  • Recently, the collision problems between a bridge and a navigating ship are frequently issued at the stage of structure design. Even the many study results about vessel to vessel collision are presented, but the collision studies between vessel and bridge structure have been hardly presented. In this study, nonlinear dynamic analysis of vessel and fender system carry out using ABAQUS/Explicit commercial program with consideration of some parameters, such as bow structure we composed to shell element also ship's hull is modeling to beam element. Also, buoyancy effect is considered as spring element. The two types of fender systems was comparable with both collision analysis about steel materials fender system and rubber fender system On the purpose of study is analyzed the plasticity dissipated energy of vessel and fender system. We blow characteristic that kinetic energy is disappeared by plastic large deformation in case of collision. Also, We considered dissipated kinetic energy considering friction effect.

  • Semi-active suspension systems are greatly expected to be in the mainstream of future controlled suspensions for passenger cars. In this study, a continuous variable damper for a passenger car suspension is developed, which is controlled actively and exhibits high performance with light weight, low cost, and low energy consumption. To get fast response of the damper, reverse damping mechanism is adapted, and to get small pressure change rate after blow-off, a pilot controlled proportional valve is designed and analyzed. The reverse continuous variable damper is designed as a HS-SH damper that offers good body control with reduced transferred input force from tire, compared with any other type of suspension system. The damper structure is designed, so that rebound and compression damping force can be tuned independently, of which variable valve is placed externally. The rate of pressure change with respect to the flow rate after blow-off becomes smooth when the fixed orifice size increases, which means that the blow-off slope is controllable using the fixed orifice size. The damping force variance is wide and continuous, and is controlled by the spool opening, of which scheme is usually adapted in proportional valves. The reverse continuous variable damper developed in this study is expected to be utilized in the semi-active suspension systems in passenger cars after its performance and simplicity of the design is confirmed through real car test.

  • 질소로 희석된 부탄 층류 부상 화염에서 발생할 수 있는 화염진동 메커니즘을 살펴보기 위하여 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 화염 진동은 층류 자유제트 부상 화염에서 5가지 영역으로 구분되었다: 화염 안정화 영역 (I), 열손실에 의한 진동 (II), 열손실에 의한 진동과 부력에 의한 진동이 혼재된 영역 (III),열손실에 의한 진동과 화염날림 직전의 진동이 혼재된 영역 (IV), 그리고 열손실에 의한 진동, 부력에 의한 진동 및 화염날림 직전의 진동이 모두 혼재된 영역(V). 각각의 화염진동의 특성을 규명하기 위해 화염의 시간에 따른 부상 높이 변화에 대한 FFT분석을 수행하였고 각 영역에 관련된 무차원 변수와 스트라훌 수의 조합으로 특성화 작업을 수행하였다.

  • 백필터 집진기는 여러개 또는 수십개의 여과포를 구성하여 미세먼지를 정화시켜 깨끗한 공기를 대기에 방출시키는 일종의 공기청정기이다. 백필터 길이가 5m 이하인 경우 다이아프램 밸브에서 발생되는 압축공기를 벤추리를 통과시키는 것만으로도 백필터에 부착된 분진 및 흄을 효율적으로 탈진 할 수 있었다. 7m 이상의 롱백 탈진에 만족스러운 결과를 얻기 위해서는 더욱 효율이 높고 경제성 있는 인젝터 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 기존 국내외 인젝터의 경우 유지 보수시 다수의 블루튜브 해체작업과 인젝터와 블루튜브가 결합되어 중량증가로 인한 작업의 불편성 등 많은 문제를 내포하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 코안다 효과를 이용한 최적의 인젝터 개발을 위한 유동해석과 4차 산업의 지능형 자동화 탈진 기술이 접목되어, 기존 설비 대비 에너지 비용저감 및 필터 수명향상 등을 획기적으로 개선시키고자 하는 상용화 연구를 수행하였다.

  • This research aims to develop parts for advanced fuel/oil filtering re-circulation applicable to this kind of regulation proof engines. These parts can playa role of converting traditional air emission type crankcase into recovery type crankcase so that the engine can deal with environmental regulations, which do not allow minimal amount of toxic gas discharge. For the experiment, test method and specially made testing equipment are prepared. The results showed that oil separation efficiency of the cone type CCV(Crank Case Ventilation) system was higher than one of cylinder type both in bench test and in engine.

  • The objective of this study is to find out the design data for gas burner with an axal and radial type nozzles. The design parameters are chosen as the stabilizer type, the jet hole size of gas nozzle, the distance between gas nozzle and stabilizer, the size of stabilizer and the hole size of stabilizer, the stabilizer type with or without air swirler, the angle of swirler. For the experimental test combustor sizing ${\phi}1.3m{\times}L4.5m$ is designed and manufactured, in which the set up of power diagram, the exhaust gas analysis, blow-off test, the flame temperature and the direct photography are performed.

항타시공성을 고려한 대구경 항타강관말뚝의 폐색효과 분석(CEL해석) (Analysis of Plugging Effect for Large Diameter Steel Pipe Piles Considering Driveability (CEL Method))

  • 본 연구에서는 항타시공성(BPM, blow per meter)을 고려하여 대구경 항타강관말뚝을 시공하였을 때 발생하는 폐색효과를 분석하였다. Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)해석 시 적용된 항타에너지는 파동방정식을 이용하여 산정하였고, CEL 대변형 3차원 유한요소 해석을 수행하여 말뚝 항타시공 과정을 모사하였다. 본 연구 결과, 말뚝 직경이 증가함에 따라 목표 깊이까지 소요되는 항타에너지는 증가(일정한 BPM인 경우에 해당함) 하였으며, 그 결과 soil plugging index(SPI)는 서로 유사하게 나타나지만 폐색효과는 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 말뚝의 근입 깊이가 증가할수록 SPI는 서로 유사한 값을 나타냈으나 관내토에서 발생하는 수평토압이 증가하게 되어 폐색효과는 오히려 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과, 폐색효과의 대표적 영향인자인 말뚝 직경, 말뚝 근입 깊이, 지반 탄성계수, BPM에 따른 관내토의 수평토압계수 분포 경향을 제안하였다.

An application of wave equation analysis program to pile dynamic formulae

  • Wave equation analysis programs (WEAP) such as GRLWEAP and TNOWave were primarily developed for pre-driving analysis. They can also be used for post-driving measurement applications with some refinements. In the case of pre-driving analysis, the programs are used for the purpose of selecting the right equipment for a given ground condition and controlling stresses during pile driving processes. Recently, the program is increasingly used for the post-driving measurement application, where an assessment based on a variety of input parameters such as hammer, driving system and dynamic behaviour of soil is carried out. The process of this type of analysis is quite simple and it is performed by matching accurately known parameters, such as from CAPWAP analysis, to the parameters used in GRLWEAP analysis. The parameters that are refined in the typical analysis are pile stresses, hammer energy, capacity, damping and quakes. Matching of these known quantities by adjusting hammer, cushion and soil parameters in the wave equation program results in blow counts or sets and stresses for other hammer energies and capacities and cushion configuration. The result of this analysis is output on a Bearing Graph that establishes a relationship between ultimate capacity and net set per blow. A further application of this refinement method can be applied to the assessment of dynamic formulae, which are extensively used in pile capacity calculation during pile driving process. In this paper, WEAP analysis is carried out to establish the relationship between the ultimate capacities and sets using the various parameters and using this relationship to recalibrate the dynamic formula. The results of this analysis presented show that some of the shortcoming of the dynamic formula can be overcome and the results can be improved by the introduction of a correction factor.

The recently, the requirement of market related to the external insulation technique is resulted by the energy efficiency system, but it can lead to the lack of alternative technique In study on the korea type passive house building design for insulation block method of wall system has to experimental characteristic heat-energy of practice building. In result field-experimental, the heat-bridge appeared to characteristic spent heat-energy of blow 2L class and have a suffience performance it.

  • 본 연구에서는 밀폐형 2상 열사이폰의 액체 Pool에서 발생하는 핵비등현상과 유동영역에 대해 가시화 방법으로 연구하였다. 실험용 열사이폰은 스텐레스와 유리관을 이용하여 제작하였으며, 열공급은 증발부 주위에 설치된 유도 가열용 코일에 고주파를 가함으로써 스텐레스 외면에 발열이 일어나도록 하였다. 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 실험용 열사이폰은 고주파 가열등 열사이폰의 작동성능을 저해하는 여러 요인들이 포함되어 있었으나, 실험결과 이러한 문제는 실험 내용에 영향을 미칠만큼 크게 나타나지 않았다. 열속과 상당압력의 범위는 각각2$m^2$, 0.1
