Objectives : The objective of this study was to examine the academic informationseeking behavior and demand of the oriental medical researcher and to create the base data for establishing a library environment providing a high-quality information service which would aid the activity of such researchers, Methods : We distributed a questionnaire to the one hundred professors of the college of oriental medicine on the method of acquisition of information data, the environment of the library belonging to the college, and the like. Results : $\circled1$ The main class using the academic information service of oriental medicine was revealed to be researchers having a career of 10 to 15 years who had a domestic doctorate in oriental medicine. $\circled2$ When accessing information, the primary information resource used was academic journals. $\circled3$ Of the data forms mentioned in the study, periodicals was used most in number of printed data; computer databases among non-printed data. $\circled4$ The purpose of using an information resource was for performing a research project. $\circled5$ The path of acquisition of information was usually through the materials in their possession. $\circled6$ The greatest difficulty in gathering information was first of all the lack of information owned by the library, and next a lack of time and insufficient knowledge of information search and use. $\circled7$ More than 90% of respondents on the necessity of an expert library answered as "necessary" or "certainly necessary", indicating that the foundation of an expert library is very urgent. Conclusions : This study is beneficial for researchers engaged in oriental medicine to activate the use of information and also it will form a base of data for researchers to establish an environment of expert library in oriental medicine.
In this study, satisfaction with salary of the clerical saff in health care organization was analyzed with a view to provide data contributive to efficient wage management for the clerical staff of hospitals. For the analysis, it was investigated if there is any difference in satisfaction with wage depending on the individual and environmental characters as well as comparative factors perceived by self or by others in-and outside the working place. The findings of the analysis may be summed up as follows: First, in support of the hypothesis that the satisfaction with wage of the clerical staff in hospitals will individual factors, statistically significant difference were found in the satisfaction with wage depending on age and career, but there was little significant difference depending on gender and education. Thus, the hypothesis I in this study can be partly adopted. Second, with regard to the hypothesis that the satisfaction with wage of the clerical staff in hospitals will vary with environmental variables, significant differences were found in terms of comparative factors perceived by self or by others inside the working place and those perceived by others outside the working place, and significant difference was also shown in the comparative factors perceived by others outside the working place. Whereas, however, there was no significant difference in the satisfaction with wage depending on the position, which led to the partial adoption of the hypothesis II. This study has following limits in search of difference in satisfaction with wage of clerical staff in hospital depending on individual and environmental variables: the sample is too small to represent the general wage level satisfaction of the whole health care organizations, since the survey hasn't covered the wage level and management of the employees in all hospitals; the professional attitude and rate of fluctuation that are closely connected with the wage level are not considered.

Data mining techniques enable us to generate useful information for decision support from the data sources which are generated and accumulated in the process of routine organizational management activities. College administration system is a typical example that produces a warehouse of student records as each and every student enters a college and undertakes the curricular and extracurricular activities. So far, these data have been utilized to a very limited student service purposes, such as issuance of transcripts, graduation evaluation, GPA calculation, etc. In this paper, we utilize Holland career search test results, TOEIC score, course work list, and GPA score as the input for data mining and generation the student advisory information. Factor analysis, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), artificial neural net, and CART(Classification And Regression Tree) techniques are deployed in the data mining process. Since these data mining techniques are very powerful in processing and discovering useful knowledge and information from large scale student databases, we can expect a highly sophisticated student advisory knowledge and services which may not be obtained with the human student advice experts.

This article intends to shed a light on the British architect Arthur S. Dixon (1856-1929). He is largely regarded as a pioneer of the English Art and Craft Movement, yet his works are not widely known nor carefully studied. In search of Dixon's architectural characteristics, this paper examined three notable buildings that he designed at the turn of the nineteenth century; Birmingham Guildhall, St. Andrews church and St. Basil's Church. These buildings were erected relatively early in his career as an architect, although he never fully immersed into the profession due to his commitment in family business management. His architectural design shows unique qualities of Art and Craft movement in terms of use of material, spatial arrangement, techniques, and craftsmanship while employing Romanesque as most relevant historic style for ecclesiastical purposes.
This paper presents a social network analysis of changes in Home Economics education content loaded on YouTube before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. From January 1, 2008 to June 30, 2021, a basic analysis was conducted of 761 Home Economics education videos loaded on YouTube, using NetMiner 4.3 to analyze important keywords and the centrality of video titles and full texts. Before COVID-19, there were 164 Home Economics education videos posted on YouTube, increasing significantly to 597 following the emergence of the pandemic. In both periods, there was more middle school content than high school content. The content in the child-family field was the most, and the main keywords were youth and family. Before COVID-19, a performance evaluation indicated that the proportion of student content was high, whereas after the outbreak of the disease, teacher content increased significantly due to the effect of distance learning. However, compared with video use, the self-expression and participation of users were lower in both periods. The centrality analysis indicated that in the title, 'family' exhibited a high degree of both centrality and eigenvector centrality over the entire period. Degree centrality of the video title was found to be high in the order of class, online, family, management, etc. after the outbreak of COVID-19, and the connection of keywords was strong overall. Eigenvector centrality indicated that career, search, life, and design were influential keywords before COVID-19, while class, youth, online, and development were influential keywords after COVID-19.

Fifth, the study on the lifestyle of the MZ generation was conducted in four cases, one in 2016, one in 2019, two in 2020. This study is meaningful in that it grasped the overall flow of data of information exchange that can share the research trends of the MZ generation and suggested the basic data on the direction of future research, the individual tendency, behavior, and lifestyle characteristics of the MZ generation.
