Most of all countries have a governmental system for regulating the certification of nursing. In Korea, certification of advanced practice nurse(APN) is statuary regulation under supervision of government. In this article, the writers discuss the legal characters and effects of certification and regulatory body for certification and suggest the new regulatory system. The advanced practitioner may be recognize "new" health provider in the future. The nursing specialist have right to use title and practice expanded role. It's different things with physicians certification. The regulatory body is important because certification protected the title and empower APN authorize of expanded role. The certification of nursing is closely connected with public interest. The Korea government delegate power of national examination to private institute. To improve utility and publicity of certification system, we suggest that statutory empower the certification authority to public institute which composed with nursing professionals.

For the sustainable development, companies are making a lot of efforts such as activities of sales increase and cost reduction. Among these, efforts to use limited resources efficiently and effectively is still being made steadily. And many methods for management innovation are being introduced and used. However there were partial or temporary effects only. So there are not enough to achieve operations performance to cover the entire system. Therefore, in order to maximize performance or to improve sustainability across the companies, it is necessary to rebuild the existing system with process perspective not with existing functional perspective. This study was performed to achieve the objective that is operation performance improvement of certification body. So literature review was researched and analyed about the process innovation and the process approach. And basic model which is compatible with ISO/IEC 17021 requirement for the certification body was established in this study. Based on this model, one of the certification body was selected and operation system for this organization was established, documented and implemented through the process approach method. In the result, operations performance of certification body on the side of efficiency and effectiveness is analyzed and the effect of reconstruction of system on operations performance was figured out

This research conducts a comparative analysis of the perceived importance of advancing zero energy building certification from the viewpoints of two major stakeholders - designers and building energy assessors. Both groups prioritized the importance of policy, technology, education, incentives, and promotion respectively. For designers, enhancing energy efficiency standards, developing a skilled energy workforce, and implementing an office registration system emerged as critical factors in invigorating the certification process. The findings suggest potential avenues for the government to formulate realistic strategies for boosting the certification activity.

The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

Recently reliability Improvement and certification are considered as important issues by world-wide leading and highly qualified companies in advanced countries. In Korea, from a few years ago, the policy for reliability certification newly has been driven to improve product competitiveness in part and material industry. As yet the reliability certification is local and domestic, it is necessary to develop local certification system to global certification system. Reliability certification system is composed of accreditation body, testing laboratory and reliability assurance. In this paper, we review the reliability certification system and its application in Korea and the current research trends in advanced countries. Finally we propose some suggestions for the eliability certification system to be an international standard.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a systematic implementation of safety management for adult's foods through recommendations and guidelines for nutrition and hygiene standards for food quality certification system preferred by adults. To achieve this goal, the study studied the current status of adult preferred foods sold near the university, elicited the risks and problems of such foods, and selected nutritional and hygiene risk factors from those foods. To provide quality certification standards and guidelines for adult food preferences, this study looked at practical examples of relevant domestic and international policies and standards. The nutritional standards for food quality certification for sugars, fats, sodium, additive microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria, which are nutrients that can impair health when consumed in large quantities, and dietary standards limited to less than 100 kcal per serving were studied. One excessive amount of caffeine is reported to cause loss of calcium and potassium in the body, suggesting that if an adult is continuously exposed to high concentrations of caffeine, it could lead to imbalance in the resolution in the body and be flavored by growth and foot moon. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare an individual banner based on feasible food types, which is coordinated with the nutritional aspects that fit the purpose of presenting right amount, safe food through the quality certification system for adult's favorite foods and practical aspects that can induce companies' response and voluntary impacting efforts.

Recently, it is becoming the big issue internationally where the safety problem of the industrial product including the foodstuffs. The way is able to construct the trust of the consumer that the external specialized agency independently operating confirms what production process of the product keep a standard or a technical regulation. This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, 'certification' in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called 'self-control.' I present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

Certification system was recently proposed in Korea to guarantee variable revetment construction methods as well as revetment materials in the progress of investigation of hydraulic characteristics from the real scale test. In this study, the elements required for the revetment construction certification system from existing certification system or ISO were drawn and the introduction of newly suggested certification system results in minimization of trial and error by suggesting the direction of the certification system. The results can be summarized as follows: First, composition of revetment construction certification system follows conformity assessment activity suggested by ISO. Second, certification body must build product certification system as temporary legal certification system in the division of certification system. Thrid, standard for product certification must be prepared with reliable criteria. Forth, legal basis must be supported with opinions of the persons concerned for certification system.

Purpose: The study was done to develop the model of regulatory body of advanced practice registered nurse. Method: This was a descriptive study adopted a method of comparison and construction of laws. Result: The type of partnership of government and people were privatization, negotiated rule-making, standard-setting authority, self-regulation. The pattern of partnership were applied to the regulatory body's role; administration of certification and examination, setting standards for nursing education programs and approval nursing programs. The regulatory body of advanced practice registered nurse was organized according to it's role. Conclusions: It is needed to proceed to self-regulation step by step.

The purpose of this study is the necessity of collaboration, equilibrium or the differences of examination items about certification system which is focused on products, such as KS, formal approval, and ISO 9000 family, QS 9000, etc, for Quality management system. We make expert group control this problem. Also we make examination items to be united. And the differences of certification body and personnel necessary is dissolved by proper instruction. Examination process and corrective maintenance should be improved by clarity, fairness and reliability. Problems through preparation for certification and certified company should be focused on reform of consciousness of top management and continuous instruction. And desirable solution for mutual certification problem and others should be found by information interchange system of international cooperation.
