The Channel Material Study of Double Gate Ultra-thin Body MOSFET for On-current Improvement

  • In this paper, quantum mechanical simulations of the double-gate ultra-thin body (DG-UTB) MOSFETs are performed according to the International Technology Roadmap of Semiconductors (ITRS) specifications planned for 2020, to devise the way for on-current ($I_{on}$) improvement. We have employed non-equilibrium Green's function (NEGF) approach and solved the self-consistent equations based on the parabolic effective mass theory [1]. Our study shows that the [100]/<001> Ge and GaSb channel devices have higher $I_{on}$ than Si channel devices under the body thickness ($T_{bd}$) <5nm condition.

Study on the Influence and Difference of Taijiquan and Five-animal Exercises on College Students' Ankle Muscle Strength

  • The physique and health status of Chinese college students have received a generous concern in recent years. The physical condition of Chinese college students is not good and this phenomenon is especially obvious among female college students, which has been an disputable fact. This study starts from exercise intervention to study the concrete influence of taijiquan (a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) and five-animal exercises on human body balance ability; the study uses experimental apparatus to measure the specific impact of exercise intervention on human body balance ability; meanwhile, the study also applies data analysis to longitudinally study whether the two studied sports items affect body balance, and whether there is difference in terms of the influence of two sports items on human body balance ability. The conclusions are as follows: firstly, 24-style taijiquan and five-animal exercises can improve ankle muscle strength, and the focus and degree of the improvement are different; secondly, five-animal exercises have a better improvement effect on the flexor and extensor muscles of ankle joint and 24-style taijiquan is in the second place. Moreover, compared with 24-style taijiquan, there is no significant difference in terms of the improvement caused by five-animal exercises; thirdly, 24-style taijiquan has a better effect on the improvement of internal rotation and evertors muscle strength. Compared with 24-style taijiquan, five-animal exercises have no significant difference in terms of the improvement degree.

요추간판탈출증 환자의 체질침과 체침에 의한 자각적 통증감소 비교 (Comparison of the Improvement of Subjective Symptoms between Body Acupuncture Group & 8 Constitution Acupuncture Group)

  • Objective : The main cause of back pain & sciatica is HNP of L-spine. Recently, 8 Constitution Acupuncture is largely used for it, but the effects isn't announced. So we studied. The perceived pain diminishment is compared with Body acupuncture and 8 Constitution acupuncture. Methods : VAS(Visual analogue scale) was used for this research, with the pain indicator of 10 and 0 which represents a patient admission to a hospital and a status of no pain respectively. Two groups, consisting of Body acupuncture group with 17 persons and 8 Constitution acupuncture group with 12 persons, was randomly allocated for this research. SPSS(Statistical Program for Social Science) for window is used for a statistical analysis, and the independent T-test is performed to gauge the improvement of VAS, in which case, value of P below 0.05 is considered as useful. Results : The result of the VAS of comparison analysis between two groups after 10 days, shows that the improvement of subjective symptoms in Body acupuncture group is more effective than that in 8 Constitution acupuncture group. (independent T-test, P=0.009)

고등학교 교과용 도서 체제에 관한 학생들의 시 지각 반응 연구 (A Study of Student' Visual Perceptive Response to Reading System for High School Textbooks)

  • This styudy analyzed the main bodies, marginal space, Position of the main bodies of curent textbooks in high schools and "the eriteria of reading system for textbooks" which was sugested the Department of Education and Provided some sugestions for the improvement. The research methods used for the study were both literature review and survey rdsdarch with a questionaire. Inorder to research for the main body of textbook, space of margin, the optimum position fo the main body, sizes of litters, spaces between letters, words, lines length of lines, sizes of main body and margin, and margin, and postitionof main body were checked through a related literature review. For the questionaire experiment, a questionaire based on data drawn from analysis of textbooks, "criteria for reading system of textbook" sugested by the Department of Education, and some suggestions for improvement by the researcher was made and used for the test, targetting 384 body and girl students in high schools.

유아기 아동의 신체개념 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Childhood with the Body Concept)

  • This study was to investigate the effects of the sensory-motor training program childhood body concept and to investigate the difference between the control group and experimental group. Subjects of the study were compared with children whose age varied from three to four years old, where I.Q was over 100. The major things of this study was as follows, First, sensory-motor training program was effective with regards to body concept improvement among the three-, four-year-old children. Second, both the experimental group trained by sensory-motor program and the control group trained by cognitive-perceptual training program were revealed a meaningful performance. But, sensory-motor program offering subcognitive sensory body experiences yielded higher mean gains in scores than a cognitive-perceptual program. Sensory-motor learning is more effective than verbal learning is promoting body concept reflected in the ability to draw human figures.

체력관리 수업이 여자 대학생의 신체구성, 혈압 및 건강관련 체력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fitness Management Class on Body Composition, Blood Pressure and Health-related Fitness in College Women)

  • 본 연구는 체력관리 수업이 비만도가 각기 다른 여자 대학생들의 신체구성, 혈압 및 건강관련 체력에 미치는 영향이 다른지에 대해 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 본교 2012~2016년 9학기 동안 체력관리 수업을 수강한 여학생 317명을 대상으로 하였으며, 그룹 구분은 체질량지수와 체지방률(%) 기준으로 저체중, 마른 비만, 정상, 정상 비만 그리고 비만 그룹으로 구분하였다. 체력관리 수업은 저항성 운동과 유산소 운동의 복합운동으로 일일 75분, 주 2회로 구성하여 진행하였다. 본교의 체력관리 수업은 비만 그룹을 제외한 네 그룹의 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방율, 근육량 그리고 허리둘레를 긍정적으로 개선시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 혈압(SBP, DBP)과 건강관련 체력에서는 다섯 그룹 모두에서 대부분 긍정적으로 개선되는 효과가 있었다. 따라서 체력관리 수업은 비만 여자 대학생의 신체구성의 개선을 제외하고 여자 대학생들의 신체구성과 혈압의 개선 및 건강관련 체력을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

전륜 Insulator 이음 개선을 위한 강건 구조 방안 연구 (A Study On The Robust Structure For Improvement of Front Insulator Noise Improvement)

  • Purpose: Clarify the cause of the noise by the front wheel strut insulator, which is located in close proximity to the driver's seat. Methods: The improvement mechanism was confirmed through failure analysis and reproduction test of the joint generation mechanism. In addition, the main factors were analyzed through principal test. Results: This paper describes the mechanism of occurrence of noise due to deterioration and hardness increase of rubber, deformation on severe road surface, foreign matter and water inflow in cold weather. Conclusion: We found that the insulator and body deformation can be minimized without increasing the thickness of the body and the insulator and reinforcing the body by dispersing the input load by applying load distribution structure instead of the local forming structure of the insulator in the insulator robust structure.

웰니스 건강 증진 프로그램 참여에 따른 고령자 건강생활습관 변화 (Changes in Life Habits of Health Associated with Participation in a Wellness Improvement Program in the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 고령자의 건강증진에 도움을 주고자 노인종합복지시설을 이용하는 고령자들을 대상으로 신체형태 구성과 노인체력, 생활습관 및 영양수준을 파악한 후 고령자들에게 웰니스 건강증진 프로그램을 12주간 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫쨰, 성별에 따른 연령별 신체구성형태 변화 중 남자는 BMI 변화에서 유의한 차가 나타났고, 여자는 BMI, 체지방율 변화에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 성별에 따른 연령별 노인체력 변화 중 남자는 하체근력, 상체근력, 상체유연성, 변형 전신지구력 변화에서 유의한 차가 나타났고, 여자는 하체근력, 상체근력 변화에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋쨰, 성별에 따른 연령별 생활습관 및 영양수준 변화 중 남자는 식생활습관, 운동습관에서 유의한 차가 나타났고, 여자는 운동습관, 스트레스 해소습관과 총 영양 수준 변화에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결론을 종합하면, 고령자의 웰니스 증진 건강프로그램 참여는 신체구성과 일상생활의 많은 활동과 낙상에 위험요소인 하체근력을 강화시키고, 일상생활 물건의 운반과 이동에 용이한 상체근력도 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 식생활습관을 개선시키고, 스트레스해소습관과 운동습관 변화에도 긍정적 역할을 하여 고령자의 건강에 도움을 주고 삶의 질을 향상시킬 것으로 생각된다.

피트성 향상을 위한 비만여성의 바지패턴 개발 (The Development of Pants Pattern for the Improvement of Obese Women's Fit)

  • The purpose of this study was improvement of the pants fit for obese women. The results were as follows; 5 obese women in their 20s and 30s were selected for the testing 3D body. They showed no significant differences in all items, comparing with the data of 5th Size Korea body dimensions. The average waist circumstance of the subjects' 3D body dimensions was 87.0 cm and hip circumstance was 102.4 cm, and their obese body types had similar mean values. Based on the survey results and the 3D body dimensions of 5th Size Korea body dimensions, a pants pattern to supplement their body type and improve a fit was designed with waist circumference(88 cm), hip circumference(103 cm), crotch length(27.1 cm), thigh circumference(62 cm), pants length(97 cm), pants hem line circumference(44 cm). Based on the detailed design of ready made pants and the study results of young obese women's preference for pants design, pants of straight silhouette and semi-tight fit which have waist line lowered by 3.5 cm from the waist circumference line, 3.5 cm belt width, no front dart and one back dart, were manufactured with 100% black cotton and cotton spandex mixed fabrics.
