There are 171 concepts, and then they were grouped into 34 the lower categories and 15 to the upper categories. The course of the coping of fear in hypertensive client consisted of 6 processes. The awareness of seriousness was context, and the fear was core phenomenon about the coping experience. We also found that hypertensive clients have 3 patterns, depending on the awareness degree of seriousness and the fear about hypertension. Conclusion: Our nurses should recognize the importance of effective management and seriousness about hypertension, offer clients the importance of family support and the information of etiology, symptoms and signs of hypertension, and provide the correct information on hypertensive medication. We should be able to guide their fear about hypertension to positive self-management, so that they may manage their disease thoroughly and effectively.

In proportion to continuing growth of overseas plant market and the trend of its mega scale of the project, the importance of management is significantly emphasized for the successful execution of the project. And it is recognized that progress control is the most important management item amongst the others in the management. Progress control is importance of progress measurement for performance measurement and process control of project, but it is hardly obtainable securing the objectivity in the progress measurement since the progress measurement are being applied differently in accordance with the project conditions and the experience level of the person in charge for the progress control. This study has conducted as following to propose a standard method for progress measurement in a petrochemical plant protect. Domestic and overseas plant projects are investigated variously with the applied method of progress measurement, and the deduced problem of progress measurement. And then standard method for progress measurement of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning has been proposed according to comparison and analysis of practices in domestic & overseas plant project, procedures for progress control in the globally reputed petrochemical client, company rules and recommendation of the expert in progress control.

미래의 게임을 발전시킬 가장 큰 원동력의 세 가지 요소는 3차원 그래픽, 네트워크, 가상현실 기술로 집약되는데, 이중 네트워크 기술은 차세대 네트워크 게임의 필수적인 요소기술로서 현재 많이 연구되고 있으며 초고속정보통신망의 확충 및 보급에 따라서 인터넷을 통한 네트워크 게임이 널리 이용되고 있다. 하지만 네트워크 게임의 특성상 다수의 이용자들이 서버에 집중되게 되면 서버의 부하가 걸려 이용자들의 불편함을 초래함은 물론, 서비스 제공자 측면에서도 많은 비용을 들여서 서버를 증설하여야 하는 문제가 발생하게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 클라이언트가 서버에 거의 의존하지 않고 클라이언트간의 정보교류를 통해 네트워크게임을 즐길 수 있는 하이브리드 분산 서버 시스템을 제안하고자 한다 이 시스템은 기존의 서버에 의존하여 메시지를 송·수신하던 방법을 탈피하여 정보갱신 및 저장의 경우에만 서버에 의존하고, 대부분의 메시지 처리는 클라이언트간에서 이루어 질 수 있게 설계하였다. 제안하는 설계 방법은 다음과 같다 첫 번째로 메시지 등급화 처리방법을 제안하여 메시지의 중요성에 따라 서버나 클라이언트가 관리를 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 두 번째로 Client-Server 방식과 Pear-to-Pear 방식을 병행하여 효율성을 꽤하였다. 세 번째로 메시지 등급화에 의한 메시지 큐의 멀티 화 및 보안 부분에서 기타 문제 해결방법을 제안하고자 한다
