공기조화설비 겸용 제연설비 덕트의 성능개선을 위한 연구 (A Study on Performance Improvements about Duct of Smoke Control System Combined with Air-Conditioning Equipment)

  • To ensure the safety and functionality of a railroad bridge, maintaining the integrity of the bridge via continuous structural health monitoring is important. However, most structural integrity monitoring methods proposed to date are based on modal responses which require the extracting process and have limited availability. In this paper, the applicability of the existing damage identification method based on free-vibration reponses to time-domain deflection shapes due to moving train load is investigated. Since the proposed method directly utilizes the time-domain responses of the structure due to the moving vehicles, the extracting process for modal responses can be avoided, and the applicability of structural health evaluation can be enhanced. The feasibility of the presented method is verified via a numerical example of a simple plate girder bridge.

화재로 인한 교량구조의 손상 분석 (Damage Analysis of the Bridge Structure Caused by Fire Outbreak)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 화재가 발생한 교량의 지속적인 사용가능 여부를 결정하고 보수·보강에 대한 근거자료를 제공하기 위해 교량의 화재 손상여부를 정확하게 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 구조물에 전달된 화재온도를 추정하기 위하여 콘크리트의 XRD, SEM 및 EDS 분석 등을 실시하였으며, PSCI Beam 및 바닥판 콘크리트 표면으로부터의 깊이별, 구역별로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 화재구간 콘크리트에 대한 시험결과 G12,11은 깊이 60mm까지 열에 의한 영향이 미친 것으로 확인되었고 수열온도는 최대 1000℃ 이상인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 G10,9,8 거더는 G12,11에 비해 상대적으로 약한 피해를 입었으며 피해 정도는 최대 40mm 깊이까지 열에 의한 영향을 받은 것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 분석된 자료를 근거로 보수·보강과 정기적인 점검을 시행한다면 본 교량은 화재에 의한 손상을 감안하더라도 충분한 안전성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

리플전압을 이용한 병렬아크 사고 감지기 개발 (Development of Parallel Arc Fault Detector Using Ripple Voltage)

  • The major causes of electrical fire in low-voltage distribution lines are classified into short-circuit fault, overload fault, electric leakage, and electric contact failure. The special principal factor of the fire is electric arc or spark accompanied with such electric faults. This paper studies the development of an electric fire prevention system with detection and alarm of that in case of parallel arc fault occurrence in low-voltage distribution lines. The proposed system is designed on algorithm sensing the instantaneous voltage drop of line voltage at arc fault occurrence. The proposed detector has characteristics of high-speed operation responsibility and superior system reliability from composition using a large number of semiconductor devices. A new sensing control method that shows the detection of parallel arc fault is sensed to ripple voltage drop through a diode bridge full-wave rectifier at electrical accident occurrence. Some experimental tests of the proposed system also confirm the practicality and validity of the analytical results.

사장교 케이블 손상 사나리오에 따른 구조 안전 수준 평가 (Structural Safety Evaluation of Cable Stayed Bridge based on Cable Damage Scenarios)

  • 본 연구는 케이블 시스템의 손상으로 인한 케이블지지 교량의 안전 수준을 평가하여 재난 관리의 활용을 목적으로 한다. 국내에 다양한 형태의 케이블지지 교량(현수교 및 사장교)이 건설되었다. 이러한 교량은 복잡한 구조 요소와 시스템을 가지고 있기 때문에 효율적인 유지 관리가 필요하다. 케이블지지 교량은 종종 인적 또는 자연 재난에 따른 위험을 직면하기도 한다. 2015년 국내 공용중인 사장교에서 번개에 의한 케이블 화재 사고가 발생하였다. 이 사건으로 인해 케이블이 파단이 발생하였고, 교량 붕괴의 위험까지도 고려되었다. 또한 이 사고로 인해 엄청난 사회적 경제적 비용이 요구되었다. 이 사건 이후로 이러한 대형 인프라 시설물에 대한 리스크 기반의 유지관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 잠재적 인 케이블 피해로 인한 교량의 안전 수준을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었고, 국내의 사장교 1개소를 선정하여 효율적이고 신속한 관리를 위한 의사결정 지원을 목표로 케이블 시스템의 손상 시나리오에 따른 교량 안전 수준을 평가하였다. 사장교의 케이블 손상 시나리오에 따른 안전 수준은 FEM 해석을 통하여 분석되었다.

화재 발생시 열응력에 의한 복합재료 과량 시스템의 거동에 관한 연구 (Numerical Study of Lightweight FRP Bridge Deck System induced by Thermal Stress by Fire)

  • Due to their light weight, high stiffness-to-weight and strength-to-weight ratios, and potentially high resistance to environmental degradation, resulting in lower life-cycle costs, polymer composites, are increasingly being considered for use in civil infrastructure applications. Recently, an FRP deck has been installed on a state highway, located in New York State. In this study, a thermal stress analysis was conducted using finite element method to study failure mechanisms of the superstructure. This analysis evaluated small and large temperature gradient effects on the FRP deck considering lightweight of FRP deck and ply orientations at the interface between steel girders and FRP deck Finite element model was verified using the load tests of the bridge deck. Finally, the analytical results shows the possible failure mechanism of FRP deck under various temperature changes and its corresponding index is suddenly varied depending on the rapid change of temperature on the deck plate.

선교내에서 청각경보음의 유형이 반응속도와 정확성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Auditory Warning Types on Response Time and Accuracy in Ship Bridges)

  • The effects of different auditory warnings on response time and accuracy were studied in a laboratory ship-bridge work environment. Subjective preference on the type of auditory warnings was also of a primary concern. Twenty five subjects were asked to select an appropriate button for the warning sound presented with three types of auditory warning (abstract sound, auditory icon, and voice alarm) and five levels of warning situation (fire, steering failure, collision, engine failure, and low power). Results showed that the response time and accuracy was significantly affected by the types of auditory warning. The voice alarm resulted in a higher accuracy and subjective preference, as compared to the auditory icon and abstract sound. Regarding the response time, auditory icons and voice alarms were equivalent and superior to abstract sounds. Actual or potential applications of this research include guidelines for the design of integrated ship bridge systems.

수리모형을 이용한 선박 항해기기 패널의 인간공학적 배치 (The Ergonomic Layout of Ship's Bridge Panels using the Mathematical Programming)

  • When designing a ship, ergonomic considerations are crucial when minimizing a navigator's fatigue due to the burden of work, and to appropriately operate the navigational equipment for each given situation by helping the operator to understand the surroundings as well as the physical functions of the ship. However, insufficient consideration of ergonomic elements in the actual design of ship Bridges is lowering the performance of safe navigation and allows for the possibility of operation or readout errors. Consequently, these errors lead to an increase in maritime accidents. Therefore, this study conducted a usability evaluation on the importance of and the usage frequency of navigational equipment, their influence on actual navigation, and the possibility of error upon operation or readout between training ship officers, to derive an optimized layout that includes the consideration of ergonomic factors for on-Bridge navigational equipment, which are currently arranged differently according to their type or size. The optimized layout of on-Bridge navigational equipment was carried out based on the evaluation results, using the Lingo program. Through the process of optimization, revised layouts of on-Bridge navigational equipments(control and display device) were suggested, considering emergency situations(ship collision, stranding, fire and explosion, sinking, etc.) during navigation.

화재에 의한 사장교 케이블의 유한요소 해석 (FEM Analysis on the Damage for the Cable of Cabled-suspension Bridges by Fire)

  • 최근 케이블을 이용한 현수교 또는 사장교 형식의 교량들이 건설되고 있다. 이러한 교량에서 자동차 충돌등의 사고에 의한 교량위 화재로 손상을 받는 경우가 종종 발생되고 있으나, 화재에 의한 교량구조물의 안정성에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국도확장사업구간에 시공되고 있는 사장교 교량을 대상으로 하여, 상용소프트웨어인 Solid Works 2007을 사용하여 모델링하고, COSMOS FloWorks 2007소프트웨어에 의한 열전달 해석 및 열응력 해석을 통하여 와이어, 교량위 화재 발생시 와이어, 사재방재 파이프 및 그 주변에 대한 사재방재케이블의 안전을 검토 하였다. 해석변수로는 열원의 온도, 방호책과 열원사이의 거리, 풍속, 스텐인레스강관 끝단의 높이를 사용하였다.

조잡에 대한 형상의학적 고찰 (Review on Gastroenteric Troubles According to Neurosis or Uncomfortable Feeling with Hyungsang Medicine)

  • The writer reviewed on Chojop and came to conclusions as follows. Symptoms of Chojop is appeared digestive ailment such as belching, nausea, regurgitation of acid, stomachache etc., if being serious, felt oppressed with palpitating in chest and uneasiness at times. In Dangaesimbub written by Chujinhyung, the causes of Chojop were mainly regarded as phlegmatic fire(痰火) and suggested the way of treatment. The causes of Chojop are movable fire with phlegm, insufficiency of blood caused by thinking to excess, and Shinyanghohan(腎陽虛汗) that is piled cold phlegm by voidance and coldness of Renal Yang, but the main cause is brought to a conclusion as phlegmatic fire. The phlegmatic fire is come from being in discord with the spleen and the stomach, or from in harmony between vigor and blood according to essence and vital energy which are disturbed by combined feelings. That is caused by disharmony between inner and outer conditions according to individuals. The distinctive features in shapes of Chojop are revealed to shapes such as manlike woman, womanlike man, wearing darkish or reddish color between two eyebrows, being almond eyed, strong eyebrows, being sunk the upper part of the nose bridge, lots of facial blots, Dam-body, Ki type, Shin type, Birds group, and Yangmyung type. The doctors can prescribe Whadamchungwhatang to Yangmyung type, Yanghyulsamul-tang for patients with strong eyebrows so flourishing blood and vigor, Hyangsapyungwuisan for patients belong to Birds group, Soshikchungul-tang for Ki type, and Palmiwhan for man belonged to Bangkwang-body with voidance and coldness of Renal Yang chiefly.
