직류 서보 전동기 센서리스 속도제어를 위한 뉴로-퍼지 관측기 설계 (Design of a Neuro-Fuzzy Observer for Speed-Sensorless Control of DC Servo Motor)

  • This paper deals with speed-sensorless control of DC servo motor using Neuro-Fuzzy Observer. DC servo motor has very low rotor inertia and excellent response characteristic and it is very useful to control torque and speed. It is easy to detect the voltage and current and resolver or encoder is used to measure a rotor speed. But it has a limit as a driving speed to detect speed precisely. So it is problem to improve the performance of the driving system. To solve this problem, it is studied to detect a speed of DC servo motor without sensor. In particular, study on the method to estimate the speed using the observer is performed a lot. In this paper, the gain of the observer is properly set up using the Neuro-Fuzzy control and Neuro-Fuzzy Observer that have a superior transient characteristic and is easy to implement compared the existing method is designed. It calculates the differentiation of the rotor current directly using the rotor current measured in the DC servo motor and estimates the speed of the rotor using the differentiation. Proposed speed sensorless control method is performed using the estimated speed. Also, it is proved feasibility of the proposed observer from the comparison tested a case with a speed sensor and a case without a speed sensor which used a highly efficient drive and 200[w] DC servo motor starting system.

  • This Paper deals with speed control of DC servo motor using a Fuzzy-Sliding observer. Speed sensor detect a speed of rotor continuously. But It have a limit as a driving speed to detect speed precisely. It estimate the derivative of the armature current directly using the armature current measured in the DC motor. It estimate the speed of the rotor using the differentiation. It is Proposed speed sensor less control method using the estimated speed. Optimal gain of Luenberger observer is set up using the fuzzy control and adapted speed control of DC servo motor. It is proved excellence and feasibility of the presented observer from the comparison tested a case with a speed sensor and a case without a speed sensor which used a highly efficient drive and 200W DC servo motor start ing system.

  • Passive suspensions with fixed design constants are very restrictive in the inherent suspension problem, the trade-off between the ride quality and the suspension travel. Active suspensions are used to solve some drawbacks of passive suspensions. In this paper, we propose a controller design for vehicle active suspensions considering variable driving conditions. Our controller estimates the current driving conditions by detecting the road frequencies gotten from Fourier Transform and decides which factor must be emphasized between the ride quality and the suspension travel. In one case of focusing on the ride quality, we use the skyhook control law and in the other case of focusing on the suspension travel, the double skyhook control law is used. The control law modified by various road situations outputs the reference force value the electro-hydraulic actuator in active suspension system must generate. To track the reference force, we adopt the sliding control law which is very useful in controlling the nonlinear system like the electro-hydraulic actuator.

클린룸 제조공정에서 수율개선을 위한 입자오염제어 방법 (Method of Particle Contamination Control for Yield Enhancement in the Cleanroom)

  • The practical studies on the method of particle contamination control for yield enhancement in the cleanroom were carried out. The method of the contamination control was proposed, which are composed of data collection, data analysis, improvement action, verification, and implement control. The partition check method and the composition analysis for data collection and data analysis were respectively used in the main board and the cellular phone module production lines. And these methods were evaluated by the variation of yield loss between before and after improvement action. In case that the partition check method was applied, the critical process step was selected and yield loss reduction through improvement actions was observed. While in case that the composition analysis was applied, the critical sources were selected and yield loss reduction through improvement actions was also investigated. From these results, it is concluded that the partition check and the composition analysis are effective solutions for particle contamination control in the cleanroom production lines.

  • In this paper, the case studies of reducing rotational errors is theoretically done for a grinding spindle with an active magnetic bearing system. The rotational errors acting on the magnetic bearing spindle are due to mass unbalance of rotor, runout, grinding excitation and unmodeled nonlinear dynamics of electromagnets. For the most case, the electrical runout of sensor target is big even in well finished surface, this runout can cause a rotation error amplified by feedback control system. The adaptiveed forward method based on LMS algorithm is discussed to compensate this kind of runout effects, and investigated its effectiveness by numerical simulation and experimental analysis. The electrical runout form the rear sensor target of grind spindle is about 70$\mu\textrm{m}$ with harmonic frequencies. The rotor orbit size in rear bearing is reduced about to 5$\mu\textrm{m}$ due to 1X and 2X rejection by feedforward control.

Gum류를 첨가한 우육 Patty의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Beef Patty Containing Gums)

  • In order to investigate the possibility of low fat meat products, beef patties were prepared with gumssuch as carrageenan, methyl cellulose, and xanthan gum. The quality characteristics of beef patties were examined. Moisture contents of raw and cooked patties of control were lower than those of patties containing gums. and fat content was higher than those of containing gums. There was no significant difference in the protein contents of patties. In case of L-value(lightness) of raw patty, the control was higher than those patties containing gums. a- ( redness) and b-value(yellowness) among patties were not significantly different. Cooking yield, fat retention, and water holding capacity of beef patties containing gums were higher than control beef patty, but salt soluble protein and gel strength were not significantly different. Significant difference did not exist among beef patties in hardness, but the chewiness and gumminess of patties containing gums were higher than control. In case of sensory evaluation, there was no significant difference among patties in aroma and palatability. Texture of control was higher than patties containing gums, and juiciness of control was higher than patties containing carrageenan.

  • In the case of designing autonomous robot architecture using deliberative and reactive control methods, we can use mixed hybrid form as well as purely reactive scheme or purely deliberative scheme respectively according to its own goal and environment within the robot operates, It needs time and endeavors to design robot control architecture in either case above. In our research, we implemented a 3-dimensional robot simulator in order to help designing reactive/deliberative autonomous robot control architecture by offering methods which is capable of selecting design parameters and confirming its performances. It can be used, of course, to design purely reactive or purely deliberative architecture. The architecture and performance of simulator is shown and a sample hybrid robot architecture designed with the simulator is introduced in this article.

체간안정화운동이 저나트륨혈증 환자에게 발생한 삼투성 탈수초 증후군에서 체간조절능력과 일상생활동작에 미치는 영향(단일사례연구) (The Effect of Trunk Stability Exercises on Trunk Control Ability and Daily Living Activities on the Osmotic Demyelination Syndrome of a Patient with Hyponatremia -A Case Study-)

  • Purpose: This study examines deficits in upper-extremity function and trunk control ability on the osmotic demyelination syndrome of a patient with Hyponatremia and Hypokalemia. Using a proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation program, this case report aims to describe the effects of trunk stability exercises on trunk control ability, hand function, and daily living activities as well as its effects on the osmotic demyelination syndrome of a patient with Hyponatremia and Hypokalemia. Methods: The patient is a 47-year-old woman with osmotic demyelination syndrome as well as trunk and upper extremity impairment. She participated in this training intervention for four weeks. Results: The patient demonstrated improvements in trunk control ability, hand function, and performance of ADL. The following outcomes were measured before and after the training program: trunk impairment scale, hand power, Jebsen-Taylor hand function test, the Chedoke arm and hand inventory, and the modified Barthel index. Conclusion: The results suggest that trunk stability exercises in the form of a proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation program in Hyponatremia and Hypokalemia patients may increase trunk control ability, increase hand function, and improve ADL.

잔디(Zoysia japonica Steud)식재블럭에 의한 옥상녹화지에서의 실내외 온도변화 (Temperature Changes of Indoor and Outdoor by Grass Planting Block in Planting of Roof Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyzes the effects on planting of roof with planting block and grass in a school building where users actually spend daily life to measure indoor and outdoor temperature changes with existing roof. In case of planting of roof with a summer season, the highest temperature was shown lower about $1620^{\circ}C$ in the outdoor compared to the case of not performing it. On the other hand the lowest temperature was shown higher about $0.7^{\circ}C$ and the highest temperature lower about $1.1^{\circ}C$ in the indoor. In case of planting of roof with a winter season, the lowest temperature was shown higher about $1.712.8^{\circ}C$ compared to the case of not performing it. On the other hand, it was shown higher about $3^{\circ}C$ in the indoor. The results of this study, effects of temperature control was confirmed in the indoor where planting of roof was performed higher about $3^{\circ}C$ for winter season and lower about $1^{\circ}C$ for summer season compared to the case of indoor with existing roof.

뇌성마비 언어장애에 대한 한의 치료 연구 동향 (Review of Clinical Researches about Korean Medicine Treatment on Language Disorder of Cerebral Palsy)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to obtain some understanding about Korean medicine treatment on language disorder in cerebral palsy for future practice and the research, from the clinical studies. Methods: The literature was searched using the database-China Academic Journals (CAJ). Clinical studies of Korean medicine treatment for language disorder in cerebral palsy, including Randomized controlled trial (RCT), case control study, case series, case report were analyzed. Results: Fifteen Clinical studies met our inclusion criteria; One case study and six case series, one non-randomized controlled trial and seven RCTs. Acupuncture treatment, especially Head acupuncture, was the major treatment for language disorder of cerebral palsy in clinical studies, as it was used in fourteen studies. Acupoint massage, tuina, and acupoint injection were employed as treatment methods in the studies. Acupuncture treatment was used for language disorder of cerebral palsy combined with language therapy and other rehabilitation treatment in many studies. The effectiveness in the treatment groups, regardless of treatment methods, was higher than that of control group in all RCT studies. Conclusions: The results of this study could be used in the practice and the future study about language disorder of cerebral palsy.
