기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석 연구 (A Study on Development Skill Framework and Analysis of It's Linkage to National Technical Qualification Items in Machinery Sector)

  • 이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

  • The goal of this study is to develop a skill system for the areas of agriculture, forestry and fisheries among the skill frameworks that require basic examination in the development of skill standards. More specifically, the study aims to classify skills in the areas of agriculture, forestry and fisheries and to develop respective skill level. We classified skills and created the skill level through a study of documents, interview with experts and in-depth discussions with expert group centering on terminologies commonly used in the industrial settings. As a result of skill classification, we were able to classify skills into four categories in medium-scale classification, 13 categories in small-scale classification, and again into total 42 categories. We classified the skill level in the areas of agriculture, forestry and fisheries into 8 stages. Based on the skill system, we provided definition of skill and skill group, definition of each different skill, and performance standard by skill and level.

섬유 및 의복분야 공학교육 기반구축을 위한 직무체계 개발 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Development of Skill System for Based on Engineering Education for the Areas of Textile and Clothing)

  • 본 연구는 직무능력표준 개발에서 기초적으로 검토되어야 하는 직무체계 중 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무체계 개발에 목적이 있다. 세부적인 연구목적은 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌고찰, 전문가 인터뷰, 전문가 집중토의를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 10개, 22개의 직무가 도출되었다. 섬유 및 의복분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다.

  • The labor cost on construction project of Korea is calculated based on the Wage Rate in Construction of Korea which is published by Construction Association of Korea. The Wage Rate in Construction of Korea does not have any variation on the wage following skill level of labor although it has 123 work categories. In addition, the classification on skill level and career of construction labor in Korea does not defined. Therefore, to establish the concept of the classification on skill level and career of construction labor, this study aim to compare the difference between Wage Rate in Construction of Korea with Award system which present grade on skilled labor.

중숙련(middle-skill) 일자리의 감소가 고용 없는 경기회복에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Hollowing-Out of Middle-Skill Jobs and Its Impact on Jobless Recoveries in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 노동시장의 숙련도별 일자리 구조를 Autor-Dorn의 직업-숙련도 분류시스템을 준용 분석하여 중숙련 일자리의 감소와 함께 고 저숙련 일자리가 동시에 증가하는 양극화 현상이 뚜렷함을 확인하였다. 동 현상은 근로자의 산업간 이동 요인이 크고 노령근로자가 중 저숙련 일자리로 밀려나고 있다는 독특한 특징을 나타냈으며, 추세적 경향과 함께 경기수축기에 가속화되는 경기변동성 또한 가지고 있었다. 따라서 이러한 중숙련 일자리의 감소 속도가 지금보다 현저히 완화되는 경우 고용 없는 경기회복의 모습도 상당히 개선될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

저소득층의 소비자 기능과 소비자문제인지에 관한연구 (Study on Consumer Skill and Consumer problem's Perception of the Low-income Consumer)

  • This study was mainly concerned with providing a basis of the development of low-income consumer education program. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of their consumer skill and the degree of consumer problems' perception. For the purpose of this study, 480 questionnaire were distributed to the housewives in Seoul. The 320 data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Rang Test, Multiple Classification Analysis, and Pearson's Correlation . The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) The socio-demographic variables indicating significant relation to the level of consumer skill are income level, housewife's age , and housewife's education level. The independent influence of all the variables affecting consumer skill was analyzed. It result is in confirming the income as the most influential one. 20 The socio-demographic variables indicating significant relation to the degree of consumer problem's perception are income level, and housewife's education level. The independent influence of all the variables affecting consumer problem's perception was analyzed. It results in confirming the income as the most influential one. 3) Consumer skill level differs significantly at the 0.001 level, according toe the degree of consumer problems' perception. The higher level of consumer skill, the lower degree of consumer problems' perception. The result of this study implies that a consumer education should be given to the low-income consumers, on the basis of their consumer skill level. Further research regarding the consumer skill and problems ' perception of the low-income consumers should be conducted.

이진자료 분류모형에 대한 평가측도의 특성 비교 (Comparison of evaluation measures for classification models on binary data)

  • 본 논문에서는 반응변수가 이진형인 분류모형에 대한 평가측도들의 특성을 파악하고 사용하기 적합한 평가측도인가를 살펴보았다. 고려한 측도는 정분류율, 민감도, 특이도, 정밀도, F-measure, HSS (Heidke's skill score)의 6개이다. 각 측도들은 이원분할표에서 x(실제로 1인 비율), y(1로 예측되는 비율), z(실제와 예측이 모두 1인 비율)을 사용하여 표현하였다. 본 연구는 평가측도가 사용하기 적합한 측도가 되기 위한 조건으로 두 가지를 제안하였다. 제1조건은 랜덤모형인 경우에 평가측도는 x와 y에 대해 상수이고, 제2조건은 평가측도의 식이 세 변수들(x, y, z) 모두로 이루어지고 z에 대해서 증가함수이고 x와 y에 대해서 감소함수이어야 한다는 것이다. HSS는 두 조건을 모두 만족하므로 이진형 반응변수의 분류모형에 대한 평가측도로 항상 사용이 적합하고, 다른 측도들은 제한된 범위 내에서만 사용하는 것이 좋다.

SEM-based study on the impact of safety culture on unsafe behaviors in Chinese nuclear power plants

  • This paper uses 135 Licensed Operator Event Reports (LOER) from Chinese nuclear plants to analyze how safety culture affects unsafe behaviors in nuclear power plants. On the basis of a modified human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) framework, structural equation model (SEM) is used to explore the relationship between latent variables at various levels. Correlation tests such as chi-square test are used to analyze the path from safety culture to unsafe behaviors. The role of latent error is clarified. The results show that the ratio of latent errors to active errors is 3.4:1. The key path linking safety culture weaknesses to unsafe behaviors is Organizational Processes → Inadequate Supervision → Physical/Technical Environment → Skill-based Errors. The most influential factors on the latent variables at each level in the HFACS framework are Organizational Processes, Inadequate Supervision, Physical Environment, and Skill-based Errors.

정보기술 인력의 스킬 및 직무요건 분석연구 : -산업간 차이에 대한 분석을 중심으로- (A study on the analysis of Industrial difference in Skill & Job Requirements for IT Personnel)

  • Being in era of the digital economy, the influence of IT that effects on our economy is getting greater. Along with this effect, IT becomes origin of predominance of competition in every category of industry. Regarding new trends in industry, how companies mutate their IT skill become important factor. Every industry has their own color and environment of IT and uncertainty is different. For a company, It is most important to plan own strategy with strategic view on industrial environment. The idea of this study is to find the difference of Skill Requirement and Job Requirement in every category of industry by find what are the most important jobs and skills of IT in every industry and to analyze the results. The second idea is to find what kinds of skill are required in every sector of job. Base on the analyzed data, we classified the uncertainty in every industry by Duncan′s "classification of environment", and extracted some pattern within the skill and job in industry that found in our study by applying OIP model. We set skills by categorized curriculum of specialized IT education center, then with IT specialist, checked and retouched the results and surveyed with IT people in every industry on skill set and job of IT. The summery of this study is as follow : 1. Importance of IT skill is differentiated in each industry. It shows that IT skills, which requested in a field are differentiated by uncertainty of environment that comes from the character of industry. 2. Importance of IT job differs by the fields of industry. It shows as IT skills are differentiated, the importance of job that apply these skills is differentiated. 3. As the character of each job that work on is diversified, the importance of skills are diversified in each field of jobs. The Result of this study can give the idea to who designs curriculum and builds educational contentsthat would fulfill the need of fields. Also this study would be meaningful that it opens the field of study of skill requirement in Korea.
