  • Woodcraft activities have an inseparable relationship with our daily life, and it is a field that needs to be continued because of the value of education for the growing students. The interest in woodworking from childhood to old age is rapidly expanding nowadays, therefore this study has been done to provide images to those who are engaged in woodcraft business and also those who are interested in this field. If we look at the use of wood in our daily life, We can classify it into Architecture, Civil engineering, Furniture, Musical Instrument, Packaging, Recreational instrument, Exercise instrument, Stationery, Daily commodity, and Industrial use. Among them, We examined kinds of stationery and which type of woods were used. As a result of classifying 101 stationery products in 22 countries, stationery materials using wood can be used for Business cards, Envelope houses, Box houses, Pen holders, Locker plates, Stationery baskets, Book holders, Stamps, Paper knives, Bookmarks, and Photo frames. It was found various wooden stationery are made in USA, Japan, UK, Canada etc. And the most frequently used species are hardwoods such as Walnut (Juglans regia), Maple (Acer spp.), Cherry (Prunus serotina), Birch (Betula spp.), Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla), Tulip (Liriodendron tulipifera Linnaeus), Bubinga (Guibourtia tessmannii J. Leonard), Wenge (Milletia laurentii De. wild), Cocobolo (Dallbergia cultrata Grah), Zebrawood (Microberlinia brazzavillensis A. Chev.) and Ebony (Diospyros spp.).

  • After Satoshi Nakamoto published 'Bitcoin: A peer-to-peer electronic cash system' in 2008, Blockchain has been GPT (General Purpose Technologies) that affect the whole cycle of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. This study attempted to identify the innovativeness of Blockchain. Because of Blockchain's ambidextrous characteristics, Blockchain has two kinds of innovativeness, technological innovation by physical technology and social innovation by social technology. Thus, this study will be useful to increase understanding and establishing strategy for Blockchain.

  • Mid-sized manufacturing companies, which account for 0.7%(5,480 companies), 13.8%(1.169 million persons) of total employment, and 15.7% of total sales, have recently experienced a lot of difficulties in management activities due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S.-China trade war, and the collapse of global supply chains. To overcome this, revitalization of quality management activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness is emerging as an urgent task. In order for these quality management activities to achieve their intended purpose, the positive leadership of corporate managers is very important above all else. There have been many studies related to positive leadership, but most have focused on charismatic leadership and transformational leadership centered on large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study aims to present ways to strengthen the leadership of managers by empirically analyzing how the positive leadership of managers of mid-sized manufacturing companies, which was relatively under-researched, affects quality management activities and Business performance(Balanced Score Card; BSC).

  • With explosively increasing digital contents, library and Information center should have a new role between knowledge providers and knowledge users as information brokering organization. Electronic transaction system should be required for performing this brokering service since economic value is added to information and knowledge in information society. The developments and changes around library are keeping up with increasing building digital library and digitalizing printed sources. With the rapidly changing circumstances, the Internet is currently witnessing an explosive growth. By serving as a virtual information resource. the Internet can dramatically change the way business is conducted and Information is provided. However because of features o( the Internet like openness and information sharing, it has fundamental vulnerabilities in security issues. For Instance, disclosure of private information and line eavesdropping such as password, banking account, transaction data on network and so on are primary obstruction factors to activation of digital contents delivery on network. For high network security and authentication, this paper looks at smart card technologies and proposes multi-authentication protocol based on smart card on open network, implements and analyzes it.

  • The existing survey of the actual use relevant transportation, implemented in order to reflect transportation policy, has been performed for users by researcher directly, or thereby analysing the data of particular date-oriented of transportation card business's content so that such method have many problems. To solve such problem, we developed a new system, Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System which include several functions of effective collecting of transportation use-data created from the Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation System, accurate counting and easy inquiry. This system consists of Link-server to collect and count for transportation use-data, DB-server to store for this data and Inquiry terminal to search for the information needed. To verify for developed this system, we run test-bed by connection between this system and the Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation System developed by the KOREA Financial Telecommunications & Clearings, the KORAIL NETWORKS and the HiPlusCard. And through result of test-bed, we proved that Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System practically works well. Thus we can look for systematic reflect of reliable information.

  • Internet shopping mall has become a huge distribution channel with dramatic growth in recent years. The number of consumers has exponentially increased as the scale of shopping mall has been large so that shopping malls with thousands or millions of consumers become a general case. However, it is essential to evaluate whether current assortment of consumers is proper or not in the strategic aspect in order to operate Internet shopping mall effectively and gain profits. That is, it is important to evaluate whether consumer strategy of corporation is proper or not from the corporation. Despite this business importance, consumer assortment has not been evaluated well and related study is not sufficient. This study supposes a framework for consumer assortment evaluation, which evaluates whether consumer assortment of Internet shopping mall is proper or not. In the framework for consumer assortment evaluation, analysis data based on order data and consumer data in database is made. Then, four factors, consumer maintenance rate, consumer profitability, consumer securing rate and consumer conversion are setup, and 22 measurement indexes are drawn. Finally, a consumer assortment evaluation score card is made by integrating them. This study has applied a supposed framework to a domestic typical community based shopping mall, and it is expected that the evaluation result will be used as informant strategic information to operate the shopping mall effectively.

  • The expansion of the transportation card, and the popularity of smart phones has been increasing social concern about the NFC technology. Has been focused on the use of e-commerce, most of the NFC, fulfilling the security problems or technical topic for this, but the reality is that the current debate on the new value added contents industry and a nonexistent connection.   • Thus this study looked into existing literature focusing on generalities, and after literature studies, hypothesis was set up to solve the problems in the study. According to literature examination, self employed consulting was found to be comprised of four areas: awareness, reliability, satisfaction, and utilization, while consulting could be divided into four customer perspectives: customer, financial, internal processing, and learning and growth. An empirical study was conducted to verify the causal relationship between these causes, and we describe the findings of the study on the business management performance pursuant to self employed business consulting as follows: In this study, we examine an overall business management performance measurement by adopting the four variables of self employed business consulting, and enhance the chance of success by having systematic access to business establishment. In conclusion, in order to increase the success rate of the small business start-up, it is important to choose such items that fit the founder's experience and the characteristics of the business zone, and a successful founding of a business will be accomplished only when sufficient funding is combined with successful running, therefore, most importantly, striking a balance between the factors should start with the founder as the center, and there must be professional business knowledge and technical assistance by the business start-up support agency.

Also essential to the settlement of credit transactions using credit cards is important for expanding the effort, for the expansion of credit card merchant credit card advantage and raise awareness among traders about the expected effects is needed. Non-periodic Subway Scheduling that Minimizes Operational Cost and Passenger Waiting Time

  • Subway metro scheduling is one of the most important problems impacting passenger convenience today. To operate efficiently, the Seoul metro uses regular, periodic schedules for all lanes, both north and southbound. However, many past studies suggest that non-periodic scheduling would better optimize costs. Since the Seoul metro is continuously facing a deficit, adopting a non-periodic schedule may be necessary. Two objectives are presented; the first, to minimize the average passengers' waiting time, and the second, to minimize total costs, the sum of the passenger waiting time, and the operational costs. In this paper, we use passenger smart card data and a precise estimation of transfer times. To find the optimal time-table, a genetic algorithm is used to find the best solution for both objectives. Using Python 3.5 for the analysis, for the first objective, we are able to reduce the average waiting time, even when there are fewer trains. For the second objective, we are able to save about 4.5 thousand USD with six fewer trains.
