해저 케이블 시스템의 열화진단 및 유지보수 (Insulation Diagnostics and Maintenance of Submarine Medium Voltage Power Cable Systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 육상의 지중전력케이블에 비해 유지보수가 힘들고 사고의 파급효과나 사고복구에 큰 어려움이 따르는 해저케이블을 대상으로 진단시험 및 유지보수에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 사고위험이 높은 해저선로에 대한 경제적이고 효율적인 열화진단 및 유지보수에 있다. 진단시험 결과, 해저케이블의 열화정도는 매우 심각하며 열화가 계속 진전되고 있음을 확인하였다. 단말부 교체시공 후 재 진단시험을 실시한 결과, 전체적인 열화상태가 개선되었음을 확인하였으며 단말부 및 케이블 절연부에 대한 전기적 특성시험과 화학구조분석 시험 결과, 전체 케이블 시스템의 열화는 주로 단말부 열화에 기인함을 알았다. 상기 결과에 따라 본 연구에 사용된 진단기법 및 유지보수 절차가 해저케이블시스템의 경제적인 관리에 매우 효과적임을 학인하였다.

  • In this paper we investigated the volume resistivity and AC conduction current according to the temperature and voltage. As a result, the volume resistivity comes to be small according to the measurement temperature and voltage. AC conduction current of the heat treatment specimen is increased because of the decrease of insulation.

  • In this paper, we studied on life-decision of underground cable of live-lines state. As all equipments have been wear, underground cables decided design-life on the whole 30 years because underground cable have been occurred aging as time goes. CV cable has been become about 30 years after installation in the South Korea, is come to a important point of time with estimation about life. Study target cable is 22 kV CV cables in this point of view and installation cable is about 10 years before and behind. Measurement method used dc leakage method of live-lines state that applied voltage of 50V in neutral point and data is analyzing result that is measured during 5 years. In this result, insulation resistance could confirm that change according to season and cause is effect of humidity, seasons and load current. Also, according as data is gone aging, insulation resistance by Weibull distribution could confirm functionally its decrease. As a result, the aging speed of cable that water tree is gone could confirm fastness very. Numerical analysis result, cable that water tree is not gone could confirm that life of cable that has passed 10 years remains about $10{\sim}20$ years.

저압 지중케이블 고장 위치 검출 실증 시험장 설계 및 구축 (Design and Construction of Test Field for Low Voltage Under Cable Fault Location Detection)

  • 전력 케이블의 고장에 대한 위치를 검출하기 위한 다양한 반사파 계측법들이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 대부분 관련 연구들이 시뮬레이션과 실험실에서의 성능 검증이 이루어지고 있고, 실제 현장과 비슷한 조건에서의 연구는 실증 시험장의 부재로 인해 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 케이블 고장 검출 장치의 표준화된 성능 시험과, 장비 운영 교육을 위한 실증 시험장을 설계 및 구축하였다. 구축된 실증시험장에서는 100m, 200m 거리에서 단선, 합선, 반단선, 접촉 불량 고장을 발생시켰고 최대 거리 측정 시험을 위해 1km 케이블을 설치하였다. 이러한 실증시험장은 향후 케이블 고장 검출 기술의 개발과 표준화, 그리고 장비 성능 검증 및 인증 시험 등을 위해 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Rises of current level at power applications, such as transformer, motor, power cable need for using stacked HTS tapes. In this paper, we measured rises of temperature and tap voltage in 4-stacked HTS tapes under over-current condition. We measured 4-stacked HTS tapes properties under over-current condition with a little temperature rise as well as a large temperature rise. Rises of temperature and tap voltage are measured by using E-type thermocouples and voltage taps, respectively. According to the results of measurement, rises of tap voltage under over-current condition with a large temperature rises depends on rises of temperature.

피뢰기를 고려한 자가용 전기설비 인입선로의 직류누설전류시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the DC Leakage Current Test for Power Cable of Private Electrical Facilities considering Lightning Arrester)

  • Private electrical facilities are judged whether it is suitable for the insulation aging condition of their incoming underground cables using DC leakage current test method. In the case where the service point of utility is the secondary side of cut out switch installed in the electric pole, there is a problem that it is difficult to separate the lightning arresters(LA) because of their high position of the pole. Therefore, the field test voltage is applied at value lower than DC 30 kV, which are stated in the inspection guideline. However, this test could reduced the insulation performance of the LA by accelerating the electrical stress of the metal oxide varistor element in the pre-breakdown region. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the DC test voltage and the leakage current using the non-destructive DC high voltage equipment with leakage current measurement function. The results show that the leakage current increases sharply above the specified test voltage. As a consequence, it could be contributed to improve insulation aging inspection method by selecting the possible test area on the VI characteristic curve of the pre-breakdown area of the LA.

  • One of the methods currently being investigated as a possible non-intrusive diagnostic tool for condition monitoring of power transformer and cable is the recovery voltage measurement, which will be improving the ability to detect the content of water concentration and the ageing process in the insulation system and may thus be an indicator of insulation quality and its ageing status. The polarization phenomenon was studied using RVM with oil-paper samples. In order to interpret its mechanism, the Extended Debye model was introduced. With different circuit parameters, various simulation results were gotten. Furthermore, with the test samples of different ageing condition, measurements are accomplished in the lab. On the basis of this experiment as well as theoretical analysis, correlations between polarizations and ageing were analyzed.

  • 본 논문은 고속철도 주변 통신회선에 발생되는 잡음전압의 실체 파악을 통해 전력유도잡음전압이 발생하지 않는 것을 증명하였으며, 국내통신회사 및 전파연구소에서 사용하고 있는 평형도 측정에서의 문제점과 계측 오류를 규명하며 표준 측정회로와 측정 조건을 ITU-T 국제 기준에 맞도록 개정할 것을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) Standard 96-1에 규정된 RF 케이블의 표현전달 임피던스 측정법을 설명하고, 1 MHz ~ 30MHz 동작주파수범위에서 설계 제작된 triaxial fixture를 사용해 전압 및 산란계수를 측정하여 상용 RF 케이블의 표면전달 임피던스를 얻었다.

  • This induced voltage measurement test and electromagnetic field simulation are related to the possibility of control signal malfunction by power line. Through an experiment, this research analyzed whether the voltage causing control malfunction according to the on/off status of power permitted to power line was induced to control signal line. Also, the research calculated the voltage induced to control signal line and examined the phenomenon by conducting an electro-magnetic field-specific simulation through the finite element method for the cable model used in the experiment.
