The Korea Post has become the first government management entity to introduce Six Sigma Management Innovation Movement, a private-sector management technique in August 2003, and has since then successfully improved the quality of postal services including efficiency through enhanced business processes and public services. In 2006, The Korea Post expanded the Six Sigma down to six subordinate organizations including the KOVIX, pursuing the innovation of the entire organization from the regional off ice to each post offices.

The purpose of this study was to deduce factors organization of brand equity for the exclusive imported brand by Department Store and to analyze it's influence on the performance. Subjects for the quantitative study, quota sampling was adopted in the areas where the subject brands were in place, and 452 questionnaires (141 of hands-on staff, 311 of consumers) were analyzed. The data were analyzed by using factors and reliability analysis, the independent sample t-test, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows; 1. The examining the effect of asset evaluation attributes of imported brands(GAP, ZARA) monopolized by certain department stores on business achievement and consumer attitude, it turned out that business achievement in hands-on staff's asset evaluation in view of business entity had meaningful difference according to the contract types of the brand, and that business achievement according to hands-on staff's evaluation and consumer attitude according to consumers' evaluation were different according to the brand asset value. 2. The examining the effect of consumer attitude according to consumers' evaluation, it turned out that preference had meaningful effect on both store preference and intention of re-purchase, while as to ZARA, image had meaningful effect on store preference and intention of re-purchase, and reliability on store preference.

최근 방송사는 인터넷, 케이블 TV, DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) 등으로 대표되는 뉴미디어의 등장이라는 사회적 환경 변화와 방송통신 융합이라는 정책적 환경 변화를 겪고 있다. 이러한 변화를 극복하기 위해, 방송사는 새로운 방송정보시스템 구축에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 중소 규모의 방송사에 적합한 웹 기반 방송정보시스템의 개발 과정을 제시한다. 이를 위해 시스템 구성도, 업무기능 관계도, 업무흐름도, 개체관계성도, 주요 프로그램, 사용자인터페이스 등을 기술한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 웹 기반 방송정보시스템은 사내외에서 신속한 의사결정과 업무처리를 가능하게 하여 업무 생산성을 제고할 것으로 기대된다.

The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence on the impact of CSR disclosure on earnings management and firm value. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018. The sample in this study was 114 companies selected through purposive sampling. The results of data analysis show that CSR has a positive effect on Firm Value. CSR disclosure is one form of activity that companies carry out in influencing their stakeholder decisions. This is by the theory that a company is not an entity that only operates for its interests, but the main objective of the company is to meet stakeholder needs. Besides, CSR has a positive effect on Earning Management. The results of this study contrary to research conducted by prior research which states that CSR can reduce earning management because CSR not only increases information transparency but also creates interaction with stakeholders. The difference in findings in this study is because CSR disclosure in Indonesia is still low, as seen from the average CSR in Indonesia, which is 33%, and it is still not transparent so that companies tend to carry out earnings management.

본 논문에서는 구조화된 웹문서에서 자동으로 정보를 추출하고 추출된 정보를 통합하는 정보추출 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 레이블(label)이 없는 엔티티를 인식하기 위해 확률 기반 엔티티 인식 방법을 이용하며, 추출된 데이터를 이용하여 기존의 도메인 지식을 반자동으로 확장하는 기능을 제공한다. 게다가 기본 페이지에 링크된 하위 링크의 정보를 추출하는 기능을 제공하며, 도메인에 대한 이종의 정보 소스로부터 얻어진 유사 추출 결과를 통합하는 기능을 제공한다. 실험 결과, 도메인 지식만을 이용하여 웹 정보추출 시스템을 평가하였을 경우의 성능에 비해 하위링크의 정보를 추출하거나 확률 기반으로 레이블을 추론하여 추출 시스템을 평가한 경우의 성능이 상당히 향상됨을 보인다. 아울러 본 논문에서 제안하는 웹 정보추출 시스템은 도메인별로 시스템을 융통성 있게 적용시킬 수 있기 때문에 보다 다양한 정보들을 추출할 수 있다. 자동 도메인 지식의 확장이나 확률적 엔티티 인식 방법은 도메인 지식을 이용하는 프로그램이 추출할 수 있는 정보의 질을 증대시키기 때문에, 사용자의 만족도를 극대화시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 따라서 본 시스템은 인터넷상의 영화 사이트나 공연 사이트 혹은 음식점 사이트에 대해서 정보를 추출해서 사용자의 지적 호기심을 충족시켜줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 비교 시스템을 구축할 수 있기 때문에 전자 상거래의 활성화에도 기여한다.

많은 중소기업이 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 기업 내 외부의 환경변화나 구성원들의 역량 등 기업이 처해있는 상황에 대한 충분한 고려 없이 구축하고 있다. 그래서 구축 후 활용도와 효과도 낮다. 본 연구는 '중소기업의 환경요인과 흡수역량을 통한 Smart Factory 구축'을 실증연구를 통하여 검증해 보는 것이다. 설문은 Smart Factory를 구축한 중소기업에서 관련 업무를 하는 인원에게 받았다. 연구결과는, 첫째, 기업 내 외부의 환경요인은 기업 내부의 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기업 내부의 흡수역량은 Smart Factory 구축에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 위의 입증을 통해서 중소기업에서 Smart Factory를 구축할 때 기업의 내 외부 환경요인과 흡수역량을 바탕으로 Smart Factory 핵심영역을 구축하면 효과적이라는 것이 입증되었다. 향후는 Smart Factory 구축성과의 연구를 하고자 한다.

This study conducted a management system and business analysis related to urban and architecture in local small and medium cities. The current status of the management department of the master plans, which were established based on the laws related to the spatial environment and implemented projects based on them, was analyzed, and the problems were derived. The basic urban master plan of the local government is classified as a hierarchical higher plan than other plans established within the same city, but there was a problem in that the timing of each plan was different. As a problem, the contents of the sub-plan were not included in the upper plan, or the opposite phenomenon occurred. In addition, the management entity of the master plan and sub-projects was different. To solve this problem, it is necessary to form a consistent structure of systematic planning and management subjects. In addition, in the future planning stage, it is necessary to establish a master plan establishment system according to hierarchies. This study is meaningful in that it can be used to establish a master plan establishment system according to hierarchy in the future planning stage and to establish the same management entity as the master plan in the projects stage.

The internet call systems using CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) functions are designed with system configuration, DFD(Data Flow Diagram) and ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram) in this paper. The internet call systems are constructed to cooperate with conventional CTI call center. The internet phone calls occurred from the web browser of customer can be connected throughout VoIP gateway and PBX to many counselors. The internet call systems can provide various services; customer information service, escorted browsing service, text chatting service, text sharing service, conference service, and statistical analysis service.
