  • In this paper, we introduce the status of certificate test on crystalline silicon photovoltaic, module in Korea. Up to 5. 2009, about 200 models have passed certificate test under KS C IEC61215 standard. Most products are from Korea, Japan, China. And some are from USA, German and Taiwan. A few environmental test items' results and standard test methods will be discussed. The detail discussion will be shown in the following paper.

  • 인증서 상태 검증 메커니즘은 공개키 기반 구조 인증 시스템의 중요한 요소이다. 현재 가장 보편적인 메커니즘은 인증서 폐지 목록을 이용하는 기법과 실시간 인증서 상태 프로토콜을 이용하는 기법이 있다. 하지만 인증서 폐지 목록을 이용하는 기법은 인증서 배포의 주기적 특성으로 인해 인증서 상태의 대한 실시간성을 보장 할 수 없으며, 실시간 인증서 상태 프로토콜을 이용하는 기법은 검증자가 검증을 요청할 때마다 중앙에 위치한 서버를 이용함으로서 서버 집중화가 발생한다. 또한 매 거래시 대량의 정보를 전송해야 하기 때문에 네트워크 과부화로 인한 인증서 상태 검증에 소요되는 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 신원정보 해쉬값을 이용하여 검증을 요청하고 인증기관과 서비스제공자가 보유하고 있는 사용자 신원정보를 통해 검증을 수행함으로써 실시간 인증서 상태 프로토콜과 같은 실시간을 보장하고 통신부하를 감소시킨다. 이에 대한 결과로 인증서 상태 검증 수행 시간을 향상 시키는 서명자 신원정보 해쉬값을 이용한 실시간 인증서 상태 검증 메커니즘을 제안한다. 또한, 실험을 통하여 기존 인증서 상태 목록 기법과 온라인 인증서 상태 프로토콜 기법에 비해 인증서 상태 검증 속도가 항상됨을 확인하였다.

  • 최근 COVID-19 팬데믹으로 인하여 많은 국가에서 감염병 예방 디지털 증명서를 위한 시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있지만, 이에 대한 국제표준이 없어 국가 간 호환성 있는 증명서 사용의 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 QR 코드 방식의 증명서 제출과 무선 근거리 통신 방식의 증명서 제출 방식을 비교하고 보다 개선된 무선 근거리 통신 방식의 디지털 증명서 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 분산ID 기반의 증명서 검증 정보를 블록체인에 저장하여 국가별로 상이한 증명서의 상호 운용 체계를 구축하는 감염병 예방 디지털 증명서 시스템이다. 블록체인 기반의 신뢰앵커는 증명서 위·변조 문제를 해결하고 증명서 발행자와 제출자의 신원을 보증하여 보안성을 향상 시킬 것이다. 아울러 제안 시스템은 한 번의 증명서 제출로 다수 증명서(백신 접종증명서, 회복증명서, 검사 증명서, 신분증 등)를 일괄 검증토록 하여 이용자 편의성을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

GLP 시험에서의 시험물질 특성파악 (Characterization of Test Substance in the GLP)

  • The GLP contains specific language concerning characterization of the test, control and reference substances used in toxicity studies. This paper will describe and discuss what types of documents are required to support test/reference substance characterization under GLP system. The purpose of this article is to present an overview of data needed in the characterization package that will adequately define the substance. Most sponsors use a certificate of analysis (COA) to communicate the test sub-stance characterization status information to the contracting research organizations. The COA should provide the test $material^{\circ}{\phi}s$ characterization results, substance storage requirements, expiration dates, verification of the collection of the retention sample, archival location of the data to support the characterization and GLP compliance status of the characterization.

이러닝 품질관리사의 자격 검정 체제 개발 (Development of an Examination System for a e-Learning Quality Manager's Certificate)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an examination system for an e-learning quality manager's certificate which is composed of subjects, criteria, method of examination. The task model of e-learning quality manager was modify and task/knowledge/skill matrix was developed to design the examination system through conferences of DACUM committee and an advisory committee. And a survey was carry out to analyze validity of contents of the examination system. The major findings were as the follow: First, occupational specification, job specification, task specification and task/knowledge/skill matrix were developed. Second, examination subjects were developed based on task/knowledge/skill matrix, which were "Basis of e-Learning and plan of service", "Expulsion and management of e-learning infrastructure", "Development of e-learning contents", "Operation and evaluation of e-learning service". Third, the criteria and methods of examination for an e-learning quality manager's certificate were developed, which is composed of test type, the sum of test items, test time and acceptable standards.

스포츠조종사 자격증명의 국내 적용에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Legal Application for Sport Pilot Certificate in Korea)

  • In september 2004, a new pilot certificate scheme referred to as Sport Pilot Certificate was declared official and standardized in the US. The designation of Light-sport aircraft and the details of the relevant pilot certificate policy was announced out of the perception that a new regulation is required to be applied whereby the limitations on the manufacturing process enhancements and current aviation rules are considered the triggering factors. US Federal Aviation Regulation retains a comprehensive range of airworthiness certificates and aircrafts are managed systematically in accordance with FAR 21, 103. The airworthiness are further segregated into sub categories, which allows differentiated management. Korean Aviation Law classify aircraft into five different categories and powered air vehicle that weighs more than 150kg(19liters fuel capacity) for one seat, 225kg for two seats(38liters fuel capacity) while the systems that fall under a specific mass threshold level are known as ultralight vehicle. The research discusses the policy of the sport pilot certificate and the light-sport aircraft ratings announced official by the Federal Aviation Administration in an intuitive fashion with the analysis of the operations providing the evidence as to the viability of adopting the policy in local grounds. Based on the findings, the report discusses the case for introducing the light-sport aircraft and make recommendation on a strategy of applying the policy in Korea with respect to the pilot certificates, safety agenda, and the written test for the pilot certificate, and operating efficiency.

  • In this paper, The impulse un-tripping characteristics and the electro magnetic compatibility characteristics are compared with each other. The performance of impulse un-tripping test exists at domestic standard (KSC 4613). However test items are insufficient because the more test items such as EMC exist at international standard (IEC). Also, Electric Appliances Safety Certificate has taken the certificate test since July 2004 in Korea but did not confirm the EMC performance for RCCBs made in Korea. Thus, in this paper, We experiment with Oscillatory waves immunity test and the 7 EMC tests for 32 RCCBs of 4 types (mini, home standard, plug, outlet) for 16 brands according to IEC standard 61009-1 and 61008-1. As a result, 24 RCCBs proved to be poor for surge immunity test. However the RCCBs operating incorrectly for surge immunity test operate correctly for oscillatory waves immunity test. Thus, the correlation between oscillatory waves immunity test and EMC test is little and standard for compatibility of combination surge at IEC 61000-4-5 should be added to KS standard as soon as possible.

대형디젤엔진 배출가스 저감을 위한 DPF의 재생특성 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of DPF for Heavy-duty Diesel Engine on Pollutant Emission Reduction)

  • The combustion purpose of diesel engine is to reduce the emission of green gas and to produce high output. Generally, the regulation matter of emission gas is largely diveded by 'THC', 'NOx', 'CO' and 'PM'. Among those matters, the most problem is to disgorge into 'PM', the character of diesel combustion. Diesel PM can be controlled using Diesel Particulate Filter, which can effectively reduce the level of soot emissions to ambient background levels. $NO_2$ generated by the DOC is used to combust the carbon collected in the DPF at low temperature. To certificate DPF device that is suitable to domestic circumstances, it is necessary to exactly evaluate the DPF devices according to the regulation of DPF certificate test procedure fur retrofit. To do carry out the above-mentioned description the understanding of that regulation like the standard of PM reduction is needed. In this study the test procedure including test cycle and BPT test condition was examined, and also the test result for specific DPF was analyzed. In every test like field test, PM reduction efficiency test and Seoul-10 mode test, no defect was showed.

  • Diesel PM can be controlled using Diesel Particulate Filter, which can effectively reduce the level of soot emissions to ambient background levels. In the Heavy Duty Diesel area, the Continuously Regeneration trap has been widely applied in the retrofit market. As the Special act for the improvement of air quality in the capital area, the retrofit program for DPF to used diesel vehicle has progressed favorably and there are currently over 1,000 of these DPF in use in retrofit applications in korea. These DPF comprise a specially formulated Diesel Oxidation Catalyst upstream of a DPF. The $NO_2$ generated by the DOC is used to combust the carbon collected in the DPF at low temperature. To certificate DPF device that is suitable to domestic circumstances, it is necessary to evaluate exactly the DPF devices according to the regulation of DPF certificate test procedure for retrofit(ministry of environment(MOE) announcement NO. 2005-16). To do so the understand of that regulation like the standard of PM reduction rate is needed. In this study the test procedure including test cycle and BPT test condition was examined and also the test result for specific DPF was analyzed. In every test like field test, PM reduction efficiency test and seoul-10 mode test, no defect could be showed.
