Purpose: As Thailand endeavors to solidify its position in the global supply chain, unraveling the determinants of innovation and performance becomes imperative for sustained competitiveness. This research delves into the multifaceted landscape of logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand, aiming to identify and understand the key factors that significantly influence innovation and organizational performance in this dynamic sector. Research design, data, and methodology: A questionnaire is developed to survey to 400 employees who have at least one-year experience in selected ten logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. The sampling techniques involved judgmental, convenience and snowball sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were employed to assess and validate the model's adequacy and to conduct hypothesis testing. Results: The findings reveal that ICT use significantly influenced entrepreneurial orientation and innovation but has no significant influence on organizational performance. Additionally, innovation was significantly influenced by collective entrepreneurship but not by entrepreneurial orientation. Finally, innovation significantly influenced organizational performance. Conclusions: The study concludes with actionable insights for logistics and supply chain organizations in Thailand. This research serves as a valuable resource for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to advance the understanding of organizational dynamics in this critical industry.

본 연구는 글로벌 시장 진출 기업을 대상으로 스마트물류플랫폼 활용의 성과를 분석하였다. 기존 연구를 기반으로 스마트물류플랫폼 활용, 공급사슬지향성, 물류서비스 네트워크 관련 문헌을 분석하였다. 해당 요인을 중심으로 공급사슬지향성에서 해외시장 성과에 이르는 경로를 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 경로모형에 따라 매개효과 검증을 포함하여 9개의 가설을 설정하였다. 전체 175개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행한 후 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 공급사슬지향성은 스마트물류플랫폼 활용과 물류서비스 네트워크에 긍정적 영향을 보였으나 해외시장 성과에는 직접적 영향이 없었다. 스마트물류플랫폼 활용은 물류서비스 네트워크와 해외시장 성과에 모두 긍정적 영향을 나타냈으나, 물류서비스 네트워크는 해외시장 성과에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 더불어 스마트물류플랫폼 활용은 공급사슬지향성과 물류서비스 네트워크 사이에 긍정적 매개요인임을 확인하였다.

To elucidate the liquid crystal(LC) molecules alignment mechanism, it is important to determine the molecular orientation of the rubbed polymer surface molecules that directly contact with LC molecules. In this work, the molecular orientation on a rubbed surface of polyimide (SE-3310, Nissan) film has been studied by polarized FTIR absorption spectroscopy. It has been found that molecular chain on the rubbed surface of polymide film are oriented along the rubbing direction and are tilted up on an average by 5.0$^{\circ}$. In the SHG(Second Harmonic Generation) measurement, the pretilt angle of molecular chain on the poylmide fim was 4.6$^{\circ}$ fro, the surface plane. And the pedit angle of liquid crystal (ZLI-2293, Merck) molecules measured by crystal rotation method was 5.4$^{\circ}$in the same rubbing condition.

본 연구는 국내 수출 중소 제조기업의 공급사슬지향성과 공급사슬 성과 그리고 수출성과의 관계를 통합적 모형으로 구축하였다. 공급사슬지향성에서 수출성과에 이르는 경로에서 구조적 공급사슬지향성의 매개효과와 고객중심 공급사슬 성과의 매개효과를 포함한 12개의 가설을 212개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 전략적 공급사슬지향성은 구조적 공급사슬지향성과 운영중심 공급사슬 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 구조적 공급사슬지향성은 고객중심과 운영중심 공급사슬 성과에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 운영중심 공급사슬 성과는 또한 수출성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 매개효과 분석에서는 구조적 공급사슬지향성이 전략적 공급사슬지향성과 고객중심 공급사슬 성과에 완전매개를 보였다. 더불어 운영중심 공급사슬 성과에는 부분매개 효과가 있었다. 운영중심 공급사슬 성과는 구조적 공급사슬지향성과 고객중심 공급사슬성과에 완전매개 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 구조적 공급사슬지향성의 역할을 탐구한 점에서 이론적 시사점을 제시하였다. 실무적 측면에서는 수출기업의 운영중심 공급사슬 성과 관리의 중요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다. 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 더불어 연구한계와 앞으로 연구방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 물류서비스 품질과 파트너십의 장기지향성을 높이는데 수송의 역할이 중요하게 작용하고 있음을 검증하고 있다. 문헌고찰을 통해 도출한 수송의 역할 차원은 정보공유, 위험과 보상의 공유, 성과향상 노력 및 장기결속이다. 분석견과 이러한 수송의 역할 차원들은 물류서비스 품질 향상에 기영하고 있으며 유연성, 적시성, 상호작용성의 물류서비스 품질의 향상으로 인해 수송업자와의 파트너십을 장기적으로 유지하고자 하는 장기지향성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 공급사슬 내의 수송업자의 역할에 대한 심층적인 분석결과를 통해 볼 때, 향후 공급사슬 내의 파트너십에서 실질적인 수송의 기능을 적으로 고려해야 한다.

러빙한 고분자 필름이 액정 분자와 증착된 분자의 배향을 유도하는 메커니즘을 이해하고자 $\pi$ 전자들의 공액구조가 주사슬과 곁사슬에 각각 있는 polyimide와 polyyinylcinnamate를 사용하여 필름과 LC 셀을 만들어 편광 UV/Vis 분광실험으로 조사하였다. 러빙한 필름 내에 형성되는 이방성, LC 셀의 액정 방향자, 그리고 종착된 pentacene의 배열방향을 측정하여, 액정배향은 microgroove 영향보다는 분자간 상호작용에 의하여 우선적으로 유도되는 반면에 pentacene 증착의 경우에는 러빙에 의하여 형성된 필름 표면의 microgroove 영향으로 배향이 유도되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Since companies are increasingly aware of the importance of upstream and downstream organizations to their performance, companies' leaders would also like to influence operations with supply chain partners. This paper aims to study the SCM performance and the influencing factors, that is Buyer's leadership and Vendor's relationship-orientation. Also, I try to examine the mediating effect of relationship-orientation between leadership and SCM performance. The results of this study can be summarized as follow; (1) The charismatic trait and individual consideration in transformational leadership factors, and contingent reward in transactional leadership factors positively effected to the relational-orientation. But intellectual stimulation and management-by-exception did not effected to relational-orientation. (2) Only contingent reward in transactional leadership factors was significantly related to the SCM performance. (3) Relational-orientation mediated between SCM leadership and SCM performance.

본 연구에서는 기업 경쟁력의 제고를 통하여 최적화된 경영환경을 조성하고, 기업의 효율성을 높이는데 필요한 혁신 수단인 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량의 활용 방향성과 전략을 찾을 수 있는 방안들에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 시장과 기술은 전략적 방향과 문화로 기업이 보유한 정형화된 동적역량에 맞추고, 프로세스에는 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량과 관련된 기술을 반영하여 활용할 때에 보다 높은 기업성과를 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 동적역량이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 시장지향성과 기술지향성은 동적역량에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 동적역량은 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 동적역량은 시장지향성, 기술지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 동적역량의 매개효과로 기업의 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증 분석되었다.

이 연구의 목적은 카본블랙이 충전된 천연고무에서 비 등방성 발생에 영향을 주는 인자를 조사하기 위함이다. 고분자 사슬의 방향성은 인장특성에 영향을 준다. Pre-strained 방향의 parallel 시편은 등방성 혹은 perpendicular 시편에 비하여 낮은 인장영역에서 낮은 강도를 보이지만 높은 신장영역에서 높은 강도를 보인다. 고 인장 영역에서 parallel한 천연고무 시편은 비결정성인 SBR에 비하여 높은 강도를 보여주고 있다. 이것은 parallel 시편의 방향성에 영향을 받는 것으로, 시편의 방향성은 2차 인장시 결정화를 위한 핵으로 작용하여 결정화도를 증가시키는 것으로 보인다.
