최근 SA(Selective Availability)의 해제에 따른 GPS의 활용이 증대되면서 차량운행에 있어서도 저가 GPS 수신기의 활용이 활발하게 이루어지고 있으며, 일반 차량 운행자를 위한 상용화가 급속도로 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 저가 GPS수신기를 통한 실시간 위치정보의 제공은 실질적으로 상당한 오차를 포함하고 있다. 이는 저가 수신기가 가지고 있는 문제라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 저가 수신기와 정밀 측위용 이주파 수신기를 이용하여 측지분야에서 검증된 GPS측량방법을 통해 오차를 비교ㆍ분석하고 저가 수신기의 정확도 향상을 위한 방법을 제시하고자 하였다.

Our country is constructed the digital map in the first NGIS plan. Through digital map construction, it was had the potentiality that can more easily activate GIS. But these data included numerous problems from user's view. In the second NGIS plan, our government try to construct the framework data for the maximization of GIS utilization. This paper is showed a step of update that considered relationship between the national framework data themes, suggested the structure of maintenance activity for national framework data.

This study tries to introduce the precision measurement of 3-dimensional terrain of reservoir using Echo Sounder and RTK-GPS which is unprecedented in domestic. In this study, to introduce the way to produce the plane figure, the cross section and data of underside reservoir by constructing the 3-dimensional terrain models using 3-Dimensional data gained by measurement.

The renewal of digital map takes much time and the manual process. LiDAR data allows reduction of time, automatic manner, and acquisition of the precise position. So it is used to renew the digital map of 1:5,000 scale. From the accuracy test results using aerial imagery and digitizing, renewal of digital map are feasible in automatic manner to some extent.

본 연구는 건설공사의 경계점 및 구조물의 기준점을 TS를 활용하여 현장 측지좌표체제를 탈피지적좌표로 전환 관리하여 토지경계분쟁 문제의 사전제거 및 공사품질시공관리에 향상을 기하고자 연구하였다.

본 연구에서는 대단위의 도시개발사업을 시행하면서 사업완료 전에 토지를 분양받은 수분양자가 사업완료 전이라 분양 받은 토지의 지적공부 및 등기부가 없어 완전한 토지재산권행사를 하지 못하는 문제가 발생하여, 이에 대한 대안으로 환지예정지토지로 등기를 하여 권리행사를 할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하고, 실제 도시개발사업시행지구를 대상으로 개선방안에 의거 환지예정지로 등기를 해보았고 분석결과 현행 법ㆍ제도로도 개선시행이 가능하다고 판단하였다.

본 연구는 지적도면전산화사업으로 수치화된 데이터를 PBLIS에 이용하여 지적업무를 수행하고 있으며, 이 데이터를 토탈측량시스템(Pen컴퓨터)에 활용함으로서 도해지적에서 발생되는 제도오차, 축척오차 및 지적도면의 신축오차 등의 기술적인 오차와 측량을 할 때마다 측량사에 따른 개인오차를 제거하여 정확도를 향상시키고, 인접 필지의 반복적인 실형 측량을 배제함으로서 현장에서 소요되는 시간이 절약하게 될 것이다.

우리 나라에서도 세계적 추세에 따라 세계공통으로 사용되는 $\ulcorner$세계측지계$\lrcorner$ 에 의거한 신국가기준좌표계를 결정하고, 대한민국경위도원점을 고정도로 유지 관리하기 위해 국립 지리원이 주관해서 측지 VLBI 사업을 추진하고 있다. 국내에서는 처음으로 추진되는 측지 VLBI 사업이기 때문에 사업을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 면밀한 사전조사 연구와 추진전략이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 국가측지 VLBI 사업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 추진전략에 대해서 논하였다.

본 논문은 천문측량의 기본원리와 관측방법에 대하여 간단히 소개함과 동시에 국내에서 천문측량으로 실시된 국가경위도원점의 설치와 독도 천문측량 등 국내의 천문측량 현황에 대하여 체계적으로 고찰하였다. 그리고 재래식 천문측량의 단점이던 장비운용과 측량방법을 개선하여 디지털 천정카메라에 의한 천문측량의 자동화에 대한 외국의 사례를 소개하고 디지털 천문측량에 의한 연직선편차의 측정결과를 고찰하여 이의 활용방안을 논하였다.

Nowadays, the value of the ocean is growing noticeably throughout the world in accordance with the development of the industrial society and increase in the number of the ocean related economic activities. Therefore the pursuit of more waters has led more disputes amongst many maritime powers in the world. In this study, the territorial basepoints are recalculated methods to develop their accuracies to settle a boundary issue among nations.
