인도 여성의 패션 라이프스타일에 따른 의복구매행동 특성 연구 - 뭄바이 거주 신세대 여성을 중심으로 - (A Study on Clothing Purchase Behaviors as Related to the Fashion Lifestyle of the New Generation of Indian Women living in Mumbai)

  • This study investigates the fashion lifestyles and the effect on clothing purchase behavior by female consumers living in Mumbai India. Data were collected from 129 Indian women in their teens to thirties living in Mumbai and were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, ${\chi}^2$-test, frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0. The results of this study are as follows. Five factors of fashion lifestyle are identified: fashion consciousness, price orientation, advertisement/brand orientation, being aware of others, and tradition orientation. Female consumers were classified into four groups based on fashion lifestyle factors: display/brand oriented group, active profit seeking group, fashion oriented group, and a tradition oriented group. There were significant differences among the fashion lifestyle groups on five criteria (latest fashion, price, commonality with existing clothing, size, and the distance to the store) out of the 13 criteria. The display/brand oriented group showed high scores on the latest fashion and size. The active profit-seeking group generally showed high scores on all five factors. The fashion oriented group showed high scores on latest fashion and commonality with existing clothing when buying clothes. Finally, the tradition oriented group showed high scores only on the distance to the shop, while they (the tradition oriented group) showed low scores on the other criteria. The examination on the actual conditions of clothing purchase among fashion lifestyle groups showed that only the monthly expenditure for clothing is significantly different. The display/brand oriented group and active profit seeking group spent more on clothing than the other two groups.

  • 전자상거래 시스템의 보급이 활성화되기 시작하면서, 사용자의 필요와 욕구에 밀착한 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이와 같은 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트는 사용자의 행위를 모니터하고 자동 분류하여 사용자의 취향을 학습하는 기능을 요하게 되었다. 이러한 기능을 가지는 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트를 구축하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 사용자 개인의 관심정보와 선호하는 상품에 대한 호감도를 고려한 적응형 전자 상거래 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 사용자의 구매 행위에 적응력을 가질 수 있도록 보다 정확한 사용자 프로파일을 구축하고, 이와 같은 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 사용자에게 불필요한 검색과정 없이 필요한 상품 정보를 제공 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 시스템에서는 모니터링을 통하여 사용자 의도를 파악하는 모니터 에이전트, 사용자의 행동성향을 학습 한 후 행동 패턴이 유사한 그룹을 참조하는 유사도 참조 에이전트, 사용자의 행위의 변화에 따른 개인화된 행동 DB를 구축할 수 있는 관심 추출 에이전트로 구성하였다.

충남 일부 대학생의 용돈 수준별 가공식품 섭취실태 비교 (Comparison of Processed Food Intake by Allowance Level in College Students in Chungnam)

  • Diet is closely related to an economic level, but few studies have reported on the relationship between the economic level and eating habits, especially in college students. Therefore, this study was conducted to clarify differences in eating habits with a focus on processed foods according to allowance level in college students. This study was a cross-sectional survey of 500 college students using a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, eating behaviors, purchase of processed foods, and preference and intake frequency of processed foods. All subjects were classified based on monthly allowance: less than \300,000 (n=149), \300,000~400,000 (n=177), and more than \400,000 (n=124). All survey results were comparatively analyzed among the spending money groups. As the level of spending money of the subjects increased, the rate of skipping meals, eating out, and unbalanced diet increased (P<0.05). The reason for consuming processed foods was because they are easy to prepare. The factor considered the most when buying processed foods was price. However, these results showed no significant difference according to level of spending money. As spending money increased preference for retort, convenience, canned, and bottled foods significantly increased. Intake frequency of dairy products was lower, and the frequency of processed foods was significantly higher with more spending money. This study found that a higher level of monthly allowance in college students, was associated with higher rate of skipping meals, eating out, and unbalanced diet, and the preference and intake frequency of processed foods were also high. These results suggest that spending money level in college students, as an economic indicator, is relevant to intake of processed foods.

모바일 쇼핑 환경에서 패션 쇼핑 성향과 패션 앱 속성 중요도가 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of fashion shopping orientations and importance of fashion application attributes on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the mobile shopping environment)

  • Today, the proliferation of smart-phones and other mobile devices is bringing many changes to people's daily lives. Recently, the mobile shopping market has grown rapidly and has become a center of distribution. Furthermore, the consumer mobile fashion market is expected to expand and mobile fashion consumers' shopping tendencies will gradually become segmented. Differentiated marketing strategies for mobile fashion companies are to become essential. This study intends to understand the propensity of mobile fashion shopping and the importance of fashion app attributes, and their impact on mobile fashion shopping customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research aims to identify shopping trends and buying behaviors of mobile fashion consumers, find ways to increase mobile fashion shopping purchases, and help develop the mobile fashion market. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the compilation and the economics of the mobile fashion shopping propensity factors were shown to have a significant impact on product information, product reviews, and service quality, which are in turn important factors for fashion app attributes, whereas convenience only had a significant impact on service quality. Second, product information and service quality, which are also important factors for fashion app attributes, have a significant impact on mobile fashion shopping. Third, customer satisfaction concerning mobile fashion shopping has a significant impact on loyalty. Mobile fashion shopping customer satisfaction increases loyalty. Increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of mobile fashion shopping will lead to increased sales using mobile fashion shopping apps(Site) and become apparent in the results of mobile fashion companies. Therefore, various efforts by mobile fashion companies will be needed to satisfy their customers.

여고생의 화장행동과 화장품 구매불안에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Make-up Behaviors and Consumers Anxiety in Purchasing Cosmetics of the Female High School Student)

  • The purpose of this study is understanding female high school student's make-up culture by developing the recognition criteria for their make-up behavior and anxiety in purchasing cosmetics. This study targeted 524 female high school students who attended vocational and academic high school located in Daegu, Korea. SPSS WIN package was used fur statistics and MANOVA, ANOVA, LSD post-verification was conducted for data analysis. The conclusion of this study is as fellowed ; (1) Academic groups showed statistically different tendency to 6 reasons of make-up behavior ; interest in make-up was chosen most for the reason and etiquette, make-up satisfaction, aesthetics, fashion, synchronism comes next in the order. (2) In case of vocational group, it also showed different tendency to 6 reasons of make-up behavior ; interest in make-up was also most highly chosen reason as the academic group and etiquette was next and then make-up satisfaction, aesthetics, fashion were same level and synchronism was shown to be the lowest chosen reason in the order. (3) Academic group showed different level of anxiety from the 11 reasons of anxiety in purchasing cosmetics ; also anxiety of material was highly chosen reason and then fitness, price, color, quality, utility, purchasing, after service, fashion, label-trust, other people's comments comes next for the reason. (4) Vocational group also showed different level of anxiety from 11 reasons of anxiety in purchasing cosmetics; also anxiety of material was highest reason (same as the academic group) and then fitness, color, quality, price, utility, after service, label-trust, fashion, buying, other people's comments comes next for the reason.

브랜드 돈육에 대한 경남 소비자 구매 특성과 인지도 (Consume's Purchase Behaviors and Perception of Branded Pork in Gyeongnam)

  • 경남 지역에 거주하는 178명의 주부를 대상으로 브랜드 돈육의 소비행동을 분석하였다. 소비자들은 브랜드 돈육에 대한 인지도와 신뢰도는 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 돼지고기 구입 시 고려하는 품질 요인은 안전성과 위생성, 맛과 연한 정도, 육색 순이었다. 재래 브랜드 돼지고기가 일반 돼지고기 보다 맛이 더 좋다($68.7\%$)고 하였으나, 가격은 비싼 편($67.0\%$)이라고 하였다. 한편, 돼지고기 품질인증은 정부기관보다는 소비자단체에서 하는 것을 선호하였다. 소비자들은 연령이나 수입에 따라서 정보를 얻는 경로나 구입횟수 및 구입장소가 다른 소비행동을 보인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 브랜드 돈육 개발 시에는 브랜드의 가치에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 파악하고 또한 소비자의 구매 행동과 인지도, 기호도, 의사 결정 과정 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 반영하는 더 많은 연구가 진행되어야 할 필요성이 있다.

캐주얼웨어의 아바타 패션마케팅 전랸 제고 연근 (A Study on Avatar's Fashion Marketing Strategies of Casual Wear)

  • This thesis researches consumers' behaviors in Purchasing avatar fashion products depending on their motives and point of reference as the avatar fashion marketing is conducted. Also, it explores the correlation between avatar's fashion products and the point of reference by which consumers actually purchase casual wear. The results were as follows: First, Avatar's fashion product purchasing motivation is done through four classified dimensions, conformity, differentiation, fashionability, and substitution. The standard of Avatar's fashion product choice was classified by the symbol (Product name recognition) and two dimensions of aesthetics. Second. the more valued the aesthetic component of Avatar's fashion product the greater effect on the order the dimensions used in correlation in this case being substitution, differentiation, conformity, and fashionability. Should the consumer place greater value on the Product symbol the dimension order is affected in order by fashionability, conformity, and differentiation. Third, fashionability was a stronger consideration for women as opposed to men in terms of demographical feature. whereas symbol (Product recognition) was of greater importance to higher income people. Last, when aesthetics is considered to buy Avatar's fashion products it is favorably comparable to other casual wear lines. In other words, symbol is considered to buy casual's, it brings to the same result when buying Avatar's. Avatar's fashion product was great tool to research new casual wear line because of approving by the correlation to each other.

대입 재수생 및 편입준비생의 약물남용 실태와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on Drug Abuse and the Factors Affecting Drug Abuse Behaviors of Students Preparing College Entrance or Transfer Examinations)

  • A study on drug abuse of young people who failed in college entrance examinations and preparing the next examination and those enrolled at colleges but trying to transfer to other colleges was conducted from February 3 to May 31, 1999 in order to determine current drug abuse status of them and factors affecting their behavior related to drug abuse. A total of 1,771 people were selected from college entrance preparation institutes in Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Taejon and Kwangju and interviewed by using questionnaires. The results are summarized as follows; 1. 49.78% of them experienced drinking, 22.8% smoking, and 6.7% drug previously. More males smoked cigarettes than females. The young in the age group of 25 to 29 years old, and the young living in small towns, and subjects who finished junior colleges and those without religions drank more than those in other categories. The subjects in the age group of 20 to 24 years old and those with one parent, and those living in small towns used more drugs than those in other categories. 2. 60.1% of those with drug using experience used the drug in their or friends' homes. 53.6% of them used drugs with their friends, junior or senior classmates. 36.6% of them purchased drugs from drug stores. 76.0% of them spent their pocket money for buying drugs. 3. The drugs (excluding alcohol and tobacco) they used were bond and butane gas (29.6%), stimulants (20.6%), marijuana 02.0%) LSD (4.8%), cocaine, heroine and opium (4.2%), and others (28.8%). 4. 21.5% of those with drug using experience had detoxification treatment previously. The ajmor sufferings they experienced were distraction (42.6%), fear 01.7%), and others. 5. 51.0% of the subjects experienced drug related health education in schools, and 14.6% had that kind of education through social program. 6. 64.3% of the subjects got information about drug abuse through mass media, 16.4% through printed materials, and 11.4% through public health professionals. 7. The knowledge level of drug abuse was 16.48:1:2.76 points out of 24 (68.6 points out of 100).

한국 마스크팩에 대한 미용종사자들의 인식 조사 (Beauty experts' perception awareness of Korean mask packs)

  • 본 연구는 최근 뷰티 시장에 열풍을 일으키고 있는 한국 마스크팩에 대한 미용종사자들의 인식, 구매행태, 만족도를 조사하여 향후 국내 화장품 산업의 발전과 성장을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 조사결과 마스크 팩 구입 결정 시 가장 중요한 요인은 80.6%가 '효능'이라 응답하였고, 마스크팩의 개선되어야 할 점도 33.7%가 '효능'이라고 응답하여 아직까지는 제품의 효능/효과에 대한 소비자들의 신뢰가 부족 한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또, 중국인 소비자들에게 큰 호응을 받는 이유를 'K-뷰티의 영향'이라고 응답하였고, 더 나은 뷰티시장의 활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있는 항목도 'K-뷰티의 광고와 홍보'가 필요하다고 응답하여 제품 자체의 효능이나 신뢰보다는 K-문화에 대한 좋은 인상이 지금과 같은 결과를 이끌어 내고 있는 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 제품의 효능과 사용성이 향상된 우수한 상품 개발로 국내외 소비자들의 품질에 대한 신뢰를 얻는다면 우리나라 K-뷰티 산업은 글로벌시장에서 더욱 성장 할 것으로 판단된다.

미국 소비자의 온라인 쇼핑몰 충성도 연구 : 공동구매형 소셜커머스를 중심으로 (A Study on US Consumers' Loyalty to Online Shopping Mall : Focused on Group Buying Social Commerce)

  • 연구의 목적은 미국 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 고객 충성도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 분석해보는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 사이트 품질, 사이트에 대한 만족, 태도 그리고 충성도의 관계를 살펴보기 위한 모형을 제안하고, 구조모형방정식을 통해 이를 검증하였다. 미국 소비자 280명의 샘플을 분석에 사용하였으며, AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 제안된 연구 모형은 비교적 양호한 적합도를 보였다. 사이트 품질 중 이용 용이성과 정보 품질은 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 정보 품질은 태도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 만족과 태도에 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 만족은 태도와 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 태도 역시 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉 사이트에 대한 고객 만족과 호의적인 태도 형성이 결국 사이트의 충성으로 이끌 것이라는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 미국 소비자들의 e-충성도에 대한 이론적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 이를 토대로 실천적인 마케팅 전략이 제안될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
