PAC용 양흡입 시로코홴의 공력성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Aerodynamic Performance of Double Inlet Sirocco Fan for a Package Air Conditioner)

  • The aerodynamic performance of double inlet sirocco fan is strongly dependent upon the design factors of impeller and scroll. In this paper, the change of scroll size was adopted to investigate the aerodynamic performances of double inlet sirocco fan and indoor PAC. Especially, a scroll expansion angle and a cut-off clearance ratio were considered to change the scroll size. In addition, the installation depth between double inlet sirocco fan and indoor PAC was considered. As a result, the total pressure efficiency of double inlet sirocco fan shows about 62%~73% according to the change of scroll expansion angles. Moreover, the flowrate performance of indoor PAC is the best at the condition of a scroll expansion angle of 8°, an installation depth of 15 mm and a cut-off clearance ratio of 8%.

미세구조물 금형가공을 위한 총형공구에 관한 연구 (A Study on Formed Tool to Machine Milli-structure Mold)

  • This paper presents the formed tool to machine a milli-structure mold. The formed tool is used to machine the geometrical shape of bearing rubber seal for precision machining. The bearing rubber seal has milli-sized complex geometry. Because it is difficult to machine the unique shape exactly by the conventional tool, the formed tool is used in machining die of the bearing seal. In this paper, it is performed to investigate properties of the formed tool; tool wear, cutting force and machined surface roughness. Tool wear increases rapidly with clearance angle Increase. Thus, the dimension accuracy is affected by the clearance angle.

  • Shearing including punching, blanking, trimming, slitting, etc is one of the most frequently used processes in sheet metal manufacturing. It has been widely using for manufacturing autobody, electronic components, aircraftbody, etc. In this paper, it has been researched by the experimental investigation to examine the influence of shearing processes parameters such as clearance, cutting angle, material properties, etc. From the results of experiment, it has shown that it gives the small variations at burr height below the proper clearance and it also presents that it is no affected the variations of cutting angle.

판재 신장플랜지성에 미치는 전단 공정 인자의 영향 연구 (Study on Influence of Process Parameter on Stretch Flangeability of Steel Sheet)

  • The quality of the sheared surface affects the stretch flangeability of steel sheet. The quality of sheared surface is influenced by several process factors such as die clearance, shape of cutting edge, use of counter punch, and shear. In this paper, the influence of these shearing process factors on the stretch flangeability of the HSS (DP980) was analyzed through a shearing and a stretch flangeability test. When the die clearance was 10%, the effect of these shearing process factors on the stretch flangeability was the greatest, and the use of an acute angle blade was found to be more advantageous in the stretch flangeability than a right angle blade. It was found that the stretch flangeability was improved when active bending was applied during shearing.

  • 이 연구에서는 100인승 항공기 급의 저익-주익장착나셀(wing mounted nacelle)의 추진기관 장착설계 방법을 제시하였다. 장착설계 방법을 구체적으로 설명하기 위해 세부적인 설계제한조건(design constraint)과 설계요구조건(design requirement and objectives)을 정의하고, 그러한 기준을 근거로 실례의 항공기(K100)를 사용하여 주익장착방식의 장착설계를 수행하였다. 장착설계는 간섭항력(interference drag), roll clearance, ground clearance, nose gear collapse margin, rotor burst, 연료탱크용량 등의 설계제한사항들을 고려하여 엔진성능을 만족시킬 수 있는 최적의 나셀 장착위치(spanwise, FS, WL)와 장착각도(toe-in, incidence, droop angle), wing dry bay의 위치와 크기를 결정하여 향후에 개발될 주익장착방식의 추진기관 장착설계에 활용될 수 있는 설계절차를 구축하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 터빈의 형상 변수에 따른 부분흡입형 초음속 터빈 손실 특성을 분석하기 위하여 초음속 노즐 형상, 축방향 간극 길이, 로터 앞전의 모서리각에 따른 초음속 터빈내 유동 해석을 실시하였다. 먼저 축방향 간극을 진행하면서 발생하는 유동의 익렬 팁방향의 휘어짐은 초음속 노즐 형상에 크게 영향을 받는다. 다음으로 모서리각은 익렬 앞전에서 발생하는 충격파등의 강도를 결정한다. 마지막으로 축방향 간극에서 발생하는 유동의 확산 및 혼합은 축방향 간극 길이에 크게 영향을 받았다. 따라서 터빈내에서 발생하는 손실 중 유체역학적 손실은 노즐 형상과 로터 앞전의 모서리각에 의해 결정되었으며, 부분 흡입 손실은 노즐 형상 및 축방향 간극 길이에 영향을 받았다.

선형터빈 익렬의 익단간극유동에 대한 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical simulation of tip clearance flows through linear turbine cascades)

  • Three-dimensional turbulent incompressible flow through the tip clearance of a linear turbine rotor cascade with high turning angle has been analyzed numerically. As a preliminary study to predict the tip clearance loss realistically, a generalized k-.epsilon. model derived by RNG (renormalized group) method is used for the modeling of Reynolds stresses to account for the strain rate of turbulent flow. The effects of the tip clearance flow on the passage vortex, the total pressure loss are considered qualitatively. The existences of vena contract and tip clearance vortex have been confirmed and it has been shown that as the size of the tip clearance increases, the accumulated flow through the tip clearance and the total pressure loss downstream of the cascade increase.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the kinematic characteristics of 5th hurdle clearance during the 100m hurdle final competition at the 2010 Colorful DaeGu pre-championship meeting. This study was also intended to provide the technical data for better performance for preparing the 2011 world championship. Lee and Jung need to change technical movement by reducing the distance of the take-off point from the hurdle and by decreasing the vertical velocity of the C.G.(center of gravity) at the takeoff. Powell's angle of the take-off leg showed bigger at the touchdown and smaller at the takeoff comparing to Lee's and Jung's. Furthermore, Powell's horizontal velocity of the C.G. was maintained at the takeoff and touchdown. So, Lee and Jung need to change angle of the take-off leg the same as Powell's. Both Lee and Jung need to increase the angle of landing leg at the touchdown. In addition to increasing the angle Jung needs to improve the knee and ankle velocity with the hurdling leg.
