Especially, in-store environment needs to change for the place where consumer experience is stressed for the most as using virtual reality devices with augmented reality technology. Also, the online digital kiosk, and tablet that consumer can order the products through the online channel while shopping in-store Second, the barrier-free in-store environment should be offered in order to increase the consumer convenience. This change will allow consumer communicate with the store environment more effectively. Lastly, brick-and-mortar should extend the physical territory as utilizing the offline's advantage and disadvantage through setting up the digital interactive wall or pop-up store for increasing the opportunity of customer interaction with the store. Moreover, visiting service for the elderly, housewife with the baby, or disabled person will be one of the effective substitute.

The results show that offline luxury brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality have a positive effect on consumers' online satisfaction. Also, offline brand image has a positive effect on online consumer loyalty. The results indicate that there is a significant moderating effect of offline brand trust on the relationship between brand image and e-loyalty. • Online retailers' offline channel expansion is rapidly growing as an important consumer incentive strategy, despite the enormous initial costs of establishing a store. This study focuses on the offline channel operation of online shopping malls, and examines the effects and influencing factors of the channel expansion strategy from a consumer perspective. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten customers in their 20s and 30s who had visited online retailers' stores or purchased products. Major issues were extracted based on the framework of a channel effect mechanism proposed by Cao and Li (2015). Subsequently, it was found that existing online retailers could enhance brand image and perception by expanding their channels to offline stores. It was also emphasized that the consumer trust on the quality of the product in offline stores is a key variable, and it has a significant influence on consumer's continuous purchase and revisit intention. This study showed that borderless channel integration was the most important task when expanding channels of online retailers. So it will be necessary to strive for an omni-channel strategy so that channel integration can be strategically executed and consumers can interact regardless of channels.

  • L&P Cosmetic, the leading company selling mask packs on the global market, produces MEDIHEAL, the number-one best-selling mask pack brand in Korea and the best-selling imported mask pack brand in China (2017). The company pioneered the premium market for mask packs through its launch of premium mask packs in 2009, and has subsequently achieved outstanding success in Korea and China. Three key factors have contributed to the success of L&P Cosmetic: product leadership with R&D capability, strategic marketing programs tailored for each market segment, and operational excellence focusing on strategic outsourcing and partnership management. Nonetheless, globalization beyond the Chinese market remains a major challenge for the potential of L&P Cosmetic. The company has embarked upon a collaboration with BTS, the world's top K-pop stars, as an optimally effective way to achieve its goals and a highly efficient strategy to manage the risks of globalization. The global branding collaboration project with BTS has succeeded in generating primary demand for mask packs on the global market, spreading brand awareness of MEDIHEAL, and establishing global channel networks. L&P Cosmetic will continue to grow worldwide on the basis of this outstanding performance.
