본 연구의 목적은 가정외보호청소년(양육시설, 그룹홈, 가정위탁)의 사회적자본이 그들의 자립의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 이 경로에서 학교적응의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 전국의 양육 시설, 그룹홈, 가정위탁 청소년들 가운데 중 고등학교에 재학 중인 만 13세 이상 만 19세 이하의 청소년을 연구 대상으로 하여 표집 하였고, 총 358명의 가정외보호청소년이 연구에 참여하였다. 주요 통계 방법으로는 구조방정식 모형 분석을 활용하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Bootstrapping 방법을 사용하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과, 가정외보호청소년의 사회적자본이 자립의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나 학교적응을 통해 간접적으로 자립의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가정외 보호청소년의 사회적자본과 학교적응, 그리고 자립의지를 높일 수 있는 정책적 실천적 함의를 논하였다.

이 연구는 빈곤 아동을 위한 대표적인 돌봄시설로 선별주의적 접근방식을 취하고 있는 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동이 지각하는 낙인감에 대한 관심에서 비롯되었다. 스트레스 과정 모델을 기반으로 지역아동센터 이용아동의 스트레스원인 낙인감이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이들 관계에서 대처자원인 임파워먼트와 지역사회자본의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이 연구목적이다. 대구광역시와 경산시에 소재한 지역아동센터를 이용하고 있는 초등학생 5, 6학년 175명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS Process Macro와 bootstrapping 방식을 사용하여 낙인감과 행복감과의 관계에서 임파워먼트와 지역사회자본의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 지역아동센터 이용아동의 성별, 가족형태, 성적을 통제한 후, 낙인감은 행복감에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 임파워먼트와 지역사회자본은 낙인감과 행복감의 관계에서 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 지역아동센터 이용아동의 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적·실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

본 논문은 조직에서 상사의 비인격적 감독이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그 경로에서 정서적 스트레스와 직무열의의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 317명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS Macro 및 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 비인격적 감독, 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도 간의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였으며 이중매개관계가 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 상사의 비인격적 감독과 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도에 대한 경로를 규명하였다는 점에서 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 종단적 연구 및 경로에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 심층 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 다문화청소년이 지각하는 가족갈등, 자아존중감과 삶의 만족도의 영향 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 분석자료는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 조사한 '2020년 다문화청소년패널조사(MAPS: MAPS: Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study) 2기 2차 조사' 데이터를 이용하였다. 조사 시점에 초등학교 5학년에 재학 중인 다문화청소년 1,533명을 표본으로 선정하였다. 분석 방법은 기술 분석과 상관분석 및 PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4로 매개효과와 Bootstrapping으로 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 다문화청소년이 지각하는 가족갈등이 삶의 만족도에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 가족갈등과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분 매개하였다. 즉 다문화청소년의 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 정책적 대안과 실천적 프로그램을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the structural relations among kindergartens director's servant leadership, ego resilience and organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers. Methods: The subjects in this study were 387 kindergarten teachers working in B city. A director's servant leadership, kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment were assessed by a teacher-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and a structural equation model using the Bootstrapping method. Results: First, there were significant relationships among the variables analyzed in this research, namely, a director's servant leadership, kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment. Second, Teacher's ego resilience partially mediated the effect of a director's servant leadership upon kindergarten teacher'organizational commitment. Conclusion/Implications: Results suggest the importance of a director's role in the context of improving kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment.

Process capability indices are used to determine whether a production process is capable of producing items within a specified tolerance. We could estimate the finite sample distributions of some process capability indices with bootstrap method. In this paper, we derive the asymptotic bootstrap distributions of some process capability indices ${\hat{C}}^*_p$, ${\hat{C}}^*_{pk}$ and ${\hat{C}}^*_{pm}$ under general proper conditions. These asymptotic distributiops would be used in constructing some bootstrap confidence intervals. Also, we examine some small sample properties related to these estimators by some simulations.

Let $X_{t}$ = .beta. $X_{{t-1}}$ + .epsilon.$_{t}$ be an autoregressive process where $\mid$.beta.$\mid$ < 1 and {.epsilon.$_{t}$} is independent and identically distriubted with regularly varying tail probabilities. This process is called the asymptotically stationary first-order autoregressive process (AR(1)) with infinite variance. In this paper, we obtain a host of weak convergences of some point processes based on bootstrapping of { $X_{t}$}. These kinds of results can be generalized under the infinite variance assumption to ensure the asymptotic validity of the bootstrap method for various functionals of { $X_{t}$} such as partial sums, sample covariance and sample correlation functions, etc.ions, etc.

이 논문에서는 이산코사인변환(discrete cosine transform) 계수를 이용하여 AR(1) 과정에서 단위근을 검정하는 방법을 소개한다. 제안하고자 하는 방법의 이론적 타당성을 보이기 위해 정상 AR(1) 과정과 확률보행과정 하에서의 이산코사인변환 계수의 통계적 성질을 비교한다. 비교 결과를 이용하여 단위근 여부를 확인할 수 있는 검정통계량을 제안하고 붓스트랩을 활용하여 검정통계량의 분포를 유도한다. 모의실험을 통해 기존 Dickey-Fuller 검정과 검정력 비교를 실시하였다.

In this paper, the Inverse Weibull distribution parameters have been estimated using a new estimation technique based on the non-parametric kernel density function that introduced as an alternative and reliable technique for estimation in life testing models. This technique will require bootstrapping from a set of sample observations for constructing the density functions of pivotal quantities and thus the confidence intervals for the distribution parameters. The performances of this technique have been studied comparing to the conditional inference on the basis of the mean lengths and the covering percentage of the confidence intervals, via Monte Carlo simulations. The simulation results indicated the robustness of the proposed method that yield reasonably accurate inferences even with fewer bootstrap replications and it is easy to be used than the conditional approach. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the densities and the inferential methods developed in this paper.

A Novel level-shifter circuit for Display Panel Driver is presented. A Proposed level-shifter is for the high speed and high-voltage driving capability. In order to achieve this purpose, the proposed level-shifter restricts and separates the Vgs of the output driver's pull-up PMOS and pull-down NMOS with Zener diode. And a speed-up PMOS transistor is introduced to reduce delay. The control signal of speed-up PMOS was designed by bootstrapping method to minimize the gate to source (Vgs) voltage to avoid Vgs breakdown.
