3차원 지적정보의 등록방안에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 토지에 관한 각종 정보 중 현재 2차원에 국한된 지적정보를 지적공부에 등록하고 있으나 토지의 입체적인 활용의 증대 및 이에 따른 입체적 권리의 다양화 등으로 2차원적인 토지정보의 등록방법으로는 효율적인 토지관리 및 소유권 보호에 한계에 이르고 있어 이에 대한 대안으로 3차원 지적정보를 지적공부에 등록할 수 있는 기본방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 국토개발에 대한 정책결정 정보를 효율적으로 제공 할 수 있으며, 국민소득의 증가에 따라 사회간접시설(SOC)분야 및 국민 개개인의 토지이용에 있어 각종 계획과 설계 등의 인프라 조성에 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • The cant has setted up wrong in a part of railway curve sections, occasionally confusion occur in curve maintenance. In this study, it is suggest effective maintenance method in railway curve section about the radius of curvature, cant successive diminution length, according to the investigation of cant value, compare and analysis with straight decrease in order theory.

  • This paper summarizes a preliminary geoid computation for western Mongolia, utilizing the airborne data collected fall 2004, as part of the NGA-DNSC-ALAGaC-MonMap cooperative airborne gravity project. A gravimetric geoid has been computed using the airborne gravity data, SRTM terrain models and GRACE/EGM global fields. The gravimetric geoid has subsequently been fitted to GPS-leveling data across Western Mongolia, as well as for a special Ulaanbaatar city geoid model.

  • In this study a framework for cost effective visualization application is presented. Visualizations of a complex street rehabilitation and a highway interchange project are performed. The visualized products were presented to political and community groups, which significantly expedited the consensus building and project approval process.

  • GIS technique was applied to the analysis of ambient air quality information. For this study, the air quality information was imported with the geographical information in Capital Area. This study well proves that GIS technique has a great deal of potential to analyze those air quality information, to produce useful information, and to ease the efforts for air quality improvement. Concerning about the data interpolation, the discrepancy caused by applying different method was ignorable, although Kriging method is further developed.
