Because the hatred and phenomenon of NIMBY for charnel house become an issue, it is the actual condition that charnel facilities are not activated in urban. The purpose of this study Is to examine the space plan of charnel house that introduces the community concept; and then shows the way of interior design for charnel house connected with community space. The following researches are drawn based upon the purpose First, the present conditions and general functions of charnel house are considered closely and revised funeral policy that affects the organization of interior space in charnel house is analysed. Second, the case study for chanel house is limited to the indoor types among the existing researches for charnel house plan. Four charnel houses where were built after 2000 are selected for building standard of space organization in charnel house connected with community facility. Third, the concept and function of community space are considered and the space which can accommodate in charnel house is investigated. Fourth, the concept and organizational framework model of charnel house connected with community facility as a intermediate area In urban Indicate. Fifth, the concrete interior plan for charnel house connected with community space is proposed on the design case of charnel house that are located in urban area. The result of this study is expected to reduce a complicated matter with local residents and to have a correct understanding of charnel house in the future as the existing charnel facilities that have financial difficulty should make a remodeling plan including the community space that give mutual connection to area.

Based on the results of the survey and analysis of this study, we suggested a plan to activate the use of Capital Area Public Charnel Facilities as follows. First, the elderly population in Korea increased from 11.9% in 2013 to 16.4% in 2020, and the number of deaths also increased from 266,257 in 2013 to 305,127 in 2020. The supply of Public Charnel Facilities should be expanded, reflecting the cremation demand in the future and condition for the supply and increasing demand of Public Charnel Facilities after cremation, due to an increase of 14.6%. Second, it is urgent to expand the supply because the available period of using Capital Area Public Charnel Facilities is a short period of at least one year up to five years. However, as it is difficult to build Public Charnel Facilities due to location conflicts with local residents, joint construction plans between local governments should be promoted along with renting Private Charnel Facilities. Third, the enshrinement number ratio of the Public Charnel Facilities to the total cremation number of Capital Area Public Cremation Facilities is 16.3%, which is low. Therefore, when building Public Charnel Facilities, improvement plans for the use of public funeral facilities, such as modernization and promotion of facility level, quality improvement of service level, and creation of a pleasant environment, should be actively promoted.

The purpose of this study is to the spatial composition of charnel facilities. The study method is as follow: First, To Examine existent research material about charnel house. Second, To Investigate controversial point of equipment and development direction through research the case of cremated human remains deposit rooms in 12 charnel houses constructed since 1990. So, to propose the planning direction of spatial composition based on the analysis results and utilize to basis data that is necessary in research of same kind hereafter.

우리나라는 고대국가로부터 현제에 이르기까지 장례를 후리하는 풍습이 있어 정중히 예(禮)를 다하여 장례에 임하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 특히 조선의 예는 칠두철미한 유교적인 방법으로 효의식의 묘제에 대한 절차에 의해서 그릇된 영향을 미쳤으며, 더욱이 풍수설로 인하여 이장(移葬)과 공사가 극심하였다. 이후 근대 산업화 발전과 함께 인구가 증가되고 따라서 사자(死者)도 증가되어 묘지가 점차 확대되어 감에 따라 유한한 국토의 효율적인 이용문제가 묘지와 관련되어 제기되게 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 묘지공간이 \ulcorner인생의 의미를 되돌아볼수 있는 명상의 공간\lrcorner 또는 \ulcorner안락함의 장소\lrcorner 등으로 전환될 수 있도록, 자연주의, 평등사상 등 인간가치를 추구하는 인간적인 측면과, 쾌적한 공간을 제공하는 환경적인 측면, 그리고 편리한 납골안치기능과 독창적 상징성을 표현하는 조형적인 측면 등을 고려하여 묘지조형물 디자인을 진행하였다. 특히 우리생활 안에서 일종의 휴식공간, 운동, 교양 등이 함께 어우러질 수 있는 묘지문화를 창출하는 데 역점을 두었다. 그러나 이러한 묘지문화가 실현되기 위해서는 우리사회의 관심이 첨단을 향한 성장일변도에서 탈피하여 정신적 삶의 가치에 관련된 부분도 많은 관심과 투자가 이루어질 때 가능해질 것으로 보인다.

The funeral and grave system in Korea has issued that our country will become a grave. This is a result of being in favor of the funeral and grave process of burial based on long time traditions and customs. The government is allowing construction and use of charnels on a large scale in order to improve this system after analyzing the problems of the current grave system; However, those results are very few and slight because the image of existing charnels have been regarded as abomination utilities and it has been projected not to be closed to the public easily. In this stduy, we first looked at these problems using sample research and analysis. Second, we made comparisons and analysis to suggest solutions in the projecting method and feature of those spaces by carrying out a sample research project. This project was based on 3 of the biggest charnels built recently, which are out of the 54 charnels in Korea. After assaying the image according to the interior designing elements, and then proposing various several alternatives, we would like to tell how to build the future-oriented and opened charnels as the purpose of this study. Therefore, when projecting charnels, we would like to suggest the alternative solution that diminishes abomonation and closeness in the interior of the charnel through the designing consideration and increases the usage of this building by inducing traditional limitations and maintaining vertical dignity and piety by making the central axis adapting to the nature.

화장률의 증가로 매장중심에서 화장중심의 문화로 바뀐 우리나라는 봉안을 선호하였으나 봉안시설의 사후 처리문제 등으로 화장한 유골의 새로운 처리 방법인 '자연장 제도'를 도입했다. 화장이후 봉안과 자연장 방법 이외의 산골도 요구되고 있으나 현실까지는 법제화되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 화장한 유골을 처리하는 산골에 대한 문헌고찰을 장사등에관한 법률에서 정한 '화장한 유골을 뿌리는 시설'에 대해 현황 조사하였다. 조사 결과 화장한 유골을 뿌리는 시설은 공설화장시설 58개소 중 총 42개소가 있었는데 그중 40개소 시설의 명칭이 유택동산이었다. 수도권 공설화장시설 종사자에게 '화장한 유골을 뿌리는 시설'인 산골시설에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 95.9%가 산골시설을 알고 있다고 했으며 88.2%는 개선할 부분이 있다고 답하였다. 본 연구는 현황조사와 분석결과를 토대로 산골의 법제화와 산골시설의 다양화 및 현대화 등 개선방안을 제언하고 있다.

채널튜닝전압 자체를 기억시키는 종래의 전압합성방식을 개선, 10키이를 통하여 입력시킨 채널번호에 의해 튜닝전압을 계산하여 VHF 및 UHF 전대역에 실제채널번호를 표시하면서 직접접근선국(direct access channel selection)할 수 있는 회로를 설계하였다. 또한 본 회로는 택안(search)에 의한 미세튜닝 및 방송이 없을 경우의 표시를 자동적으로 행하며, 2개의 키이로 채널 전반을 순차적으로 선국할 수 있는 기능도 가지게 하였다.

In the Republic of Korea, there's been a culture called 'Hyo' since Koryo Dynasty and this word represents the meaning of paying utmost respects to one's own parents and ancestors whether they are alive or have passed. However, nowadays, most of people live away from their family gravesites so that they do not and cannot take care of them except on the special holidays. For this reason, people could not respond promptly to the incidents occurred at the sites as they receive notifications much later dates most of the time. Thus, in this paper, we propose a low-cost gravesite monitoring system which the users can immediately respond to the disastrous events after being informed of current situations through PLC without delay. For the performance evaluation, the lab and test bed experiments were performed on an actual ship using 200Mbps and 500Mbps products instead of performing an on-site experiment after the system has actually been constructed. The Mountain Region PLC was installed on the power lines and the result showed successful 36.14Mbps communication. Therefore, we expect that this study will contribute in time and cost reduction while constructing the internet infrastructures in mountain regions or building the Smart-graves, tumulus, and charnel houses.
