컴포넌트 워크플로우 커스터마이제이션 기법 (A Component Workflow Customization Technique)

  • 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 미리 구현된 블록을 사용하여 소프트웨어 개발 비용과 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 이와 같이 미리 구현된 블록을 컴포넌트(Component)라고 하며 컴포넌트는 실행 단위로 개발자에게 인터페이스만을 제공하여 내부 상세한 부분을 숨기므로 쉽고 빠르게 대형 어플리케이션을 개발할수 있다. 개발자는 완전히 내부를 볼 수 없는 블랙 박스(Black Box) 형태의 컴포넌트를 사용한다. 그러나 개발자들은 개발 도메인의 특성에 맞게 속성 및 워크플로우(Workflow)의 변경을 원하기 때문에 커스터마이즈(Customize)할 수 있는 방법이 있어야 한다. 기존의 커스터마이즈 기법은 컴포넌트의 속성을 변경하는 것에 국한 되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 측면에서 속성 뿐만이 아니라 컴포넌트 내부의 워크플로우도 변경할 수 있는 기법을 제시한다. 기존에 워크플로우를 변경한다는 것은 컴포넌트 내부를 개발자가 이해하고 코드 수준에서 수정해야 하는 화이트 박스(White Box)이지만, 본 논문에서는 워크플로우의 변경을 화이트 박스가 아니라 블랙 박스 형태로 컴포넌트 인터페이스 만을 이용해 커스터마이즈 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 컴포넌트 커스터마이즈 기법은 특정 비즈니스 측면에서 도메인에 종속적인 특성을 가지며 컴포넌트를 좀더 범용적으로 사용할 수 있는 향상된 커스터마이즈 기법을 제시한다.

감잎의 성장시기별 향기성분의 변화 (Changes of Flavor Compounds in Persimmon Leaves(Diospyros kaki folium) during Growth)

  • 감잎의 성장시기별 일반성분과 감잎차의 주요한 품질 특성인 향기성분을 연속수증기증류추출법(SDE) 으로 추출하여 GC-MS에 의하여 분리 동정하여 감잎차를 제조하기 위한 감잎의 최적 채취시기를 조사하였다. 감잎에서의 향기성분은 alcohol류 23종, aldehyde류 18종, ester류 4종, acid류 15종, hydrocarbon류 37종. ketone류 14종, phenol류 6종 및 기타 9종 등 126종의 휘발성 향기성분이 동정되었다. 감잎의 주요 향기성분 중 alcohol류는 linalool. cis-3-hexanal, 1-$\alpha$-terpineol, 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol이며. aldehyde류는 trans-2-hexanal, nonanal. 2-decenal이며 acid류는 hexanoic acid, nonanoic acid, palmitic acid이며, hydrocarbon류는 1.1-dimethylethyl cyclohexane, 1-methyl-4- [ (2 methylpropyl) ] -benzene이며, ketone류는 2-hydroxy-3-propyl-2-cyclopenten-1-one이며, phenol류는 2.6is(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl phenol이었다. 감잎의 향기성분은 감잎이 성장함에 따라 그 종류 및 상대적인 함량이 증가하였으며 6월 중순 이후에는 감소하였고 7월 초순에는 현저한 감소를 나타내었다. 감잎의 성장시기에 따른 유효성분의 함량은 향기성분과 병행하여 조사한 결과 감잎이 성장함에 따라 증가하다가 6월 20일 이후에는 감소하였는데 감잎차의 제조를 위한 채취시기는 유용성분과 향기성분의 상대적인 함량이 높은 6월 중순경이 가장 적합할 것으로 생각된다.

SKL 알고리즘을 이용한 얼굴인식 후보의 점진적 등록 (Sequential Registration of the Face Recognition candidate using SKL Algorithm)

  • 본 논문은 주성분 분석을 이용하는 얼굴인식 시스템에서 인식후보를 점진적으로 등록하기 위한 방법과 절차에 관한 연구이다. 점진적인 주성분 갱신 방법으로 R-SVD알고리즘을 변형한 SKL 알고리즘을 이용한다. SKL 알고리즘을 이용하면 주성분을 이용하는 얼굴 인식의 문제점으로 지적되어 왔던 인식 후보의 점진적 증가에 따른 재학습 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한 이 방법은 밝기 변화에 견고한 객체 트랙킹 분야에도 이용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 얼굴인식 시스템에서 SKL 알고리즘을 이용하여 주성분을 점진적으로 갱신하며 적용하는 절차를 제안하고, 표준 KL 변환에 의하여 주성분을 일괄적으로 계산하는 결과와 얼굴 인식성능을 비교한다. 그리고 SKL 알고리즘에 포함된 망각 인자(forgetting factor)가 얼굴인식 성능에 미치는 효과를 실험적으로 확인한다.

Sequential analysis of cell differentials and $IFN-{\gamma}$ production of splenocytes from mice infected with Toxopluma gondii

  • To assess the relationship between the changes of cellular components and the production of Th 1 cytokine in the immune tissue, inbred C57BL/6 mice were orally infected with 40 cysts of 76K strain of Toxoplosma gondii. The sequential change of cell differentials and $IFN-{\gamma}$ production of splenocytes were analyzed by Diff-Quik stain and RT-PCR. There were no significant proportional changes of cellular components of splenocytes until day 4 postinfection (Pl) as compared to those of day 0, and the relative percentage of macrophages and neutrophils/eosinophils increased significantly (p<0.01) thereafter. The expression of $IFN-{\gamma}$ mRNA of $CD3^{-}$ cells was observed from day 1 Pl at a low level. However, $IFN-{\gamma}$ production of $CD3^{+}$ cells increased significantly from day 4 Pl (p<0.01) which progressively increased thereafter. These findings provide the relative percentages of granulocytes and macrophages were increased in conjunction with increase of total number of splenocytes after oral infection with T. gondii in the susceptible murine hosts, and lymphocytes were the major cellular components and the important source of $IFN-{\gamma}$.

Failure analysis of damaged tungsten monoblock components of upper divertor outer target in EAST fusion device

  • A melting failure of W monoblock components of the upper divertor outer target in EAST occurred during the plasma campaigns in 2019. The failure characters and microstructure evolution of the failed W monoblock have been well investigated on one string (W436 string). Near the strike point region where heat flux density is highest, macroscopic cracks and severe surface damage such as dimensional change, melting and solidification are visible in several W monoblocks. At the same time, debonding, melting and migration of Cu/CuCrZr cooling tube components introduced fatal damage to the structure and function. The heat-induced microstructure evolution in the rest part has been examined via hardness tests and metallography. From the heat flux surface to the cooling tube, hardness increased gradually and the recrystallized grains could be found in the region with the highest temperature, while recrystallization grains also appear in some W monoblocks near the cooling tube area. The detailed microstructure has been investigated by metallography and EBSD. Such cases in EAST provide experiences on the extreme condition of accidental loss of coolant or higher discharge power in future devices.

  • This study the effects of the application of organic farming materials on the soil Physicochemistry property and plant growth, yield and components of Tomato were compared with conventional culture. The results obtained from the experiment are summarized as follows : 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic farming materials, The amounts of pH and O.M. in N, P, K treated plot were few of change, To the contrary, fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot were some increase, Amount of $P_2$$O_{5}$, Ca and K increase in comparison with the N, P, K treated plot. 2. Changes of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot were appeared definite direction. to the contrary, The number of bacteria and actimycetes in fermentation compost and microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot showed the increased tendency, The number of fungi showed the decreased tendency. 3. Effect of organic farming materials application on the growth and yield of tomato was superior in order of microorganisms fermentation compost plot〉 chemical fertilizers plot〉 fermentation compost plot. especially, chicken manure + microorganisms fermentation compost treated plot was the highest. 4. Effect of organic farming materials application on the components of tomato were not different.

Understanding the Concept of User Experience Based on the Extended Concept of Usability

  • Objective: This study presents the conceptual framework and the conceptual model to account for user experience by expanding the existing concepts of usability, in particular considering the user-interface environment in digital convergence. Background: To better understand a variety of users interacting with a converged product based on digital technologies, there seems to be a limit to consider the existing concepts of usability. All possible aspects of user's interaction with a product in a context of use need to be taken into consideration. Method: This study identifies the concept of user experience through a comprehensive literature review. Results: First, this study reviews the existing concepts of usability and user experience. And then this study describes four main components in the conceptual framework of user experience: user's internal states, user's external states, a product, and various outcomes, each of which encompasses distinct sub-components. The conceptual model of user experience accounts for how user's internal states change over time and for how different sub-components affect actual behavior of use. Conclusion: It is expected that these user experience concepts can be used in basic resources to better understand different behavioral characteristics of users and to better design interactive products in converged digital environments.

The Effect on the Friction Forces of Big-End Bearing by the Aerated Lubricant

  • Lineal and angular movements of many engine components make the lubricant absorb air and the aerated lubricant greatly influences the clearance performance of contacting behaviors of engine components such as big-end bearing, cam and tappet, etc. This study investigates the behaviors of aerated lubricant in the gap between con-rod bearing and proceeding which is one of the most frictional energy consuming components in the engine. Our assumption for the analysis of aerated lubricant film is that the film formation is influenced by the two major factors. One is the density characteristics of the lubricant due to the volume change of lubricant by absorbing the bubbles and the other is the viscosity characteristics of the lubricant due to the surface tension of the bubble in the lubricant. In our investigation, it is found that these two major factors surprisingly increase the load capacity in certain ranges of bubble sizes and densities. Frictional forces are also influenced by the aerated bubble size and density, which eventually enlarge the shear resistance due the surface tension, Modified Reynolds' equation is developed for the computation of fluid film pressure with the effects of aeration ratio under the dynamic loading condition. From the calculated load capacity by solving modified Reynolds' equation, proceeding locus is computed with Mobility method at each time step.

오약순기산 발효물의 성분 분석 및 뇌세포 보호 활성 (Neuroprotective Activity of Fermented Oyaksungisan)

  • Korean traditional prescription, Oyaksungisan was usually used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, paralysis. In this study, we compared the contents of five major components, ephedrine HCl, ferulic acid, hesperidin, 6-gingerol, glycyrrhizin and various unknown compounds in Ohyaksungisan (OY) with fermented Ohyaksungisan (FOY) by established HPLC-DAD method. The neuroprotective activity against glutamate-induced cytotoxicity in HT22 cell of OY and FOY was investigated by MTT assay. And anti-oxidative activity of OY and FOY was measured by DPPH radical, hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. After fermentation, contents of five major components and some unknown compounds (1), (2), (3) and (4) were increased in FOY. Also, FOY showed more potent neuroprotective activity. Furthermore, anti-oxidative activity of FOY was increased. In conclusion, the fermentation of OY could change contents various compounds and improved its neuroprotective activity.

CA(controlled atmosphere storage) 및 MA(modified atmosphere storage)저장이 수삼 및 홍삼의 화학적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Controlled Atmosphere and Modified Atmosphere Storage on the Chemical Properties of Fresh and Red Ginseng)

  • In order to stabilize the price of fresh ginseng by extension of seasonal variation and marketing structure, and to reduce the cost of production by works of intensive and short term, studies were carried out. As fresh ginseng of 4 years old by the MA (modified atmosphere storage) and CA (controlled atmosphere storage) was stored for 12 week at 4$^{\circ}C$, samples were collected after every 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks for processing red ginseng. Chemical characteristics on ginseng steamed red for the quality evaluation are summarized as follows. The composition of free sugar was consisted of fructose, glucose, sucrose, and maltose in fresh ginseng. And small change was revealed in free sugar composition during the storage period. Glucose and sucrose were largely increased in both treatments of MA (modified atmosphere storage) and CA (controlled atmosphere storage) after 4 week, wherein maltose was decreased. Fifteen different amino acids were identified, and total amount of histamine and arginine were over 40%. Phenylalanine was slightly decreased. As the volatile components in control red ginseng, six different ones including triisopropyl benzene were detected. B-1 ($CO_2$ : $O_2$ : N2=6 : 4.90, DF-100) of CA and E-1 (CPP, DF-100) of MA did not shown triisopropyl benzene as the volatile components. And ${\gamma}$-muurolene, guaiaene, and beta-patchoulene were reduced, but the other components showed the trend of increase.
