The horse industry is a very large and important part of our national and local economies. As the horse industry which includes agriculture, business, sports, gaming, entertainment, and recreation is recently leads to interests in the local market, it is expected to maximize social and economic effects as a higher value-added industry. In reality, however, the portion of the horse industry is very poor in the entire agricultural industry, and it is prepared under very weak conditions for vitalization due to many restricted factors caused by low awareness and weak competitiveness in the horse industry. Under the circumstances, the paper presents Korean export status of horse industry and suggests the strategies for vitalization of exporting horse-related goods. The results of the study are as follows: Korean government needs to revise the law for export expansion, clarify HS tariff classification of horse-related industry, expand export items and markets, provide the export support policies and support the technical alliance with advanced countries.

This study attempted to verify the relationship among Job Attitude, Personality and Demographic Characteristics according to Dual Commitment Type. The groups were named 'very high dual commitment group(both highly committed to the organization and union)', 'normal dual commitment group(average level of commitment to both of them)', 'resisting dual commitment group(no commitment to both of them)', 'organization commitment group(only committed to organization)', 'union commitment group(only committed to union)'. This research was analyzed by 388 Hyundai and Kia motor company members and 'very high dual commitment group' and 'organizational commitment group' showed the highest Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement. Through group segmentations considering sub-concepts could contribute to design a strategy to increase the company's competitiveness in aspects of the direction to the HR policy.

With the rapid development of information and communication technologies, the boundaries of markets become blurred, and with the increasing uncertainties and risks of the future, competition among global companies becomes more intense. Accordingly the enterprises are considering or already taking cooperation strategies with enterprises in a competitive relationship as well as cooperative enterprises in a high correlation with one's own company as a plan to actively cope with changes in management environments. Thus, a cooperation strategy is an important element for the strengthening of the competitiveness of enterprises as well as the survival of the enterprises. However most preceding studies on cooperation strategies focus only on the effects of the properties of cooperation enterprises on the selection of cooperation partner enterprises and the business performance of the enterprises. Therefore, this study carried out an empirical analysis of the motivation and purpose of the construction of cooperation strategies by enterprise and what differences there are in factors to which importance is attached in selecting partners. In addition, this study analyzed the differences depending on the size: large and small enterprises and depending on the industry: electronics and chemical industries during AHP using a pairwise comparison technique.

This study aimed at learning the effect of farmers' individual competency on the performance of agricultural organization, and providing the preliminary data about strengthening the competitiveness of agriculture of the country by showing the effect of farmers' individual competency on the performance of agricultural organization. According to the results of our study, among 11 individual competencies, the ability to manage, customer satisfaction, marketing, and getting information have the positive relationship with the performance of agricultural organization, but strategic thinking has the negative relationship with the performance. The relationship between the performance and abstract competencies like teamwork, creativity, innovation, feasibility, and flexibility is not statistically significant. However, the abstract competencies are the core competencies within farmers, so farmers should be educated continuously in the long run in order to raise the performance.

Vietnam has become an attractive destination for foreign investors, but confidence in the country's legal system to resolve commercial disputes remains low. Reasons include the lack of an independent judiciary, the lack of published court decisions, and a tendency to criminalize civil disputes, among others. As such, arbitration has become a preferred alternative to litigation. On June 17, 2010, the National Assembly of Vietnam passed a new act on commercial arbitration replacing the July 1, 2003 ordinance on commercial arbitration. The new act will take effect on January 1, 2011, and it is widely expected by the Vietnamese legal profession and lawmakers will create a favorable legal framework for the expansion of the arbitration service market in Vietnam. The new act is inspired by the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law of 1985 as are most new arbitration laws throughout the world. As opposed to the 2003 ordinance, the 2010 Act allows parties to request interim relief from the arbitrators. Also the new act eliminates the mandate that arbitrators be Vietnamese. The law has addressed the ordinance's shortcomings and reflects international standards. Commercial arbitration law is an important milestone in the improvement process of the laws on commercial arbitration in Vietnam. However, it is still too soon to affirm anything definitely because there remain many obstacles to the activation of arbitration. Rule of law and business cultural factors are important. The leading arbitral institution, VIAC, which is attached to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is expected to play an important role for boosting the competitiveness of Vietnamese arbitration as an avenue to dispute settlement.

Transparent electronics has attracted many interests, for it can open new applications for consumer electronics, transportation, business, and military. Among them, display backplane, thin film transistor (TFT) array would be the most attractive application. Many researchers have been investigating oxide semiconductors for transparent channel material of TFT since the report for transparent amorphous oxide semiconductor (TAOS) TFT by Hosono group and ZnO TFT by Wager group. Especially, oxide TFTs have been intensively investigated during a couple of years since the first demonstration of ZnO-TFT driving AM-OLED. Many papers regarding the fabrication and performance of oxide TFTs, and active matrix display driven by oxide TFTs have been reported. Now lots of people have confidence in the competitiveness of oxide TFTs for the backplane of AM-Display. Especially, high mobility, uniformity, fairly good stability, and low cost process make oxide TFTs applied even to a large size AM-OLED. Last year, Samsung mobile display, former SID, reported 12" AM-OLED driven by IZGO-TFT and it seems that the remained issue for the mass production is the bias temperature stability. Here, we will introduce the application of oxide TFT and important issue for oxide TFT to be used for the direct printing.

The domestic construction market is recovered after a foreign exchange crises but recently it's daunted again because of the sustainable real estate regulation policy by the government. The other aspect, after the WTO(World Trade Organization) system opened overseas construction is growing continuously with growth of international economy and opening of market through world. Moreover, for ballooning oil prices an orders increase by oil-producing countries, the Middle East, gives good chances to domestic construction enterprises. But, the domestic firms decrease on our domain by chases of developing country and high-technology or advanced country. This research will indicate processes of our construction business to analyze performance record about our overseas construction from the 1970s to present. Based on the results it intends to search for problems of our construction enterprises and provide useful analytic data for expansion of overseas construction market.

In Korea, the construction industry has been growing quantitatively because of its aggressive advances into overseas construction market and the Korean government's housing policy. Moreover, visions and goals such as 'construction industry promotion build up plan' have recently been promoted by the government while new strategic growth focused on competitiveness is gaining interests among the industry. However, there are a few problems in the construction performance. First, the specific performance measurement indicator or skills for the construction industry are hardly found in Korea. Currently, the finance or overall management system in the construction business are used as indicators to measure performances in not only the construction industry but all industries including the manufacturing industry. The government, the industry and universities recognized the need for the performance measurement indicator and skill and have developed and actively studied on them.

Many Korean companies wanted to improve technological competitiveness and business performance radically through technology leadership initiatives. In-depth case studies about successful Korean technological innovation in the technology generation stage have potential to minimize Korea and developing country firms' trial and error when they are pursuing new technological innovation in the technology generation stage. There are few studies about developing country firms' technological innovations in the technology generation stage and especially process innovation studies are far less performed compared to product innovation studies. This is an exploratory study of POSCO's FINEX process technology innovation in the technology generation stage. These are my findings from this study. Firstly, leadership innovation in the technology generation stage is not a continuous development of catch-up innovation in the technology internalization stage and only top managements can initiate highly risky leadership innovation. Secondly, developing country firms which lacked in technological capability overcomes difficulties in the early stage through complementary technological collaboration with R&D first-movers. Thirdly, this company become a technology leader in spite of late entry in technology development race with developed country firms through rapid scale-ups.

ERP is an integrated information system to manage all human and material resources in offices. Therefore, the business competitiveness is reinforced. The best requirement of ERP is the real time data collection and analysis in ubiquitous environment. Passive information collection is a problem in existing ERP system. To solve that problem, active system is proposed using RFID Tag and Reader. From the simulation results, we confirm that resource information is acquired and event message is occurred after fixed time. In this paper, the real time management system of industry resource with RFID collects resource information actively instead of passive information collection and supports the event according to the schedule.
