친환경농산물 선택기준이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 태도와 신뢰의 매개, 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Selection Criteria for Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products on Purchase Intention)

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention and the effects of consumers' attitudes and the reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention by using the theory of planned behavior. Subjective norms of variables of behavioral intention, attitudes toward behavior and control of the behavior were used to create selection criteria, consumers' attitudes and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products. The study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria, attitudes, and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention constructing models and hypotheses of mediation and moderation between selection criteria for agricultural products and purchase intention by consumers' attitudes and reliability. Research design, data, and methodology - The findings were as follows: first, consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products had a significantly affirmative influence upon purchase intention. Health was the most important factor of selection criteria convenience was more important than quality and familiarity was next. Consumers' attitudes and trust had a significant influence on purchase intention. Second, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust partially mediated selection criteria: sub-factors and purchase intention were important in selection criteria. Third, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust had a significant moderation effect between selection criteria and purchase intention. In the test of the moderation effect between sub-factors of selection criteria and purchase intention, consumers' attitude had a significantly positive influence upon health, convenience, and familiarity, and had no significant influence upon quality and purchase intention. Consumers' trust had no significant influence upon health, convenience, and quality. Results - The study provided several theoretical implications: first, an empirical analysis was undertaken with selection criteria for environmental-friendly agricultural products, consumers' attitude, and trust to investigate subjective norms, attitude toward behavior and control of behavior based on the theory of planned behavior. Second, this study investigated both the mediation effect and moderation effect of consumers' subjective norms on attitudes toward behavior, the mediating effects of perceived behavior control and changes of behavioral intention depending upon size and direction of the variables. This study also provided several practical implications. Conclusions - First, consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products did not increase despite rapid increase of production therefore, promotion of consumption and distribution was needed considering the supply and demand of the products. Second, definite standards for selection criteria were suggested to build up consumers' attitude and trust. Consumers' attitude could be improved by factors including the brand of environment-friendly agricultural products, consistent quality, solving physiological problems caused by adverse effects of environmental problems, supplementary approaches, treatment of adverse effects by eating food, and the development and supply of products in accordance with changes of lifestyle. Finally, consumers' demand for sub-factors of selection criteria could be much higher than health, convenience, and quality of the products. Therefore, a process was needed that could continuously check consumers' needs for the products. Limitations were described at the end of the study.

금융투자회사의 서비스진정성, 서비스품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Authenticity and Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Financial Investment Company)

  • 본 연구는 금융투자회사에서의 서비스진정성과 서비스품질 차원이 고객 만족, 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 고객신뢰의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 금융투자회사 이용경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 SPSS18.0 및 AMOS18.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 진정성 중 서비스과정진정성은 고객만족과 정의 유의한 관계가 확인되었고, 고객지향진정성은 신뢰를 매개로 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 서비스품질 5개 차원 중 반응성을 제외한 유형성, 신뢰성, 확신성, 공감성은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 공감성이 가장 높은 영향력을 보여주었다. 셋째, 고객신뢰, 고객만족, 고객충성도의 관계에서 고객신뢰는 고객만족과, 고객만족은 고객충성도와 유의한 관계를 보였으나, 고객신뢰와 고객충성도간에는 유의한 관계가 없었다. 따라서 금융투자회사는 서비스진정성과 서비스품질 제고를 통해 기존 충성고객과의 관계유지 및 신뢰도 제고를 위한 마케팅전략을 제고해야 할 필요가 있을 것이다.

슈퍼바이저의 고용불안정성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기효능감과 신뢰의 조절효과 (A Study on the Relationship between Franchise Firm's Supervisors Job Insecurity and Organizational Effectiveness: The Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy and Trust in Manager)

  • Purpose - This paper attempted to investigate the relationships among the perception of job insecurity and organizational effectiveness, and it examines these relationships while considering the moderating effect of trust in the manager and self-efficacy. Job insecurity is an independent variable, organizational effectiveness aspects (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention) are dependent variables, and trust and self-efficacy are moderators. Research design, data, and methodology - Regression analysis was used to verify the effects. The measurement items were already deemed as reliable and valid in the previous study, but for this purpose, some modifications were made. To examine the model, this study relied on the samples chosen from Korean employees in the six franchise business firms. The survey was conducted on 288 workers. Each question is based on a 5-point Likert type scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results - The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, job insecurity has an influence on organizational effectiveness aspects (negatively on job satisfaction, negatively on organizational commitment, and positively on turnover intention). Second, analyzing the moderating effect of trust, trust in manager is mediated between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness aspects (on organizational commitment and on turnover intention). However, employees' trust in manager had no significant moderating effect on the job insecurity-job satisfaction relationship. Third, self-efficacy is mediated between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness aspects (on job satisfaction, on organizational commitment, and on turnover intention). Conclusions - First, it is necessary to be aware of the seriousness of employees' job insecurity in franchise firms, which have played a pivotal role in national economic growth, and to create a detailed plan for reducing insecurity and actively implementing it. To this end, the franchise companies should implement efficiency efforts such as obtaining an appropriate capacity of equipped personnel and a training program. Second, there are moderating effects of self-efficacy and trust in the relationship between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness. Depending on business conditions, stability and instability can only be experienced in the organizations of franchise companies. This can give rise to instability in employment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize a system that can be minimized with a change in the new awareness of employment instability. After all, a good leader (manager) must accumulate personal trust and build up a core competence that is necessary to become competent in the field himself. Even if you lack the material resources to improve performance, if the leader with the core competencies (e.g., technical/management /organization/marketing/design) can gain the trust of the supervisor, you can get a good organizational performance. Therefore, you should foster a healthy organizational culture through education such as leadership training and employee training to be built on trust between the leaders and the employees. In addition, you need to focus on HRD&M training in order to increase the self-efficacy of the supervisor.

An integrated model for pore pressure accumulations in marine sediment under combined wave and current loading

  • In this paper, an integrated model for the wave (current)-induced seabed response is presented. The present model consists of two parts: hydrodynamic model for wave-current interactions and poro-elastic seabed model for pore accumulations. In the wave-current model, based on the fifth-order wave theory, ocean waves were generated by adding a source function into the mass conservation equation. Then, currents were simulated through imposing a steady inlet velocity on one domain and pressure outlet on the other side. In addition, both of the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokers (RANS) Equations and $k-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model would be applied in the fluid field. Once the wave pressures on the seabed calculated through the wave-current interaction model, it would be applied to be boundary conditions on the seabed model. In the seabed model, the poro-elastic theory would be imposed to simulate the seabed soil response. After comparing with the experimental data, the effect of currents on the seabed response would be examined by emphasize on the residual mechanisms of the pore pressure inside the soil. The build-up of the pore water pressure and the resulted liquefaction phenomenon will be fully investigated. A parametric study will also be conducted to examine the effects of waves and currents as well as soil properties on the pore pressure accumulation.

사면 및 하도 복합유출장의 단기 유출해석 시스템 개발 (Build-Up a Kinematic Wave Routing System for the Catchment-Stream Complex)

  • 본 연구는 유역의 지형인자를 고려한 강우의 수리학적 단기유출 해석 시스템을 개발한 것이다. 강우 유출의 기본 개념은 Kinematic Wave 이론에 의거하였으며, 그 수치해는 특성곡선 추적법에 의하여 산출된다. 개발된 강우유출해석 시스템은 한개의 하도를 중심으로 좌우 2개의 등가사면을 지니는 단위 등가조도 모델이 복수개의 하도망을 따라 결합된 복합 등가조도 유역 모델로 구성되며, 등가조도유역 모델은 유역의 하천차수이론에 근거하여 규정됨으로써 유역이 지니는 확률적 지형인자를 모델 파라메타에 함축시키는 특성을 지닌다. 모델 파라메타의 민감도분석과 IHP 대표유역인 보청천 유역의 지형 및 수문자료를 이용한 모델 보정과 검정을 통하여 제안 시스템의 현장 적용성과 재현가능성이 확인되었다. 본 연구의 성과에 의하여 해석대상 등가유역의 시공간상 임의 위치에서 수리량의 시간변동 예측 및 유역의 개발에 따른 단기적 수질변동 해석에 요구되는 수리량의 해석이 가능하게 되었다.

점토굴착 사면의 거동에 관한 원심모형실험 및 수치해석 (Centrifuge Model Experiments and Numerical Analyses on the Behaviour of Excavated Clayey Soil)

  • This paper is the results of experimental and numerical works on analyzing the geotechnical engineering behavior and characteristics of excavated clay slope formed by the method of excavated replacement which is one of treatments in soft soil ground. For the centrifuge model tests, models of excavated clay slope were prepared by remolding the marine clayey soil sampled from the field. Tests were performed with changing the slope to investigate the behavior of them. On the other hand, numerical analyses were carried out to analyze the change of safety factor against instability of slope with time. Changes of pore water pressure, shear strength and displacement were also investigated. As results of centrifuge model tests with slopes of 1:1.5 and 1:3 using the confining body of simulating the effect of excavation, for the case of 1:1.5, slope failure occurred right after remove the confining body whereas relatively small displacements within the range of 3.2mm, implying to maintain the stability of slope, were observed for the case of 1:3 slope. From the results of numerical analyses using the software of PLAXIS to investigate the stability of slope after excavation, the minimum safety factor against slope failure was 1.28 for the case of 1:3 slope. The further researches in the future are required with considerations of build up of static pore water pressures during acceleration of centrifuge, depth of excavation influencing the behavior of the slope and permeability of the slope since excavation of the slope was not simulated well resulted from the limitations of apparatus at the stage of excavation during the centrifuge tests.

점포이미지가 유통업체상표이미지 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 부산지역 전국유통업체와 지역유통업체를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Store Image on Private Brand Image and Purchase Intentions - Comparison of National Distributors with Local Distributors in Pusan -)

  • 본 연구에서는 점포이미지, 유통업체상표이미지, 구매의도간의 인과관계를 규명해보는 건으로 부산지역의 전국유통업체와 지역유통업체의 비교를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 점포이미지가 유통업체이미지에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 둘째, 점포별 점포이미지가 유통업체이미지에 미치는 영향의 차이를 조사하였다. 마지막으로, 점포이미지와 유통업체상표이미지가 유통업체상표구매의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 연구 결과 유통업체상표이미지에 있어 점포이미지는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 점포별로 점포이미지가 유통업체상표이미지에 미치는 영향은 차이가 남을 알 수 있었다 또한, 점포이미지와 유통업체상표이미지가 유통업체상표 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 났으며 점포이미지의 영향보다는 유통업체상표이미지의 영향이 구매의도에 더 크게 작용하고 있었다. 연구결과를 토대로 유통업체는 점포이미지의 개선을 통해 유통업상표에 대한 인식을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다고 할 수 있으며, 특히, 점포속성들중에서 특정요소를 부각시킴으로써 유통업체상표를 관리할 필요성을제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 준설 매립된 느슨한 상태의 실트질 사질토층이 얕게 분포해 있는 지역에 건물 조성 및 건축물 시공을 위한 기초설계사례에 관한 연구로, 연구 대상지는 군산, 인천지역의 준설 매립지로 심도 E.L(-)10m 전후에 느슨한 실트질 사질토층이 분포해 있으며, 하부 말뚝기초의 지지층은 E.L(-)20m 전후로 출현하고 있어 얕은 기초공법 적용 시 기초지반 보강을 위한 지반개량이 필요한 지역이다. 따라서 이에 적용 가능한 기초처리 공법들을 비교 검토한 결과 구역별 설계하중 조건을 고려하는 동다짐 공법이 가장 적합한 공법으로 선정되었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 검증하기 위한 방법으로 현장시험시공을 통해 시공결과에 대한 확인시추조사 및 평판재하시험 등을 실시하여 지반개량효과를 분석하였으며, 동다짐 공법에 의해 지지력에 대한 안정성이 확보됨을 확인하였다.

SOA 기반의 가정간호서비스 시스템 개발 (A Development of Home Nursing Service System based Service Oriented Architecture (SOA))

  • 건강의 질을 높이고 효율적인 건강전달체계를 마련하기 위해서, 전자건강기록시스템은 건강서비스를 제공하는 의료기관에서 중요하다. 그러나 국내 의료기관에서 현재 운용되는 시스템은 데이터 검색 및 처리를 위해서 분산 환경의 독립적인 소프트웨어 인터페이스를 사용하고 있다. 이로 인해, 새로운 시스템과의 연계시 각각의 인터페이스 모듈을 구입하거나 개발하는데 추가적인 비용 및 복잡성이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 가정간호서비스를 서비스지향아키텍처기반으로 구현 한 후 평가를 수행하였다. 서비스 시나리오를 근간으로 프로세스 모델링과 비즈니스 요구사항을 정의하였으며, 서비스 설계를 위해서 다섯 가지의 검증 항목을 기준으로 17개의 후보 서비스를 도출하였다. 최종 서비스 도출을 위해 서비스리트머스테스트(service litmus test) 기법을 사용하여 7개의 서비스를 선정하였다. SOA 기반의 정보시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스 개선으로 환자 대기시간을 단축하는 효과가 있었다. 결론적으로, 병원정보 시스템이 소비자의 다양한 요구사항에 유연하게 대응하기 위해서는 상호운용성, 재사용성, 유지보수 등이 탁월한 SOA 기술적용을 고려하여야 한다.

In this study, we want to provide the most important standard of space composition of several visible or invisible environment factor making an bakery store. commercial rights are defferentiated between center commercial land and dwelling commercial land and we can strengthen the competitveness by bringing inspect, analysis, comparison about product make-up price each commercial land in space organixation of in-store actively in the 21 century's new bakery competition. In the 21st century, we should recognize we are in the new period about these a aggressive goal of maximization of sales and performed space construction through plan specialization to build reasonably and effectively. composition plan for store space as composition rate of product would be basic plan. so when the opening store is decided it need to be basic composition plan space which Is proper to situation of area.
