The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of undergraduates of the college of education on the importance of certification areas and factors suggested by the certification system at each department level as well as the college as a whole, in order to come up with measures for further improvement. The specific objectives of this study are first, verifying different perception on the importance of certification areas and factor per department, second, verifying different perception on the importance of certification areas and factor per grade. The population of this study is undergraduates of the college of education at A University, and the survey on the different perception on the importance was conducted on 758 students of 10 departments. Total 800 copies of survey were distributed, and 299 copies or 37.3% were retrieved. First, it was found that undergraduates of the college of education at A University highly recognize the necessity of a new system to produce excellent teachers. when it comes to different department, in the area of teaching personalities, there is difference in the importance of teaching aptitude test and completion of social intelligence development program. In the area of teaching expertise, there is different perception in the importance of completion of curriculum education subjects per major, completion of curriculum contents per major, and participation in teaching demonstration contest. In the area of student guidance expertise, there is difference by department in completion of creative character development related education programs and "teaching practice" course. In the area of communication skills in the information society, minimum score requirement for a second foreign language is considered less important than others. Second, as for grade, freshmen highly recognize the importance of validity of teaching training course, integrity of the course, validity of the teaching training course in producing excellent teachers, graduates' job performing ability development as a teacher, appropriacy of curriculum of the college of education in producing excellent teachers, compared to other grades. In particular, seniors consider the necessity of a new system to produce excellent teachers the most.

Recently IT infrastructure plays a central role in the base of the society. However, use of personal registration number on internet sites has become a major factor increasing danger of leaking of personal information. Currently, the government is recommending various information protection services in order to prevent the collection of personal registration numbers and leaking of personal information on the internet. Among them, i-PIN service is the one recommended for minimal use of personal registration numbers on the internet. Although i-PIN can be used as a way to substitute personal registration numbers on the internet, there are certain limitations in using i-PIN as the only key to recognize individuals. This study proposes organization of web system in which self certification can be conducted using i-PIN as a tool for personal certification. Also its usability and stability have been verified through performance test when i-PIN service is linked with web service and used as personal certificate. But i-PIN service is unavailable if obstacles occur in providers of i-PIN self certification. To settle this inconvenience, the study also proposes how to cope with such obstacles.

Cyber attacks are an important factor that determines the victory and defeat of Network-centric wars in which advanced weapon systems are highly interlinked. In addition the increasing dependability on software as its develop as the latest fighter is demanding enhanced security measures for fighter software to Cyber attacks. In this paper, we apply the DO-326A, which is an airworthiness security certification standard, to design a risk-based security threat assessment process by reflecting characteristics and operational environment of fighter aircraft. To do this, we add the following steps in security threat assessment stage of DO-326A's airworthiness security certification process. First, we derive security threats of fighter. And then, we scored the security threat in terms of possibility and impact on the fighter. Finally, we determine the security risk severity.

Generally, in construction sites, the pipe support installation workers often use support pins of 9~10 mm which are much smaller than the safety standard sizes for work convenience. Although the safety certification standard thickness of the support pins is 11 mm, and the supervisors are often indifferent to this. Hence, products with far lower performance than the pipe support safety certification value of 40,000 N, which is applied in the supporting post-structural review, are used. Accordingly, this acts as a factor causing collapse accidents in the process of pouring concrete at the construction site. Therefore, this study performed compression experiments on new and reused pipe supports to determine how the thickness of the support pins affects the structural compression performance of the pipe support by considering the thickness of the support pins as a critical variable among various factors affecting the pipe support performance. In the course of the study, the compression test of the pipe support (V2, V4) for the new products showed that only 14 (58.3%) of the total 24 samples satisfied the safety certification standard value of 40,000 N, which indicates that more thorough quality control is required in the manufacturing process. Additionally, comparing the thickness of the support pins and their fracture shape shows that the pipes with support length of 4.0 m or longer are much more affected by the buckling of the entire length than the thickness of the support pins. Of the several factors affecting the performance of reused pipe supports, it was found that, similar to the new products, the use of support pins, with thickness of 12 mm rather than 11 mm, can satisfy the safety certification value more appropriately. Therefore, regardless of the state of usage, it could be concluded that it is necessary to use 12 mm products, whose thickness is larger than that of the safety certification standard value of 11 mm, to improve the performance of the pipe supports.

This study investigates the factors influencing nurses' turnover intentions after evaluation for certification at geriatric hospitals. Focus is centered on job stress and burnout. The study was approved by the KUIRB. Data were collected from April 1 to August 31, 2015, and analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 software. The participants were 205 nurses recruited from 15 long-term care hospitals in metropolitan city B in province G. The average scores for job stress, burnout, and turnover intention were 3.83, 2.92, and 3.12, respectively (range: 1-5). Nurses' turnover intention had positive relationships with job stress (r=.356, p<.001) and burnout (r=.729, p<.001). The major factor influencing turnover intention was burnout (${\beta}=.729$), which explained 53% of the intention. In conclusion, intervention programs should be developed to reduce burnout, the key influencing factor, for decreasing nurses' turnover intention.

This study aims at analyzing the influences of Certification of Green Logistics Company on performance and suggesting the implications. Based on previous studies which were related to certificate system of green logistics company and logistics performance, this study established research model and hypothesis, and surveyed the employees who worked in the field of logistics. To analyze the data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were applied. The results are as follows. The object management of green logistics gives significantly positive effect to logistics performance and environment performance. The measurement of logistics energy and green gas give meaningful positive effect to logistics performance, environment performance and resource performance. The conversion of green logistics does not give significantly positive effect to any performances. And the effect management of green logistics has significant influence on firm performance.

In the past few years, data leakage of information assets has become a prominent social issue. According to the National Industrial Security Center in South Korea, 71 percent who suffer from technology leakage are small and medium sized enterprises. Hence, establishment and operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System) for small and medium sized enterprises become an important issue. Since it is not easy to obtain ISMS certification for a small or medium sized enterprise by itself, consultation with an expert firm in information security is necessary before the security implementation. However, how to select a proper security consulting company for a small or medium sized firm has not been studied yet. In this study, we analyze empirically the selection factors of ISMS certification consulting company for a small or medium sized firm through exploratory factor analysis (EFA). Our study identified the following four important factors in selecting a security consulting company: expertise of the staffs and human resource management proficiency, market leading capability, competence to make progress during the consultation, and the performance and the size of the physical assets and human resources.

This paper is an exploratory study on the success factors of Defence Quality Management System (DQMS) which is the certification system granted by the military for improving the quality of munitions. DQMS is established by adding military requirements to the ISO standard, thus, we especially focus on the additional requirements to figure out success key factors of DQMS certification. The 51 additional requirements of Korean Defense Specification (KDS) are empirically investigated from 67 companies that acquired DQMS certification. Firstly, we conduct an independent t-tests on 51 additional requirements of KDS 0050-900-3 to determine if there is a difference between an easily certified company and a hard-to-certify company, and obtain 8 requirements such as 'Internal propagation of performance', 'Preparation of documented work instructions', 'Work instructions in the workplace', 'Documentation of equipment management', 'Inventory management', 'Packaging and identification', 'Guarantee of access to internal audit result for customers', 'Notification to the customer for improper product.' Secondly, we carry out an factor analysis to the 51 additional requirements for classification, and figure out that 4 requirements among the 8 requirements above mentioned are grouped together in the same factor. The 4 requirements are 'Preparation of documented work instructions', 'Work instructions in the workplace', 'Packaging and identification', and 'Guarantee of access to internal audit result for customers.' The result of this paper will provide useful information to the company preparing for DQMS.

Recently, there are effects such as commercial investment and introducing new technology by introducing a BTL project. As a result, School's conditions are getting better and Numbers of certified schools are increasing, because the Green Building Certification Criteria was created in 2002 and expanded to schools in March, 2005. But the certificated schools just get the minimum score for certificate level 'good' about 65 points and there is no certificated school level 'very good'. The users of school stay in long time in the facility cause of the unique function of school. It means Indoor Environment Quality Criterion of the school is very important than any other criteria. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the indoor environment factor for the plan of the certificated school by green building rating systems. And this study also wants make the basement of a substantial technical application and development of the criteria in the plan for sustainable green school.
