Purpose: Electronic vehicles (EV) consumption become more prevalent among Vietnamese consumers. This paper aims to empirically assess the determinants of EV purchase intention among Vietnamese consumers. The research findings are expected to promote the consumption of electric vehicles in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: The quantitative research approach employed the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The sample size includes 301 respodents. Research design unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and UTAUT2. The data collection process employ the non-probability sampling. Questionaire survey consists of 24 questions given to respondents via Google Form link. Data is processed by SPSS version 20 software. Results: The results proposed 04 determinants of the intention to buy electric vehicles: Government Support, Environmental Concern, Price Value, and Performance. Conclusions: Theorectical implications and managerial implications are also discussed to promote the consumption of electronic vehicles in Vietnam. Besides, the findings show that Price value, Environmental Concern and Performance positively affect the purchase intention of EV among Vietnamese consumers. Remarkably, Government Support is proven to be an insignificant factor in EV purchase intention. The call for further research rely on the role of government support in order to promote EV consumption in Vietnam and other emerging markets worldwide.
Environmental problems are becoming hot issues in many countries and the role of the enterprise, which causes environmental contamination, has become one of the most important concerns in business. We consider the factors such as reduce, recycle, reuse, which is effected environment conscious logistics system, and then we are to suggest optimal directions through statistical analysis of effects and causes of the influences of environmental logistics activities on logistics performance. In order to attain this objective we simultaneously execute a literature and actual research considering many manufacturing companies. In this paper we analyze various factors of logistics activities for environment conscious logistics system (ECLS) for economy base construction under resources circulation, and we especially analyze effects and causes of the influences of logistics performance by the operation characteristic of enterprises.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is widely used to efficiently share, utilize and manage information generated in every phase of a construction project. Recently, mixed reality (MR) technologies have been introduced to more effectively utilize BIM elements. This study deals with the haptic interactions between humans and BIM elements in MR to improve BIM usability. As the first step in interacting with virtual objects in mixed reality, we challenged moving a virtual object to the desired location using finger-pointing. This paper presents the procedure of developing a haptic interface system where users can interact with a BIM object to move it to the desired location in MR. The interface system consists of an MR-based head-mounted display (HMD) and a mobile application developed using Unity 3D. This study defined two segments to compute the scale factor and rotation angle of the virtual object to be moved. As a result of testing a cuboid, the user can successfully move it to the desired location. The developed MR-based haptic interface can be used for aligning BIM elements overlaid in the real world at the construction site.
Eco-efficiency considers both environmental impacts and economic values. It is a useful tool for communicating with stakeholders for business decision making. This study evaluated the eco-efficiency factor (EEF) for the energy network of a dyeing company that supplies surplus heat to a neighboring apartment during the night. This symbiosis network is one of the eco-industrial park (EIP) projects in Korea and aims to benefit local residents and the industrial complex by utilizing surplus heat. In this study, two categories were annualized. The first quantified environmental burden based on $CO_2$ emissions and quantified product value in terms of steam sales. The second used a variety of environmental factors, such as fossil fuel, water and waste, to quantify environmental burden and used steam sales to quantify value. The EEF of the symbiosis network was 1.6, using the global warming impact, and determined using the multiple variable, was 1.33. This study shows that the EEF depends on variable details of environmental burden but the values of this project were very high contrast to other business or EIP project.
This study analyzes the recognition of commercial business men and employers who operate the commercial zone along the streets in the downtown area on the planting for the roadside green space forming the important frame of greening in the downtown among the open spaces. Through the analysis, this study attempts to get the basic data to suggest the recommendable directions in planting and managing the street trees in the downtown. The results of this study are summarized as described below. The street green spaces are very important in improving the environment of the downtown and their necessities are also very critical. It was found that the street trees were recognized as the critical factor to enhance the aesthetical values of the city, provide the green shades and purify the air. This study also identified that the street trees have the positive impacts on the business environment rather than negative impacts. In maintaining the street green spaces, the most necessity is the service facility such as resting areas, toilets and garbage bins with the street trees. The commercial business men and employers who operate the businesses along the streets preferred the double layer type that the tall trees and green walls are planted together along the streets for the street planting. For securing the green shades in the city, the planting of linear green spaces such as streets and waterways is critical. Moreover, the street trees accounts for the important position in the urban open spaces. The majority of commercial business men and employers consider the participation of citizens for greening as the very essential factor.

The conventional management which had economic requirement such as productivity, competition, customer satisfaction, and return needs the environmental management in order to meet a change of the external situation such as the environmental requirement (such as resources reduction, pollution prevention, and waste reduction). However, there have been a few studies which try to investigate internal factor and to regard external factors as negative ones. This paper proposes the external factors are significant to the performance. Several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Based on the collected data from 126 firms, the hypotheses were analyed with SPSS.
This paper tries to apply the standard method for the estimation of range and degree of fisheries damages caused by warm water drained by generating plants to a real situation. The theoretic foundation of the study has been shown in the article published on the journal of fisheries business administration of last year. The paper tries to examine the degree of external appicability of the theoretic model through empirical study. The results of the study are as follows. The model has been found a successful device for the estimation of fisheries damages caused by warm water drained by generating plants. It also shows a possibility to work in any other fisheries damage cases caused by several kinds of public undertaking on coastal areas. The key of the model is the successful derivation of the quantity amount of the critical variation of environmental factors for example, in this case, water thermal variation. Therefore the countinous and appropriate collection of law data on the environmental factors under a viewpoint of statistics is essential to the usefulness of the model.
Purpose: This study proposed a systematic approach to measure eco-efficiency of products based on the concept of quality function deployment(QFD). QFD method has been used to convert customer's subjective requirements to design specifications. A extension of QFD to environmental issues is known as quality environmental function deployment(QEFD). QEFD includes environmental requirements into customer's demand for quality, and incorporates them to design specifications of a product. Methods: In this study, we compared eco-efficiency of old and new models through application of QEFD. Results: The result revealed that the new model's eco-efficiency improved 24% better than the old model. Also, we found that user's Factor X of the new model has been improved to 1.178, which is about 18% better than that of the old model. Conclusion: This study implied that we can systematically use QEFD to determine eco-efficiency of two comparable products in any industries.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to ascertain the influence of individual consumption values and consumption tendencies on repurchase intention. It aims to examine how individual characteristics affect purchasing behavior in response to social environmental changes. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study targeted individuals who have experience purchasing convenience store lunches in Korea and collected 201 survey responses. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis were employed to analyze the data. Findings - Individual consumption values significantly influenced consumption tendencies. Additionally it was found that both consumption values and consumption tendencies have some significant impact on repurchase intention. However, certain factors had a significant influence specifically in the context of negative relationships, which was analyzed to be influenced by social environmental changes. Research Implications and Limitations - This study verified the clear relationship between consumption values, consumption tendencies, and repurchase intention, such as product purchase. However, it also verified that the relationship of these factors does not necessarily have a strictly positive impact. It suggests that future marketing research should also investigate factors such as the increase of single-person households and social environmental changes.
