중소기업에서의 내부마케팅과 구성원들의 점진적 혁신의 관계에 대한 연구 (The relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation in small business)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm size. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 322 employees in small business, showed that almost internal marketing factors effects positively on incremental innovation. All internal marketing factors(CEO support, compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) appeared to be related positively with process innovation and service innovation. And all other factors(compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) except CEO support showed to have positive relationship with operation innovation. In the moderating effects, internal communication effects more positively on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size. But delegation effects more positively on incremental innovation in small firm-size than in large firm-size.

  • Certification about management innovation business (Mainbiz) was added in 2006 newly along with existent technical innovation business certification (Innobiz) and venture business certification with government's policy connected with reform style small and medium enterprises 30 thousand upbringings. Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.

혁신주기, 투자주기 그리고 경기변동에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Relationship among Innovation Cycle, Investment Cycle and Business Cycle in Frequency Domain)

  • This study is try to do the empirical tests on the relationship among innovation cycle, investment cycle, and business cycle suggested in recent economic growth models. We apply co-spectra analysis to estimate dynamic correlations in the extraction HP filtered variables and first difference filtered variables in our data set. Our empirical results are; (i) an existing asynchronization between innovation cycle and investment cycle, (ii) in the long frequency, an existing positive correlation between innovation cycle and business cycle, (iii) in the short frequency, however, a finding the high negative correlation between the two cycle. Our empirical findings support the recent growth through cycle models and suggest some economic policy implementations for economic stabilization during a severe business cycle.

침묵분위기, LMX, 혁신행동의 관계에 대한 실증연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Climate of Silence, LMX, and Innovation Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of silence climate on the innovation behavior and LMX (Leader-Member Exchange). In order to test our model, we conducted a survey based on the questionnaire. Results showed that silence climate had a negative effect on the innovation behavior and LMX. Secondly, The LMX had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Moreover, the LMX partially mediated silence climate and the innovation behavior. Finally, we drew a conclusion by discussing limitations and implications of the research, and suggested directions for further researches.

Marketing Knowledge Management and Innovation Performance: Examining the Moderating Role of Business Environmental Volatility

  • This study empirically examines the link between marketing knowledge management and innovation performance focusing on the moderating role of business environmental volatility. We define marketing knowledge management as the integration of knowledge generation, knowledge dissemination and knowledge storage. Using a unique data set that consists of 439 employees at 156 firms in China, we find that knowledge dissemination and knowledge storage have a positive effect on innovation performance. Also found is the negative moderating effect of business environmental volatility on innovation performance. Our findings suggest that firms should strengthen their marketing knowledge management to improve innovation performance and stay flexible to cope with the ever-changing and often volatile market environments.

벤처기업의 오픈이노베이션: 외부 지식 탐색 전략과 한국 제조업의 혁신성과 (Open Innovation in Venture Firms: the Impact of External Search Strategy on Innovation Performance of Korean Manufacturing Firms)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업의 외부 지식 탐색 전략과 혁신활동 성과의 관계를 규명하였다. 광범위하고(external search breadth) 심도 있는 (external search depth) 외부 지식 탐색 전략이 제품혁신에 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 것을 밝힌 기존 연구를 확장하여, 혁신의 또 다른 중요 유형인 공정혁신과 조직혁신에 미치는 영향을 함께 살펴보았다. 특히, 외부 지식 탐색 전략이 혁신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 벤처기업과 비벤처기업으로 구분하여 한국 기술혁신조사(KIS) 2010년 제조부문 자료를 사용해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 비벤처기업의 경우 광범위한 외부 지식 탐색과 심도 있는 외부 지식 탐색은 제품, 공정, 조직혁신활동 성과에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 두 가지 외부 지식 탐색은 벤처기업의 조직혁신활동 성과에는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 제품혁신과 공정혁신활동 성과에 있어서는 심도 있는 외부 지식 탐색만이 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다.

컨버전스유형별 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 혁신도구 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Innovation Tools for the Development of Business Models by the Types of Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 컨버전스 유형별 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 혁신도구 비교 연구이다. 먼저 문헌고찰을 통하여 컨버전스 유형, 비즈니스 모델, 혁신도구에 대한 기존연구를 학습하고. 이를 근거로 컨버전스 환경 하에서 혁신적 비즈니스모델을 개발하기 위해 혁신도구를 이용한 비즈니스모델 개발 개념인 컨버전스-비즈니스-혁신도구 큐브(CBI Cube) 모형을 개발하였다. 이 개념의 구체화를 위해 전문가집단을 대상으로 한 델파이(DelPhi)기법과 AHP기법을 적용하여 CBI Cube 모형의 구성인자를 도출하고 비즈니스모델 개발을 위한 혁신도구의 상대적 우선순위를 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 비즈니스모델의 벤치마킹이나 단순 모방의 수준을 넘어 가치혁신형 비즈니스 모델의 개발이 가능하게 되어 혁신 제품 서비스의 개발 및 혁신 시장개발에 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 될 것을 기대한다.

CEO의 내·외부 활동이 혁신과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of Innovation and Business Performance of CEO's Internal and External Activities)

  • 본 연구는 기업에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동(정보, 지식경영, 학습조직)이 혁신활동(활용적, 탐색적)과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 국내 기업의 CEO 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 토대로 통계분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 정보와 학습조직 활동은 활용적 혁신활동과 탐색적 혁신활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 지식경영 활동은 탐색적 혁신활동에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 못하였다. 또한, CEO 내 외부 활동에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동의 영향을 받은 활용적, 탐색적 혁신활동은 기업의 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나 영향력의 세기는 차이를 보였다. 따라서 기업의 경영에서 CEO의 내 외부 활동 중에서 정보, 지식경영, 학습조직 활동에 의한 활용적 혁신과 탐색적 혁신활동 발현으로 경영성과를 극대화시키기 위한 모색은 선행 연구에서 지각된 활동을 기반으로 하여 기업의 경영 환경을 고려하여 유리한 활동을 추출하고 이를 경영 전략에 반영하는 것이 기업에서 최상의 경영성과 목표달성에 유리함을 본 연구결과에서 시사하고 있다.

  • This paper aimed at investigating the relationships between business culture and management innovation. Some descriptive analyses were made, and a case study was conducted As a result it was shown that the firm with good business culture and good fellowships could achieve the goal of business innovation more efficiently than the other firm without good business culture.

  • People have relatively continuous and stable characteristic and it can help understand personal attitude and behavior. As individual has individual personality and society has culture, in case of organization, there is organization culture that means unique cultural characteristic. And as if we need to know culture of that society to understand individual, we need to know organization culture of that organization to understand any organization. The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.
