There are many accident causes related to even an accident. As well four(4) stepped causes of one accident at construction sites are analyzed in the study. First, eleven(11) cause factors are set up at each step such as policy level, management, indirect, direct level which are discussed and determined by field experts with 15year experience or more. Therefore, one direct cause occurred in construction site can be connected to the previous cause than in direct and management, and policy problem of previous management. These questionnaires results are analyzed with three different methods such as weighing level by Delphi technique, correlation analysis, critical pass method. Three different methods show their characteristic to see which subcontract work is more dangerous or not. Subcontract or at a construction site can be use the above three different cases as they need at their site in order to make more effective countermeasures.

This research was started in order to recognize the necessity of systematic and scientific approach to sinkholes, and to imply from an empirical point of view that a detailed evaluation method and measure for technique should be devised. As the result drew the risk factors that cause sinkholes by reflecting the opinions of water resources and ground experts, this research is expected to contribute to the development of a more systematic and pre-preventive evaluation index by preparing a countermeasure against sinkholes. In the future, it is necessary to develop an evaluation index toward the risk factors of sinkholes, in order to establish a scientific basis and objectivity that can determine priority, by subdividing the decision-making process that is required for preparing a countermeasure against sinkholes. In addition, a detailed methodology and related technique to measure each evaluation index should be continued to be discussed, in order to review the applicability of evaluation indices on actual sites.

This study attempted to find individual reasons for inducing cybercrime. The survey was conducted targeting investigators and security experts on 11 types of cybercrime. There are 16 internal factors that cause crime and classified according to Maslow's 5 steps. As a result of the survey on a total of 176 items, the credibility of the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was 0.925. The result of the factor analysis is as follows. Factor analysis results are maslow phase 1 physiological desire is commercial, sykes. Phase 2 safety desires are not punishable and crowd. The three-stage social desire is impulsiveness, indifference, etc. The fourth stage of respect is anonymity and honor. The desire for self-reality in stage 5 has been reduced to indesity, a loss of moderation, morality, and media effects. In conclusion, the physiological desire, the desire for respect for the crime of infringing on the information and communication network, the desire for menstruation, the desire for self-realization for the crime of using information and communication networks, the desire for self-actualization for the crime of illegal content. It was in the order of desire.
